Waching daily Aug 7 2018

(The Hammingtons' third day in Singapore)

The Hammingtons greet their third day in Singapore.

They're driving somewhere.

(Where are they heading this morning?)

Good morning, William.

(Making lip bubbles)

Good.

(I'm tired.)

We are now

on our third day in Singapore.

How do you like our boys' outing in Singapore?

- No. / - No?

- No. / - Okay, all right.

Goodness.

What's Bentley doing, William?

- He's eating. / - Is he eating?

By himself?

(He's eating by himself?)

(He is chewing on an imaginary food.)

(How are you doing, my dear mango?)

Who are we meeting right now?

- A man. / - A man?

- Yes. / - I see.

We're going to meet someone you love.

(Who is it?)

Look over there. That's amazing.

It's so big.

Is the person we're meeting over there?

After some time, they arrive at a docked cruise ship.

I think Sam's wife will surprise them.

- Someone William loves. / - I see.

What is that?

Since it's hot, we'll take a seat.

Why is it so humid?

I'm sure it's humid.

(Okay, William.)

Say "I".

- I. / - "Love".

- A sudden English lesson. / - "You".

You.

It's a heart.

Say it.

- He's so cute. / - Will you only do that?

William, look.

(Look at that.)

Do you know what that is?

That means it'll rain. It's so dark.

This is Southeast Asia's weather.

That startled me.

That's why it's humid.

- Rain. / - It's going to rain.

He's the cutest when he speaks like that.

He repeats single words.

It's going to rain.

(Oh, no. What is going on?)

This is so fast. That's not good.

(Eyes darting everywhere)

- Rain. / - Right.

Rain. Swoosh.

It'll swoosh down, right?

(This isn't the time to be standing around.)

- We're meeting someone. Do you want to go in? / - Yes.

But we're here to meet somebody.

- Rain. / - We need to get in to avoid the rain?

(Someone steps out from the cruise ship.)

Someone is coming.

It's a woman. I think it's their mom.

(Who is stepping out into the rain clouds?)

Louder.

(It's raining!)

Hurry up!

Who is this person whom William loves?

William.

(Oh, my gosh)

- William. / - Nana.

It's Nana.

(His Australian grandmother, Nana)

- William. / - William.

It's his grandmother.

It's William's grandmother.

(Beaming)

Get over here.

You're beautiful, my little man.

- Who is it? / - You've grown so much.

- Nana. / - Yes, it's Nana.

Are you going to give her a kiss?

(Kissing)

Give her a hug.

She's melting.

(Oh, my.)

- His second child. / - Who is that?

- Who is that? / - My boy.

Hello. Look.

You're a big boy.

He really grew a lot.

I missed you both so much.

And here's my big and beautiful baby.

No.

- Stop. No. / - That's right. He's...

- Her son. / - You're still my baby.

Children will always be babies to their mother.

- Stop. / - Yes.

Nana came on that big ship.

- William. / - Look, a big ship.

I came on a big ship.

(But what is she doing in Singapore?)

My mother is touring overseas.

The final destination was Singapore.

We'd only been video chatting with her.

I think seeing her on the last day

will end this trip beautifully.

Listen.

Let's see what he's got in there.

What is that, William?

(It is just his kind of toy.)

Who is that?

Who is that?

Who is it?

(Nana is definitely the best.)

His grandmother always buys him many gifts.

Grandmothers really know exactly what kids like.

(Eat this.)

(He sure is pudgy.)

(Wilk, punch harder.)

(Punching)

(I'm not making the sound from my mouth.)

He's excited.

(Oh, cool.)

- He should wipe them out. / - I know.

(I'm Wilk, the hero of justice.)

Is there anywhere you want to go today?

Yes, I'd really like to go to Sentosa.

It's where they had that big peace summit.

- Where Trump... / - And Kim Jongun met.

That place has become a really

big thing now, hasn't it? An international thing.

I mean, I've always wanted to go Sentosa Island before.

But that makes it even more...

(Before departing)

We're going to ride on the Sentosa Island cable car.

(He reserves a convenient cable car ride.)

Reserve now.

It's 15 dollars and 50 cents.

- Reservation complete. / - What is he saying?

- Let's go. / - Okay, let's go.

The weather seems to be getting worse.

(Dark clouds loom in the sky.)

Oh, no. That's not good.

(But this actually happened.)

Why does it rain so much?

(Fortunately, the cable car still operates.)

It's still running.

- William, say hi. / - Hi.

- Hi. / - Hi.

(Hi, cutie.)

He's my son and my grandson.

(They're my kids.)

She's so lovely.

Doesn't Ben seem to have grown during the trip?

Doesn't he?

William, are you going to get on the cable car?

Are you going to ride the cable car?

(William is getting on the cable car.)

(Nana is going as well.)

(Ben is going too!)

Isn't this William's first cable car experience?

It can be scary for babies.

- Oh, William. / - Look over there.

(He shouldn't look down.)

Help me, what's going on?

William. Oh, no.

Help me. What's going on?

William.

How is it?

(Bentley smiles in mid-air.)

It gets scary after getting a sense of height.

Bentley is still not afraid of heights.

(Bentley, can you stay still?)

It's like a spaceship.

(Bentley stares calmly at the sight below.)

There are big trucks too. See, trucks.

(What? Over there.)

Look, dolphins.

(Hello, dolphins.)

What do dolphins do?

(This is what they do.)

What about a snake?

(Shaking side to side)

What about a crocodile?

(How about a big and scary crocodile?)

Crocodile.

(A crocodile has appeared.)

(While they imitate animals...)

- That must be Sentosa Island. / - William.

(Is something the matter?)

That's the Capella Hotel.

It's where the peace summit was held.

- Oh, really? / - Yes.

Did you see the US-North Korea Peace Summit?

Did you watch it?

Shake my hand.

(Let's get along too.)

Wow, two hands. Did you salute?

Salute.

(They arrive in Sentosa Island.)

- Hi. / - Hi.

(William!)

(Hi.)

Shall we dance? Music is on.

(What?)

(Shaking)

(Keep your dignity, mister.)

"Mister dignity"?

I have no idea.

(Their first stop is...)

- Skyline Luge. / - That looks fun.

Kids would really like that.

Do you want to ride that?

Yes.

Do you want to take a ride as well?

- No. / - All right.

Your loss. Say bye to Nana. See you soon.

- Have fun. Won't you? / - We'll see her later.

- Say bye to Bentley. / - Have fun.

Shake hands with him.

(William, have fun with the ride.)

We'll see him later.

Have fun, guys.

- Bye. / - Bye.

(See you after the ride.)

(Before getting on the luge...)

That's better.

(He puts on a green helmet that's to his liking.)

Get ready.

(They're ready for their ride.)

Yes.

(Sunglasses are the finishing touch.)

(Shall we get going now?)

(They get a simple driving lesson.)

Pull the brake. Pull it hard.

- "Pull the brake"? / - Yes.

- He's Australian. / - "Pull the brake"?

Okay, move forward just a bit. Slowly.

- Just a little. / - "Pull the brake."

- Pull the brake. / - I want to go there.

- Left and right. / - That looks really fun.

Slowly.

Pull the brake. Okay.

(Their driving lesson is over.)

It's done. They're ready.

- Let's go, William. / - Gosh.

- Go, go, go. / - Start.

(Let's go, William!)

- Since he's with a kid, / - Right.

- he must be careful. / - What was that?

(He's surprised.)

(He sets out again.)

He can't go forward if he pulls the brake.

He must push it.

(Dad?)

What's he doing? This is frustrating.

Sam is blocking everyone.

(Sam is causing a traffic jam.)

- He's going. / - He got it.

(Biting his lips tightly)

William.

(Oh, nice. This is fun.)

(Let me tell you how fun this is.)

(It translates to, "This is so fun. Go!")

(Move away, everyone!)

(Here comes William.)

Go, go!

(Here comes William.)

Hurray!

Are you having fun, William?

(Two thumbs-ups)

Sam is having more fun.

That looks fun.

When dads go to places like that with kids,

kids may have fun at the start,

- but dads end up having the most fun. / - Right.

Do you know how much wives find that annoying?

I didn't know.

Dads should look after kids instead of having fun.

- Shall we get off? / - Yes.

- Did you have fun? / - Yes.

Take this off now. Let's go.

(Dad...)

- What is it? / - Again.

- Do you want another ride? / - Yes.

Let's ride again and again, and again.

- Another ride? / - Yes.

Do you want to ride it again?

I guess he had fun. He wants to ride it again.

When kids like something, they must keep doing it.

Right.

Okay.

(You're unstoppable.)

(Meanwhile, Nana and Ben go for a pleasant walk.)

Ben, where should we go?

His grandma is watching Ben in the meantime.

It's like a date.

Hey, look at the birds.

She's more expressive, right?

She's very expressive when she talks to them.

Kids like that.

Ben, look.

(Do you want to see them up close?)

Ben, look.

Aren't they beautiful?

(His eyes are fixated on them.)

(He's fascinated.)

(Stomping his feet in greeting)

Gosh, that bird is pretty.

(Gleaming)

When I look at the eyes of babies that age,

I get really curious about what they're thinking

from their perspective.

(They take a photo to remember the moment.)

Look. Look at that.

Look at his face.

Gosh, they're so pretty.

(They're waiting for Sam and William.)

Where are they? Oh, look.

(Looking around)

(This is so exciting!)

(The third ride is still exciting!)

(This is the perfect weather to go for a spin.)

Ben, look. There's Daddy.

Look.

Hey, William.

Look at that big man driving so well.

She still cares about his son.

That's right.

Was that good?

(He starts dancing right away.)

(Can you guess how much fun I had?)

(Proud)

- Look at Daddy. Good. / - High-five, William.

(Sam and William enjoyed the rides.)

- William. / - It was so much fun.

It was so fun. That was so much fun.

- Was that fun? / - Yes.

Hey, where are you going?

(So when will we eat?)

I have a secret.

- Don't tell other people. / - Okay.

- Got it? / - Yes.

Do you know who Superman is?

That's right. Superman can fly.

I am... I am Superman.

(Don't be shocked.)

I'm Superman.

Me.

- I'm Superman. / - It's me.

- It's me. / - No, it's me.

- It's me. / - I'm Superman.

- It's me. / - Don't you believe me?

I can fly up and all the way around.

(Sure, sure.)

Stay with your grandma.

- I'll use the restroom. / - Okay.

- Okay? / - What are you doing?

(Bentley is hungry.)

(It's time for his baby food.)

Me.

- Me. / - William wants it.

- One spoonful for you. / - Yes.

They're sharing.

(William has a spoonful too.)

(No, it's my food.)

"It's mine." He cried when William ate his.

And one for William.

Bentley is good-natured.

- He only cries when he's hungry. / - One for Bentley.

He's crying while eating it.

(He must be really sad.)

(It translates to, "I can't believe him.")

He's watching if William will have the next one.

He's crying.

(Meanwhile, Sam...)

What is he doing?

He's changed his outfit.

Let's find your dad.

- Dad. / - Yes, we will.

Keep watching. Watch me.

What's this?

(Do you trust me?)

He's sleeping.

(Here I go.)

(He's flying!)

Superman!

- What is that? / - Superman!

(I told you I'm Superman.)

What is it?

Dad.

(Dad is flying!)

It will shock him.

(What is Dad doing?)

See that? Look.

(This is the skydiving experience exhibition.)

It's fascinating even for us adults.

The wind must be intense to withstand his weight.

- You can try it too. / - I can try it as well.

(See, William?)

Superman.

- Dad. / - Sam must feel like

a hero in the eyes of his son.

His son will think that his dad is Superman.

Dad.

- That looks fun. / - Dad.

"Daddy".

(He runs to him barefoot.)

Superman.

- Did you see me? / - Yes.

That was awesome.

Thank you. Thank you so much.

(He's an official Superman with a certificate.)

Dad, you're the best.

I flew, didn't I?

- Yes. / - Yes.

- I said I was Superman. / - Goodness.

How nice.

They made another unforgettable memory.

Is that how I flew?

- Is that how I flew? / - Yes.

I'm Superman.

(It's a secret.)

(Does William really believe Sam is Superman?)

Your dad flew in the sky.

- Do you remember? / - Yes.

(Of course.)

Superman.

- Is your dad Superman? / - Yes.

Hush.

(Oh, right. Dad said it was a secret.)

Public Speaking is Like Singing | Public Speaking Tips | Improve Public Speaking - Duration: 2:27.

This tip from Sunderban Bangladesh yesterday i had one program here I've

come here to give one talk and it was a blend of speeches and two to three

performance by singers and i noticed one very good band came on the stage they

were three people in that band and one by one everyone started speaking now

many times we have seen that people even if you're a singer they speak for a few

minutes before they start performing their songs and I noticed when they were

speaking they were very nervous they were not looking confident all three but

when they started singing oh my god they were completely different personality

they rock the stage people were dancing on their songs there were

awesome singers but why why suddenly when they started singing

they were completely different people they were confident and why

when they were speaking they were not and I answer to this why is very simple

because like singing even speaking is a skill they have learned singing skills

that's why they were confident while singing they have not learned speaking

skills that's why they were not confident when they were speaking on the

stage speaking is a learnable skill in singing we learn sa ra ga ma we learns

nodes in speaking we learn body language we learn vocal variety we learn

how to take and when to take pause in your talks and not only we learn

in singing we learn all this and then we practice in speaking we also learn and

we practice even if you learn no one in one night can become a good singer no

one can become a good speaker in one night we have to learn and practice

again and again but you know what if you don't like singing it's okay it's not

going to spoil your career but if you don't like speaking it doesn't matter

whether you like it you don't like it you have to learn speaking because if you

want to be a leader in your life you have to separate yourself from the crowd

stand alone and speak start learning speaking this is

Praveen Wadalkar signing out until we meet again with a new public speaking tip I'm

sweating a lot in this jungle

New Website Is Live! Rudijansen.com - Duration: 1:34.

Hey it's Rudi Jansen here. Really excited this week because we're launching a brand new

website. It's interesting, one of my strong points in life is delegating it's

something I'm really good at it's something I teach others how to do

because when you know how to do it it's pretty simple. But years ago when we started the

ACCOA brand it was something that I gave to my graphic designer and I said to him

"I'm starting this new brand. I need a company name and a website.

Please can you come up with some options for a name for me and I'll pick

something from there" because I really can't be arsed thinking and worrying about things

like that it's just not where my attention is. So he gave me some options

and one of the options was well short for accountants coach is AC-COA. AC for

accountant and the COA part of coach. So ACCOA was born. But in hindsight it's one of

the most complicated names people are often saying "you're from where?" "ACCOA how do you

spell that?" "What is it all about?" And I don't think anyone has ever made the

connection that ACCOA is short for accountants coach but hey. So in any case

we've decided to rebrand now as 'Rudi Jansen' so I know very novel but much simpler

and it works. So the new website is being launched this week, very excited about it and would love

some feedback on it just to make it as good as we can. Go and have a look at it

because in there I also share with you what I do, how it all works, but any

feedback on making the site better would be really appreciated. Okay bye for now.

Kyle Walker: 'As long as I am playing football, that is what keeps me happy' - Duration: 7:00.

Kyle Walker: 'As long as I am playing football, that is what keeps me happy'

Given that no team have retained the Premier League title since Manchester United in 2009, it is not unreasonable for the chasing pack to wonder if Manchester City will be undone by complacency this season.

City have felt the hunger drain away before, under Roberto Mancini in 2012 and Manuel Pellegrini in 2014, and know from experience that champions are fallible as soon as standards decline and senior players relax.

Yet if the mood feels different this time, it is because substance accompanies Pep Guardiola's stylish brand of football.

Unlike his predecessors, Guardiola has the edge that elevates the very best above the rest.

The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager knows what it takes to win and the signs during City's emphatic victory against Chelsea in the Community Shield on Sunday were that the defending champions will not slow down after racking up 100 points last season.

No player epitomised that desire more against Chelsea than Kyle Walker, who looked in surprisingly good nick for a man whose summer holiday was supposed to end on Monday.

There was no demand for Walker to cut his break short after his exertions for England at the World Cup, but the right-back jumped at the chance when Guardiola asked if he wanted to return early.

This is a group with plenty still to achieve.

"This is a title and I have not won many, so to not be a part of this would have been stupid," Walker said.

"The gaffer gave me the option.

He said you can either come back on the 6th or you can come back and compete.

There is no doubt in my mind that I wanted to be here to achieve what I have achieved today.

And luckily the risk paid off.

"Come Christmas I might be saying to you that I'm absolutely knackered, but that is just football.

I'm not looking into the future.

As long as I am on the pitch and playing football, that is what keeps me happy.

I spend time with my family, with my kids, but they know that daddy likes football too much so I have to go back and play.".

While Walker said that he is not as fresh as he could be, his intensity in sweltering conditions was staggering.

It almost felt like cheating for City to play so well three weeks after the World Cup final, but Guardiola has drilled his players to work harder than their opponents.

"You have to or you are sat on the bench next to him," Walker said.

"It's as simple as that.

His demands are so high, but it should be a pleasure to run around.

In any football I have played in, and I have played in League One and as an international at the World Cup, the bare minimum is running around and showing the desire for the shirt.

Then the higher you go up the leagues, your football takes control of that.

"You can't just run around like headless chickens, but we have all got a football brain in this team and we all know when to press, we know where people are.

Sometimes you can almost play the game with a blindfold on.

That is down to his coaching skills and what he brings Monday to Friday on the coaching pitch.".

City, who begin their title defence with a trip to Arsenal on Sunday, destroyed Chelsea despite leaving out Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva.

Bernardo Silva sparkled and Phil Foden, who won the Golden Ball when England claimed the Under-17 World Cup last year, caught the eye in midfield.

"He is a kid who wants to learn, which is rare these days, because you see a lot of kids coming through with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder," Walker said.

"It is a pleasure to play with him.".

Raheem Sterling's absence meant there was also a start for Riyad Mahrez, the £60m summer signing from Leicester.

"When you are the top the only way is down and we don't want to go down," Walker said.

"A lot of teams have strengthened with very good players.

We have also strengthened our squad with the likes of Riyad coming in.

He has been excellent.

We have to keep everyone on their toes, keep the same level of application that we have done throughout last season and hopefully we can achieve the same things.".
