Waching daily Nov 30 2017

Something more important:

you live in a world of pollution now.

You are living in a broken world,

but you got used to it.

Like China. Brown sky.

You cannot even imagine a world which is not broken.

What does it mean, broken world?

It means you try to make money,

you start a business,

you get a new job,

and something goes wrong.

You don't know if you will be successful.

Would you like to start a new company?

"Yes."

Will it be successful?

Will you make 100 million dollars?

Then now you have to say, "I don't know."

Would you like it?

"Yes."

"Can you do it?"

"I don't know."

Will you try?

"I'm trying my whole life!"

But you don't know if it will work.

Next year,

will you be healthy?

Or will you have cancer?

Will you be dead?

If I ask you, "What will you be next year?"

Then you say, "I don't know.

I want to be healthy.

I want to be young.

I want to have lots of energy."

Will you have it?

"I mean, honestly, I don't know."

Do you have a partner?

"Yeah, I have one."

Will they stay with you next year?

Will you be happy next year?

Then you're like, "We try. We're trying."

But you cannot say you will or you won't—you don't know.

Will you have your partner next week?

You don't know. If you're honest, you have to say, "I don't know."

Everything in your life can change in one day.

Everything we do

—you can lose it in one day.

Will you get in a car accident on the way back to Moscow?

We almost got in like three of them, ha ha!

Then you have to say, "I don't know."

And you don't think that's strange.

You think the whole world has to be like that.

Like, you are like Chinese people with the brown sky.

You got used to it.

You live in a world which doesn't work all the time.

And you got used to it.

And if I try to say, "You don't have to live like that.

You can have blue sky,

you can have stars,

you can have dolphins swim with you."

Then you… you don't think it's possible; really, you don't think so.

And it's very difficult for me to teach people, very difficult.

It's very frustrating.

You can have... Everything can work.

What you want—you can have everything.

But first you have to want it.

Then, you have to believe it's possible.

To try to talk to Chinese people—"You don't have to live with brown sky"—they don't understand.

We bring them to our university.

We always bring them in the car at night.

Open the door,

"Look, you see, this is stars."

Then they are like "Wow!"

Then we take them, you know, show them beautiful things.

And then they understand.

But tonight,

try to understand:

your world got worse and worse every year,

and you got used to it.

You are living in a brown sky,

gray ocean,

you never saw the stars,

and you live like that.

And now we want to show you something different.

But it's very difficult.

BREAKING: CNN Is Boycotting Christmas… SERIOUSLY- Look What They Just Announced - Duration: 3:11.

BREAKING: CNN Is Boycotting Christmas SERIOUSLY- Look What They Just Announced

The war between CNN which has affectionately been dubbed Fake News by the current

administration and President Trump continues to rage on, this time the media giant is taking

a big shot of their own.

They have decided to boycott the White House Christmas party, a move that, according to

Fox News, has a whole lot to do with their tiff with the current occupants of the Oval

Office.

Seems a bit childish, doesnt it?

Highly unlikely such a move will mean anything to Trump who has made it clear hes not

a fan of the organization to begin with.

Heres what a CNN spokesperson told Politico:

CNN will not be attending this years White House Christmas party.

In light of the presidents continued attacks on freedom of the press and CNN, we do not

feel it is appropriate to celebrate with him as his invited guests.

We will send a White House reporting team to the event, and report on it if news warrants. The

party is to be held on Friday, December 1, at 2 p.m. and is typically an event where

reporters get to mingle and connect with varying members of the current administration, but

with all the tension between Trump and CNN, it seems theres no love lost between these

folks and the White House.

Press Secretary Sarah Sanders wasnt the slightest bit bothered by the fact CNN wouldnt

be in attendance at the party.

News of CNNs plans to boycott the event was greeted positively by White House Press

Secretary Sarah Sanders.

Christmas comes early, she tweeted.

Finally good news from CNN. Earlier this month, the president was on a trip to

Asia when he let his true feelings for the news network be known on Twitter after being

forced to watch its programming, saying the experience reminded him of why he dislikes

the channel.

While in the Philippines I was forced to watch @CNN, which I have not done in months,

and again realized how bad, and FAKE, it is, the president wrote.

Loser!It doesnt end there.

Trump never misses an opportunity to take a shot at CNN, letting the punches fly in

this gem from Monday:

We should have a contest as to which of the Networks, plus CNN and not including Fox,

is the most dishonest, corrupt and/or distorted in its political coverage of your favorite

President (me).

They are all bad.

Winner to receive the FAKE NEWS TROPHY!What really takes the taco is how CNN complained

that Trumps tweet was dangerous as it encouraged violence against reporters operating

in countries hostile to journalists.

The bottom line is, if CNN spent more time actually doing their job, reporting the facts

in a well balanced manner, they wouldnt be getting hammered so much and would likely

have higher ratings.

The purpose of a free press is to equip citizens with the information they need to make well

informed decisions, not shove an agenda down their throats.

Understanding What is Speed | NEET Preparation by NEETLab - Duration: 8:17.

Welcome to NEETLab - A 100% Free Online Self-learning platform to improve your intelligence and

to clear NEET examination.

In this video, we are going to understand what is speed.

Understanding Speed is the basic concept for learning all types of motion.

Infact the basic measurement of motion is speed.

Please watch this video till the end, so that you grasp this concept completely.

To understand this concept, you should have clear understanding of the base concepts such

as Motion.

If you do not have clear understanding of these base concepts, we recommend learning

those concepts before watching this video.

Don't go anywhere, visit neetlab.com and search for these concepts.

If you are watching this video from neetlab.com, you can find the links to these concepts as

well as important NEET questions from this concept below this video.

Lets get started.

How do you go to school?

Do you go by walk or in bicyle.

Lets try to understand the meaning of speed by comparing these two modes of travel.

Speed is nothing but a measure of how fast something is going.

An athlete measures his running speed by using a stop watch.

He runs a fixed distance and measures the time taken.

Based on these two, he calculates his running speed.

Lets take another example.

Lets say your school is located at 1 kilometer from your house.

If you reach your school in 15 minutes, then your speed is 1 kilometer per 15 minutes.

Speed represents how far you can go in a certain amount of time.

If you go with your dad to school in bike, then probably you can reach the school within

5 minutes.

What it means is that speed of bike travel is 1 kilometer per 5 mins.

Speed is generally represented in secs or hours depending on the duration of the time

taken.

Things which cover small distances are generally measured in seconds and things which travel

longer distances are measured in hours.

You would have observed that the speedometer of the bike displays the speed of the bike

in kilometers per hour.

When the speedometer displays 80, it means that the bike is going at 80 kilometers per

hour.

If you go at that speed for next one hour, then you would have covered 80 kilometers.

If we have to put this relation between speed, distance and time, we would get this formulae

Speed = distance / time

What does this formula mean?

When the time is kept constant, if distance increases, speed also increases.

also, When distance is kept constant, if time increases, speed decreases.

Lets undertand the statement when time increases, speed decreases.

You need to go to nearby town which is 100 kms away.

Generally you take 1 hours to reach the town when you go by car.

But this time, you decided to go by bus, the bus took 2 hours to reach.

Here the distance is constant, but the time increased from 1 hour to 2 hours, so what

would happen to the speed, it would decrease.

Lets calculate how much speed decreased.

In case of car, 100 kms covered in 1 hour so speed is 100 kms/hour but in bus case 100

kms covered in 2 hours, so speed is 100 kms/2 hour.

That is 50 kms/hour.

The speed decreased from 100 kms /hour to 50 kms/hour.

Now that you have understood speed, let me see if I can confuse your understanding.

When you travel, the speedometer does not show the arrow at 100 kms throught the travel.

It starts from zero and increases and when you reach the highway, it stabilizes at 120

kms/hour.

When you cross villages in between, and when you take turns you have to reduce the speed

from 120 kms/hour to 30 or 40 kms/hour.

So the speed changes all the time.

When the speed changes throughout your travel, why we say that the speed is 100 kms/hour.

Think for a while before proceeding with the video.

<Pause>....

Now let me introduce you another term, instantaneous speed.

The varying speed at any instant of time during your travel should not be called as speed,

the correct name to call that is instantaneous speed.

After you complete the travel, you find the average speed by calculating the total distance

covered and the total time taken.

What we call as speed is actually the average speed at which you have travelled.

Do you like trains?

Lets travel with train to another city B. The train travels from our city A to another

city B with the speed of 60 kmph and while traveling back from city B to our city A it

travels with the speed of 70 kmph.

Can you say what is the average speed of train for the whole trip?

To calculate speed, I need distance and the total time taken.

But in this question, only two speeds are given.

Lets assume that the distance between two cities is X.

Then total distance is 2X.

Now lets go to time taken, for onward journey, we have speed and distance, lets rearrange

the formula

speed = distance/time

time = distance/speed = X / 60

Similarly for return journey, time = X / 70

So average speed is total distance/ total time taken

= 2X / (x/60 + x/70)

= 2X x 60 x 70 / 130 X

= 65 kms/hour

Are you preparing for NEET examination?

If so, try out NEETLab challenge to find out whether you will clear the NEET Examination.

That brings up to the end of this video.

Lets quickly recap our understanding of speed.

The distance covered in 1 hour is called as speed.

Even though the SI unit of time is seconds, in real life we use hour when we talk about

speed.
