Think about it think of how tough a snow monster is going to be. He's training me to be a knight

Exactly. So, do you still want to quit? No way? That's the spirit my boy

Now you better get polishing because you missed a few spots

Here you are yet chilly I couldn't find you anywhere

Well, that's because I wasn't anywhere I was right here. There's a surprise for you in the garden. Oh, really?

Oh, it shouldn't keep it waiting then

Mommy

Here's your surprise aunt Tilly sir Bartleby has a song he'd like to sing for you the

Silent night sings. Well, that's something you don't hear every day Ali

Ready when you are. I'll write a one and A two and

Perhaps it is the way

You write backwards on a horse or that you taught her to ragam tune it

instead of school

Help me

Sweet that may change just want to smile

I hope by not told but I'd be one lucky fella if we took the straw

Finding your old umbrella

We could spend a lovely day

Walking backwards down by the bay

I'm on a quest I

Make

One to speed oh you feel all that about little old me

I've spent my life fighting with a soul that elapsed

who never once thinking of love and romance shall I met

Like a do

Oh

Hello, wait a minute it was you singing this whole time. Yes it was

So did you really mean all those things you saying well

So possibly rip the song

Well, sir, Bartleby was this some kind of a joke because if it was it's not very funny

Just tell her yes, sir. Bartleby tell me

Well, okay I have to get ready for the banquet so I'll leave you two to your shenanigans

I'm sorry, sir, Bartleby, perhaps a little fencing practice will take your mind off things

Don't worry I'll think of another way to help you can't tell you

>> IT'S JUST AN INCREDIBLY

EXCITING TIME.

YOU KNOW, I'M FILLED WITH, UH,

EXCITEMENT, A LITTLE BIT

OF NERVOUSNESS, UM,

AND A LOT OF PRIDE--

A LOT OF PRIDE IN-IN

WHAT OUR COUNTRY HAS DONE.

>> IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE

WE'VE DESIGNED, BUILT, TESTED,

AND CERTIFIED A BRAND NEW,

HUMAN RATED SPACECRAFT TO GO,

YOU KNOW, LOW EARTH ORBIT

AND BACK, SO VERY EXCITING.

AND I'M LOOKIN' FORWARD TO IT.

>> YOU KNOW, CARGO IS-IS

OBVIOUSLY AN IMPORTANT PART

OF GETTIN' IT, BUT YOU KNOW,

ULTIMATELY, SPACE FLIGHT IS

ABOUT, UH, PEOPLE.

IT'S AN EXCITING TIME.

LET'S GO DO IT.

>> I THINK IF YOU ASK

ANY OF US, AS GRADUATES OF

A-A TEST PILOT SCHOOL PROGRAM,

UH, WHAT WE WANTED TO DO

AS THE DREAM JOB, IT WOULD BE

THE PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT

OF A NEW SPACECRAFT.

>> YOU-- IF YOU DON'T FEEL

EXCITED, YOU'RE IN

THE WRONG JOB.

UH, YOU KNOW, WE'VE WATCHED

SPACEX COME FROM THIS COMPANY

JUST A SHORT TIME AGO FLYING

THEIR FIRST ROCKET TO NOW

ROUTINELY DELIVERING CARGO.

AND NOW, THIS IS THEIR NEXT

STEP, AND, UH, IT'S AN EXCITING

PLACE TO BE.

>> BOEING IS A-- YOU KNOW,

A COMPANY WITH A-A RICH, UH,

HISTORY, UH, IN AVIATION

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.

TO BE ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO

THIS, UH, TO-TO DO OUR PART

FOR THE-THE NEXT GENERATION

OF, UH, SPACE EXPLORERS IS, UH,

IT'S JUST AN INCREDIBLE HONOR.

>> I'M THINKIN' ABOUT

ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I'VE MET

FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS

THAT HAVE BEEN PUTTING THIS

SPACECRAFT TOGETHER, AS WELL AS

THE TEAM AT THE LAUNCH PAD

WHO HAVE BEEN GETTING

THE LAUNCH PAD AND THE EMERGENCY

EGRESS SYSTEM READY,

AND ALL THE LANDING TESTS,

AND ALL THOSE PEOPLE,

AND GOIN', "WOW...

"HOPE I'M GONNA MAKE YOU PROUD."

>> I FEEL A LITTLE BIT LIKE

I'M WALKING IN THE--

IN THE, UH, FOOTSTEPS OF GIANTS.

YOU KNOW, QUITE FRANKLY,

I THINK FOR-FOR EVERY ASTRONAUT,

ANY-ANYTIME WE LAUNCH,

UH, HUMANS INTO SPACE

AND BRING 'EM HOME SAFELY,

THAT'S A HISTORIC MISSION.

AND SO THIS ONE JUST HAPPENS

TO BE A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT.

>> BUT THIS IS ONE STEP

ON-ON THE PATH TO RETURNING

THE ABILITY TO LAUNCH HUMANS

TO SPACE, UH, TO AMERICAN SOIL.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS

THAT WE ARE ACTUALLY

ABLE TO WORK ON RIGHT NOW.

AND IT'S A PRIVILEGE TO BE

A PART OF THAT, BY THE WAY.

SO I-I THINK THE IMPORTANCE

OF IT CAN'T BE OVERSTATED.

>> WHILE WE MIGHT BE THE MOST

VISIBLE, WE'RE JUST PART OF

A HUGE TEAM THAT IT TAKES

IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

>> I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT

CHALLENGES WE'RE GONNA FACE,

UH, BUT WE'RE READY FOR 'EM.

AND THE THINGS THAT

WE'RE GONNA LEARN, WE DON'T

KNOW YET, BUT THEY'RE GONNA

BE INCREDIBLY COOL.

Why Cody Wilson is Pushing for 3-D Printed Guns | NYT News - Duration: 1:52.

"I believe that I am championing

the Second Amendment in the 21st century."

This is the man who's trying to disrupt

the U.S. firearms industry

and test the limits of the First Amendment.

"I think access to the firearm is a fundamental human dignity.

It's a fundamental human right."

30-year-old Cody Wilson is a self-described

gun rights advocate and crypto-anarchist,

which means he believes in decentralization

of information.

He's also been labeled one of the

most dangerous people in the world.

"It's become kind of culturally edgy

in the gun world

to have your own ghost gun."

Wilson started Defense Distributed in 2012

and later used it to share the plans

for one of the first, functioning

3-D printed guns, a plastic pistol

he called "The Liberator."

Now he's trying to let anyone download blueprints

to make guns at home.

"Defense Distributed's goal isn't really personal armament —

it's more the liberation of information.

It's about living in a world where you just

download the file for the thing

you want to make in this life."

Wilson claims that it's his First Amendment right

to upload blueprints for firearms

ranging from handguns to AR-15 rifles.

But critics say his methods are a form of open-source terrorism.

Plastic firearms will be able to slip

through metal detectors.

Guns printed without serial numbers

will be difficult to trace.

And some fear the mass production of

unregulated firearms could fall into the wrong hands.

Defense Distributed first published its blueprints

online in 2013.

The Obama administration ordered the company

to pull its files.

But the designs had already been downloaded

more than 100,000 times.

Since then, Defense Distributed has been embroiled

in a multiyear legal battle.

Although the Trump administration

appeared to have cleared the way

for Wilson to publish his blueprints,

his multiyear legal battle is ongoing.

AirPod upgrade : New leak shows big change for Apple's popular headphones ● Tech News ● #TECH - Duration: 2:12.

The Silicon Valley behemoth recently released the newest beta version of iOS 12 ahead of

its presumed September launch to the public.

But in the beta 9to5Mac noticed a very interesting new feature that could be coming to AirPods

very soon.

It appears more concrete details have emerged on the new case for the buds that were subtly

announced by Apple last year.

The new compartment for the AirPods features a small light to indicate the status of charging.

It will also be compatible with the tech behemoth's forthcoming AirPower accessory.

The publication added the status indicator is vital to knowing when your AirPods are

fully charged when refilling them wirelessly.

The photo spotted by 9to5Mac shows the case with a green indicator, suggesting the case

has been fully charged.

The change is subtle but the ability to wirelessly charge and immediately know the AirPod's battery

status would be extremely convenient.

It is currently unknown whether the new case will be standard with newer AirPods or if

they will be an optional extra for the popular headphones.

Apple announced its AirPower wireless charging matt back in September - the same day it lifted

the lid on the iPhone 8 and X.

At the time the tech giant stated the accessory would release in 2018, but the company has

since remained quiet about the product.

Bloomberg reported back in June Apple was having trouble addressing "problems" with

the charger.

The publication insisted the Cupertino-based giant was making sure devices did not overheat

when juicing them up on the AirPower mat.

Sources familiar with the matter added, because Apple wants hardware to be able to charge

anywhere on the mat itself, multiple sensors were having to be placed inside the accessory.

It is understood this was proving troublesome for the tech giant.

The same sources stated Apple was planning to make its AirPower charger available "before

or in September".

Tips for School Based Support Groups - Duration: 13:30.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] Student assistance staff

that work through ESD across the state,

come from numerous backgrounds related to

providing social emotional support to youth.

Because of their divergent professional backgrounds,

it is helpful to ground your approach,

so as to assure your boundaries are aligned

with the mission and functioning of the school setting.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] Remember, when a student leaves your group,

they will go to their next class

and be expected to be ready to learn.

Students need to have their feelings allowed,

heard and acknowledged, but not probed

or left raw within the group experience.

One way to manage this balance is to create

a predictable schedule for when the groups operate

as well as what occurs during groups.

- [Instructor] Plan for openings

to last for about five to 10 minutes.

The topic for the day lasts about 30 minutes

and then closings begins five to six minutes

before it is time to leave.

This will create a sense of safety and ability to shift

from one thing to the next, as a norm.

Of course it is important to offer to stay with a student

of visit later, if needed,

as exceptions are to be anticipated.

Even if you only have a 20 or 25 minute session,

consider your openings, middles and closings.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] It is a best practice to start and end groups,

the same way each meeting.

You may present how this is done,

or encourage the group to come to an agreement,

on how this occurs.

Either way, predictable starts and stops

help with establishing a mind set for group engagement,

increases a sense of safety and trust

by establishing predictability

and demonstrates support for transitions.

(gentle music)

- So, our first ice breaker, I call it the name game.

And so what we're going to do, and I will demonstrate.

I'll tell you first and then I'll demonstrate

what we're going to do.

So the objective is to state you name, right.

But before you state your name,

you want to think of an adjective

that starts with the same letter as your first name.

Okay, so for example, I'm gonna say,

Hi everybody my name is vivacious Vicky

and I'll turn this way and then you'll say.

Hi vivacious Vicky, I am, and then you'll say

your adjective and then your name.

Okay. - Okay.

- Then we're gonna go that way.

Then you'll say, hi vivacious Vicky, hi so and so,

I am da da da, right.

And then we'll keep going and going and going and going

until, well yeah your the lucky one.

(giggles)

And if you want to challenge me, okay I'll be the last one

and I'll have to say everybody's name,

but that's kinda sorta how we're gonna do it, okay?

(gentle music)

- So we're just gonna start off with a writing activity.

So I know you guys come in to this

with a lot of stuff on your mind, just like you do everyday.

So if you can just, we're gonna take like a minute,

and just free write, anything that's in your brain.

Just to get it off your mind and put it down someplace.

So just like, scribble things out.

It doesn't have to make any sense.

You don't even have to share it with anybody.

Just get it all out, write down words

or thoughts that are in your mind.

Alright, so I just wanna check in.

How was it for everybody to, empty your brains

out on a sheet of paper right now was that for you guys?

- My brain is mostly empty already.

- Okay, alright.

(laughter)

That makes things easier.

(laughter)

- It was pretty cool 'cause it's nice to just let it all out

and then come back like,

obviously it's not everything you've stressed out about

is gone, but it's definitely significantly less.

Which is cool.

- Okay

- [Student] Yeah it was like a nice way

to like organize your thoughts

- So, how are we to come back now into a group with that--

(gentle music)

- Right, we are just gonna move into

how we normally start our group with our check-in.

It starts up here.

Now what's your temp?

So just like when your sick the worse,

the higher your temperature is the worse you feel.

So a 10 is, not very good and then down to zero,

you're doin' okay or you're doin' pretty well.

So, we'll start this way.

(gentle music)

- You know, to close out our activity is,

we wanna go round and everybody gets to share

a random act of kindness that you are going

to commit to doing today.

It can be anything.

Oh That's awesome, okay.

Okay, wonderful, so this was the awesome group.

Let me get your passes so I can sign you back to class

and I will see you guys next week.

- Now I want you guys to just kinds take in a deep breath

and just let it out.

And I want you guys to get in touch with your own bodies

and so what we're gonna do is called the body scan.

And we're gonna start with the top of our head

and go down through the tips of our toes.

So I want you guys all to notice like,

if you weren't able to go there with the body scan,

what maybe kept you from going there?

And if you were able to go there

and you noticed some different things within your bodies,

some tensions, areas that you were holding tension.

How breathing can actually help release

those tensions in the body.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] When students share

their current emotions in group,

recognize the risk they are taking

and know that on some level, they are testing for trust.

In these moments, it is crucial to maintain focus.

A way to do this is to,

One, acknowledge the feelings.

Two, universalize, find a way that others can relate

and three, return to structure

Structure of groups is often welcomed,

once a student feels heard and supported.

This technique works especially well

when students continually go off topic.

- Annoyed and mad at me

But my dad really blew up at me last week.

He started screaming at me just 'cause I said that

I don't want to smoke anymore

and so I told him I was gonna go to this group thing,

and left and haven't been back since.

Mom text me an while and said to come back

so we can talk it out

but after acting like that, I don't wanna go back, you know.

- Okay, that's not a problem bro.

My neighbors called the cops on my mom

'cause she was beating on me, it was so funny.

- Reagan, I get the idea that

this has created some anxiety for you

and obviously you don't wanna go back

to your parents home after this blow up.

And Justin, I'm curious if maybe you're not feeling

some anxiousness to around your situation, as well.

I'd like to look at maybe some ideas

that you guys might have of how you

can handle these feelings without using bud.

What are some things that maybe can calm your nerves?

I'd like to spend some time noticing the feelings

that come up and then using them as a guide

to help think through a plan

that can help with the next steps for each of you.

- In class today, we were all passing around a juul.

It was fricken hilarious because the teacher

kept looking at us with this confused look on her face.

She's an idiot, but it was funny.

- I'd like to actually hear more about that

because I think that that is a problem for the teacher.

But right now, I'm noticing that the conversation

got steered away to what Reagan and Justin

were talking about.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] When a student is so upset

that the focus is diverted from a group dynamic,

it may be useful to offer to connect with that student

after group.

- So then, what are you going to do?

- I'm not gonna do anything.

Nobody's nice to me so why would I be nice to them?

- You know what?

I totally get where you're coming from.

Based on earlier, some of the things

that you say you are going through.

So is it okay if you and I spend some time after the group?

I'm gonna send them back to class

and then you and I can just go a little further with that.

Because I don't wanna send you back to class like that.

Are you cool with that?

- Sure, whatever.

- How do we support you?

We just had an offer.

- I don't know.

Maybe you guys could be nice to me I guess

but, I've no friends now.

- So I'm guessing when you say, that's not enough,

you're feeling just kind of a world of hurt right now.

Like your support people don't have you, at the moment.

What do you guys think?

Are we her support people for the moment?

- [Group] Yes.

- Do you see her at any other

times during the day?

Like in classes or anything?

Will you accept that?

We have your back.

- I just wanna let you know,

that we're here for you, you know.

We have your back, we're your people.

Just come to us and any way that you feel,

'cause that split second that you decide to do something,

that could potentially change your whole world,

it changes everybody's world as well.

We appreciate you, you know.

We are here for you.

Don't do anything extreme, we got you.

We're your friends.

- [Student] Thank you.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] Each support group session

is designed to meet the objectives found in your manuals,

and often focus around activities followed by discussion.

There are times when a planned activity won't work

but it is best to have activities ready to go.

Educational groups are structured, designed to teach

and try on new skills.

While there are lots of curricular to pull from

and the objectives are clearly set in your manuals,

each week, what you and the students will bring

is something different to the group.

Making this more of an art than a science

as it calls on you to navigate between your judgment

of what is needed in the moment

and your commitment to maintaining enough structure

to support safety and learning.

This results in a level of professional judgment

that supports flexibility but keeps you on your toes

for keeping the boundary between therapeutic value

and educational value.

If you find your check-ins lasting longer,

your group dynamic becoming more therapeutic

or kids taking turns gaining from you,

rather than each other,

remember to refocus on the purpose

and limits of groups and find a way to return

to the structure and rhythm of assuring a clear

beginning, middle and end.

Your supervisor is an excellent resource for identifying

manuals, books and skill development resources.

The ultimate learning curve however,

is time and practice with your students.

#YallAboard The Texas Bullet Train — Accessible For All Texans - Duration: 2:37.

[RHYTHMIC PIANO MUSIC PLAYING]

Domestic air travel is a major issue for people with disabilities.

Traveling in car with all four boys is always a challenge.

Traveling in itself is stressful enough.

Just getting it on and off the airplane is a real challenge,

so, when I get on one of these aisle chairs, it's a manual process.

Not transferring me correctly can actually cause a health issue.

So, if I were to fly with him...

I would have to have a seat in the very, very front of the plane.

98% of the time, when I try to book a flight, those seats are already taken.

We know that people with disabilities have a unique perspective on on what we're doing and

how we design and implement this train. Our aim is not just to involve them at

the beginning to think about the design but to involve them through the process,

so that we can be certain that the day we open that system, it will be suitable

for ALL people.

All of the people within the ability ranges will have an informed

and accessible journey on this system... to where they feel like this journey was

designed for them.

The whole process will be very different from the airline experience.

It's streamlined, it's efficient....

It's much smoother, it's much calmer...

So not only will we meet ADA requirements, but we will exceed them

and set the gold standard for accessibility for mass transportation in the United States.

As an entrepreneur, I try to travel this country to grow my business

but I have to limit myself.

If my chair is damaged, it takes anywhere from three

to six months to get a new chair.

This is an opportunity for us to build a system,

from the ground up...

that meets the needs of everybody.

The idea that I could get my crew on a train

and get going...I can't wait to see that happen!

The fact that they are actually taking the effort to think about that...

is incredible.

If it's accessible for me or for someone else in a wheelchair...

it's going to be accessible for everybody!

Eagle Claw Cufflinks with Onyx for Black Tie Tuxedo - Duration: 1:36.

These black and silver eagle claw cufflinks are made from 925 sterling silver and then

platinum plated.

It's basically as classic as it gets because you can wear that with a tuxedo, you can wear

that with a three-piece suit, and you can wear them for any other kind of formal event.

So what makes these cufflinks so special?

First of all, they are inspired by actual eagle claws and the designer Jean Schlumberger

which created nature inspired designs for tiffany and co; the problem was, these designs

usually cost thousands of dollars and we decided we wanted to make a pair cufflinks that was

stunning with a high amount of detail and craftsmanship for an affordable price.

Therefore, we carved it by hand and cast them in solid sterling silver, plated them with

platinum so they don't tarnish and overall, we wanted something that really sets themselves

apart by anything else you can find such as the t-bar cufflinks or double-sided cufflinks.

We used a quality onyx stone, round, sophisticated, has a beautiful mirror shine.

These cufflinks are not suited for informal outfits such as tweed, or flannel, or checks.

if you want to wear those things, I suggest you go with either our Lapis cufflinks, tiger's

eye cufflinks, or malachite cufflinks, or our carnelian.

These are for formal only and compliments will be guaranteed.

How to Live for Christ in These Last Days | Part 2 | Bayless Conley - Duration: 28:31.

Today on Answers with Bayless Conley:

Before His second coming to earth, yes, there's certain things that will need to unfold.

But nothing else need happen before the rapture.

That could happen at any moment, my friend.

There are many questions you are faced with every day.

We are all searching for answers that will make a real difference in our lives.

It's hard to imagine that these answers might be right in front of us.

Get ready to discover answers in the Bible with Bayless Conley.

Hello friend, glad to have you with us.

You know, not too long ago I spent a weekend talking to the church about certain end time

events.

Things that were prophesied that were going to happen.

Some of them that were hidden that God did not reveal until the church came in these

end times.

And we're going to get into a part of this right now that… well, it is going to happen.

I'm just telling you it will happen.

If you've got a Bible, grab it because this will not only impact you it's going to impact

the entire world.

Something the Scripture is very, very clear about.

So, we are going to get into the Word.

We are going to study some of these end-time events.

Get ready.

Here's Bayless Conley with part two of his continuing message from last week.

Friend the day is coming when there will be a shout and the sound of a trumpet.

And those that have already died, that have laid their bodies down in the earth, they'll

be reunited with their bodies, but it won't be the same body, friend, it will be a resurrected

body, a glorified body like unto His glorious body.

The moment after that we will be caught up together with them, to meet them and the Lord

in the air so we will ever be with the Lord.

Paul talks about it in 1 Corinthians 15, look at it there with me.

1 Corinthians 15, verse 50.

He's talking about our physical bodies being corruptible, being mortal.

Verse 50 says,

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does

corruption inherit incorruption.

Behold, I tell you a mystery:

Everyone say, "A mystery."

All right.

Here is God's second secret.

I tell you a secret, a mystery.

We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of

an eye, at the last trumpet.

For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then

shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."

"O Death, where is your sting?

O Hades, where is your victory?"

My friend, the first secret was the church.

The age of grace, this season where humanity has to repent and receive mercy from God.

But the second secret and it can come at any moment, is the catching away of His church,

in the moment, in the twinkling of an eye, those that have died in Christ will get a

new body back.

And the rest of us, if we're here when that happens, we'll be changed in a moment, because

corruption, mortality can't inherit the kingdom of God, so we will get immortal bodies, like

unto His glorious body.

I love Jesus' resurrected body.

He can eat honeycomb and fish and then walk through a wall.

Man, I want one of those.

Who knows, maybe we'll be able to travel at the speed of thought.

It's going to be an amazing thing and it will happen, my friend, the shout, the sound of

the trumpet in a moment God's church, His bride, be caught up together with the Lord

in the clouds.

But then there's the second great prophetic event.

The first one was the first coming of Christ.

The second great event is the second coming of Christ to earth.

The first time He came, He came as the Savior to extend mercy.

The second time He comes, He will come as a Judge, executing wrath.

The first time He came, it was to stand in our place and take the penalty for our sin

and provide salvation.

The second time He comes is to set up His earthly kingdom and to destroy sin for all

time.

And friend, the second coming of Christ to the earth should not be confused with the

rapture.

The rapture is the return of Christ to remove all believers from the earth before the time

of God's wrath and we meet Him in the clouds.

The second coming is the return of Christ to the earth with His saints to put an end

to the great tribulation period, to defeat the antichrist and his evil world empire.

The rapture is secret and instant.

But at the second coming, every eye will see Him.

Jesus spoke of it in Matthew 24, in verse 30.

Where He said,

Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the

earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with

power and great glory.

Revelation 1:7,

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him.

And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him.

Even so, Amen.

As I mentioned, the rapture is His coming for His saints.

The second coming is when He comes with His saints.

Look with me in Revelation, the 19th chapter if you would.

We're going to read something and before we read it, it's important to know that throughout

the book of Revelation, even previous to where we're going to begin reading in chapter 19,

the picture of believers in heaven that have been there for some time, that have been washed

in the blood of the Lamb, they're wearing garments that are washed white and pure.

It's a symbol of what the blood of Christ has done for us.

Several times throughout the book of Revelation, believers that are already in heaven are wearing

these white garments.

We pick it up in Revelation 19, verse 11.

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse.

And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and

makes war.

Alright, He's not coming to extend mercy and grace.

He's coming to judge and to make war.

Verse 12,

His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns.

He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white

horses.

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations.

And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron.

He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Friend, when Jesus comes back, it'll be to put down His enemies and those that have continued

in wickedness and continued in rejection of God.

And He will set up an earthly kingdom.

But it's completely different than His first coming.

You know in Acts chapter 1, when the disciples were gathered with Jesus on the Mount of Olives,

suddenly, a cloud appeared and Jesus ascended into heaven on this cloud and they're standing

there looking at Him go up.

And an angel appears and says, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing upward?

This same Jesus is going to come back just as you saw Him go.

His feet lifted off the Mount of Olives in a cloud.

And He's going to come back the same way.

And you know Zachariah chapter 14 prophesy's about it.

Says that He will come and stand on the Mount of Olives and it will split in two and His

saints will be with Him.

And He's there to execute judgment.

Judges verses 14, or Jude verses 14 and 15, the Lord comes with 10 thousands of His saints

to execute judgment.

Now, there's certainly certain prophetic events that need to come to pass before the second

coming of Christ occurs.

There's things that need to unfold.

The rise of antichrist, the seizing of the power of the nations and the nations being

deceived.

And Jesus spoke in detail about many of these signs that would immediately proceed His second

coming in Matthew 24, and in Luke chapter 21, He spoke of wars.

He said there'd be wars and rumors of wars.

Nations deceived and the nations gripped with uncertainty, great public upheaval, great

natural disasters, earthquakes in different places, famines, diseases, great persecution

against believers and a great apostasy, a great falling away from the faith.

But He said also this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world to all nations

as a witness and then the end shall come.

This gospel will be preached in all the world to all the nations.

The word nations is ethnos, literally means every ethnic group, Jesus said every ethnic

group will have a witness of the gospel before the end comes.

My friend, I don't know if you know it or not, but you are living in the only generation

that has ever existed that that will be a possibility.

And I know some will say, "Well yeah, but I think there's other things that need to

happen first."

I agree with you.

Before His second coming to earth, yes, there's certain things that will need to unfold.

But nothing else need happen before the rapture.

That could happen at any moment, my friend.

Before I am finished preaching this message, there could be a shout and the sound of a

trumpet and in a moment we're changed and caught up together with Him in the clouds

to ever be with the Lord.

There's nothing left to be fulfilled for that to happen.

Here's the question, knowing these things, how should we be living?

I think we need to live soberly, prayerfully.

I think it's important that we live generously toward the kingdom.

Because you're not taking anything with you, friend, none of it.

I think we need to live filled with comfort and filled with hope.

And I think we need to be doing all we can to reach people for Christ.

While the opportunity is here, while the door of grace and mercy is still open.

You know in the days of Noah, as long as that door to the ark was open, there was still

hope.

But once God closed the door, hope was gone.

Jesus Christ is our ark of safety, my friend.

And right now the door is open.

But it will not always be open.

I've shared this before, but it's many, many years ago, more than 30 years ago.

My wife and I were at a local tailor shop.

I was getting a coat altered.

And this tailor was one of these guys, sort of bigger than life, he was a really large

man.

And he was just throwing out a string of cuss words, really loud, in his shop there, very

inappropriate.

I'm with my wife.

And on top of just cussing up a blue streak, he's smoking a big cigar.

So my coat and everybody else's garments that are getting tailored, they're going to take

them home and they're going to smell like cigar smoke and he doesn't care.

So he's cussing and smoking a cigar.

And I'm there filling out the little paper that I'm going to come back and get it in

four days or five days or whatever, and the Holy Spirit spoke to me.

Said, "Talk to this man about his soul."

And I didn't do it.

And my wife and I went out of the shop.

And I opened the car door.

She's getting in.

The Holy Spirit spoke to me a second time, says, "Go back in and talk to him about his

soul."

And honestly, the man intimidated me.

And I didn't do it.

Got in the car.

As soon as I got behind the driver's seat, that burden to do it just sort of lifted and

I didn't think about it anymore, it was gone, until the next day.

I was talking to a friend on the phone.

They said, "Hey, did you hear what happened to the tailor this morning?"

I said, "What do you mean?"

He says, "The tailor."

I said, "Well, I know him.

What happened?"

He said, "He walked into his tailor shop this morning, soon as he walked over the threshold,

he fell dead of a heart attack."

I said, "You're kidding."

He said, "No."

I hung up, and I remember I went and knelt down and realized I had that man's blood on

my hands.

God said in the book of Ezekiel, if don't warn the wicked to turn from his wicked ways,

I'll require his blood at your hand if he perishes.

And I got down and said, "God, I'm so sorry."

Now, thank God for other blood, the blood of Jesus Christ that cleanses us from all

sin.

I repented and said, "Lord, wash me clean.

I am sorry.

Forgive me for my disobedience.

Forgive me for yielding to fear."

And I made a promise to God.

I said, "If I ever have the slightest impression to speak to someone again, or if you ever

talk to me about doing it, I will obey You."

And as far as I know, from that day to this day, I've kept that promise.

And I share this story for this reason, you don't always have as long as you think you

do.

You don't have forever to respond.

And you know an interesting thing happens when we know the truth and we say, "Yeah,

yeah, I know.

Not yet.

Not yet."

Our heart begins to get calloused.

And it becomes easier to say no the next time and easier to put it off the next time.

And it becomes more calloused and more hardened toward the voice of God.

And the fact is, we don't all have as long as we think we do to share with people.

Some of you, it's been on your heart to write somebody a letter.

Do it.

Maybe a cousin, maybe somebody you know in jail, maybe somebody else.

And share your testimony with them.

Do it.

To talk to that neighbor over the fence.

You've had the thought several times.

Well, I wonder if that was God.

Listen, the devil will never tell you to share Christ with someone.

Do it.

Seize the opportunity while you have it because we do not have forever to share the good news

of Christ.

And right now, there is a working of God's grace in the world as we share the gospel,

the Holy Spirit will confirm and convict and convince people's hearts of the truth, but

friend, the Holy Spirit will not always be working in that way.

Right now, between those two events, during this time of mystery, this time of grace,

the opportunity exists, but it won't always be there.

Now, in a moment, I want to invite you to pray with me.

You may have come in here with a friend, maybe come by yourself, but I don't think it's a

coincidence that you're here or that you're listening to me right now.

Now, if I could talk you into accepting Christ, somebody else could talk you out of it later

on.

But if you respond to a revelation, that if you somehow sense God has been speaking the

secret language of your heart, and you know His fingerprints are on your life.

You know He's been drawing you to Himself with cords of love.

If you'll respond to that revelation, no one can ever take that away from you, friend.

It's more than you just making a mental decision to do something.

It's you opening your heart to the Savior and being changed internally.

Because the truth is, like me, there's more to you than meets the eye.

You are an eternal being that will spend eternity somewhere.

And it's that person on the inside I'm talking to you right now.

It's that person on the inside that the Holy Spirit will wash free from the taint of sin

and make you into what the Bible calls a new creation.

Now if it helps you right now, just close your eyes for a moment, only if you want to

though.

Sometimes it helps to block out distractions.

And I just want to ask you, if you have the sense that God, however, He's done it, has

been somehow communicating with you.

Maybe it was through this message.

Maybe through some other means.

God has a myriad of ways to speak to people.

And you want to say yes to His gift of salvation.

There's not a better time than right now.

If you're a backslider in the house, you once were on fire for God, but now your fire's

just about gone out, there's a few embers there and if you don't fan them into flame,

everything's likely to go cold.

I've got good news, prodigal son, got good news for you prodigal daughter, God's not

mad at you, but it's time to come home.

The Father's scouting the horizon waiting for you to begin to make that move.

When you do, He will run to meet you.

I'm just going to count to three.

If you want to get in on this prayer, pray it from your heart, talk to God for a moment.

I'm going to ask you to lift a hand when I get to the number three and the only reason

I'd ask you to lift a hand is I believe it can help your faith begin to move toward God.

Because the Bible says faith is always expressed through action.

Just think of it as a reflection of your heart reaching up to God, your hand just is mirroring

that.

I'll acknowledge the hands.

You can put them down.

And then, I'll lead you in a simple prayer together when we talk to God.

One, two, you want in on the prayer, three, just put your hand up.

God bless you.

Hands all over the auditorium.

Alright, just put your hands down.

Everybody in the house put a hand on your heart.

Tie your heart around these words.

They mean nothing without your heart behind them.

Just say it out loud:

Oh, God.

I come to You.

With all of my heart, I believe.

I believe that You sent your Son, Jesus Christ.

To die and pay the penalty for my sins.

Jesus, thank You for Your great love.

That You would sacrifice Yourself for me.

I believe the price has been paid.

I believe You've been raised from the dead.

And I accept You now as Lord and Savior.

I give You my life, Jesus.

Wash me clean.

Give me a fresh start.

From this moment forward.

Wherever You lead me.

I will go.

Amen.

Woman VO: Stay tuned at the end of the program today for a special inspirational thought

from Bayless.

Friend, let me tell you something that I know you don't know.

You might think, "Well, how do you know I don't know it.

You don't know me."

Well, I just know you don't know this.

You don't know how much God loves you.

I don't understand, I don't comprehend how much God loves me.

We maybe have a thimble full of understanding but, you know in truth the reality is bigger

than the Pacific and Atlantic oceans combined.

God's love for you is massive.

It is beyond description.

Now I hope you prayed that prayer with us to accept Christ into your life.

It's the most important thing that's ever happened to me.

It changed me radically.

It changed my trajectory.

It changed my eternal future.

It changed my eternal destination.

And it does the same for every person that truly embraces Him with an honest heart.

Jesus changes lives.

But once a person embraces Christ, believes in what He has done, believes He was raised

from the dead, what are the next steps that that person is to take?

It's very important.

Because embracing Jesus, that's not the finish line, that's just the starting gate.

So where do we go from there?

Well, I did a little bit of filming on our church campus and I talked about the next

steps that we need to take once we've embraced Christ.

I'd like to go to that little video segment right now.

I want to share with you some things that will help you because you didn't just hit

the finish line.

You sort of just hit the starting gate of a whole new life and here's some things that

you'll need to do.

If you want to be fruitful and really enjoy your relationship with God and grow in your

relationship with God.

Number one.

Talk to God every day, that's called prayer.

Don't use some high religious sounding voice when you talk to Him.

Just be yourself.

Be honest with God.

If you're afraid tell Him you're afraid.

If you have needs bring your needs before Him and ask Him to help you.

If you need wisdom, ask Him for wisdom.

If you're perplexed about something bring it before God and talk to Him about it.

If you're happy tell Him.

If you're mad at Him tell Him, He knows it anyway.

He loves an honest heart.

But then once you get through talking to Him you need to get quiet and listen in your heart

for Him talking to you.

Because what He says is more important than what you say and what I say.

That's the other side of prayer.

We talk to God, we listen for His answers.

And then second, get yourself a Bible.

They're not that hard to find.

At least in most places, they're not.

Get yourself a Bible and begin to read it every day.

That's food for your spirit.

It's a light on your pathway.

It will give you wisdom on what to do and God virtually speaks into every situation

of our life and gives us wise counsel and guidance.

And as well as when we read His Word as well as guiding us it literally does build us up

with strength.

You could say feed upon the Word of God.

The Scripture says, "Desire this sincere milk of the Word that you can grow thereby."

Third thing you need to do is become part of a believing community.

Find a church where people are not ashamed of Jesus.

Where they love Jesus, where they love the Word of God.

Find some community there.

Be a part of it.

Go regularly and listen to the Word of God preached or listen to it taught.

Get involved in a small group but just get involved with other believers.

We were never meant to live this life on our own.

And then finally, talk to somebody else about Jesus.

Tell someone else what's happened to you.

Use your own words, tell your story, you don't have to be eloquent, you don't have to be

polished.

Just be honest.

Tell someone about Jesus.

You'll be surprised, God will use you and I guarantee you there's someone in your world

right now, in your family, in your workplace, at school, in your neighborhood, someone that

desperately needs to hear about Jesus Christ.

They need to hear your story.

And God will use it.

Even if you seem to stumble over every other word, I'm telling you, God will use what you

say to someone else about Jesus Christ.

And if you'll do those four things, talk to God every day, get into His Word, join a community

of believers and then tell somebody else about Jesus you're going to be okay.

Thank you for having taken the time to sit with me right here.

Actually, I would love to look at you face to face, enjoy a cup of tea together, I'm

a tea guy, not a coffee guy and just talk.

I'd love to hear your story but you know in your own world God's going to provide what

you need.

He's going to provide who you need.

I want to tell you God loves you more than you have the capacity to understand it.

He loves you fiercely, He loves you unashamedly, He loves you eternally.

And for what it's worth, I love you too.

God bless you.

Hi there.

I've written a little booklet about the cross.

Something I believe can benefit every believer.

We're looking at whether it's a reason for offense or if it's actually God's loving

open door to a lost and hurting world.

And along with that, I preached several messages in our church recently.

These can help equip you to confidently share your faith with the lost.

If you're serious about sharing your faith with others contact us today to receive "The

Cross" bundle.

This booklet and two message series will equip you to confidently talk about the most important

decision you made in your life and the joy you found in Jesus.
