6 Success Steps for Fundraising Spring Cleaning - Duration: 20:42.

- Hello, Joy Olson, BlockBuster Fundraising, whoa.

Spring is arriving this week, can you believe it?

Well, I don't know about you,

but this past weekend I could tell,

I was really ready for spring, it all started in my closet,

and all of a sudden,

I wanted to get rid of all my winter stuff,

out with the old, in with the new,

and wanted to try to reevaluate

what was gonna work for this spring, this season.

And it just, it enveloped me, I couldn't have stopped,

and I think that that's what happens to us, spring.

Spring represents starting anew,

it's beginning all over again,

and so we put away all those heavy winter clothes

and we get a fresh start to the year.

And we realize that sunshine and better things are coming,

and I think it kind of makes us

want to get on with the new and do everything

just a little bit better, because there's new excitement.

So, it isn't just about our closets

or our homes that need a good cleaning,

or a tweak here and there, or a redo,

it's about our fundraising.

Lemme ask you, has your fundraising

become really rather static than dynamic?

Is it a little stale and oh so predictable?

Keep doing things the same way?

If so, let's talk today about spring cleaning,

how about a little redo?

How about some new excitement?

Well, this is an article that gave us

six non profit fundraising ideas

to get us out of our static rut, so to speak.

It's gonna help us get that fresh start,

so are you ready for six ideas

to give your fundraising the pickup it needs?

All right, number one, recognize a rut when you see one.

As with anything, the first step

is to admit that you are in a little bit of a rut.

I mean, is your spring newsletter,

does it look exactly like your winter newsletter looked,

and perhaps your fall newsletter?

Is that a little bit of a rut?

Are you getting too predictable?

You know, when you clean your closet or clean your house,

you do it because you want to clean,

well, most of us do, but really because we recognize

that it needs to be done, and we need some new excitement,

and possibly a new theme.

I know I really look forward to changing

not only my wardrobe, but my dining room,

and my theme to get ready for spring,

out with kinda the heavy, stay warm theme of winter

to the bright and cheerful spring flowers of spring.

So, I think that that's the way

we should look at our fundraising.

Let's brighten it up, let's evaluate what our fundraising

has looked like maybe over the last few years,

because sometimes ruts stick around.

And I know some of the non profits that I work with,

that's the first thing I look at, at my new piece of mail.

Does it really kinda look the same?

Do I feel like I really don't even need to read it,

I can just barely scan it because it does look the same?

I suspect it might be the same,

so when was the last time you tried

something new in your fundraising?

When was the last time you even

thought about trying something new?

So, let's take a look at your donor base.

How has it changed or stayed the same?

Are you adding some new type, peer to peer fundraising,

social media devotees that might really bring

a spring in your step to online fundraising?

So, look at your donor base, is it changing?

And you can answer these in answered questions,

ask yourself questions,

and if the answers aren't what they should be,

the answer should be growth,

bigger and better things every year,

an increase in donor base.

Then, if those aren't the answers

that you're seeing when you peruse

and evaluate your donor base the last three years,

then you know that you need to make some changes.

Are you going to the same people over and over again

for matching gifts and for your projects?

Are you adding some new growth?

I hope that you are, because if you aren't,

then perhaps you really need some inspiration,

you need a good spring cleaning inspiration.

Okay, so we've decided we need a spring clean,

step number one.

Step number two, take a short break.

So look, you plan, you plan, you execute,

you start all over again, you work,

and you just keep at it.

So, somebody says take a break, you say what?

I can't take a break, I'm too busy,

I've got so much to do.

Hey, one of the reasons that spring

is such a great time to get a new start

is because it's followed by long winter of hibernation.

So, you've been working, working, working,

and you could work into the night,

and all weekend long, because maybe it wasn't great weather,

and you thought ah, I'll just get a little bit more done.

So, your brain had some time to really work,

and now your brain needs a little bit of time off.

And, it will get some rest

and get ready to do great things.

Hey, if all you did was clean your house constantly,

wow, talk about burnout, even if you love to clean.

But, you can do it right now and be excited about it

because it's just something new,

it's not something you do every day,

it is a spring thing.

And this happens to be very true with fundraising.

Every once and a while, you've gotta take that break,

that inspirational break to get a new start.

So, take a vacation, even if it's just for a day,

don't think about your fundraising at all,

relax, enjoy yourself.

Then, when you get back to it,

you'll be ready to shake things up

and create in a way that you haven't done before.

What great fundraising ideas that you'll create.

Okay, so step number two

for your spring cleaning fundraising

is take a little break, even if it's for a day or two.

Three, talk to your base, create, create a sounding board,

okay, like say you've got a great big house,

and you've got a huge big yard,

and spring comes along and you look and you think

oh my God, look at all the weeds, and the floorboards,

and the walls that could be painted,

and the deck that needs redoing, and the lawn,

and all of a sudden, it just seems overwhelming.

Well, fundraising is the same,

you don't wanna have to do that all by yourself.

Instead, when you go to refresh your fundraising,

make sure that you first create

a sounding board to run ideas past.

And, mostly importantly is get ideas back

from them, to receive ideas.

And some of the people,

even if you're a very small non profit,

there are some people that can be on your sounding board.

Your board, your staff, your volunteers, your donors,

event guests, corporate partners, your community,

all of these people will give you a well rounded view

into what your event or what your fundraising could be,

and what they expect from it.

What about your fundraising or event delights them,

but what would they like more of?

What could you do a lot less of?

Plus, the more people, of course, within reason,

on your sounding board,

the more ideas you're going to collect.

All right, now, fourth step for your spring checklist,

your spring fundraising get going again,

here is this fourth step, find your inspiration.

Okay, this is so important,

here at BlockBuster Fundraising,

we really, our vision is to be fundraising inspiration.

In fact, we have a mission statement that says

fundraising inspiration right around the corner

for non profits.

So, this next idea that we're gonna talk about,

the inspiration folder, came from Vanessa Chase Lockchin.

And I think that you probably have heard of her,

if not, check her out, at the storytelling non profit,

wow, she's good.

Okay, so this is her ideas,

and it's because the idea is to take inspiration

from those around you,

and to collect your inspirations

in an inspiration folder for all year long.

What a great idea,

and it'll be so great too at the end of the year,

any time you're doing an email campaign

or a direct mail campaign,

you've got your inspiration folder

to remind you of what would be a great, great theme.

So, speaking to themes,

think of it like looking at cute decorating items

on Pinterest that maybe you wanna try out

in your new house or your spring house,

but you gotta declutter before you can do that.

Well, having these inspirations

makes the whole process a lot more fun.

That's like with me and my spring cleaning of the house,

I change the theme in the dining room, I love it,

it's spring and spring flowers, and Easter bunnies,

and get rid of the older, heavier winter stuff,

and add new inspiration.

So, even if you don't have your inspiration folder

right now, you can still use this tip.

Take a few hours and do some research on,

let's say that you've got a big spring event coming up,

I know a lot of you do, so do some research

on some other events right now.

What do you like? What don't you like?

How can you incorporate some of these ideas

that you like into your own event?

And use this with step number three,

get your sounding board to talk about

their inspirations as well.

And I'll tell you, if it's at that particular event,

you get new inspirations and new ideas,

and you can really add to

your fundraising results quickly with new great ideas.

Okay, fifth step, speaking the new, do something new,

try out something you've never done before.

Maybe it won't work, but you know what?

That's okay, you'll know next year, you won't do it.

But guess what?

Maybe it will work and it will be sensational.

So, adding some new to your charity event,

even if everything else is exactly the same,

can make the whole thing seem more fresh.

So, you wanna think about that,

maybe it's your newsletter, evaluate your newsletter.

I know a couple of the non profits that I follow

and work closely with and like a lot,

their newsletter sort of is starting to look the same to me

every time I get it, and therefore,

I find I really scan it because I've already read it before.

Change things up.

Make the whole thing seem more fresh,

and you'll get renewed energy from your donors

and your followers.

All right, well let's keep sticking with

this spring house cleaning

or closet cleaning theme because I love themes.

Think about this, you do the same thing every year,

everybody has the same chores,

you're scrubbing the same floors

and you're cleaning it just the same way.

And you do this and you do that,

and it just gets boring, but all of a sudden,

if you're cleaning something and you think you know what?

I'm gonna paint and tile this little bathroom,

'cause that'll be really spiffy,

and it'll just look so good.

And then you're cleaning the deck,

and getting everything ready, and you think you know what?

If I refinished or I found somebody to refinish this deck,

it would be perfect, it would add such zest and fun.

And guess what?

All of a sudden all of that cleaning

doesn't feel so daunting,

it feels like you're gonna add something new,

and guess what?

It's gonna be great, new excitement,

new vision, new impression.

Okay, now, the sixth step, get rid of the old.

You know, it's like with those winter clothes

that I got rid, Saturday night

we had dinner with my brother-in-law,

and he was doing the same thing at his place,

getting all his winter and packing things up,

and I confessed to him, I confided in him,

didn't want my husband to hear particularly,

but I said you know, if I packed up,

and I did pack up all this stuff, and I just gave it away,

I don't think I would even miss it next year,

that's the sad thing.

And he said to me you know what?

I felt the same way.

So, get rid of the old.

Now, this is not the same thing as doing something new,

you can add new ideas to your event

or to your fundraising plan while still holding on

way too tight to the old ideas.

But if you get rid, if you evaluate

your efforts and what you're doing,

and you realize that when something you've always been doing

the same way is just not really leading to growth

and excitement, well maybe it's time to stop doing that.

Think of it like this spring cleaning analogy.

Just because food was good when you bought it

doesn't mean it's still going to be great

even six days from now if it's all fresh organic produce.

So, what you were doing six years ago

when maybe that other development director was there,

and things were just great, well,

maybe it's a little stale now,

think of all the new technology

and the new ways of doing things

that have come about just in the last couple of years.

So, really, get rid of some of the old ideas

that are just really not producing things,

and make more room, and this is the analogy,

your fundraising fridge, for all of your fresh ideas.

And you know, when you go to your sounding board

with some of your fresh new ideas,

don't be surprised to hear

but we've always done it this way.

Hey, that's only a great excuse

if you want to keep getting the same results

year after year without seeing any growth.

Because remember, great fundraising is always about growth,

and if you've got, in the last six years,

no new corporate partners, no new major bequests,

no new major gift peeps,

no new growth maybe in your event the last couple of years,

it's time to change things up.

If you want to see growth,

you can't just always rely on the same old, same old.

So, what can you do?

Well, so many things, but embrace technology,

really, embrace technology.

Open up your auction online.

Instead of an annual gala, have a carnival instead.

Who knows what you can do

if you just open yourself up to some change.

Camera Lenses for Video – Understanding Lenses for Beginners (Focal Length, Aperture, Focusing) - Duration: 6:54.

So you got your camera. Now you need a lens, but there are so many to choose from.

And what do all those millimeters and "f" numbers mean?

You'll understand it all very soon.

Hey guys, Camber back with you today from Maryland, and we are

talking about lenses and which one is right for you for starting out in video.

Now just because a lens can zoom in really far doesn't make it a good lens.

I've heard this way too many times:

"Hey man, I just got this new lens for my camera.

It goes 55 to 250. I can get anything with this lens."

And I'm like:

Huh, that's cool.

When I'm really thinking:

Oh, I wish you would have asked

me sooner I know a lens that's better and cheaper than that.

The reason I bring this up is because that's where this thing came from. I thought, oh I can do

anything with this lens I don't have to buy all kinds of lenses, and I think that

I've never even used this.

So if you look at any lens you're gonna see a bunch of

numbers written on the side or on the front of it and those numbers are your

focal length, your maximum aperture, and your lens diameter. So the first number

on any lens is going to be the focal length and that's measured in

millimeters. As you can see here this lens is 50 millimeters. It's an actual

measurement in millimeters inside your lens but all you really need to know is

that the smaller the number the wider your angle of view and the higher the

number the more narrow your angle of view. So the next number after the focal

length that you'll find on your lens is the aperture. It's a ratio of the focal

length to the maximum aperture of the lens and this one is 1 over 1.4.

So your aperture controls how wide your lens can open to let in more light.

So the higher the f-number the smaller the opening of your camera letting in less

light and the lower the f-number gets the more open your camera lens becomes

letting in more light. Now with these lower maximum "F" numbers your lens is

typically going to be bigger and also more expensive. So that lower maximum F

number meaning the wider open your lens can get will let in more light but also

create that blurry background look and can make your footage look really nice.

So the last number you're gonna see on the lens is your lens diameter and this

one is 82 millimeters. So that last number gives you

the diameter of the front of your lens so that when you start buying different

kinds of filters you'll know its size to get to fit your camera lens. Now another

thing to consider when it comes to choosing a lenses image stabilisation.

Image stabilization is nice because if you're hand-holding your shots it's not

gonna fix it completely but if you're being pretty smooth already and it's

gonna help smoothen that out even more. So now that we know all those different

numbers are there's also two main types of lenses we want to look at and that's

your prime lens and your zoom lens. So the difference with these is your prime

lens is going to give you one focal length for instance this one is 50

millimeters whereas this one has a range of 24 to 70 millimeters. So you might be

thinking why would I get the prime lens of 50 millimeters when I could get the

zoom lens it's 24 to 70 it has 50 in it and I have all those other focal links

to use too. One of the first advantages to getting a prime lens versus a zoom lens

is that your prime lenses are going to be a lot cheaper because they have fewer

moving parts. Also in your prime lenses since there's fewer moving parts, fewer

pieces of glass in between for all the different focal links, your prime lens is

going to be sharper at 50 millimeters then your zoom lens is going to be at 50 millimeters.

Most prime lenses are going to be made so they can open up to a

lower F number or a wider aperture giving that more blurry background than

your zoom lenses will be able to give you. And your maximum aperture of your

lens is another reason why getting one of these lenses that can go really far

isn't necessarily that good. Because as you can see on this lens, it goes from f4 to f/5.6.

And what that means, at the shortest focal length 55 it's going to

be at f/4 and as you zoom in to 250 that maximum aperture is going to go up to 5.6.

Whereas this lens has a maximum aperture of 2.8 and it stays at that 2.8

throughout the entire range of 24 to 70. Another thing with lenses are

manufacturers make certain types that are only for crop sensor cameras. These

lenses are typically going to have that variable range in aperture which

makes them less expensive. So if you put a crop sensor lens on a full-frame

camera you're going to get this vignetting around the corners because this lens is

designed for the camera with the smaller sensor. Whereas when we switch back,

now that vignette around the edges is gone because this lens is designed

for a full-frame camera. So you can use a lens designed for a full-frame camera on

any camera, however, if you use the crop sensor lens on a full-frame camera it's

going to give you that vignette around the edges of your picture. If you don't

understand what I mean by crop factor, check out this video I made here talking

about how your sensor size of your camera it's gonna affect what the focal

length of your lens looks like. So one last thing to consider when you're

choosing a lens is the focus and what I mean by that is whether it's mechanical

or electronic focus. As you can see on here, as I turn the focus ring you can

see different numbers for measurements on where the camera is focusing. So when

you're setting up focus pulls on these kind of lenses and you know where

exactly your different focus elements are gonna be you can set where you're

gonna hit those focus points. Whereas you look at this lens, there's no distance

markers. All you have is a spinning focus ring that never stops because this lens

has an electronic motor. So as you turn this it sends a signal to that motor and

changes the focus in your camera, but if you're trying to pull focus with one of

these it's really hard to do because the speed at which it focuses is inconsistent.

The faster you turn it the quicker it's gonna get to your focus

point; so you can't just set one place and go there every time because if you

go faster or slower than before then it's not going to get that same focus at

the same point. But if you have a nice autofocus system they work really great.

Especially if you have a good touch screen where you can pick your points

and it'll pull focus consistently and perfectly on the points that you want.

So starting out, I would definitely suggest getting a nice zoom lens because then

you do have that wide range of shots. And zoom lenses can be quite pricey so if

you were gonna start with something else, I would definitely say pick up one of

these 50 millimeters. This is Canon's version. It will run you $125, it

can open up to f/1.8 giving you a really blurry background. Remember that

investing in good lenses now is going to pay off now and in the future because

it's going to improve the quality of your shots now and also as you improve

your cameras in the future you'll be able to use those same good lenses on

those new cameras. So that was a lot of stuff to cover but if you made it this

far go ahead hit that thumbs up. Leave a comment down below about what your

favorite lens is or which one you want to get and why. I got links in the

description for a lot of great lenses whether you're rocking Canon or Sony so

check those out. Subscribe if you haven't and remember that the only way to get better at

something is to practice. So get that lens, get out there, and film something.

See you soon!

It's All Over For Robert Mueller After Trump Made This Big Announcement - Duration: 13:32.

It's All Over For Robert Mueller After Trump Made This Big Announcement

President Trump is fed up with Robert Mueller.

The special counsel's witch hunt has dragged on for months with no end in sight.

Now it's all over for Mueller after Trump made this big announcement.

Trump has decided to take on a more confrontational posture with the special counsel.

The President – while still cooperating with the investigation – attacked Mueller

by name on twitter for the first time.

And his latest move could be his most aggressive.

Trump has brought on former U.S. Attorney – and one-time special counsel – Joseph

diGenova on his legal team.

DiGenova has been an aggressive critic of Mueller and has asserted that high level officials

within the FBI and Justice Department are using the Russia investigation to frame the

President.

The Daily Caller reports:

"PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP HAS REPORTEDLY HIRED JOE DIGENOVA, FORMER UNITED STATES ATTORNEY

FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, TO SERVE ON HIS PERSONAL LEGAL TEAM.

ACCORDING TO THE NEW YORK TIMES, DIGENOVA WILL NOT SERVE IN A "LEAD" CAPACITY ON

TRUMP'S TEAM.

WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE POTENTIAL NEW ROLE BY THE DAILY CALLER, HE RESPONDED SIMPLY, "NO

COMMENT."

DIGENOVA HAS FREQUENTLY STATED THAT THE RUSSIA PROBE WAS ORCHESTRATED BY OBAMA-ERA FBI AND

DOJ OFFICIALS, A LINE OF REASONING WHICH THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF PUSHED OVER THE WEEKEND."

Some anti-Trump members of the media took Trump's tweets about the Mueller probe as

evidence the President was laying the groundwork to firing the special counsel.

But the hiring of diGenova does not suggest that is the case.

Instead, it shows Trump learned from Bill Clinton's battle with Ken Starr and that

the best defense is a good offense.

Trump wants aggressive lawyers who will fight the special counsel investigation in the court

of public opinion.

Mueller has a guided missile pointed at the Presidency.

His mission is not to find the truth and report the facts.

Mueller is on a crusade to take down Trump by any means necessary – even if it means

inventing crimes or rewriting laws on his own.

Trump is right to fight back.

While his supporters would like him to fire Mueller and end this farce of an investigation,

setting up a take-no-prisoners legal

team is Trump's next

best option.

Zeminar Presents Harry Barry | Banish Panic Attacks for Life - Duration: 6:25.

So do you suffer from panic attacks or phobias? If you have, wood you'd like to

banish them for life? So I'm going to teach you about the world of the gunslinger

and a technique called flooding. So contrary to what many people believe,

many people believe when they get a panic attack or a phobia that I'm going

out of my mind, my mind is taking over, I'm losing control. But actually all that's

happening in a panic attack is that your stress system is dumping a large amount

of adrenaline into your bloodstream and this is caused by an ancient organ

called your amygdala or your gunslinger. So your stress system's job is to look

for danger and if he sees danger he fires an adrenaline rush - it's to get you

ready to basically deal with the danger and understanding this concept is

critical to panic attacks. So that's what your stress system looks like, believe it

or not everybody's brain looks like that. The front part is your logical

brain; the middle part is your emotional brain and in the middle of that is a

little area called the stress box or your amygdala and his job is to send

information down when you're under pressure to release adrenaline if you're

acutely stressed and the cortisol if you're chronically stressed. But the boss

of your stress system is a guy called the amygdala - he's a very ancient organ

that sits in the middle your emotional brain, is there from the time the

dinosaur and this guy, his job is to look for danger and fire. When he fires he

activates adrenaline. So it's your fear hormone, these are the symptoms you get

when he fires - your heart goes fast; your stomach goes into knots; you're shaking

you're sweating; your mouth goes dry and this terrible feeling of dread and this

gets us ready to run from it. So to tell you how this guy works I'm going to tell

you about meeting a leopard. How many of you here have met a leopard at 3

in the morning? I can guarantee it's a very frightening experience. So what

actually happened was the gunslinger saw it before I did

and suddenly I froze and suddenly I was shaking; sweating; stomach in knots; mouth dry;

heart pounding and this terrible sense of dread - exactly the same

as you get in the panic attack. So what was actually happening was the gunslinger

saw the leopard, got me ready to run to escape the leopard, which is what I did.

So I ran back to the house and ten minutes later everything went back to normal.

The trouble with this guy is he's a very ancient organ so he acts

without thinking, he draws and fires without thinking, he's very stupid and

he's a very long memory for fear of danger. So the problem with this guy is

that in a panic attack he fires. So this is John, he's 16, he's studying at

home and suddenly his heart's beating quicker; shaking; sweating; stomach in knots;

mouth dry; muscles all tense; dizzy; throat closing in and a sense of dread - it's

never happened before, welcome to panic attacks. There's no

obvious trigger, they last for 5 to 10 minutes if you do nothing with them and

they last for an hour if you try to stop them.

So if there's anybody here who suffers from panic attacks or gets very anxious and

get lots of physical symptoms because the big message I want to get across to

everybody today is that anxiety is incredibly physical and if I don't

understand these physical symptoms I'm never going to be able to deal with them.

Because everybody's talking about what's going to in head but nobody's telling me whats going on

in my body. So believe it or not, a very simple way of reshaping the gunslinger - if

you want to put him back in his box, put manners on him, you use a very simple

technique called flooding. So when you get a panic attack you visualize you're

stuck to the seat. You can't move can't do anything and the next five to eight

minutes you go and have this adrenaline rush which is going to be very

uncomfortable but it's not dangerous. So what you do is you allow these physical

symptoms to flood over you for five to eight minutes and in that moment in time

the amygdala the gunslinger changes his memory down. So the next time you use

the same technique he turns his memory down again and eventually after three or

four goes, he turns off altogether. So you can actually get rid of panic

attacks for life! Never try and do breathing exercises or any other behaviors

to try to stop it, just plonk and go

with the physical symptoms. Remember the more you try to stop the gunslinger

the more he'll fire, the more you go with him the more he calms down.

So the real secret to panic attacks is to learn to go with your irritable gunslinger.

What happens to you in social anxiety? Imagine that you're going to see

a group your friends tonight and you suddenly find yourself incredibly anxious

and you're really embarrassed - what's going to happen when I get there? They're going

to see these symptoms of anxiety; they're gonna see me blushing; gonna see me

sweating; they're going to see I'm fidgety and edgy; that I'm not good at

conversation. And what are they going to judge me as? They're going to judge me as

weak, as inadequate and all that's happening in social anxiety is that

that's my belief that's going on in my head. But what happens in real life?

Do actually people see the symptoms of anxiety? The answer is they don't - why?

Because they see nothing. Why? Because we're all self-obsessed.

The next time we're in a social situation find the anxious people, and after a

while you noticed to your great surprise that you can't find them. Why? Because

you can't see the symptoms of anxiety. The second thing that people actually

are really anxious about is the whole thing of conversation. They think I'm

boring, but remember the big thing in social situations is that your perception is

that everybody will see you anxious and think and judge you accordingly. The

reality is people see nothing. If you don't believe me I'm going to give you

all, ask you one question - the last time you talk to somebody in a social

situation can you remember what they were wearing? The reality is and I'm

going with this final thought - you get rid of your social anxiety when you realize

one important thing - You're not as important as you think you are!

you

Made For Life: Future Focus Recruitment Story - Duration: 3:33.

My name's Amanda Winwood and I own a very lovely business called Made for Life Organics.

I've become involved in the Future Focus programme very deliberately

because I've recruited two team members at a senior level to take the whole

business to the next level and this programme offered them support throughout

their own personal development, which I needed them to have. Alongside incredible

people working in the business, the support you get through Future Focus

helps really refine those qualities and develop that personally you've already recruited.

Hello, I'm Laura Kelly, I'm head of Sales and Marketing at

Made for Life, this is my second month in this role and I joined originally as a

consultant but through the Unlocking Potential Future Focus programme I was

able to join the company full-time looking after the sales and the

marketing division, making sure our messaging is clear consistent and really

driving the business forward both in the UK and in the future internationally as well.

Part of working for Made for Life is working with the Made for Life

Foundation which is a charity supporting those going through cancer.

We provide Made for Life well-being days so we give advice on nutrition,

meditation, relaxation and we also have a supply access to well-being for those

going through cancer.

Hello I'm Frances Cole and I'm the

Operations and Finance manager here at Made for Life. I joined made for life

just at the beginning of this year through Unlocking Potential: Future Focus

I've been brought in to bring more structure and systems into the company

and to offload some of the day-to-day jobs for the MD here to release her to

do more of what she's really good at to push the business forward. Despite only

being in my new role for just over a month or so now I have been fortunate

enough to go and attend one of the Labs that's here to support the

Unlocking Potential Future Focus members and it was the Culture and Brand Lab,

which I found extremely interesting and I came away with a lot of

thought-provoking ideas.

So we've got a lot of going on in the next two years

in particular and the Future Focus programme allows us to develop the two

people in particular that have been recruited to develop their skills to

really enable them to deal with some of the major projects that we've got going

on. There are some mentoring schemes that they wouldn't have access to and

actually both those team members are absolutely delighted that a they've been

recruited and they've got some great jobs but also that they've got an

amazing ability to get some top mentoring and advice from the Future Focus programme.

Rush Limbaugh Revealed The Secret Trap Mueller Is Laying For President Trump - Duration: 13:32.

Rush Limbaugh Revealed The Secret Trap Mueller Is Laying For President Trump

Robert Mueller's goal is to take down President Trump.

But he isn't going about it in the way everyone thinks.

Rush Limbaugh exposed the secret trap the special counsel is laying for Trump.

Mueller was appointed to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election.

That led him to pursue the collusion angle.

It turned out to be a bust.

Pundits then speculated that Mueller's real goal was to build a case that Trump obstructed

justice when he fired FBI Director James Comey.

But Rush Limbaugh sees something else.

The king of conservative talk radio speculates that Mueller is actually trying to financially

ruin Trump.

Limbaugh reacted to reports that Mueller was subpoenaing records from the Trump organization

and believes this is an attempt to "nullify" the $900 million dollar loss Trump took on

his 1995 tax return – which was illegally leaked to the press during the campaign – and

force him to pay it back.

Breitbart reports:

"Limbaugh accused Mueller of seeking to "nullify" Trump's 1995 IRS claim of

approximately $900 million in operational losses in order to pursue a reclamation of

the money with added penalties and accrued interest:

And these requests, the subpoena for documents from the Trump Organization, I ask you again,

what has that to do with the campaign and with collusion and with the Russians?

They've already been looking into Trump business in Russia with the Miss, what is

it, USA, whatever his pageant is.

Do you all remember during the early days of the campaign there was news that Trump,

in a tax return something like 20 years ago, took a $900 million deduction that was granted

and survived an audit by the IRS?

Now, I forget the details.

It had to do with losses that he had incurred in that year in building things.

It was around 900 or $920 million deduction.

I'll never forget when it was reported because most people will never come close to ever

having that in a lifetime, and to have a guy personally write that much off?

Anyway, I think Mueller wants that $920 million back.

I think Mueller wants to prove that that was a faulty deduction.

I think that they want to go back, they want to get Trump's tax returns because they

want to nullify that $900 million deduction, and then they want to collect 20 years of

interest and penalties and wipe Trump out."

Limbaugh has long suggested that it isn't enough for Mueller and the swamp to take down

Trump.

Their goal is to send a message to any political outsider who wishes to challenge the status

quo—and that message is not only will they face investigations if they win, but they

will also be ruined financially.

Do you think this is Mueller's plan?
