My name is Tina Eisen, and I'm a beauty and fashion photographer based in the UK.

Profoto A1 Duo Kit Six setups for creative portraits with Tina Eisen

I've been shooting commercial and editorial work for about nine years.

Up until now, I have used Profoto's monolights

which have been great for studio environments.

And I've recently started introducing the A1s into my setup.

I've used portable on-camera flashes before, but when I got my hands on the A1,

the main thing that struck me was the big, even, round spread of light.

I was so impressed.

Today, I set myself the challenge to create an editorial

consisting of six creative beauty setups in one day

and with only two Profoto A1s.

I organized a six-look shoot combining the Spring/Summer 2018 trends

and my love of everything floral.

I came up with different light setups for each of these scenes using a mix of modifiers

to help me achieve a unique feel for each one.

I experimented with different umbrellas, gels, diffusers, and bonnets.

I love how easy it is to interchange the modifiers.

Some of them literally just snap onto the magnetic mount.

Done.

For me, a picture comes to life when there's nice catchlights in the model's eyes.

It really helps the viewer to connect with an image.

We discovered so many exciting locations and crops today.

And due to the small size and portability of the A1,

I was able to move around and change sets super easily.

One thing that always throws me off, shooting outdoors,

is rapidly changing light conditions.

Being able to control the A1 by Air Remote makes changes quick and pain-free.

Another thing I didn't have to worry about all day was the battery.

After eight hours of shooting, the battery life seemed hardly touched.

Using two A1s rather than just one enabled me to work with the conditions

that were already there while putting my own creative lighting style into these images.

It was such a nice feeling that we could just hop from location to location

and include some London landmarks and not have to worry about

carrying big light heads or even stands.

Today went amazing.

The pictures, straight out of camera, were even better than I could have imagined.

I'm really excited about these images, and I can't wait to show them to the team.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is keeping tabs on Benjamin Pavard, as per KickOff.

The 22-year-old can play either as a right-back or a central defender and he recently won

the World Cup with France in Russia.

The report claims Liverpool could sign Pavard for a fee of €35m, provided Stuttgart fail

to make it to the Champions League this season.

Pavard's stock has been on the rise since last season and he capped it off with a few

brilliant displays in the World Cup too.

The youngster scored a wonderful volley in the clash against Argentina and he seems to

be a sound defender as well.

It will be interesting to see where we might play him, given that he can cover a couple

of positions on the pitch.

The 22-year-old could provide competition to Trent Alexander-Arnold and Nathaniel Clyne

for the right-back spot.

We have a few central defenders in the side too and with Virgil van Dijk being the first-choice

in the team, Pavard could provide competition to the likes of Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren and

Joel Matip.

Signing the 22-year-old for €35m could turn out to be a bargain and hopefully, Klopp can

make another stellar signing for the Reds.

Benjamin Pavard is a French footballer who plays as a defender for VfB Stuttgart and

the French national team.

Although usually deployed as a centre-back, he is also capable of playing as a right-back.

He was one of only four players to feature in every second of the 2017–18 Bundesliga

season.

He played in several positions, namely right-back, centre-back, defensive midfielder and right

wing, but after the appointment of Tayfun Korkut as manager he was exclusively a centre

back.

How To Remember For An Exam - Duration: 4:26.

In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to remember things for an exam.

I'm going to cover the Feynman technique again a little bit about how you can use your imagination, and

thinking through the meaning of words, and how you need to break through just words

into achieving your goal which is to

picture "what is going on?" and the importance of

using central images and pictures inside of your mind map.

So I've told you about the Feynman technique in another in-depth video, but I want you to remember

that

teaching someone your subject is the most rapid way to remember something.

When you teach someone, you understand it better and you remember it better at the same time.

So when you explain it to someone else, it really works well

I mean I sometimes even switch my camera on and talk to myself and record myself

like I'm teaching someone on YouTube or in a class.

And what we're looking for is finding

practical examples that explain the underlying concepts that you're learning.

They lead to images and they stimulate your imagination, when you're trying to explain it to someone.

Your imagination is one of the secret weapons of dyslexia.

Your imagination can really help you compensate for other weaknesses like a bad memory.

It's a different kind of work.

When you explain something to people and say things like "it's like this..."

What happens is that you're making connections

and they become like threads that hold your understanding together.

They're like branches on a mind map that connect different words and thoughts.

One of the ways to remember things for an exam is to think through

the words that are written on your mind map from your lessons keywords and

understand what's actually behind the word.

Picture the concept. It's kind of like a

landscape and in that landscape you don't want to know just every single detail in the landscape,

you want to know key things in the landscape; key milestones, key monuments, landmarks.

So that these things help you orientate yourself in the landscape.

It's the same with your subject.

These key points become

stepping stones so that you can orientate yourself in the subject.

That's one of the key things with dyslexia is keeping the organization and orientating yourself in that subject.

The breakthrough happens for you with mind mapping and exams

when you go pass the word to the meaning behind it and find images.

Students, who remember the words and lots of words.

They tend to remember the face value of it.

What I want you to do is to get to the idea that the words are holding.

If you can figure out what the words are about, it's a huge breakthrough.

That's the point you start achieving real memory for an exam.

If you can picture with images in your mind map, they're like gold.

Maybe you can visualize where something is on a map.

Or you can use those pictures to have a

relationship from one to another and you can create a landscape on your mind map.

Now using your imagination as a choice, and I'm really encouraging you to break through and

have the courage to use your imagination and visualize.

Here are some practical steps to apply;

When it comes to central images don't just do a circle over and over again.

Those images trigger your thoughts

use pictures strong pictures for your main branches.

If you find when you're doing the Feynman technique in you're explaining it to your imaginary class,

you start saying "it's like this..." and you start using examples,

gather them all together into your mind map.

That becomes a strong map for your exam.

She eventually agrees to give him a chance and when their mystical date turns into a hot make-out session, will the betrayed buddy go away quietly or step up his game to win his lady back? When one bachelor leaves Paradise early, the distraught woman he leaves behind is desperate to find another man who would want all the love that she has to offer.

Enter a newcomer who chooses her for a date that will give her new hope of finding the connection she has been looking for.".

Leo Dottavio's Temper Erupts.

Newcomer Leo Dottavio appeared last week on the show and unexpectedly swept Kendall Long off her feet, much to the dismay of Joe the Grocer, who had been courting her.

Leo and Kendall ended up on a romantic photo shoot date together and soon, Kendall was truly invested in the potential of a relationship.

Meanwhile, Joe was determined to keep the woman he'd grown to have feelings for.

Kendall Long ends up in tears, confused about what to do about her new crush versus her previous crush.

Meanwhile, Leo was already playing the field with other women behind Kendall's back.

Tonight, it looks like Leo's time is almost up in paradise, as ABC reported, "No one knows who will get the rose of one desired darling torn between the likeable grocer from Chicago who makes her laugh and the beautiful-haired man she can more easily see herself in a relationship with beyond Paradise, that is, until a loose-lipped friend lets it slip that one of her suitors kissed another luscious blonde.

Threatened with the loss of his lady, the guilty party reaches a breaking point that leaves everyone shocked." In a preview of tonight's show, it appears that Leo's temper gets the better of him and Joe confronts him.

According to ABC, it appears that Leo does not leave paradise tonight.

However, his exit may end up being on tomorrow night's episode.

Fans will just have to wait and see.

Benoit Beauséjour-Savard Continues to Woo Jenna Cooper.

Benoit Beauséjour-Savard met Clare Crawley on The Bachelor Winter Games and got engaged to her, but they ended up breaking up.

Last week, Benoit arrived in paradise and ended up right in the middle of Jenna Cooper's romance with Jordan Kimball.

Tonight, Jenna continues to entertain both men, but she does not end up with Benoit.

According to Reality Steve, Jenna reportedly gets engaged to Kimball.

The master got annoyed.

He took a long stick and landed heavily blows.

Poor donkey!
