So as you can see the Weekend Wellness Workshops - Everything Is Connected is a

huge event. They're both eight-hour days that you'll be going through 10:00 a.m.

till 6 p.m. on the Saturday, same again on the Sunday. You get to go home with

work manuals, one for each day, online courses, one for each day, systems that

will keep you on track even after the event has been done but

that's not all. You'll also get access to our support

groups. You have a support group for the mindset empowerment. You also have

another support group for the chakra energy healing and we've got a bunch of

like-minded people in there and they're working on themselves, on their mindset

They completely understand that the thoughts that they think are the things

that are bringing to them the experiences that they have in life or

the things that they don't have in life. It's all connected

absolutely 100%. Both days are fully certified so you get a certificate on

completion of the mindset course, you also get a certificate on completion of

the chakra course. The other thing is you need to complete the mindset day before

the chakra day for obvious reasons. I mean if we're going to get things

flowing in a manner that is beneficial to your health, to your body, to your life

you really need to start with the thoughts okay because these are the

things that are either getting us in trouble or keeping us on track. I've been

asked by some people if they can do one day at a time. . .

Yes you absolutely can as long as you complete your mind set workshop first

Then you can do the chakra workshop another time whenever the next Weekend Wellness

with a Wellness Weekend Workshop but they are limited to 10 people. I can't
