there were lawyers from that organization

EastEnders' Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) was on the soap from 2005 to 2006, and was involved in a lot of dramatic storylines before she left the soap feuding with best friend Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).

Viewers are desperate to find out why EastEnders cast member Ruby has decided to come back to the Square, and some of the ideas are definitely out there.

One fan predicted Ruby would be returning with Sean Slater's (Robert Kazinsky) baby, posting: "Could Ruby come back with Sean's baby? She could have discovered she was pregnant after leaving.".

Another agreed, saying: "Does anyone think she got pregnant with Sean's baby and is now back with her kid?" A third chipped in: "Guess her coming back with Sean kid would make sense especially if it's been 12 years god where has the time gone!" But others think Ruby's return could bring around the come back of some other characters, such as her mum and sister, who were killed off-screen in a fire, or her dad Johnny Allen, who died in prison.

One wrote: "If this was Emmerdale or Coronation Street she would return after hearing her mum and sister were not killed in the fire after all, which happened before she originally joined the show.

"Her return would see her head to Coker and Son's as they did the funeral and to ask what happened, were there bodies, as she was young at the time and was unable to see them.

Pam Coker will then return and reveal herself to be Ruby's dead mum." Another added: "Don't forget we never saw Johnny's body." A third chipped in: "Maybe Ruby and Kush will get together?".

Producers have kept quiet about Ruby's return, but it is set to be very dramatic indeed.

Executive producer John Yorke said: "Louisa is a fantastic actress and I am delighted that she is returning to EastEnders.

"Now twelve years older, viewers will see a much more mature and confident Ruby who is set to be involved in one of our biggest storylines later this year." EastEnders continues tonight at 8pm on BBC.

  Highlands Park returned to the Absa Premiership stealing a valuable point from Orlando Pirates, who showed flashes of their immense potential for the 2018-19 season but had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Orlando Stadium on Saturday night.

This hype around teams in a preseason can be problematic.

Sometimes even more so for Pirates, the ultimate big three team capable of underwhelming when everything seems in their favour.

They were not helped by Gladwin Shitolo's 15th-minute back-passed own goal, the culprit Wayne Sandilands with a goalkeeping howler.

Substitute Justin Shonga equalised from the penalty spot in the 61st.

This was just a start for Pirates and their impressive army of boffins on the bench, and equally intimidating arsenal on the field.

They could not quite click on the first night, against plucky, if somewhat disjointed opponents.

Bucs will hope to soon in a season that is threatening to get off at a hare's pace.

Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic had new signings Vincent Pule and Paseka Mako on the wings.

Promoted 16-year-old midfielder Augustine Mahlonoko was on the bench, making an 88th minute debut, on for Pule.

Highlands counterpart Owen Da Gama had his best player from their runaway First Division championship, central midfielder Mothobi Mvala, suspended from a red card at the end of last season.

Sandilands's shocker gifted Highlands the lead.

Shitolo, under pressure from two attackers, innocuously passed back to the keeper at his near post.

Sandilands, with the ball coming to his right, tried to pass with his left, the ball sneaking in under him.

Sandilands, who had played one league game since he fumbled Hlompho Kekana's shot from halfway against Mamelodi Sundowns in November 2017, scarcely needed another blunder, and the crowd on his back afterwards.

Pirates, of course, rallied.

It was not so easy, always, against a Highlands whose formation was a little all over the place.

From Innocent Maela's angled lob from deep Zambian ox Augustine Mulenga shrugged off a challenge and forced a save off Tapuwa Kapini's legs.

Pule's free-kick thudded off the bottom of the crossbar.

Highlands had withdrawn further into a defensive shell.

Against a side with Pirates' quality, that's asking for trouble.

Park got it when left-back Lesenya Ramoraka dragged a leg in the challenge to catch Mulenga on the right of Highlands' box.

Shonga, on in the 56th, stepped up to strike into the roof of the net, to the left of Kapini.

Kapini somewhat wildly palmed Shitolo's looping header off the line, then Mulenga's low strike tested the keeper.

Mulenga smacked one at Kapini with five minutes left.

Bucs had all the industriousness, but not quite the composure, to earn a winner.

Aston Villa's Gary Gardner a target for West Brom, QPR and Bolton

Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner is the subject of interest from Championship sides West Brom, QPR and Bolton, Sky sources understand.

Gardner came off the bench to make his first-team Villa debut in a 3-1 Premier League win at Chelsea on New Year's Eve in 2011.

He has since gone on to make 46 appearances for the club and has enjoyed loan spells with Coventry, Sheffield Wednesday, Brighton and Nottingham Forest.

He spent last season on loan at Barnsley where he made 30 appearances and captained the Tykes on a number of occasions.

The former England U21 international is the younger brother of former Villa and West Brom midfielder Craig, who is currently playing for Birmingham.

West Brom, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, lost 2-1 at home to Bolton in their opening Championship fixture of the season on Saturday.

QPR, who last week accepted a transfer ban for January 2019 for breaching Financial Fair Play rules, also lost their Championship opener, going down 1-0 at Preston in Steve McClaren's first competitive game as the club's manager.
