I've worn two bars out now and I'm gonna tell you how you know that your partner

is worn out number one here's the old bar let me show you this your edges are

gonna be mushroomed out I'm at the top you know we're the what I mean is the

top edge is it gonna be rounded over mushroomed out this away you can feel

them when you drag your finger across them you can feel it

plus the channel the groove that the chain rides in is gonna be wore wider

then I'll show you how you how you know you wiggle this back and forth see how

very little this Wiggles very little I'm gonna put this on the other bar and I'll

show you when I come back alright here's the new bar you see how much this is

wiggling I was having trouble with this cutting and new bar is gonna fix it okay

here's an even better example

that's way too much wiggle and I think you can probably see this mushroom over

edge let's see what let me get this off and I'll show it to you all right this

is what it's supposed to look like barely any movement now here is the can

you see the curled over edge right here now you can take a file and file this

all down but by the time you've got a curled over edge the channel the groove

the chain rides in is probably wore out too so it's just not worth it for the

price of a bar you know you're saving yourself oh I guess you got to balance

your time and I can't bend over for long so I got to use my whatever a little bit

of bending over I got in me I got to use for cutting not messing around trying to

get this thing through a piece of wood so there's a good see you can see the

curled over edge there that's what I'm talking about me up in Germany okay

that's a little bit of changed on all it's just passing it on while I'm here

CHRIS SMALLING has slammed Gareth Southagtes explanation for his England snub.

The Manchester United defender did not make the cut for the last Three Lions squad.

Boss Southgate claimed the centre-back was not good enough at playing out from the back to justify the call - and was hit by an angry response.

Smalling, 27, roared: "Was I surprised? Yes I was.

"But you don't play for one of the biggest clubs in the world for as long as I have.

and probably won the most trophies, bar the Champions League,.

without being able to do everything a top defender needs to do, be it playing or defending.

"This year, as a team, we've got the best defensive record,.

we have done for the last few years and I'm very proud to be part of that.

"While I'm playing under Jose Mourinho.

and he's happy and I'm playing regularly, then I'm happy with that.
