It's amazing to be back on the water today with Vestas 11th Hour Racing.

It's a real privilege.

Obviously, I have followed these guys all the way through the race.

Charlie and the guys don't need any advice from me that have it well covered.

They have a great bunch.

You can tell they have a wonderful atmosphere and they have done a great job.

This is not Charlie's first rodeo in the race.

He's used to building the team and you can tell they have a great feel and that's the

secret, to be honest.

Just creating a platform which all these great people can get their best work from.

It feels good.

At the end of the day, we are racing around the world using the wind and out here with nature.

So what a great platform to really push the sustainability. and

I think what this team is doing is fantastic.

In fact, what the whole race is doing for sustainability cause is amazing.

Summer Essentials For A Healthy Body | Tips - Duration: 3:05.

Getting and staying fit is the most essential way

to ensure a long healthy life!

And with summer just around the corner

here are 4 tips on everything from

what to eat, drink and how to work out to get you SUMMER ready.

Back against the wall feet in front, and just sit

so this really works your quadriceps

keep your core engaged, stay tall

Shoulders against the wall don't hunch stay right there.

We're gonna do this for one full minute.

It's gonna create that lovely burn

in the quadriceps as well as a little bit in your hamstrings and glutes.

So I'm gonna hold it there

Remember to breathe keep your core engaged.

Keep holding feel those quadriceps working keep it there.

Come on. We can do this, and that's a minute. We've done it

Now that your workout is done

let's get you something fresh and healthy to eat.

Along with exercising and maintaining a healthy diet

don't forget to hydrate.

So, today I'm using the most basic recipe for this

which is cucumber, lime, watermelon and a little mint.

So just chop these up and toss them in the pitcher

which you can then put in the fridge.

So there you have it a pitcher packed with vitamins and minerals,

that you can sip on all day.

Well, everyone deserves to be rewarded

so here's a healthy alternative to beating the heat.

So we have 3 main creative mechanics

The first of the three is existence of "mines" or monsters that are the sand floor tiles. These automatically kill you and then you lose the game

This is the 2nd creative feature, where you pick the difficulty of the game which controls how many sand tiles will appear in the game. You can control this on a scale of 1-5

Note the yellow sands these are the monsters/killer tiles/mines.

the way the difficulty is controlled, is that I run a smoothing algorithim which looks at the 8 neighbors for every tile, and if there are 8 floor tiles as well as a given random number it will make it a sand tile.

The probability at which something is turned into a tile is somewhat dependent on your difficulty setting, thats how we control that

The goal of the game is to reach the flower

Clearly here you can see the blue water tiles, which means that you have traversed there. If the tile is blue and you have backtracking on you wont be able to move back onto them.

These three creative mechanics control the game and alter winning and losing, if you reach the flower you win. For backtracking the water tile is basically like a wall but I wanted to delineate where you traverse thats why I made it a water tile

What Is the Perfect Cage Size for Two Budgies? - Duration: 3:34.

As the pet's owner, you must provide your Budgie with everything it needs to live happily

and healthily.

Choose a cage that is the right size for your Budgie and position it in a location free

from hazards.

You definitely don't want your bird to be cramped in a cage that is too small.

Choose a cage that is at least twice as tall and twice as wide as the wingspan of your

bird.

Get the most spacious cage possible that will fit well into your home.

Budgies need both vertical height and width for hopping and flying.

The minimum size for a single budgie would be: 18x18x18 inches or 46x46x46 cm.

Please consider carefully the size you get as it will determine how active your budgie

can be and this will effect the health and happiness of your bird.

Don't go with the first cage you see at the pet store, Firstly, establish which cages

are designed for budgies.

There are some good looking cages for larger birds or for rodents which may or may not

be safe for your bird, so start with the ones that are specifically for budgies and go from there.

Do not buy a circular cage, as a budgie cannot stretch its wings and fly properly in one.

The bird will also feel insecure and scared, as it has no corners to hide in.

Your budgie's cage needs to be large enough that your little guy can spread his wings

out completely without hitting the sides of the cage, toys or perches.

Bird cages are generally made out of wire, metal, or stainless steel.

Some cages may rust or lose their finish over time, so choose stainless steel if you want

something that will last for years.

Test a few cages and look for one that you can clean easily.

Can your hand enter the cage easily?

Can you use a brush inside it?

So once you have found the budgie cages that fit these requirements you can happily pick

which ever one suits you.

Keep the cage away from the kitchen to protect your pet from hazards like extreme changes

in temperatures.

Don't place the cage in an area where it will get direct sunlight, which can cause

your bird to get too hot.

Remember that the bird is fragile given the strength of a human hand and therefore requires

that you handle it with care.
