4 Unusual Pot Stocks for 2019 - Duration: 8:22.

4 Unusual Pot Stocks for 2019 -- with David Moadel

welcome to looking at the markets with David Modell I thought I would tell you

about four unusual pot stocks for 2019 and this is not a sponsored video I'm

not being paid by any of these companies to make this video but if you do like my

channel please if you see me put out a sponsored or promotional video feel free

to click on it and give it a thumbs up and leave comments because that makes me

want to create more of the free content alright so I really appreciate that if

you want to click on those promotional videos alright

so let's check out these for unusual pot stocks for 2019 the first one is one

step vending Corp ticker symbol on the OTC United States markets is Kos K which

might be short for kiosk because this company offers CBD cannabidiol vending

machines I don't see a whole lot of companies in this space yet it's not too

crowded so if they can get in on the ground floor there it could be very

lucrative and here's the website one-step vending calm and they have a

website where they offer CBD oil based products online but a lot of companies

are doing that what sets this company part I think is their vending machines

yeah could you imagine that in college campuses perhaps or workplaces malls

maybe you know vending machines with CBD products yeah if they get in on that

early then they could be one of the first movers in the space it could be

very lucrative but of course be careful these are all speculative so you know

any of these smaller marijuana stocks you want to do your own due diligence do

your own research for sure don't just buy it because I'm telling you about it

okay so that's the first one the second one is one that you might have heard of

but maybe not Oxley cannabis on the OTC markets CB WTF one of the first cannabis

streaming companies what is that streaming

infusing capital into a company in exchange for a stream of revenue from

production in the future and it's now a fully vertically integrated cannabis

company but they got early into the streaming space not the only one but one

of the first ones and here's the website Oxley calm and I like the fact that they

have a lot of joint ventures or strategic partnerships with a number of

companies Dixie brands which has edibles delta-9 spirit leaf alright and they

have a number of in-house brand's yeska back 40 cannabis merry times all right

so you'll want to research it for yourself if you're thinking about buying

the the stock of course its Oxley calm alright here's another one that's

unusual you might want to check out hemp Co food and fibre Inc on the tsx V

exchange in Canada HMP hemp and on the OTC markets in the United States the

ticker symbol is H M PPF hemp based foods for human and animal consumption

let's check out their website while we're at it there it is hemp Co pretty

cool that's a professional looking website and superfood hemp hearts

supersedes all right super grains that looks pretty cool to me Planet hemp

launched in 2017 after over a decade of being strictly a bulk hemp seed

processor and supplier planet hemp is there an exciting range of hemp based

foods sir it says certified organic they've got omega-3s omega-6 fatty acids

and all that good stuff vitamin vitamin minerals fibers so on so forth that you

might want to check it out protein smoothies I don't know if these taste

good I have not tried them so I'd be curious to see if you know if this

tastes and he could alright let's check out some of the other product products

here hemp protein powder yeah is it good for you I don't know hey it's got the

nutrition facts there so maybe check it out

tell me what you think in the comments all right if you like it you don't like

it and one more unusual pot stuck lifestyle

delivery systems Inc see NLDS for Canada and on the OTC markets LDS YF

manufactures and sells cannabis infused strips I'm really interested in this one

it's similar to supposedly I have not tried any of these products similar to

breath strips the company offers canna strips which are designed to provide

patients with non-intrusive and non-smoking alternatives

hey maybe not everybody wants to smoke their pot medical or otherwise so okay

strips check it out here's a lifestyle delivery systems calm I encourage you to

check it out always do your due diligence check out the website before

you invest in anything please learn all about the company all right LDS is

proprietary patent-pending oral mucosal strip LDS not LSD okay get it straight

not LSD LDS alright that's a different kind of strip entirely includes specific

and unique claims for the delivery of bio actives extracts are encapsulated

into defined nano carriers molecular chaperones alright so I don't know about

all the science here but I like the fact that they're getting in early into the

space you want to see what they look like here they are not a great picture

not high quality but it's it's the first one I found all right

kind of strips there they are they don't look delicious that color mmm okay I did

maybe they should put some food coloring in it a little bit and make it look a

little more enticing and I don't know what it tastes like don't know if it

tastes good but hey if that floats your boat and I'll bet it floats a lot of

people's boats if they don't want to smoke it or however you want to take it

you know could be something new something different and if it takes off

then if you got in early hey you could make some money off of that alright so

check those out as I'm telling you check out the websites read them carefully

check the fine angels' make sure that they don't have a

lot of debt make sure they're profitable or at least have the potential to be

profitable a lot of these pot stock slides you know HAMP and cannabis based

companies might not be profitable profitable in the first year two years

three years but if they have a good plan to become profitable then they might be

worth investing in anyway all right but you have to be really careful these are

all speculative so please don't put a lot of money into these if you decide to

invest please only put a small amount whatever you can afford to lose and

that's true of any investment all right my name is David Modell hey these are

unusual maybe you like them maybe you don't it's cool let me know in the

comments okay or if you have your own an unusual pot stock picks please let me

know I like to converse with you guys and gals if you like this video please

give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my youtube channel hey you haven't

subscribed yet come on now now is the time go ahead and hit that subscribe

button and the notification bell that way you'll learn about all the new

videos that I put out alright thanks a lot my name is David Modell this is

How to Choose the Right Digital Marketing Agency for Your Business | Neil Patel - Duration: 4:14.

You wanna get more traffic but you don't have the time

to do your own SEO,

your own digital marketing.

What should you do?

Well, the obvious answer is you should hire

a digital marketing agency.

But you know what?

If you just hire any digital marketing agency out there,

you're going to lose money.

Hey everyone, I am Neil Patel and today,

I'm gonna share with you

how to hire the right digital marketing agency.

(bright music)

If you want more advice like this,

make sure you subscribe to this channel

'cause when I release my next video

you'll then get notified.

The first piece of advice I have for you

is don't hire a digital marketing agency

who doesn't have traffic to their own website.

If someone doesn't have traffic to their own website

how are they gonna get you traffic to your website?

Everyone claims they can do SEO

or they can do paid advertising

or they're good at conversion optimization.

But if they can't show you the results

from their own website, don't hire 'em.

The second advice I have for you

is look for case studies and testimonials.

If a company doesn't have case studies and testimonials,

how do you know they're gonna do well for you?

And ideally look for bigger case studies

and testimonials or logos.

Because when you see this,

what you'll find is if they worked with big brands,

there's something there that big companies trust

and these companies have a much stricter hiring policy

when it comes to contractors than most.

So if they like 'em there's a good chance

that you'll also like 'em.

Number three, look for someone who's tactical.

Yes, strategy is important.

Concepts are important.

But if someone doesn't know how to implement,

doesn't matter how smart they are.

They're never gonna be able to get you the results.

They need to know how to implement the changes

to your website.

Look for someone who's tactical

or else it'll take forever for you to see any traction.

Number four, it doesn't matter how smart the founder is.

For example, I have a digital marketing agency

called Neil Patel Digital.

But you know what?

Yes, I worked on a lot of accounts

and I oversee the whole strategy for all my clients.

But I'm not there every single minute working

on one specific site.

You need to make sure that the people working

on your account are amazing.

I, myself do a ton of the hiring and I'm picky.

If someone doesn't know more about marketing than me

in specific areas or tactics or they're not well versed,

I won't hire 'em.

I'm just that picky.

Make sure whoever's working on your account

within these agencies are good.

Ask 'em, who's gonna be working on my account?

Number five, you need to have regular communications.

Ask 'em, are you gonna be providing reports, weekly calls?

Are you gonna be doing regular email communication?

If not, you're not gonna know what's happening

with your account.

Last thing you wanna do is spend money

and not be communicating with the company

that you're paying.

This is really important

because if you don't have communication,

you're not gonna know when things are going wrong.

Number six, ask for references.

If someone's not willing to give you references,

they haven't done well.

I'm not even saying you have to call the references.

'Cause you know what,

anytime you ask for references,

people are only gonna give you good experiences.

But if someone doesn't have any references to send you,

that means they've never done good work

for anyone out there.

And last but not least,

look for people that have worked on similar businesses.

It doesn't have to be direct competitors

or someone within your industry,

but similar sized companies.

You don't want someone who's only worked

with the Googles or the Facebooks of the world.

They have to work with small or medium businesses

if you're one or if you're a local business,

look for someone who's worked with other local businesses.

By ensuring that they worked with similar type of sites,

you're more likely to get results.

Follow these strategies and you're much more likely

to hire a good agency.

Now, before I wrap this video,

I have a question for you.

How many of you have hired a digital marketing consultant

or agency and got burned off?

If you have, just leave a comment below,

just saying "I got ripped off

"by a digital marketing agency."

I'm just curious 'cause I've found that a lot of people,

they're not using these tactics or these strategies

and they're hiring the wrong agencies

because they're not going through this process.

If you go through this process,

you're much more likely to hire an agency

that produces results.

Thank you for watching.

Make sure you leave a comment if you have questions.

Like the video, share it, subscribe to the channel.

Again, thanks for watching.

What makes HA good for a first time treatment option? | Moorgate Andrology - Duration: 1:17.

if you're considering penis enlargement injections for the first time then

Hyaluronic Acid can be a really good choice

why because the results are instantaneous and if you don't like the results most

people do but if you didn't then eventually the Hyaluronic Acid will

break down and will will disappear so remember that you're going to need a

top-up at about 12 to 18 months and at that time if you like the look of the

penis but you don't really want to continue perhaps with Hyaluronic Acid

then you could consider other thickening options such as Ellanse collagen

stimulating injections or even fat transfer surgery to the penis which is

the longest lasting option in penis enlargement but Hyaluronic Acid

injections are a really good choice to begin with the injections are very safe

if a well-known product is used and also it's been injected by an experienced

doctor

How to Make Cannabutter (COCONUT OIL or BUTTER) + TIPS for High Potency - Duration: 10:07.

welcome back to another video today we are going to be making cannabutter so it

is cannabis and either you can use normal butter or you can use coconut

oil so right now I'm going to be using coconut oil I have made the cannabutter

with butter before and it works good but this time I wanted to do a non-dairy

butter so coconut oil it is it's a pretty simple process we're going to be

using 1 cup of water to 1 part oil so I'll be using probably a cup of water

and a cup of coconut oil you can increase that batch amount if you want

you could do 2 cups of water and 2 cups so I'm just going to do that

then you just add however much cannabis you want in there for your potency so I'm

actually not measuring mine I'm just my husband grew some in the summertime and

we just had some shake in the bottom so probably an ounce I'm not to sure

their for somebody for Christmas so he's a pretty big guy so they're

gonna be pretty strong and yeah right now I'm just decarbing the cannabis in the

oven so you want to do that first put it to 240 degrees Fahrenheit and you put that

in the oven 30 minutes and you want to preheat the oven first and then

put it in set your timer and every once in a while just mix it up so everything

gets dispersed evenly and you're good to go you

just take it out of the oven and you use it in this recipe and why you decarb it is because the CBD

and the THC has a carboxyl chemical so you're want to decarb that so then it

becomes more psychoactive so your CBD and THC is more

bioavailable to you that's why and ya what you'll need is a pan and something maybe

parchment paper or a non-stick sheet I've got a non-stick baking sheet that I'm

using I just really clean it off after because it's like a little gummy and

you'll need a grinder we have a specific one for that and you want to grind it up

to like fine you don't want it to be a powder but you want it to be finer

you'll need a candy thermometer you'll need measuring cups so you'll have

your water a measuring cup and your dry measuring cup that's what I put my oil into

it's just easier to measure and you will need some coconut oil

a pillowcase or cheesecloth to strain the material after and both are reusable I

find that the pillowcase is better in my mind because I find that the cheesecloth

you have to sort of wrap it a few times otherwise the holes are a little big and

so debris gets in so if we use a cotton pillowcase that's clean then it's a

little bit of a thicker weave a finer weave I guess and so not a lot of debris

getting through and both can be reused I find that pillowcases obviously hold

up a little more so you can cut your pillowcase down to the size that you need

a sauce pan

so that's where your water

and your coconut oil will go into it yeah we'll get started once the decarbed

cannabis comes out of the oven

so it's just come out of the oven the decarbed

cannabis and I'm gonna let it sit on the counter for probably five minutes

and then I will grind it up into a finer consistency not a powder but somewhere

between a bud to something more crumbly

right now I'm going to add the one cup of coconut oil

to the saucepan

one cup of water

we'll use the candy thermometer you'll be above 160 degrees Fahrenheit

but you want it to be below 200 so I'm going to hover mine around

200 if it gets above there I'm just going to add a little bit of water to

moderate the temperature

so we'll use the candy thermometer it's a very important step

to making cannabis butter now it's time to add the cannabis once the oil in the

water has melted you can see it's bubbling a little bit I did have

to leave the room for a minute and it did go to 210 degrees

Fahrenheit that's fine I mean you can always add more water to moderate the

temperature I'm just going to keep it around there

it's just bubbling right now because it's just at the hundred degrees

Celsius mark so that's fine it's not going to go over that and so you'll

want to keep it on the lowest possible setting on your stove I'll just add

the Cannabis in now

so you leave it on the stovetop for two to three hours you do want to keep it

below 200 and above 160 degrees Fahrenheit mine is 210 but because I'm going to

turn it down low it'll probably balance itself out below 200 so ya you can

always add more water into it if your temperature is getting too hot because

in the end you're just going to strain it and then you're going to put it in the

fridge and so the coconut oil will go hard and then you just strain out all the

residual water so it won't really matter about the water in the end so yeah now

you just wait and keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't go over and so it will

be 2 to 3 hours on your stove top

so it's been around three hours now that the cannabis butter has been

on the stove so it's been the under 200 degrees Fahrenheit and I just cut myself

up an old cotton pillowcase so I'm going to be reusing this one and you just

find a mason jar with a wide mouth is sort of ideal or something where you can

just put your pillowcase over and then I have an elastic you can use a rubber

band it's probably better and you just want to sort of make a little indent in the

bottom there and then I'm just going to turn the burner off and then

pour the mixture into the jar and then we'll transfer it into I find

a bread pan good because then when the butter hardens it kind of goes

into a little brick and is easier to scoop out you can tell it's gotten quite green

and we'll just put it through the strainer and now

and you'll let it drain through and then here is what you're left with

when all the oil has drain to the bottom we can just squeeze out any

residual oil from this pick off the elastic but you just want to make sure that it's

not going to slump in there so you just squeeze it and it does a

pretty good job the pillowcase does a pretty good job it's pretty warm so you

definitely want to make sure that it's cooled a little bit before you do this

because it will burn you so that's that you can squeeze it out as much as you'd

like and I'm going to just transfer the oil and the water to this pan here and this

will be placed into the fridge for a few hours until the coconut oil has cooled

now this has been sitting in the fridge for the last few hours and it has gone

completely solid and there's no residual water really left in there which is nice

if there was any water you can just drain that out and the fat

that would be on top anyways and ya now you can just let it go to room

temperature and use it in your baking as you would butter or coconut oil so

either of them are good to use for this recipe just follow the same steps you

use whatever one you want and then ya your good to go and so the recipe I'm

using today is a peanut butter cookie and when I do dose them I just use a

tablespoon and I make the cookies each of tablespoon so you can either dose up

or dose down they're consistent so yeah I hope you guys enjoyed the recipe and if

you like these do-it-yourself videos definitely like it and subscribe below to

Join us for the VISPS Conference on January 8th - Duration: 2:50.

Well hello everybody, this is Bill Cook.

I want to wish you a Merry Christmas from all of us at AgMaxx,

AgTeamPro, and all the different companies that we work with here on the research farm.

We have a very special and exciting thing coming up

which will be our first VISPS Conference.

It's going to be an exciting conference. We have people coming from all over.

I'm going to have to look at some of the names if you don't mind but we've got

Brian Roach on agricultural marketing.

We've got Mark Hudson. He's going to be talking about non-GMO and organic

and buying crops directly from all of the farmers around here.

We also have Joel Cape. Joel is in agricultural law and we are going to be talking a lot about

how to protect your airspace. There is a lot of stuff going on right now about how to

protect your airspace from things drifting on you.

Joel is going to kind of narrow down on that.

Another exciting gentleman that is going to be here is Judah Coffer with AgWorld.

We're really happy to have him.

One of the experts in his field, Skeeter Beery, will be here with Ag Resource Management.

He's going to bring you a lot of good information on how to get loans.

Some of our local experts are going to be here also.

John Ortiz will be on the program talking about how to lower those costs.

David Yoder will be talking about organics and how to get from

point A to point B, making that transition over from

non-GMO all the way to organic if that is where you are wanting to go.

We've got Derek Fox and Meghan Dixon.

They are going to talk to you about how to use the VISPS system.

We don't want you to miss this program. It's going to be really good.

You do have to register. We are going to have a short

seating and we can only handle so many people.

It's a $25 registration.

It's going to be pretty easy to get your money back.

We've got a $50 coupon from one of our sponsors

and we have a 5% discount given by the BigYield folks.

You'll have a great day. It starts around 10:00 a.m.

You will register around 9.

It's over before 4:00 p.m.

It's going to be a great event and you don't want to miss it. You're really going to learn a lot.

It'll show you how to save money, make money, and save time.

We want to thank you for

hopefully coming to the convention.

We hope you have a very Merry Christmas

and a Happy New Year.

We will see you at the convention on January 8th.

Scientists discover groundbreaking treatment for cancer which could save millions of lives - Duration: 8:44.

Scientists discover groundbreaking treatment for cancer which could save millions of lives

A groundbreaking treatment for cancer which uses immune cells from strangers could save millions of lives in the future, scientists believe.

The treatment, still in its early days, will strengthen the immune systems of patients while avoiding toxic side effects such as those caused by chemotherapy.

The team at the Francis Crick Institute in London now want to set-up the first immune banks which will store the 'Natural Killer' cells.

This would allow oncologists to order a batch of immune cells to be delivered to clinics in a matter of hours to then be infused into patients.

Once in the body the cells would join forces with the patient's own immune system to fight off tumours using a natural 'DIY' approach.

Professor Adrian Hayday, group leader of the Immunosurveillance Lab at The Crick, told The Telegraph: 'We're not quite there yet. 'But that's what we're trying now. There is every capability of getting cell banks like this established.'.

Professor Hayday added that 'even a few years ago' there was little belief cancer could be tackled in any other way than attacking the disease itself.

But now there is a growing field of research and experimental treatments focusing on training patients' bodies to fight off cancers by themselves. Experts say this could become more effective than traditional treatments because bodies can adapt faster than medicine companies.

Professor Hayday described the concept as 'radical' but added 'that is what's happening' now, with the cells not doing anything other than ramping up the immune system.

Cancer patients will begin to receive pioneering infusions of the so-called natural killer cells as early as next year, according to the researchers. Professor Charlie Swanton, of Crick's Cancer Evolution and Genome Instability Laboratory said: 'The future is incredibly bright.

He added: 'Using the body's own immune cells to target the tumour is elegant because tumours evolve so quickly there is no way a pharmaceutical company can keep up with it.

'But the immune system has been evolving for over four billion years to do just that. Until now, the idea of injecting someone's immune cells into another person was dogged by fears the body would reject them.

But this year, in a medical breakthrough, scientists discovered they survive well in the body and are unlike other cells.

The Crick team are now seeing impressive results, particularly because the cells aren't being rejected by the body, as is the case with some forms of immunotherapy.

Immunotherapy drugs help the immune system work harder to find and kill cancer cells. But there can be side effects because they attack healthy cells, too.

The treatment is said to be the ultimate 'do-it-yourself approach' because it uses the patient's own immune system and relies on no drugs.

In England and Wales, survival rates for ten or more years after cancer are 50 per cent, according to Cancer Research UK.

The team at The Crick want to make that figure rise to 75 per cent in the next 15 years, and they claim advances in technology will make that possible.

In the US, the five-year survival rate for all cancers combined is improving, and was 69 per cent between 2007 to 2013, according to the American Cancer Society. HOW DOES IMMUNOTHERAPY WORK?.

Immunotherapy uses our immune system to fight cancer. It works by helping the immune system recognise and attack cancer cells.

Our immune system works to protect the body against infection, illness and disease. It can also protect us from the development of cancer.

The immune system includes the lymph glands, spleen and white blood cells. Normally, it can spot and destroy faulty cells in the body, stopping cancer developing. But a cancer might develop when:.

The immune system recognises cancer cells but it is not strong enough to kill the cancer cells. The cancer cells produce signals that stop the immune system from attacking it.

The cancer cells hide or escape from the immune system. Immunotherapy is not yet as widely used as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Chemotherapy uses medication to kill cancer cells and radiotherapy means the use of radiation, usually X-rays, to treat illness.

Immunotherapy uses the natural power of your immune system to fight illnesses, and has been approved to treat people with many types of cancer. There are different types of immunotherapy, some of which are also called targeted therapies or biological therapies.

Monoclonal antibodies are laboratory-produced molecules engineered to serve as substitute antibodies that can restore, enhance or mimic the immune system's attack on cancer cells.

They are designed to bind to antigens that are generally more numerous on the surface of cancer cells than healthy cells. This process is called antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). Vaccines to treat cancer.

Normally, vaccines help to protect us from disease, and researchers are looking at whether vaccines can be used as a treatment to help the immune system to recognise and attack cancer cells.

When you have the vaccine, it stimulates the immune system into action. The immune system makes antibodies that can recognise and attack the harmless versions of the disease.

Once the body has made these antibodies it can recognise the disease if you come into contact with it again. So you're protected from it. Cytokines.

Cytokines are a group of proteins in the body that play an important part in boosting the immune system.

Interferon and interleukin are types of cytokines found in the body. Scientists have developed man made versions of these to treat some types of cancer.

Adoptive cell transfer changes the genes in a person's white blood cells (T cells) to help them recognise and kill cancer cells. Changing the T cell in this way is called genetically engineering the T cell.

This treatment is only available as part of a clinical trial in the UK. An example of a type of adoptive cell transfer is CAR T-cell therapy. Source: Cancer Research UK.

Cancer breakthrough that allows doctors to transplant disease-fighting immune cells from strangers into patients could 'save millions of lives in the future'. 'Immune banks' will hold immune cells and can be delivered to hospitals in hours.

The treatment is said to be the 'ultimate' approach to using the immune system. It's set to be used as early as next year with impressive results so far.
