Joy Behar FORCED to Apologize for Fake Report About President Trump

On Monday's show, liberal Joy Behar did the unexpected and apologized for promoting

a false ABC news report that claimed President Donald Trump asked former National Security

Adviser to contact Russian officials while he was actively running for the presidency.

"On Friday's show, apparently, I was guilty of premature evaluation," said Behar.

"Here's what happened: ABC News reporter Brian Ross released a story claiming that

when Trump was a candidate he told Michael Flynn to contact the Russians.

Ross later corrected himself saying it was actually when Trump was President-elect."

"Brian has been suspended for a month," she said.

Behar's co-host then read the official NBC News statement, saying Ross had made a mistake

and would be suspended for 4 weeks with no pay.

"That's ABC's statement.

Brian Ross has released a statement, saying 'My job is to hold people accountable, and

that's why I agree with being held accountable myself,'" continued Behar.

"I would say that this is not fake news, it's a mistake.

He didn't deliberately put out a false piece of information, he made an error," she deflected.

What a total disgrace!

Joy Behar destroyed any "apology" by saying that Brian Ross didn't deliberately make

a false statement, instead she tried to claim that he "made a mistake".

The reality is that when you accuse someone of a serious transgression, you'd better

be sure you've got your facts straight.

Ross knew what he said was inflammatory, and he didn't even fact check his information

before going on LIVE air with it.

No apology, especially one as pathetically insincere as a Joy Behar's, can undo the

damage.

Ross needs to lose his job.

Period.

And there needs to be a substantial penalty for ABC in the way of a big, fat fine.

It's pretty obvious that the only reason Behar attempted to apologize was to save her

own hide.

  Best husband alert! Kim Kardashian is sharing her Christmas presents from Kanye West.

On Tuesday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to Instagram Story to post videos of her husbands gifts to her.  OK so for one of my Christmas presents from Kanye he gives me this little box with a Disney Mickey toy, Apple headphones, Netflix, Amazon gift cards and Adidas socks, Kim says in the first video as she shows the presents.

And Im like, Thats so sweet, thanks! But then she opens a second box with more presents inside.

In a second video, Kim shares, But then I open the next box and it is stock to Amazon where he got the gift card, stock to Netflix, stock to Apple, hence the little headphones, Adidas stock and Disney stock. Kim also shows how much she loves the gift by writing best husband alert! on the post.

Earlier in the day on Tuesday, Kim shared with her followers another present she received for Christmas.

OMG my psoriasis is almost gone! Best Christmas present! Kim wrote along with a post of her leg.

Its a very exciting time for Kim and Kanye, who will soon welcome their third child together, via a surrogate.

Before that day comes, the couple enjoyed the holidays together, kicking things off on Sunday at Kris Jenners annual Christmas Eve party.

First round of talks to amend South Korea-U.S. FTA set for Jan. 5 in Washington - Duration: 0:46.

Wrapping up domestic procedures to renegotiate the deal - Seoul and Washington will begin

their first round of negotiations next week for the amendment of the South Korea-U.S.

FTA.

Top negotiators from South Korea's Trade Ministry... and the U.S. Trade Representative will sit

down in Washington next Friday, January 5th.

The talks are not expected to be easy as the Trump administration wants to amend multiple

automobile and agro-livestock articles in a bid to alleviate its trade deficit.

Seoul is seeking to protect sensitive sectors like agriculture while vying for a 'mutually

beneficial' deal.

The two sides have held two preliminary meetings to arrange the amendment talks... since the

Moon and Trump administrations took power earlier this year.

Hear us out.

You spend weeks deciding on the best place to see them and then you camp out for hours, holding in much-needed bathroom visits for longer than you can handle, for what turns out to be a mere 15 minutes of show time.

That's it.

All that fanfare and before you know it, the whole shebang, like the year and all your patience, is over.

And that says nothing of the massive crowds you're battling for that prime spot to watch the fireworks because almost everyone in your town or city has the exact same idea as you.

It never changes.

We put all this effort into celebrating a new year and we keep recycling the same old idea for how to do it.

And it's no better than the other New Year's Eve go-to, the nightclub, packed with hundreds of sweaty, drunken sods who forked out a year's worth of savings for a ticket and the thrill of being able to say they "technically partied over two years", until they find themselves stranded in the city at 3am.

No thanks.

For those of us who would rather forgo the cliches of December 31, here are a few more enjoyable ways to ring in 2018.

If you live in a major city, pack up some supplies, grab your mates and find a scenic spot to spend New Year's Eve without the chaos.

Last-minute deals can be found on booking sites such as Stayz and Airbnb, so you and your mates might be able to chip in for a large, private home for a few nights.

Just keep in mind some hosts won't be cool with raging parties on the premises so respect their wishes and keep things tame.

Special NYE performances of Wizard Of Oz will be held in Sydney on December 31.

TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Most big events are geared towards the midnight fireworks, but a quick check of online city guides, and your local council website, may field some alternative events that will make this New Year's Eve more memorable than all your others.

For example, in Sydney, NYE In The Park at Victoria Park will be a giant garden party featuring headliners Hot Dub Time Machine and a host of other DJs, plenty of food, and not many tourists.

The National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour is holding family NYE celebrations that include a barbecue and after-hours access to exhibits.

Over at the Capitol Theatre, the cast of Wizard Of Oz will perform two NYE shows on December 31.

HAVE A DIGNIFIED DINNER.

If you do want to catch some of the action on New Year's Eve, but don't want to hustle with the crowds, lock in your spot for a fancy dinner.

You can just make a beeline for your seat, which is sitting there, ready and waiting for you.

No crowds, no queues, no worries.

But if there is a restaurant you've been eyeing off but prices are a bit much, what better excuse to splurge than New Year's Eve? Paying off the credit card is next year's problem.

HOUSE PARTY AT YOUR PLACE.

It takes a bit of effort to get organised initially — what with buying the appropriate volumes of chips and dips, and a quick bit of dusting before guests arrive — but the beauty of this plan is you won't need to worry about getting home in the post-midnight rush.

And if you've got enough floorspace and cushions, your guests won't have to either.

The very best part of this is when you're all partied out at 1.30am, you can just disappear in your bedroom and hit the hay without anyone noticing until you're already asleep.

Genius. PRETEND IT'S NOT HAPPENING.

New Year's Eve? What New Year's Eve? The seconds will turn into minutes and hours and a whole new year, whether you choose to celebrate it or not.

Buck with tradition, stay indoors and maybe take the chance to catch up on all those TV shows and movies you've been meaning to watch all year.

And you'll have all of January 1 to yourself, given practically everyone else in the country will still be sleeping off their hangovers until well past lunchtime.

Top 5 Wrestlers Who Could Become WWE Champion For The First Time In 2018 - Part 1

5 Andrade "Cien" Almas: Truth be told, up until quite recently, there's no way Andrade "Cien" Almas would have made his way to this list. While significantly talented in the ring, it was a huge shock to wrestling fans everywhere when Almas won the NXT Championship at TakeOver: War Games.

Obviously, it would be just as surprising if not more so were Almas to suddenly get called up to the main roster to nab an even more prestigious title less than a year after his breakthrough moment. On the other hand, whenever a wrestler wins the NXT Championship, it's a clear-cut sign that WWE management in general sees something special in their work.

Past NXT Champs like Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Roode, and Samoa Joe instantly started challenging for top gold when they were called up, and there's no reason to expect differently from Almas.

The one thing that might keep this prediction from coming true is if he chooses to stick around NXT for the entire year, a scenario that feels equally likely to him getting called up and becoming champion.

4 Kevin Owens: Having already reigned as WWE Universal Champion for several months, essentially setting the tone for what that belt stands for, it could be argued Kevin Owens doesn't need to be on this list.

However, despite his considerable accolade, the Prizefighter has never won the WWE Championship, and since he's been moved from Raw to SmackDown, that's the one title he should be concerned with. Given his history with gold, it's almost surprising Owens hasn't had a serious shot at the belt since moving from one roster to the other.

Contrary to WWE's efforts, it's also notable that Owens is now more popular now than he ever was holding the big red belt, a common byproduct of feuds against the company authority.

Throw in a renewed friendship with Sami Zayn, meaning he always has someone to watch his back and help out when times are tough, and Owens could definitely make his way to the top of SmackDown very soon, just like he did on Raw.

3 Fínn Balor: As the first ever WWE Universal Champion, Fínn Balor is in a very similar position to Kevin Owens when it comes to whether or not he actually belongs on this list.

Then again, Balor held it for all of a single day before being forced to vacate the gold due to injury. Rather than stick around on Raw and continue offering fans diminishing returns with questionable feuds, maybe it's time he jumped over to SmackDown and started challenging for the blue brand's top title.

Balor would fit in better with the more athletic roster, and could easily shoot up the card considering there are less readymade main event superstars over on SmackDown.

In the very least, Balor would get back to championship contention by switching brands, with the stink of his one day reign marring his chances are recapturing the Universal belt anytime soon. This isn't fair to a man of his talents, unless he manages to redeem himself with a certain other shiny gold belt.

2 Cesaro: Unfortunately, the time is fast approaching when fans of Cesaro should just give up on WWE finally recognizing he's one of the most talented wrestlers on their roster.

It was three years ago that Vince McMahon publically stated he believed Cesaro lacked the "it factor" necessary to "grab the brass ring," something the Swiss Sensation and his many fans have long disagreed with, to say the least.

On the other hand, Cesaro has used the time since then to keep improving upon his already considerable skills, and thanks to his tag team with Sheamus, he's been receiving the most spotlight he's had in a very long time.

Considering Sheamus is a past WWE Championship himself, one can only hope this will eventually force McMahon and company to get the picture and reward Cesaro with the singles title he's deserved all along.

1 Matt Hardy: At 43 years of age, Matt Hardy is the oldest wrestler on this list, and therefore perhaps the least like to become WWE Champion any time soon, let alone ever. That said, fans of the elder Hardy boy shouldn't necessarily abandon all hope just yet, as his recent WWE return brought him back with a higher profile than ever before.

In his time off, Hardy rebranded himself as a Broken/Woken madman, making him one of the most talked about sports entertainers on the Internet. He also won a TNA Championship or two, which isn't necessarily something that Vince McMahon cares about, but it does prove he has the necessary skills to reign over a major promotion.

There's also the fact his brother Jeff is a former WWE Champion, a reality that does indeed prove McMahon has had his eyes on the Hardyz for a long time.

With Jeff injured and Matt firing on all cylinders lately, maybe it's time he got a shiny gold belt of his own.

I you're traveling around and you have to unpack very often then it's maybe not very handy.

but if you just traveled to one location and you have to unpack once then it's a very good solution

the bag is almost exploding but it's all in there. It will definitely give you the heavy tag.
