Hi! I'm Susan Bratton, trusted hot sex adviser to millions, and this is about
the benefits of Oxytocin for hot sex. Human beings are, in large part, run by
our hormones. Those chemical signals that tell our body were loved,
we're horny, we're courageous, we,re worried. Hormones fuel our emotions.
They make us fall in love, they make us have babies, they make us cranky! Romance fuels oxytocin.
So in the interest of increasing the romance in your
relationship, I'm giving you access to one of my most popular books called
'30 Romance Tricks That Work Like Magic.' Now I'm not sure where this link will be on
your device. It's probably in the show notes below or right on this video. You
click it and take 30 romance tricks that work like magic with my love. Okay, so
today's toxic world is full of things called endocrine disruptors. That's why
our hormones are faltering. They're begging us to top them up like a public
transportation prepaid card. Both men and women require testosterone in different
amounts. If our testosterone dips, we can augment it with exercise, organic foods,
even bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and you can see my videos about
how to have more T naturally, what hormone tests should I get... I've got so
many video series on hormones so there's more here for you but let's talk about
oxytocin. Both touching and sex increase natural testosterone for women and men
and when a woman has penis-in-vagina sex--that's intercourse--and absorbs that
semen into her vaginal tissue, she gets a boost of testosterone plus two kinds of
beneficial estrogen. As women, if our estrogen flags as we age, we can take a
bioidentical estrogen cream or use an estrogen patch to balance it out with
the other female sex hormone, progesterone that
we take at night. We can go one step further by putting a little testosterone
and DHEA on our vaginal mucosa to bring our sex hormones back to where they were
in our most vital years. If you suffer from any vaginal delicacy or dryness,
watch my video called 'Vaginal Wetness.' It's right here.
Now, oxytocin gel administered in the vagina can also reverse vaginal atrophy
where the skin of the vagina called the vaginal mucosa or the epithelium gets
dried out from a lack of estrogen, and some women use estrogen or DHEA- based
creams such as Julva, a link below to that as well, which will improve the
resiliency of the vaginal tissue. But if you're sensitive to estrogen, oxytocin
gel might be a viable alternative for you, and yes, sex hormone supplementation
will keep us younger, fuel our energy and libido, lower our mortality rate from
strokes and circulatory issues like heart disease. It even staves off
depression and memory fog and dementia and its evil cousin, Alzheimer's. This
other hormone oxytocin that you generate yourself every time you receive sensual
touch, every time you look into your lover's eyes, every time you have an
orgasm, that's oxytocin. It's called the cuddle hormone. Now, you can learn a lot
more about it from my friend and hormones scholar Dr. Lindsey Burks
in her new book 'Sexy Brain @ Sexy Brain Systems.com.' A lot of the stuff that I'm
telling you about I got from Lindsay's book. It is awesome and it really
stitches together along with things like hormone replacement therapy, etc., because
oxytocin is this new burgeoning field of information that can help us
have more pleasure and connection and feel better, because when oxytocin is
released from orgasm, that's what gives you that floaty, spacey, kind of mellow
feeling. Oxytocin is both a hormone and a neurotransmitter which means it affects
the brain and the gut tissue and overall health. Along with estrogen,
oxytocin is a cancer-fighting hormone. Now, SSRI medications lower oxytocin and
that makes it harder for people with anxiety and depression to feel
connection from lovemaking. Bottom line: It bombs you to your partner especially
with penis-in-vagina orgasms. Oxytocin and prolactin make lovers feel sexually
satisfied, calm and connected. It's interesting to note the bonding process
of oxytocin actually makes women less lustful for their partner. It's the
sexual satisfaction chemical not the chemical that makes a woman lust for a
man. Oxytocin connects you, but it's not the thing that turns you on. Testosterone
and dopamine are the lusty lady hormones. For a man to excite his woman, he's got
to be exciting to her. He has to bring novelty into the bedroom because that's
the best way to to spike her dopamine. Then when he ejaculates inside her, she
gets a shot of testosterone. When he kisses her, he gives her testosterone. So
if he uses his natural tools as well as variety then he gives her this hormonal
cocktail of testosterone, dopamine, and oxytocin that actually encourages her
desire for more sex. Orgasmic sex is a virtuous circle: the more good sex you
have, the more you want, the better you get, the more you want some more. So
according to Dr. Lindsay's research, what women desire most from sex is
satisfaction whereas men desire frequency. So keeping your hormone levels
optimized through diet, exercise, sex and supplementation if needed,
keeps your sex life humming. Watch my video on which hormone tests to get and my
series with the wise medicine man, Dr. Glenn Wilcox, all about bioidentical
hormone replacement therapy. Here's another interesting fact about oxytocin:
Women produce more of it than men. Women also need to feel more connection during
lovemaking. It's the oxytocin that gives women the
feeling of closeness. They need to experience more intense
orgasms, and when they have an intense orgasm and release oxytocin, they bond to
their partner more deeply. This is one reason why women are more likely to fall
in love when they have intercourse compared to men, why men are more transactionally
focused on sex compared to women. The interesting thing about oxytocin is if the guy gets it
from the girl, what's cool about that is that it stimulates release of nitric
oxide. Nitric oxide is vital for his erection and her clitoral erection where
the blood flows to the genital tissue in the body to increase the pleasure and
sensation. It's nitric oxide that relaxes those blood vessels and boosts
circulation to the penis and the clitoral structure. So there's ways to
take oxytocin. You can do a nasal spray, especially good if you don't feel
connected, if you're having trouble connecting with people... really good... not
even for sex, just connecting in general. And really good for helping guys who
struggle to achieve satisfying climaxes. Just a couple of shots before and during
sex could mean the difference for some men of achieving an orgasm. Now you can
get peer-reviewed, double-blind research data and oxytocin dosage recommendations
in Dr. Lindsay's book, 'Sexy brain, Sexy Brain Systems.' I've linked it below the
notes to this video as well, and in the near future you'll be hearing much more
about this important hormone so remember you heard it here first, and please like
