Waching daily Aug 3 2018

Oh hi! So this is gonna be a very quick video. It's just gonna be you and I

talking. With, probably, very very few cuts if any. Because I had this amazing idea

for a video, and here's the very first line of it.

"Canada is totally bisexual." That's a hook isn't it? Do you want to hear the

rest of that video? Unfortunately I do not have time to finish writing it here this

week, because I've been pulled in like 17 million different directions. If you

don't know I am the owner of something called Media Lab YYC, which is here in

Calgary, Alberta. And it's this place where you can create videos and record

podcasts in. And I try to help out as many customers that are coming through

the doors, while also creating my own stuff. And this week that has proven to be

not the easiest thing to do. Especially when five videos and a podcast comes

through your door kind of unexpectedly. Great for the bottom line! Bad for

someone who doesn't do very well with time management. So I've had this stress

headache for like three days in a row now because I'm trying to figure out how

to balance everything in my life. And it's hard because there's these two

things that are waging war inside my psyche. It's this huge fear of missing

out. The FOMO of my everyday life, the stuff that my friends are doing, what my

family kind of expects me to be, part of the events and movies and TV shows I

want to get caught up on. And I have to kind of realize I also have to balance

that with trying to make Media Lab a success. It hasn't even been around for a

year yet and I really want to make sure I'm not in that statistic of businesses

who go out of business within the first couple of years. That's my my battle that

I have. And I just really want to see Tom Cruise but it might not be in the cards

for another couple of weeks. Mission: Impossible, the new Mission:

Impossible movie is out. And I want to go and see it! But I literally do not have

the time. I find myself looking up and seeing my watch, because apparently my

watch is up on the ceiling. So I look up there to the ceiling and realize oh my

gosh it is 9:30 already! Like 9:30 p.m. and I have someone coming in tomorrow at

8:30 in the morning. Which means I have to like ... like I have to go home. I have to

eat something first of all. And I have to somehow get my watch off the ceiling!

That is ... that that's where it is. Plus I'm releasing two new podcasts this month,

I'm starting a new video channel here this month. So I'm producing a whole lot

while still trying to run the business and I don't know what's going to run out

first. My my will to live or the money. Which in some cases might be the same

thing. So as a little bit of a teaser for you this little bear is going to be

making an appearance sometime very very soon. And to whet your appetite it's

also going to include these three ribbons. What could this possibly mean‽

What could this possibly mean? I've gone insane. How are you how are you doing? I

am hanging on with just the tips of my fingernails and the stupid smile

veneered on to my face. So to make it look like I'm not falling into myself

like a dying star. But other than that things are going incredibly well. But

next week I'll be eating crickets so come back next week to

continue seeing poor life decisions!

I'll talk to you next Thursday. This is a weird video. I apologize. But that's what

I have time for

What is Meditation? - Duration: 5:19.

Just the word meditation causes a great deal of resistance for some people.

So, please feel free to call it communication,

realignment,

quiet time,

or whatever you would like.

I myself,

used to have a large amount of resistance when it came to meditation.

I never liked it

and felt that it never worked for me.

I used to think,

"what am I doing wrong,"

"what am I missing,"

"and why do I keep falling asleep?"

Now I meditate all the time!

It was until I fully understood what meditation is,

that I was able to see the necessity for it.

Now I enjoy it,

and sometimes even look forward to it.

Meditation is not clearing your mind

and getting lost in nothingness.

Meditation is one of two things.

It is either to listen to and/or talk to Source,

and it is also a tool to realign yourself.

Source is always there watching and speaking to us,

nudging

and trying to guide us.

Most people do not stop and take the time to listen though.

I know that we have somewhat touched on this subject many times already,

but it is definitely worth mentioning again.

Most of the time we disregard Source as our imagination.

It is not!

If you are having a hard time believing that it is actually Source,

then ask them to give you confirmations.

Ask them to show you that what you are feeling is in fact real.

If you do that,

and then pay attention on a daily basis,

and look for the confirmations,

they will reveal them to you.

Sometimes it is something small,

and others,

it will be something in-your-face obvious.

Just do not do what most people do at that point

and disregard it as coincidence.

We made it very clear already

that there are no such things as coincidences.

Also,

Don't ask them to show you a purple dinosaur or to manifest something like Madame Sousou.

Just ask for the confirmations,

and they will show them to you.

As far as realignment,

it is something that ninety-nine percent of us need to do from time to time.

We get so wrapped up into being human,

that we need to detach ourselves

and take at least a moment to meditate.

The easiest and fastest way to accomplish that,

is to remind yourself of who you are.

Those thoughts will get you realigned faster than anything,

because when you remind yourself of who you are,

you remember to relax and be at peace with everything.

Of course,

you have to sincerely believe in who you are,

or this practice will not work.

Meditation does not have to be performed laying down,

or sitting while crossing your legs,

or chanting,

with lit incense,

or any of those traditional images that people get in their minds when they think of meditation.

If you are simply trying to realign yourself;

it can be done at a red light,

at your desk,

or even at the line at the market.

If your aim is to communicate with Source,

even though it can be performed as aforementioned,

at first,

it is best to be done in a comfortable and quiet place.

Then once you get good enough

you can do in just about any situation.

Grace,

and everyone,

loves you!

What is Debit and Credit in Accounting (comes with cheat sheet for you!) - Duration: 7:50.

When you heard the word "Debit" and "Credit",

you will automatically think of Accounting.

They mean more than just being the mascots of Accounting.

Let's look at the real meaning behind them today.

Do Accounting.

Grow Your Business.

www.NutsAccounting.com

Good day, Entrepreneurs!

I'm Sharon and you are watching Nuts Accounting

where Accounting is as easy as nuts.

This channel is all about helping

Online Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners

And click the bell button for notifications on future videos.

Debit and Credit is the movements in monetary value either increase or decrease.

It plays a vital role in Double Entry principle.

In my previous video on double entry,

You have seen Debit and Credit in action with practical example.

If you would like to check out that video, I will put the link in the description for you.

In the "T" Accounts format, the left side is Debit while the right side is Credit.

This is their basic positioning in the traditional book for accounting.

But now that we are using accounting systems,

this has now become a good to know knowledge only.

To give you a better understanding of how Debit and Credit works in mathematical way,

let's follow the money in your wallet.

In the morning, you have $100 in your wallet.

You went to your local diners and spent $10 on breakfast.

On your way out, you bumped into your friend Lily,

who returns $20 to you, which she borrowed from you yesterday.

The money that you have in your wallet right now, in a basic mathematical calculation, is

$100 - $10 + $20 = $110.

So you have $110 in your wallet right now.

I would like to think Debit is Positive and Credit is Negative.

For me, I feel that mathematical way to calculate things is the easiest to understand.

Plus, your calculator can help you on that.

When I think of it that way, Debit is positive and credit is negative,

I can always calculate my entries with the use of a calculator before recording it into my accounts.

In accounting term, when your wallet receives money, it will be a debit to your cash account

and when you spend money, which is a negative value, it will be a credit to your cash account.

and your balance is a debit balance.

Because its a positive balance so its a debit balance.

Now let's look at accounting equation.

If you need help in accounting equation, check out my other video which I will put the link in the description for you.

All the things that you own is a Debit Balance while all the things that you owe is a Credit Balance.

When the transaction is in line with the balance side, it will increase the balance of the account.

In a debit balance account, all the things that you own, which is your assets

all debit transactions will increase the value of what you own

while credit transactions will decrease it.

A credit balance account which is your liabilities and your equity accounts

is the opposite where credit transactions will increase the amount that you owe.

And with a debit transaction it will decrease the amount that you owe.

To help you to understand debit and credit better,

I have prepared a cheat sheet for you.

In this cheat sheet, I have listed out the account balance

whether it is a Debit account balance or a credit account balance.

And what is the impact of Debit and Credit to the accounts

whether it is increasing the account or decreasing the account.

You may print it out or put it somewhere that's easily accessible for you

whenever you record your accounting entries

Just keep in mind that I have highlighted those balances that will increase the value of the account.

Debit and Credit is so easy, right?

Comment "Nutsy Easy" below.

To keep things interesting for you, let's walkthrough Rachel's start up story.

Before we start, I would like to highlight that your business transactions is a separate entity from you.

These examples will be looking at the point of view from your business.

Rachel started an online store that sell clothes online.

She opens a bank account for her business,

and deposited $1000 from her own money.

The business now owns $1000, which is an increment in asset.

And at the same time, the business owes Rachel $1000

which is an increase in equity.

Next, she setup her online store and its now up and running.

She paid $500 for this.

A debit of $500 to her expenses which is categorized as Equity

will decrease the Equity by $500.

And meanwhile, her bank account also decreases by $500 with a credit transaction.

She made a purchase with a 30 days credit term from a clothing supplier of $200.

As her business now owes the supplier $200,

her liability increase by $200.

and her inventory which is an asset account

will increase as well.

A week later, she made her first sales online.

She sold at $40.

Her bank account, which is an Asset account, increases by $40

while her Equity, which is her Sales account, increases by $40 as well.

Her cost for that piece is $20.

In this transaction, her cost of goods sold account is debited with $20,

which is a decrease in her equity of $20.

And meanwhile, the inventory account is credited with $20,

which is an asset and it is decreasing as well.

Now its time for Rachel to review the accounts.

Her total assets is $720

and her total liabilities + equity is $720 as well.

The accounting equation remains balance after all the transactions recorded.

To help you to understand Debit and Credit better, I have prepared some nutty practice for you.

Write your answers in the comments below.

A debit transaction to Bank Account will increase or decrease the account balance?

A business owner's capital account is a debit or credit balance account?

A loan from bank is a debit or credit balance account?

Your knowledge in debit and credit is very important.

I assure you it will be used every time when you do accounting.

Spend some time to fully understand it before you proceed to the next video of this series.

Today's nutty question is:

What is the impact of a Debit transaction to a Liability account?

Does it increase or decrease the balance?

Now, I would love to hear from you.

Who is the King of Mechanical Switches? BOX, Cherry, or Optical Comparison - Duration: 9:01.

After the major keyboard factories launched their own innovative new mechanical keyboard switches

There are varies kinds of mechanical keyboard switches on the market

In addition to the fact that the Cherry switches remain in the strongest market position

We found that many gamers prefer some of the newer switches

After our survey and investigation

BOX switches and Prism switches are the preferred among them

So why are these switches preferred by gamers?

Let's do some comparisons.

The BOX switches everyone refers to are Kaihua BOX switches

We picked BOX white switches for comparison

For optical switches, we picked the 3rd generation Bloody LK Libra optical switches

And the Prism optical switches from Flaretech

We chose the models which feel similar to Cherry green switches.

Cherry green is used here as reference.

We are using 4 switches in this comparison.

BOX switches have brand-new structure designs

And has IP56 water-proofing and dust-proofing

The actuation point is formed by cross point contacts

Box separate the inner part into upper region, middle region and lower region

The upper region is the sound chamber

The sound is controlled by a torsion spring

The middle region is the switch stem

The lower region is the trigger recognition area

The default installation includes a dust-proof cover

And the trajectory and keystroke of the switches

Are controlled by the column and the green push rod

The optical switches basically have the same structure as the Cherry switches

However the spring plate and the contact point are both removed

And replaced by the through-hole column

The light sensor component in the PCB sends the signal when activated

We are now done with the basics

Let's have a look at the appearances and parameters

Cherry green switches and RGB green switches

Everyone is already familiar with them

So we will skip their introduction

Cherry green switch actuation is at 2.2mm

The total key travel is 4 mm

The peak force occurs at 1.8 mm

The pressure is 60 g

Life expectancy is 50 million keystrokes

BOX switches, like the name

Have a box shape.

The size is a bit bigger than the cherry switches

With a larger stem

And surrounded by dust-proof sides

Has an aggressive but calm look

BOX white's actuation point is 1.8mm

Total key travel is 3.6mm

The peak force occurs at 1.8mm

The pressure is 55g

The life expectancy is 80 million keystrokes

The appearance of Prism switches is basically the same as the cherry

Slim light conducting strips are on the right upper corner of the stem

Actuation point is 1.8, and total key travel is 4 mm

The Prism orange switches

Have an actuation point of 1.5mm

The pressure is 50g

And the life expectancy is 100 million keypresses

The libra switches have a quite exaggerated appearance

It's wide

And has a thick stem

Every switch has a stabilizing bar

Wide light stripes are on the top of the switches

The switch actuation point is 1.5mm

And the total key travel is 3.5mm

The tactile peak has a pressure of 50g

And the life expectancy is 100 million keystrokes

With respect to the appearances and designs

The BOX switches are the most innovative

The design to separate the switch housing is quite innovative

While being innovative in every area

It's still a normal size

So when adopted, there is no need to redesign the keyboard

Compared to it, the Libra switches have some innovative points

But it changed too much of the appearance and size

So it can't be used as a replacement when necessary

Which is limited

With respect to the parameters

All three of them have better click sense than the cherry

And longer life expectancy

The no-metal-contact structure of the optical stitches

Makes it has much longer life expectancy than Cherry Switches

But is less advantageous than the box switches which have metal contacts

The design of Cherry green has a rather long tactile length and actuation point

Which makes it not suitable for fast and continuous tapping

The other three switches

All make the tactile length shorter and the point a bit higher

Especially the BOX switches, the use of torsion spring

And the special design of the tactile point

Make the tactile length really short and the position higher

Continuous tapping is more efficient on BOX switches and produce beautiful sound

And has the highest efficiency

We are now done with the appearance and parameters

Now let's compare the stability, where the Cherry switches have advantage over

Which many of you are aware

That the cherry has small gaps between the switch shell and the stem

When compared to other switches

The stability has always be the Cherry switches' advantage

And the BOX switches are said to be the only switches that are more stable than Cherry.

There are no rumors around the optical switches in this area currently

So let's compare them now

After the installation of the key cap

Without pressing down

We tried to apply a slight pressure around the edge of the keycap

The shaking of the cherry is relatively small

The BOX switches have smaller gaps and larger stems

As well as the handles around the stem

So the amount of movement is less than the cherry

The amount of movement of the optical switches is larger

The Libra optical switches

Even though every switch has installed the balancing bar

The amount of shaking is still huge

Which is the most among all

Following is the stability comparison when pressing down

Due to the large tactile length of the cherry

There is some degree of shaking

And some degree of shaking when pressing down from the edge

The box switches stay very stable when testing

And stays stable when pressing from the edge

The optical switches are quite stable when pressing down

However there are some shaking when pressing from the edge

The Libra optical switches have obvious movement both pressing from the center and the edge

And there is some stickiness felt when pressing from the edge

To summarize the stability

The BOX switches have claimed the name

That they are more stable than the Cherry in every area

And the two Prism switches have no advantages over the Cherry

The stability of switches is very important when a applied to the larger keys

The stability of box switches give the box a lot of advantages when used on larger keys

Outstanding performance and feel can be seen from all keyboards that use BOX switches

At last, let's compare the tapping behaviors

The Cherry green is called the Spring of mechanical keyboards

It has beautiful sound

It's clicky

has a sharp bump

And is smooth

However its keystroke is quite long

With large tactile length

It performs well with small amount of tapping

However comes up a bit short with continuous tapping

The BOX switches apply the torsion spring to control the sound

Which is plucked like a string

and is beautiful and smooth

It is quite linear

And has an average tactile sense

However the tactile length is small and the position is a bit high

The tactile sense has no limitation on continuous tapping

The behaviors of continuous tapping are superior

In addition, Kaihua once mentioned a concept of CR scores

In the promotion materials of the box switches

With respect to the behavior adjustments

The box switches are aiming for a CR score of 25%-35%

If you are interested, you can take a look at the concepts and principles of CR scores

The Prism switches have similar tactile sense and sound to BOX switches

But the sound is more subtle

The tactile length is longer

It is very smooth

And has an average click

The length of the tactile point is also average

The position is a bit forward than Cherry

And perform better than Cherry in continuous tapping

But we can still feel a bit of resistance here

The Libra switches' tactile feeling

Is produced by the contact between the plastic shell and the switch center

The sound is produced by a special hit hammer

The sound is related to the keystroke speed

The faster the keystroke the bigger the sound

The slower the keystroke the lighter the sound

With respect to the linearity

The Libra switches is just so-so

The friction can be felt from the rattling and the edge contact

The click and tactile length are both average

The tactile position is basically the same as the prism switches

However because of the big gaps and instability

The click is greatly reduced during continuous tapping

There is little friction when tapping and is very smooth.

With all the comparisons finished

Based on the comparison results

We can see the reason why people like the BOX switches and the optical switches

The BOX switches are outstanding in stability and performance

Have interesting designs

And live longer than the Cherry switches

Even though the two optical switches have some instabiliy

And worse performance

But they are strong in linearity and continuous tapping respectively

Using optical sensors makes their life expectancy longer

And due to the fact that light travels faster

The reaction speed is also faster

Nevertheless, the market favorite Cherry Green switches

Except the fact the tactile length is too long for continuous tapping and short life expectancy

It has rather moderate and stable performance in other areas

Based on the comparisons

BOX switches are quite prominent

And outstanding in every area

The optical switches, even though they have some advantages in life expectancy

The use of infrared radiation

Increases the energy cost

Therefore a bigger current is needed

So from the perspective of energy saving

Is the life expectancy advantage of the optical switches still attractive?

GPS #6 What Is The Gospel? - Duration: 5:58.

When we started our series on spiritual GPS, we asked a few questions.

Where am I?

What is my current location?

And where am I going?

What is my intended destination?

We have briefly spoken about our intended destination of heaven.

We have established that Jesus is the only way to get there.

As Jesus told Thomas,

We have also spoken of the tragic problem of sin in our lives,

and the consequential dilemma of our separation from God.

We have seen the truth that hell is real, and that if we leave our problem of sin unresolved,

that hell will be our destination.

When we check our spiritual GPS, it is warning us that we need to reroute.

Somehow we have to get back on track so that we are headed for heaven rather than hell.

Thankfully the Bible brings us the gospel.

Gospel is one of those religious words, but it simply

What is that good news?

The good news is that Jesus can rescue us and get us back on the track to heaven.

Paul told the Corinthians that they were

He then went on to detail certain aspects of the gospel.

In 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Paul said,

The seeds of the gospel were planted way back in the Old Testament.

In God's foreknowledge, He previewed the coming sacrifice

of Jesus with the deliverance of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt.

For the last of the ten plagues, God said that he would destroy

the first-born male of both man and beast in Egypt.

The only way that the Israelites could avoid this death plague was

through the Passover lamb.

God told them to kill an unblemished lamb and then to sprinkle the blood

over the door of their house.

In Exodus 12:13, God said,

Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of that Passover Lamb.

John the Baptist said of Jesus,

Just as death did not enter the Israelite house

where the blood of the lamb was sprinkled, so death cannot touch the soul

of the one on whom the blood of Jesus has been sprinkled.

Why is the blood of Christ so powerful that it can deliver us from the very

pits of hell and take us on the path straight to heaven?

There are a few key points we must consider concerning the blood of Jesus.

First of all, it is very important to understand that there is a price

that must be paid for our sins.

Our holy and righteous God cannot be in the presence of sin.

When we sinned against God, we created a debt that we

could never repay ourselves.

As the prophet Micah asked in Micah 6:6-7,

We understand that we could never pay enough to cover for our sins,

yet the debt must be paid.

We also can quickly recognize that the Old Testament animal sacrifices

are insufficient to pay for our sins.

Animals are amoral creatures -- they don't know the difference

between good and evil.

Animals also don't willingly offer themselves; So their blood cannot possibly

cleanse our conscience.

As Hebrews 10:4 says,

In order for us actually to be able to have a clean conscience,

we must consciously think this through, and it has to make sense.

Consider this analogy.

I am $100,000 in debt, and I have no means to repay.

I cannot pay my debt by printing up some counterfeit.

As soon as I am found out, I am in even more trouble.

But let's say I have a friend who I know has a stash

of a few hundred grand of cold cash.

When my friend is out of town, I let myself in and help myself to $100,000

and go pay off my debt.

Again, my debt is never actually paid, because as soon as I am caught,

I am both in debt and in jail.

However, if my friend hears of my predicament and willingly pays my debt,

now I am free.

Jesus is the only One who can pay the debt of sin.

In Jesus' life on earth, He was a free moral creature.

He was tempted in all things just as we are.

Yet Jesus never sinned... not even once.

Jesus certainly has the means to pay our debt.

And Jesus willingly chose to do that on our behalf.

This is such good news!!!

That Jesus died for our sins!

That Jesus paid the price in full!

There is a way out from guilt.

There is a way to get back on the path to heaven.

And That way is Jesus.
