Hi everyone, how are you going? Karen Finnin here, Physiotherapist and director of

Online.Physio. So another question that I got asked recently was 'Do you recommend

picking a niche for your telehealth service, and if so how do you work out

what that niche is?' Well this is a great question and the very short answer is

yes, it is crucial that you do pick a niche for your telehealth service. Why?

Because there will be a lot of services popping up on the internet and you want

your marketing, your look and feel, your examples, your videos, your blog posts to

resonate completely with a certain niche of target audience so that they are

drawn to do business with you. If you're generic and treat a million different

conditions for a million different types of people in all different types of

geography, you really won't catch any of them. So how do you pick your niche? Well

it's basically the intersection, if you picture three circles, so the first is

Where are your skills at and where are your passions at? So what is your

experience base? In the next section that's really important is Where is the

patient group that has this problem you need to solve? So maybe for example you

specialize in a particular sport and you've played that sport a lot yourself

but patients around the world have trouble finding a health professional

that really specializes in that particular sport and really gets it, you

know? And then the final component is the

technology side of it. Do the people that you're targeting have the access to the

technology required, the know-how with how to use it and also, you know, the the

pricing model and the funding to be able to afford that service. So if you can get

your passion and skill set overlapping with a patient group that needs a

problem solved along with technology and costing that works for them, you've found

yourself your perfect niche. I hope that helps. I'd love to hear what yours is. I

Transfer boost for Unai Emery as Arsenal close in on huge £300m Adidas deal | AFC News - Duration: 2:27.

Arsenal news includes reports that the Gunners have agreed a five-year kit deal with Adidas

It's long been expected that Arsenal will soon link up with Adidas as the club's new

kit sponsor.

Puma have designed Arsenal's kits for the past five seasons but their current £30m

a year deal will expire at the end of the season.

Adidas have long been touted to take over - and now reports from America suggest a huge

five-year deal has been agreed between Arsenal and the German sportswear giants.

It's claimed by sports business expert @HowieLongShort that the agreement is said to be worth £300

million over the next five seasons, which works out at £60m a year - double what Puma

are currently paying.

Arsenal say the club is not yet in a position to confirm the reports from the United States,

but football.london understands Adidas will indeed be Arsenal's kit partners from the

start of next season.

If the figures being reported across the Atlantic are correct, it will be the third most valuable

kit deal in football history - behind only Nike's agreement with Barcelona and Adidas'

with Manchester United.

The extra money will be a significant boost to Unai Emery and head of recruitment Sven

Mislintat as it will give the club more clout in the transfer market next summer, compared

to the restrictions they have been working to so far at the Emirates.

It will also come at a time when the club's new shirt sponsorship agreement with Emirates

also kicks in.

The deal, which runs until 2024, is worth £200m - which works out at £40m a season.

When the new deal was announced in February, Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis said:

"Emirates are again demonstrating their great belief in our approach and ambition and their

significantly increased investment will help us continue to compete for trophies and bring

more success to the club and our fans around the world."

It also gets rid of chemical and other toxic residues on the skin.

How to use it.

Add half a cup of apple cider vinegar to a container with a lot of water.

Then, soak the fruits or vegetables that you're going to eat.

You can also put it in a spray bottle to spray it on vegetables.

7,Sea salt.

Sea salt has antiseptic properties that can serve to disinfect some kinds of fruits and vegetables.

However, unlike the previous methods, using it can significantly alter the flavor.

This is because it leaves a salty touch.

Because of this, you can use it to wash ingredients that will be used in a recipe afterward.

How to use it.

Add a tablespoon of salt in a container with lukewarm water.

Then, rub the liquid on the surface of the ingredients.

Rinse the vegetables if they still have a very salty flavor.

As you can see, there are many ways to guarantee that you disinfect your fruits and vegetables.

Even though you don't usually notice it, your food can have germs and harmful substances.

Party members could vote with opposition in the motion of no confidence.

  Tshwane mayor Solly Msimanga is fighting for his political life amid murmurs that black members of the DA in the city could vote with the opposition to oust him.

Msimanga is facing scrutiny over how much he knew about of a R12bn contract awarded to an engineering consultancy to manage the city's infrastructure projects.

The fallout  has led to the suspension of city manager Moeketsi Mosola.

A motion of no confidence in Msimanga will be debated in council on Thursday.  The Sunday Times understands that, in the event the vote takes place through a secret ballot, some members of the DA caucus are ready to vote with the opposition.  Msimanga does not see eye to eye with DA Tshwane regional chair Abel Tau, who Msimanga snubbed for a position on the mayoral committee.

There are also questions as to how long Msimanga has known that there was a problem with the contract - and how much he knew.
