every other box so I figured why not hunt it on my own get this money put

back in the bank see if we score something lucky that being said we're

gonna kick it off right away and as a reminder I do have my stacking silver

dollars number 13 and we've got a big coin here I'm gonna assume it's either a

nice 93 or it could be a proof it's a proof 2001 s proof all right wipe that

down and take a look at it a little bit but good to see something in the box

see anything and then all of a sudden this one popped up this looks like it

might be silver it is 1969 Denver so we've got a proof a 40% er and an nifc

was not expecting that much so far in this box and we're only 40% of the way

a half dollars and I'll be honest I wasn't expecting to find anything in

there so the fact that we found a 2001 s proof a 68 d 40% half dollar a 69 d 40%

a half dollar and for n IFC's oh nine eleven fourteen and seventeen author

removed that ink from that one to make it a little better I'll take it not epic

Trump Admin Tells Govt Workers To "Do Chores For Landlords" To Pay Rent During Shutdown - Duration: 4:45.

Well, we're officially in day seven of the partial government shutdown with about 25

percent government services completely shut down at the moment and there's really no end

in sight.

The Senate, uh, yesterday actually decided to go ahead and just adjourn until December

31st, which means there is literally no hope whatsoever of reopening the government at

least until New Year's eve.

And even then, that seems like a long shot that, that would happen on that day instead.

The Trump administration through the US office of personnel management is trying to make

things a little easier for the furloughed workers because again, we've got 25 percent

of government workers who are not getting a paycheck anymore.

They're not getting paid, although they are still required to go to work.

Most of them every day.

And we're talking about 42,000 members of the United States Coast Guard.

It's not like they just get the time off like, oh cool, the government shut down.

Sweet.

I'm going to go sit on my couch and watch TV for a few days.

That's not how it works.

Ladies and gentlemen.

These people still have to go to work, they just don't get paid for it, so the office

of personnel management with the Trump administration trying to make things easier for these workers

that are getting paid a is trying to work on sample letters for furloughed workers that

they can give to their landlords to explain to them that I don't understand what's happening

with my financial situation right now because of the government shutdown a, I'm not going

to be able to pay you rent, so that kind of sucks and a three, maybe I can do some odd

jobs for you in exchange for paying rent.

That is what the federal government is suggesting to these furloughed workers to do with their

landlords so they don't lose their housing while this government shutdown is going on

in the president has made it clear he has no intention of ending this shut down anytime

soon.

So yeah.

Why don't you furloughed government workers who are still required to go to work everyday.

You're just not getting paid.

So then when you get home, why don't you work more doing odd jobs for your landlord, essentially

become an indentured servant to them.

You know, we're going back to the feudal system here.

Be a surf for, for your master so that you can continue living in that apartment or that

house or whatever it is your renting May.

Maybe that might work for some of the people who actually are renting.

If their landlord is like, yeah, I understand governments dysfunctional.

These people are idiots.

We'll see what we can work out with you.

How are you going to do that?

If you're not renting and instead, I dunno, maybe HSBC or bank of America or Chase Manhattan,

maybe they're holding your mortgage and they're expecting that payment on January first.

What do you.

What are you going to do?

Call up and say, hi, Mr. Bank of America, can I, can I cut your lawn?

Maybe because I can't pay my mortgage.

This is absolute insanity.

It's degrading to these people and it's 100 percent.

What happens with Republican controlled government because let's not forget this is the third

government shut down this year.

In 2018, while Republicans control all three branches of government and instead of trying

to help these workers do something actually meaningful, they're saying, you know what,

why don't you just go try to like washes dishes, you know, do, do their laundry.

I don't know, but leave us alone.

We know you're complaining.

We've got stuff to worry about to, uh, this is awful.

Yet that's not a proper government response.

We have a duty to these people and these people are still carrying out their duties because

this includes secret service people who are currently having to go protect Ivanka and

jared down in Florida because they're on their vacation.

Uh, they're having fun.

The secret service agents who are pretty much required to risk their lives to save these

two assholes.

They're not getting paid for it.

And in the meantime, there are being told, well, we know you've got tough living situations.

Maybe you can go be an indentured servant for your landlord while we figure out this

whole government shut down thing.

This is what you get when Republicans have absolute power.

They're absolute idiots and they don't know how to use it or how to take care of the American

public.

This third government shutdown in 12 months absolutely proves that.

in this video I'm gonna show you a build speaker stands inspired by true Sound

Studios Weasley he built a set of speaker stands using the exact method

that I'm duplicating here and we're gonna fill it with sand as he did in hopes of

the increase in the density as it changes the resonant frequency so that it's not

going to project sound and we're gonna use foam pads when we place these

speakers on top so for now and to build these fifty inches tall the width of

this would they'll be two pieces that are one by six and two pieces that are

one by four on the stand

I'm using Loctite polyurethane adhesive for inside in case you didn't know

little trick for cutting that wake up to the hole and then they're just thing

some using specs whiskers internet and I'm using my rigid drill was a Milwaukee

countersink bit for the numbering spec screws

all right so now I'm going to square off the ends so he's been cut them down I

cut these to 50 and a quarter inches so if I take off just a small now on each

side then I'll measure and make sure you take out the same out on the others the

other one so it's about the same place okay right now we're gonna cut the base

and the top and bottom plate

So I'm using rust-oleum this is a flat black and now I'm working on edge

banding for the top just to keep the speaker from falling forward so I have

this board that I cut and placed it here in that tree the top side so I know that

this is the area I need to put some courage I'm gonna do that on this side

all right so I'm using tape on wood glue

I know exactly where to drill the holes for the top side here.

I'm sanding this down to make sure we get a good surface for the glue to adhere.

Alright so I just spent time filling up this with sand all the way up to the top

waiting from the dry if they're done drying some up in the studio

Here's the thing, social media is an amazing way to promote your business.

I know from firsthand because I used Instagram to build my entire practice.

I know you're probably thinking that because you probably don't do hair or beauty or fashion

that Instagram won't work for you but here's the truth it's actually a gold mine.

Even if you're a healthcare professional and you're trying to grow your business using

Instagram it can really work for you and I'm so excited that you've tuned in for this video

because I'm going to show you six steps on how you can use Instagram to really promote

your business and get new patients into your door.

Okay, so step number one is going to be to decide what outcome you're looking for.

So before you start posting a bunch of photos and videos you need to really decide what

you're going to get your audience to do with those photos and videos.

Are you trying to send them to a website, are you trying to get them to call your office?

Right now you're probably thinking I want them to do both, but whatever you decide to

do, whatever you're trying to push them from those videos and photos that you're posting,

once you figure out the direction you're trying to go you can actually work backwards to create

your marketing strategy.

Step number two is going to be to specify your niche.

So when you niche down it's actually a lot easier for you to grow.

Why?

Well it's because people are looking for specificity.

One mistake that I commonly see is people trying to have too broad of an audience, they're

trying to market to everybody because they feel like they're going to miss out if they're

just marketing to one specific person, if they're just super niched down.

And most people want everybody to notice them.

But this is the wrong way to think about it.

For example, if you're trying to establish yourself as a dog trainer you're going to

be marketing to other people who have dogs, so dog owners and dog lovers.

So you should be creating content about training dogs, maybe what type of collar to use, what

type of leash to be using.

You know, tips on how to train your dog, what age to start training your dog.

If instead you created all kinds of content like old vintage cars, you're never going

to gain a true following of people who will know you and like you for being a dog training

expert.

So you really, really need to pick a niche and start creating your social media content

specifically around that niche.

Now, if you're a healthcare professional you're going to want to be really specific and niched

down on a specific topic within your field.

So, for example, I'm a cosmetic dentist.

I focus heavily on cosmetic dentistry.

If you're a therapist, what kind of therapist are you?

Are you a marriage and family therapist?

Are you an adolescent therapist?

So you're going to have to really niche down and get specific.

Step number three is to get your bio on point.

Your bio is the first thing that people see when they land on your page.

So who are you?

What do you do?

Where can people call to get in contact with you?

Do you have a blog, do you have a website?

How can they get connected with you?

So let's take my bio for example, I'm a cosmetic dentist.

In my bio I have cosmetic dentistry, I have expert in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry,

I have my phone number, I have my website, and I have my office address.

Before I was really serious about my page, my bio read something like, "I love my fur

baby, OC LA, fashion, travel, lover of tea."

I'm pretty sure if you were following me back then and you landed on my Instagram page you

had really no idea what I did.

What does dog lover or lover of tea have anything to do with my business?

It doesn't.

When people land on my page they had no idea what I did.

Why would anybody come to me?

If you are a potential patient looking for a cosmetic dentist and cosmetic work and you

happened to land on my page and it said, "I love my fur baby, LA OC," would you come to

me?

Probably not.

But if you were a potential patient and you landed on my page now where it says exactly

what I do, how to get in contact with me, and there's more information about me on there,

you may keep scrolling to see what I have to offer.

So you've got to get your bio together.

Now, I want you to comment below with what your niche actually is.

I really want to know what your niche is so that I can help you move forward in your business.

Step number four is going to be to get clear on who you are talking to.

So you really need to nail down who exactly you are talking to.

Who is your ideal audience?

Who's your ideal patient?

It's a similar theory to niching down on social media presence.

Without knowing who you're trying to attract, all of your efforts will fall flat.

When you're trying to talk to everybody you're actually talking to nobody.

So, identify exactly who you are talking to.

Be specific.

If you are that therapist, are you treating somebody between the ages of 12 and 20?

Are you treating somebody between the ages of 40 to 50?

How you would market to that age range of 10 to 20 is much different than how you would

market to that age range of 40 to 50.

They're at different stages in life.

They're dealing with much different things.

Even a woman in her 30s you would market to differently than you would a woman in her

40s.

So, get specific about who you are talking to.

Now, a simple way to do this is to take a look at who you are already treating.

So who are the patients that you're already treating and who are you enjoying treating?

If your current patients are your ideal patients then you could model that as your ideal patient

and work towards getting followers that are similar to the patients you're already treating.

Now, if the patients you're already treating are not your ideal patient then you want to

get really specific about who your ideal patient is and start making content to attract your

ideal patient, the person that you want to see in your office.

Step number five is going to be to be consistent.

Social media grows the fastest when you are consistent.

It sounds simple and obvious but so many people have a hard time with staying consistent.

In order to get people to follow you, engage with you, and in order for you turn those

followers into actual patients in your office, they need to know who you are and they need

to trust you and the only way they are going to get to know you and they're going to trust

you is if you show up consistently on the platform and show who you are.

They will start trusting you when they see that you are being loyal to them first.

So when you're showing up consistently for them and you're consistently giving them valuable

content, they will develop a relationship with you that they need in order to become

an active patient in your practice.

Now, I've given you five steps to show you exactly what to do in order to use Instagram

I know I told you I had six steps, so here is step number six.

I want you to share your results on your Instagram page or any social media platform that you

are using.

So you want to share the results that your patients have gotten from you.

You want to share what your patients are saying about you.

It's so simple, if a patient sends you a DM or they leave you a nice comment or they leave

you a review, screenshot it and upload it to your feed or upload it into your Instagram

or Facebook story.

These type of pictures will really get your followers to take action.

Another thing that you could do by sharing your results, it's not all about testimonials,

it's if you have before and after photos or before and after stories.

You can share them with your audience.

You're basically showing your following what you can provide for them and getting them

excited about you and what you have to offer.

When you share things like this and when you're getting some social proof, it will make your

followers want to take action because they see other people taking action as well.

So there you have it, now you have your six steps.

We need or you can use any bottle you want but this is my favorite bottle when come to masculine

32 ounce on there and I drink these four whole day and make the juice full full of these and make the whole day

So I need that one and here lime

Lime or lemon, but I decide to use flames or lemons because really good

I got it from the market and we need cayenne pepper

We need sea salt or Himalayan pink salt and I will list all these ingredients
