So,take it with a bottle,put aging,then it will be tasty?
It will be weaker aging power than a KAME
Even if you take it in a bottle, as time goes by, you can enjoy a rich taste

What's the machine for?
It is a rotating drum for steaming rice
Steam for 1 hour by 120 degrees steam

It's the process to sprinkle aspergillus awamori on steamed rice

This is the step steaming Indica rice and spreading aspergillus awamori
Breed aspergillus awamori for 24 hours in this drum
This is the steamed Indica rice
Steamed by 120 degrees and sprinkling aspergillus awamori now
Here is the growing room
Keeping the rice that made at 24 hours in the last process in 35 degrees temperture
Do the growth of affect the taste
This is a fermentation room
Put rice that made in last process,water and yeast in a tank
Add more sprinkling aspergillus,then MOROMI-mash is completed
Fermente for 2 weeks, MOROMI-mash containing alcohol wil be made
In this process,alcohol is 18%
This is a still that distills the MOROMI-mash that was made over two weeks
Distillers that can be used in awamori are pot stills
Move those Moromi in here,add heat,Moromi will be steam with alcohol
Then cool to liquid,that's raw awamori
So the adjustment of this can be cause to the taste?
Yes,there is 45 distillery of awamori
The taste will change depending on still's shape
In Ryukyu kingdom period,
Awamori used to be made by only 3 villeges,Akata,Torihori,Sakiyama
As very presious stuffs
Our Mizuho syuzo was founded in Torihori,now we have 170th anniversary
In Ryukyu kingdom period,there was 200-300 years old vintage awamori in vase bottles
I heard that those awamori were secured by locks
So I think only high position people could have those
Awamori has 600 years history so
It's recent years that common people could have awamori

I had like the grander vision of it
that I wasn't really sure if people were ready
to just go and meditate without the yoga
and without other aspects to it.
So I thought, "Wait a second, maybe we do it mobile."

So I really do feel that there is space for mobile studios
like this in every big city.
So we've been working on that too.

It helps create awareness.
Emotionally, it helps build compassion.
It helps build empathy.
And then, it helps your health.
Meditation really is an all around wellness tool
and it's just so simple.
So it's about just actually getting to do it.
