I am happy spring from Denali we had a wonderful winter with our pups here as
they were busy growing up and learning how to be adult working dogs running
with the rest of the big dogs on patrol out into the park we wanted to give you
one final episode of the puppy paws to show you what these guys have been up to
in the snow and cold all winter the dog puppies are naturally born with a strong
desire and an instinct to want to run and pull a sled but they still have a
lot to learn in their first winter so these guys were busy figuring out how to
wear a harness how to untangle themselves from all the lines in the
team and how to run next to the rest of the big dogs
harness breaking the pups is always an entertaining process and the success of
the whole thing really depends on our ability to have patience with the
puppies in to laugh a lot with them as they try to figure out what's going on
with these new harnesses the first step in our harness braking training is kind
of crossing basically what we're doing is all wear a waist belt and attach a
puppy to me just walking through the tundra or on the roads and the puppy
learns to wear our harness it's a really easy way to introduce them to the
concept of pulling once the snow is on the ground we can graduate to skijoring
with them this is essentially the same setup as cane across but now we have
skis on our feet everybody probably knows that any is a very social pup
she's always smiling and she thinks everything is funny
so when Andy started wearing a harness she couldn't really see the point of
working too hard and she just wanted to hang out with the people so our special
training for Annie was to try and get her to pull forward in front of the
people rather than turn around and come right back to running next to us lucky
was really able to differentiate playtime from work time better than
most any puppy I've seen and he was all business once got a harness on him he
just wanted to run in pull lucky didn't quite have the confidence to want to be
the lead dog of the puppy pack so very often we had to have an older dog or his
sister out in front of him Polly was always happy to be the lead dog of the
puppy pack she was definitely the smallest of her litter of pups but she
is the most motivated of them in terms of understanding inherently what it
takes to be a great sled dog it's a really fun part of the process when we
add the puppies into the team with the big dog the older dogs are far better
than us humans of teaching the puppies in their own language the commands that
we're using so when I say gee that means turn right when we say halt that means
turn left whoa this stop and let's go there's this command for going forward

hello and welcome back to Red Stapler in this tutorial we will talk about
really cool automation tool called browsersync which can make your web
development faster and save you from repetitive manual tasks such as live
reloading in browsers when the code was changed mirror action when testing
across all browsers and devices stimulate slower connection for testing
site loading performance and much more Let's go check it out
using Browsersync is very easy first install browsersync globally using NPM install option -g then
open a command prompt in your web directory that you are browsing to start
watching for file change then type browsersync start --server --files
followed by asterik this will run processing in server mode to serve the
files in this directory currently we are putting the asterisk wildcard at the end
which means to watch for all files in this directory but you can also watch
for a specific file or file types if you like one server is up browser sync will
open it in browser for you if you look at the console you will see the address
on your local machine and also the external address if you want to test on
another washing machine or mobile device now I'm going to try changing the CSS of
the navigation bar and save the file
you see that browser thing will automatically reload the page
immediately now let's try open it in other browser
if I scroll or click every browser will do the same
now if your site is serving a dynamic content or already have a running server
for example I have my site running on PHP server on localhost you can run
processing in proxy mode just navigate to the web directory open the command
prompt and type processing start proxy localhost file asterik processing will
wrap your host and provide proxy access to your site
so with this option you can use browsing to test on any web development project
like PHP spring boot and so on
and that is the basic of how to setup and use browsersync in the next video we

Mediterranean almond and date tart | Eat for Happiness - Duration: 7:06.
Hey love! Today I'm going to make a mediterranean-style tart with dates and almonds
and for my vegan viewers be aware
I'm going all-in with butter and eggs, which you can of course replace with vegan butter and flex eggs
So let's have a quick look at ingredients. I'm using spelt flour, eggs
Coconut sugar some orange blossom water which you can get at Asian shops
I have a sugar-free apricot jam here organic butter almond flour and dates
This is a quite traditional recipe in the Mediterranean kitchen
and what I tried to do is just update it a little bit make it more wholesome
and leave out the white flours and refined sugars
and the exact measurements I will just write down in the description box below
Let's get started.
grab a nice mixing bowl and sift in your spelt flour
To the flour I'm adding 100 grams of cold butter add a small pinch of salt and then with your fingers
Incorporate all of the butter in the flour until you get a nice and crumbly texture
So we are getting here, we have a nice lovely crumble and
this is the point where we can add two tablespoons of really cold water and one large egg
Then combine everything until you have a nice soft dough
So now we have this lovely
Soft ball of dough, and we're going to roll this out on a dusted surface and get my dough over here and roll it out
Here comes the tricky part, I will try to gently roll my crust up on my rolling pin
Don't squeeze it
like that and
Here I have my 30 centimeter tarts dish, and I'm going to line it with
My crust daugh, and I already greased my pie dish with some butter
softly press the pastry
a quick trim of the excess pastry
Grab a fork and prick a few holes in your crust
Like that and now cover it up and let it sit in a cool place until you need it
Let's move to step number two which is the filling
I cleaned my mixing bowl and to that I'm going to add my butter about 120 grams
So make sure your butter is room temperature
to that I'm adding 120 grams of coconut sugar and now I'm going to
Beat this up until it's all incorporated and light
So it does take a few minutes, but this is the texture I'm going for one and going in I
Will probably need another one. I'll give it a mix and have a look
Now really really beat it up make it fluffy second egg going in
Mix it well
Then my orange blossom water I will need about a tablespoon and a half
Now I'm adding my ground almonds 120 grams fold it in
Failing is done, and it's ready to be transferred on to my crust so just gently spread it on there
Now for the dates remove the pits
Cut them in half and just place them gently on top of your filling
So this is going in the oven at 200 Celsius for about 10 to 15 minutes
I actually should have mentioned that I have been creating my oven at 200 Celsius
After about 10 to 15 minutes you reduce your heat to about 180 and then bake it for another 20 minutes
When you go to your local health food store you often can get gems without any added sugar
they often sweeten it with apple juice or something like that, so I'm using apricot jam today
And what I did is I just pressed it tohrough a sieve. About 3 tablespoons,
and I put it on a bowl of hot water
Just to warm it up a little and now I'm going to brush the jam on top of my tart
So you know the hardest part, right
That's the waiting for the tart to cool. Which is absolutely really important because you don't want this beauty to fall apart
I'm going to cut into it in about half an hour and for now. I'm just going to say bye
