Moving Day for Elsa and Anna Frozen Castle Squinkies Squashies Bubble Gum Machine Surprises Toy haul - Duration: 12:37.
um, Elsa I think something's gone wrong oh you can say that again
it's moving day and what else can go wrong? um, being frozen and ice on moving
day that does pose a little bit of a problem,
and since ice is your specialty what do you recommend? This would be a great time
to practice Olaf's warm thoughts. okay. okay on three
then one, two, three! Today we're going to show you a purchase that we got while
out thrifting. We got the frozen Elsa castle with Elsa and Anna AND furniture!
so let's see if we can help them out of their frozen predicament with warm
thoughts and see what we have. So on three, everybody, think some warm thoughts
for Elsa and Anna. ONE, TWO, THREE! (magical harp sound) it's working the ice is melting all around
them. oh oh wow on behalf of my sister and me thank you thank you for those the
helping us with those warm thoughts.Are you okay? oh yeah I'm good. I am all good.Okay
everybody, let's talk about what we got in our package when we went thrifting. We
did get Elsa with her green cape and both of their hair was a bit must for
being captured the quote-unquote ice so we kind of
tried to fix them up a little bit and redo some braiding and give them a
little bit extra. Elsa still needs maybe a clip in her hair to hold it down but
overall they look pretty good Elsa is articulated and which is we love
it's very nice and she still has on her pretty what looked like glass shoes
which is great also! so I do think she's probably missing a crown. Anna is not
jointed at the arms and the elbows and knees like Elsa is but she does have her
crown still attached and she is a hard plastic body with the skirt and she
still has her boots so they overall they look pretty good
there is a little bit of a size difference between the two so they're
kind of a fun find. So with them we did get the castle and it is a very tall
castle. So let's open it up and see what we got. we also got in the package with
that we got the bed which is kind of a flexible plastic... kind of feels a little
bit rubbery not too stiff but it's got the dripping looks like it's dripping
the ice which is neat and then it has the ice at the headboard and then again
at the footboard. we got an extra chair which I don't really think looks like
goes with this particular castle (laughing) however it's always nice to have extra pieces of
furniture so we got the chair and we also got this ice throne along in the
package. so very excited to open up the ice castle and see how it looks on the
inside. since they've had kind of a rough moving day maybe we can help them a
little bit get moved in so let's see what we have
we'll open the doors like this this is the front
so there's the great big doors on the front of the castle and then it is
hinged so let's see if we can figure out how it actually opens! okay we've got it
open this is Anna's side and this is Elsa's side. this castle we did buy while
thrifting and it is missing a few of its pieces however that's one of the reasons
we got such a great deal on it but we're gonna go ahead and add some of our own
custom pieces to it so let's go ahead and take a tour of our
castle we'll start with Anna's side, so we'll open this up first. what we have
here is the vanity with the mirror and then this folds down. it's got the pretty
rug on a parquet floor it's got the grand doors and then this floor also
lays down which is another parquet looking wood floor. this pulls down here
which is her table and you can see that she has some food set out on it. and then
when we come over here to Elsa's side she has the pretty snow flake swirls etched
on the little blue floor. and then if we pull this down up here, we have the place
for her throne. so let's see if we can get her throne in place. there we go for
the vanity since we're missing the chair we had picked up this really cute chair
while thrifting for a dollar and it will sit up there really nicely it looks
pretty good! I'd say that's just about perfect! well speaking of chairs
remember the odd chair that we seem to get in the package? it looks like it
could scoot right up to the table. so with our chair in place now it's time
for Elsa's bed, so we have her bed here... it's missing its coverlet so we cut a
piece of soft flannel that we're going to use as the missing bedspread. "oh so
soft! I like it! this should do just fine. um, Anna?
yes what is it? you might want to come down here. oh okay I was just unpacking a
few of my things. yeah well there are some things that I found while exploring
the castle. okay I'll be right down. what is it? well I was looking for some
extra space, some closet space,to store some of my dresses and I found something.
well where are they? show me. look over here what is it that
What is it that Elsa and Anna have found?
Oh My! it's squinkies squashies! sure we've got four squinkie squashies
with the gumball surprise. okay! open our first one... here's our checklist. it says
there's hundreds to collect! squinkies squashies collectors guide... there's common
rare and ultra rare! there's the magic creatures, picnic, Down Under,
fur babies, and stuffed animals ultra rare!
maybe we'll get an ultra rare! then on the backside there's puppies and
birthday party. let's see what we've got! here's our first one. oh look! look how
adorable. this is Suri German Shepherd and he's a common but isn't he cute? and
for our next surprise... it's our pink ball
and it's actually taped. let's see if we can get that off. crack it open.
it's from the fur babies and this is scampers! look at him and his purple and
yellow. isn't he cute!?
alright let's open our next. take a wrapper off... and our collectors guide... and
the first one to come out ...this is from the fur babies too! - this is Bonnie Bow! look
at her sweet ears and the bow in her hair. she's from the fur babies. and look
at that little bitty tail. okay see what's next to come out of our gumball
machine. there it is! I'll take the wrap off of it...
pop it open... gasp. it's from the birthday party it's frosty flickers look at that cake!
how sweet! with his little candles on top and his little bitty pink frosting all
around and white. so cute! alright let's open the next one. What can it be? it's a magic creature!
and it looks like it's Pegasoo with its wings and its mane and its tail... so
cute. we'll add that one right there! alright let's get our next one out of
here... maybe will this be a rare? Let's find out! he's not ultra rare
but he's rare! Whoo- Hoo! it is Dash dachshund! look at that long drawn-out
body. We'll set him right next to Suri German Shepherd. all right, one more to go oh
they're so cute. yeah, I can't wait to see what else we get. ok let's open it and
see! what do you think it's gonna be? will it be another magic creature? or will it
be something else from the birthday party line?
here we go. it is from the magic creatures... its Calypso! Look how awesome! he's just gonna
swim right over here to Pegasoo. okay here we go. ready? this is our last one.
what will it be? a magic creature again or will we get something from down under?
we don't have anything from down under yet. it's Furly squirrely from the
picnic. set he is not ultra rare but he is a rare! Yay! and look look at his poofy
tail oh very very cute. well there it is our lineup from the
Squinkies squashies. we did get two rares! so which one is your favorite? well
what a great find! I know! they're so so cute!

BTS, EXO, TWICE, And More Announced For 2nd Lineup Of 2017 MAMA
Following the announcement of its first lineup, 2017 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) has heightened the anticipation with its second list of artists!.
On November 3, CJ E&M announced that EXO will be attending 2017 MAMA in Hong Kong, and their sub-unit EXO-CBX will be performing at 2017 MAMA in Japan.
BTS and Red Velvet will be attending the show in Hong Kong, and TWICE will be performing at the show in Japan. SEVENTEEN, who was previously confirmed for the show in Japan, has also been added to the show in Vietnam.
Furthermore, Wanna One, who were previously scheduled for Vietnam and Hong Kong, has been confirmed for Japan as well, so the group will now be attending all three shows!.

I mean, who does that?
From the mosh pit to the kitchen
This punk rocker went from protesting
our broken social system to trying to fix it.
We started a program called Empower LA,
which is a job training program
for young men and women
aging out of foster care,
older women home from prison.
LA Kitchen is a charitable organization.
Now it gets donated food.
The donated food is used
to train men and women
in the job training program,
who in turn manage and guide volunteers.
I just wanted to,
not only feed people a better meal,
but I wanted to lift people up
and show that they had a skill.
There's people out there
who need a role to play
to have a gift something to offer.
Anybody that has a criminal record
believes that they cannot be employed.
A lot of times you can't.
76 percent of former inmates say
that it is nearly impossible
to find work after being released.
But now we have programs
that help people like me.
I was on drugs.
Drugs lead to crime.
Crime leads to jail.
It was very difficult looking for work.
I tried and tried.
I came to the conclusion
that I was not hirable.
A great non-profit
doesn't try to fix the problem.
It reveals the power of community
to solve the problem,
working side by side.
Theresa's one of the first graduates
from the Empower Program.
And now i think about it,
she guides every volunteer
that comes through,
and virtually every student
So she's kind of like our North Star.
Me and my co-workers,
we're happy with what
we're doing for people.
We just had a student
that worked the Academy Awards.
I mean, it can't get better than that.
You know we feed people great meals.
We give people great jobs,
and we make money while we do it.
I mean. what's not to like?

Hello guys! My name is Viktor Kamenov.
Many of you know me from Instagram and Facebook
The straddle planche originally comes from gymnastics
Nowadays the straddle planche is rarely seen in gymnastics
but in street workout is one of the most common elements
Be sure that you have stable straddle planche before starting any harder elements
Today I and my friend Stefan
will show you top five exercises we did for learning straddle planche in the beginning
Exercise number one
Leans
One of the most important basics for planche
Even now I always do it in the beginning of my trainings
I do it like warm-up. Just to feel the movement and the pressure in my shoulders
Exercise number 2
Straddle planche with a rubber band
That was really useful exercise for me in the past
Just put the rubber band under your stomach and try to do the straddle planche
It will be much easier for you
and you will feel the movement
exercise number 3
Swing to straddle planche position
Just get to this position for a while and do it as many times as you can
Exercise number 4
At first I was trying to hold the planche in this position
After some trainings, I got stronger
and I was able to get closer to the straddle planche
I was mainly focusing to get enough hold on these three positions
Exercise number 5
Handstand
Of course you can learn straddle planche without being able to stand on your hands
but it's one big plus if you have stable handstands before starting to learning planches.
I've been doing mainly handstands in my first year of training
I combined it with handstand presses and handstand push-ups
The most usual question is about the grip of the straddle planche
For most of the people the easiest grips are on P-bars and on floor
So you can start first with them
When you get stronger on these two grips you can try the others
And remember. The most important thing is to practice
Even if your attempts to look weak like this
they will give you enough strength for the next training
And never do this!
That's not a planche and it won't help you
How often you must train it?
It actually depends on your level.
I as a beginner was training it three times per week
That were the top basic things we did for the straddle planche in the beginning
