When you wish to enjoy your quality time with your family or friends

by crunching pizza, two names automatically come to your mind.

Domino's Pizza and Pizza Hut.

Certainly, I am right; you can't miss it.

But, do you think which one is most successful

in terms of business point of view?

Success, the word really difficult to ascertain because it's relative.

However, on the basis of some critical success factors, we will

try to evaluate and dig out the justifications in this article.

However, the debate may come to endless.

If you look back to the statistics of revenue generation, you can

say Domino's is the top pizza seller in the U.S and worldwide.

In the year 2017, Domino's global retail sales exceed more

than $12.2 billion, which was really a great success.

However, the sales of Pizza Hut was not far behind.

Thus, the competition is very intense among these two

rivals to grab the market share of the pizza industry.

Domino's pizza builds a strong relationship

with customer's focusing on speed and delivery.

Domino's has poured handsome investment to develop their IT infrastructure.

Thus, all the products are available online, and the customers

can choose pizza conveniently according to their preference.

Domino's unique merchandise and product differentiation

have given an extra edge over its competitors Pizza Hut.

Domino's customer service is one of best services.

Therefore, they have proclaimed "if you are not completely satisfied with

your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money."

Online loyalty program, which allows you to redeem

Domino's pizza points for any online order.

It also introduces the most effective and efficient

internal operations by using a PULSE point-of-sale system

which features, i.e. touch-screen ordering, which

certainly improves the efficiency of order taking.

Domino introduced delivery driver routing system to develop the delivery efficiency.

Domino's also enhanced its online ordering capability in

2007 and includes the Pizza tracker features in the system

so that customers are able to track their order in online.

Domino's initiated a supply chain management called the

ESP program (Excellence through Supplier Partnerships)

that develops relationships that promote effective communications between

Domino's and its suppliers through a "360-Degree" performance evolution process.

On the other hand, Pizza Hut also introduced various

program to attach the customer to their outlet.

Pizza Hut offers a wide varieties of products,

i.e. Wing-street wings, Tuscani pasta, P-zones, Pizza

slider, or even the pizza buffet "All you can eat".

Pizza Hut also improved their IT infrastructure so that customer

can order their product according to their preferences.

You can't also complain about their customer service also.

However, comparing the above perspectives, the

Domino's seem to be more successful than Pizza Hut

as the revenue of Domino's increasing steadily

in the last few years compare to Pizza Hut

due to their better innovation, brand image as well as an effective marketing campaign.

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil is 'hoping' to agree transfer in January - pundit - Duration: 2:30.

Ozil was pulled off at half-time by Unai Emery against Brighton after another flop display

Arsenal drew the game 1-1 with there now being serious question marks over whether Ozil will be at the club much longer

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** And ESPN pundit Nicol has taken things one step further by claiming he could now leave next month

"It's a matter of time," the former Liverpool player told ESPN. "I'm sure he'll be hoping it'll happen in January

"The new rules mean that teams in the Champions League can sign one player, he would be a great addition for anybody

"Wages are going to be a problem, but I think he will move and a deal will be sorted one way or another

" Arsenal legend Emmanuel Petit this week lodged a stinging attack on Ozil and accused him of being a ghost 'for two years'

And in another hammer blow, Petit has accused Ozil of lacking desire to play for the club - just 10 months after he signed the biggest contract in Arsenal history

"Arsenal were magnificent against Brighton for 30 minutes," Petit told Paddy Power

"They played good football but, just as they did at Southampton, disappeared all of a sudden

"The quality they had been showing vanished and it became obvious what their weakest link was – the defence

The goal they conceded was awful. "Mesut Ozil was taken off at half-time. I'm a big fan of his, but he has been a ghost for two years

"Where is the Ozil who was one of the best players around, making so many assists and goals? I think he has lost his desire on the pitch, it's not there any more

"

Arsenal injury news: Who is unavailable for Unai Emery for Liverpool vs Arsenal? - Duration: 3:12.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery believes Liverpool can match Arsene Wenger's 'Invincibles' and go through the Premier League season unbeaten

The Gunners travel to Anfield on Saturday evening, with Jurgen Klopp's side six points clear at the top of the table and yet to taste defeat

Liverpool have won their last eight league games since drawing 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium on November 3

Arsenal are the only club in the modern era to go through a league season unbeaten as Wenger's side claimed the title in 2004

But Emery, who replaced the Frenchman last summer, feels Liverpool are well-equipped to follow in their footsteps and is using the Reds as a benchmark of progress as he looks to turn Arsenal back into a side capable of competing for major honours

Asked if Liverpool could go the league campaign unbeaten, the Gunners boss said: "At the moment they are doing it and they can do it

"They can do that because they are doing it at the moment. We played against Liverpool three years ago with Sevilla in the final of the Europa League and I look at this progress and they are a very good example

"The progression with Liverpool is clear. Three years ago, they were out of the Champions League through the Premier League and through the Europa League, because they lost against us (Sevilla)

"This progress is also one example for us, now, in our moment. But we need to be very, very demanding of ourselves to do this step quickly in our way

But we need also time and sometimes the patience is very important for us."Arsenal injury news - who is OUT? Arsenal are still facing a defensive injury crisis with Hector Bellerin (calf), Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin) and Rob Holding (knee) all sidelined

Shkodran Mustafi and Nacho Monreal (both thigh) are doubts, meaning Stephan Lichtsteiner could once again be deployed at full-back

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is out for six weeks with a broken metatarsal, while Emile Smith Rowe remains out with a groin injury

Mesut Ozil started at Brighton but was taken off at half-time, which suggests a start at Anfield may be unlikely

Danny Welbeck is a long-term absentee after ongoing an operation on his ankle.Liverpool vs Arsenal odds Liverpool 1/2 Draw 15/4 Arsenal 6/1 (Odds from Betfair)

Liverpool injury news: Who is unavailable for Jurgen Klopp for Liverpool vs Arsenal? - Duration: 2:15.

Liverpool's six-point lead at the top of the Premier League table "means nothing" at the halfway stage of the season, boss Jurgen Klopp has said

The Reds have tough tests against Arsenal and defending champions Manchester City coming up in the next week

Liverpool thrashed Newcastle 4-0 at Anfield on Wednesday to move on to 51 points from 19 games as the Merseysiders extended their advantage over the chasing pack with an eighth consecutive league victory

Early pacesetters City lost 2-1 at Leicester to fall seven points adrift following a third defeat in four matches

Klopp's side are now in a strong position to claim a first title since 1990 but the German coach was quick to dismiss the advantage

"That means nothing. we play Arsenal and City," Klopp told Sky Sports. "Good that we have six points more than other teams but that is what we wanted to do all the time, create a basis for the rest of the season

"Now the first part is over."Liverpool injury news - who is OUT? The Reds could be without James Milner after the midfielder missed the Boxing Day over Newcastle with a muscle injury

"Millie has a little muscle problem so we couldn't fix it quick enough, obviously, similar to Alberto Moreno [who has] some back problems," Klopp said
