Waching daily Nov 27 2017

The Supreme Court on Monday made a major decision that has gun owners absolutely furious, and

rightfully so.

The highest court I our country is intended to determine the legality of laws passed by

both the state and federal governments.

When there's an ongoing debate over whether or not either have overstepped their authority,

we expect the Court to intervene and set the record straight.

In most cases, the Court fulfills its duty and takes on the most controversial of cases,

ending the national debates about them.

However, for some reason when it comes to gun rights, the Justices seem reluctant to

step in and reaffirm our Second Amendment rights, which is exactly what happened with

the Court refused to hear an assault weapons ban case.

Reuters is reporting that after seven years of avoiding major gun cases, the Court has

once again sidestepped a major case taken up against Maryland's 2013 ban on so-called

"assault weapons" enacted after the Sandy Hook massacre in Connecticut.

The case was brought by residents and dealers, and it had the backing of the National Rifle

Association, all of whom argued the ban is an infringement on our right to bear arms,

but the court refuses to touch it.

The challengers, who had sued Maryland's governor and other officials in 2013, appealed

a February ruling by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia that

upheld the state's law.

The 4th Circuit, ruling 10-4, said it had no power to extend constitutional protections

to "weapons of war."

Maryland's ban outlaws "assault long guns," mostly semi-automatic rifles such as the AR-15

and AK-47, as well as large-capacity magazines, which prevent the need for frequent reloading.

Backed by the influential NRA gun lobby, the plaintiffs said in a court filing that semi-automatic

rifles are in common use and that law-abiding citizens should not be deprived of them.

Maryland's ban focuses on cosmetic features of the weapons to determine how dangerous

they are, and it includes a provision that bans standard capacity magazines for the most

popular sporting rifles among gun enthusiasts, the AR-15 and AK-47.

Basically, "scary" looking semi-automatic rifles that function no differently than any

other semi-automatic rifle are prohibited for sale in the state, and an arbitrary ban

was placed on magazines that hold more than ten rounds.

Because hunting, or something.

Of course, the Democrat Attorney General for Maryland praised the Court's decision to

punt the case back down to the lower court and let their ruling stand, because Democrats

hate guns.

"The sands are always shifting with the Supreme Court," Attorney General Brian Frosh

said.

"I hope that this means they have reached a conclusion that they are not going to fiddle

with assault weapons bans across the country."

If the Court's past decisions are any indication, as long as there's progressive activists

on the bench, bans on the most popular rifles in our country will remain intact.

Don't forget, just last year the Court left in place the arbitrary bans in both New York

and Connecticut, and now doesn't appear to have any interest in the clear infringement

of our Constitutionally protected rights.

Meanwhile, this year's Black Friday sales of guns hit another record, with over 200,000

people filling out an ATF Form 4473 to purchase the weapons of their choice, according to

FBI statistics.

So it's evident gun rights are still coveted by the American people, as they should be

– they're the last line of defense against a tyrannical government, and they keep our

enemies at bay.

While Justice Neil Gorsuch undoubtedly left the conservative tilt in the court, it likely

won't be until Ruth Bader Ginsburg or Stephen Breyer either die or retire that we'll have

enough seats to finally overturn these un-Constitutional bans.

Trump Is Furious That Ivanka Spoke Out Against Roy Moore - Duration: 3:37.

Recently, Ivanka Trump, the President's daughter, said that there is a special place in hell

for people who prey on children.

Now, this was a jab from Ivanka towards Roy Moore, the former Alabama Supreme Court Chief

Justice, who is now running for Senate in the State of Alabama.

He's also been accused by seven, eight or nine women at this point of inappropriate

sexual or romantic relations while those women were teens and Roy Moore was in his 30s.

So, Ivanka Trump rightfully, for once, came out and said, "Yeah, basically this guy is

a pedophile and should burn in hell for all of eternity."

Well, somebody didn't like that she said this.

That somebody just happens to be her father, President Donald Trump.

According to a report in the New York Times, after Ivanka made this comment, Donald Trump

privately to aides in the White House said, "Can you believe this?"

According to the aides present, Donald Trump was more furious than my quote of him right

there portrayed.

He is incredibly angry that Ivanka would come out against Roy Moore.

Now, Donald Trump spent most of Sunday of this past weekend tweeting out the fact that

Roy Moore, a pedophile, or accused pedophile, excuse me, would be a much better person to

have in the Senate than a Democrat like Doug Jones, who made his career prosecuting members

of the KKK.

Donald Trump says that Doug Jones is actually weak on crime, even though he literally put

criminals behind bars.

Now, Donald Trump did all of this endorsing of Roy Moore without ever actually to mention

Roy Moore or use the word endorse.

But we do know from this New York Times report that he was furious with Ivanka because she

had enough courage to actually come out and say what the rest of the planet is also saying.

That is, "Why is God's name would you ever want to put a pedophile in the United States

Senate?"

At some point, party politics has to transcend all of this.

We can't say, "Well, he's a pedophile, but he's a Republican, so he's got to go in cause

a Republican pedophile is still better than any Democrat."

Republicans have to wake up.

You cannot continue to just carry your party's banner regardless of who that banner is representing

just because it's your team.

This isn't football.

This isn't baseball.

This is the American way of life.

This is our Federal government, a government that we like to think other governments around

the world look on and say, "That is a great example of a good representative democracy."

Well, at least at one point in this country it probably was.

Right now, it's been bought and paid for by special interests, but you get the point.

Republicans have to drop the act with Roy Moore.

You can either be a Republican and admit that the guy's a pedophile and probably shouldn't

serve in the U.S. Senate, or you can be a blind party loyalist like Donald Trump and

say that it doesn't matter if he raped kids, a pedophile is still better than any Democrat.

One of those statements doesn't seem quick right, does it?

TicHome Mini with Google Assistant - Is it better than Google Home Mini? - Duration: 6:38.

Hey Google what did I tell you about TicHome? I remember you told me: I have

to upload the TicHome video today

Hey there, people!

Welcome to mr. unbox the

channel where we unbox consumer electronics and give you our first

impressions to make sure that you get better insights before buying

Hey Google, shuffle playlist 2017 and set volume to 60%

sure here's a shuffle of your Spotify playlist called 2017

This box just arrived today. It is the MobVoi TicHome Mini so let's unbox it and see

what's inside

and here it all comes when we open the box we have something up here.

We have some manuals, user guide, meet your Google assistant, and some more.

It's the legal stuff I guess. Then we have the TicHome mini with a plastic..

- a see-through plastic sheet that shows what the different functionalities - and

get it out of the box in the bottom of the box we have the USB

cable and that's about it.

This is the TicHome mini. As you can see it's a

small, quite portable bluetooth speaker it doesn't really weigh much and it has

a few buttons on board. It has a power button, volume up and down, and what I

guess is a speak action button, so let's put this over. The action button is to push

to talk or to pause and play. It has volume up volume down and then a mic

mute / power button. I'm pretty excited to get this turned on and

see what it can do so let me play around with it for a while and I'll get back

with demonstration of it

Hi I'm your Google assistant You can ask me

questions and tell me to do things. To get started download the Google home app

The TicHome mini is a smart speaker produced by the Chinese company MobVoi

MobVoi was actually backed by Google when they released the TicWatch to the

global market, and this collaboration means that they are actually able to be

one of the first companies to release a smart speaker with Google assistant

built-in. There's not much to set this apart from Google's own Google home or

Google home Mini. The system is the same which means it comes with the exact same

specifications and features and the exact same limitations. It does however

come with one little extra that sets it apart from its big brothers at Google.

It has a built in battery that will allow you to take with you in the kitchen in

the bedroom or even to the shower since it has an IPX6 splash proof

certification. And yes, I did take it to the shower with me but I will

spare you for the footage of that The sound quality from the speaker is actually okay

considering its size. It's nowhere near the sound quality of speaker like Google

home but it's tolerable in most situations. The charging port on this is

a standard microUSB and that kind of sucks

especially for a unit like this which is meant to be brought around and plugged back

in whenever you need some extra power Actually they should have considered

contactless charging base or even having standard wireless charging. While the

portability in your home is a major plus for the TicHome mini it also comes

with some limitations. For instance if you bring it outside of your home

network, this one is reduced to a dumb Bluetooth

speaker. It does come with NFC for easy pairing with a phone but still the

sound quality doesn't really justify that kind of use

Is the TicHome worth the money? Well, if you're considering buying Google home Mini

then this is a serious alternative It does give you a little more freedom

because of the battery meaning that you can take it around the

house with you very easily. However in my opinion the AI assistant technology is

still not mature. You often run into things that you wanted to do but you

can't do it, so you have to go and find your remote control or your phone in

order to complete the task, and then you just have two devices and you spent

three times the amount of time to do the same thing as you would have done

otherwise. If all your appliances and home automation systems are compatible

with Google assistant, yes, then this would be useful for you, but for me since

I'm limited to Philips hue lights and chromecast it doesn't really make much

sense to have this. But what do you think?

Do you own a Google home or an Amazon Echo? Do you use it, what do you use it for?

Leave a comment below and don't forget to hit the big red subscribe

button, and also make sure you get the notifications on, so you get notified

next time we upload a video and you might be on your way to becoming the

gadget guru among your friends. Hope you liked the video! See ya!

hey Google

Turn off the lights

You got it! turning off three lights

oh wait

hey

hello?

hello..?

What is a Trustee? - Duration: 1:16.

A Trustee is responsible for managing assets titled in the name of the trust.

This could include real estate and financial accounts.

In most cases, they are the only ones granted authority to access the funds in the trust,

write checks, approve distributions, and conduct business on behalf of the trust assets.

They also have a legal obligation to the current and future beneficiaries to manage the trust

appropriately and to make prudent investment decisions.

If the initial trustee resigns or is unavailable to fulfill the role, a successor trustee is often named

in the trust document as a secondary option.

It is important to carefully consider who you name as trustee.

Will they have the knowledge to effectively administer and manage the trust assets while

complying with current trust law?

What impact would their relationship with the beneficiary have on them making distribution

decisions, especially when the requests fall outside of the terms of the trust?

What is an Irrevocable Trust? - Duration: 1:27.

An Irrevocable Trust is simply an agreement that typically does not allow any changes

to its terms once it has been finalized.

You will hear a lot of different names for trusts, most of which are really just Irrevocable

Trusts that serve a specific purpose.

There are many reasons someone might establish an Irrevocable Trust.

Some of the more common are: to provide financial management for minor beneficiaries;

protecting a beneficiaries inheritance from poor spending habits;

divorce or creditors;

or, to provide for a disabled beneficiary without disqualifying them from benefits they

may be entitled to.

You may also use a trust to create plan for Medicaid protection,

charitable giving, reducing estate tax,

providing for both family and surviving spouse in a blended family,

or a variety of other reasons!

An Irrevocable Trust can be created inside of a Will.

This called a Testamentary Trust.

It can also be created by a stand-alone trust agreement, inside a Revocable Living Trust,

or by court order.

What is an Estate Plan? - Duration: 1:13.

An Estate Plan is simply a plan which reflects how you want your personal and financial affairs

to be handled in the event of incapacity or death.

Estate plans are especially important if you want to minimize cost and confusion at the time

of your incapacity or death, if you have family members that are dependent on you,

such as minor or disabled children or elderly parents, and if you want to minimize taxes.

Documents that are commonly part of an estate plan include: a Will, POA's for health care,

POA for Financial decisions (sometimes referred to as a General Durable POA),

Health Care Directive (aka a "Living Will"), and beneficiary designations, especially common

for retirement plan assets and life insurance.

Some estate plans also include an Revocable Living Trust (RLT).

All of these documents should be specific to your needs, desires and circumstances,

and must meet various legal requirements to be valid.

What is a Power of Attorney? - Duration: 1:07.

The Attorney-in-fact, or Agent, is the person appointed in your power of attorney that is

granted the authority to handle your financial and health care decisions if you are not able

to do so yourself.

You do not have to name the same person for both financial and health care.

The Power of Attorney can become effective immediately or upon incapacity.

It is only effective while you are alive and terminates upon your death.

This is a role that deserves careful consideration.

We often hear people say that they do not want their Attorney-in-fact to have the ability

to act on their behalf until they are officially incapacitated

or unable to physically or mentally make decisions or manage their affairs on their own.

One question to ask yourself is: If you do not trust them to act in your best

interest while you are able to watch over them, should you trust them to do so when

you are not able to watch as closely?

What is Probate? - Duration: 1:33.

Probate is a legal process of settling your estate when you pass away.

You determine who has authority to settle your Estate after death in your Will.

This person or corporate entity is appointed by the courts as the Personal Representative,

and is responsible to ensure your assets are distributed according to your Will.

Probate laws vary from state to state.

The process can be simple and inexpensive, or complex and costly.

Washington State has one of the simplest probate systems in the nation and relatively modest

probate fees.

Probate has pros and cons.

The pros are that it provides protection against creditors and allows the personal representative

to have the court supervise and approve their actions, if needed.

The cons of probate could include delays in transferring titles, and significant expense

if you own property in multiple states and probate records are public documents.

Probate can be avoided in a few ways, such as:

the use of a Revocable Living Trust, making lifetime gifts to reduce the size of

your estate, or by completing beneficiary designations on accounts.

For more infomation >> What is Probate? - Duration: 1:33.

-------------------------------------------

What is an Executor? - Duration: 1:03.

A Personal Representative, also called an Executor, Executrix or Administrator, is appointed

in your will and is responsible for settling your estate upon your death.

Their responsibilities include: opening and closing probate with the courts, collecting

and protecting assets, creating a detailed inventory and date of death values for the

assets, filing creditors' claims, filing final tax returns, and distributing to heirs

according to the terms of the Will.

Consider who you name carefully for this position.

Think about their ability and available time to settle the estate, the relationship they have with the heirs, the impact the role could have on those relationships,

and the desire of the individual to take on the role.

Talk to the people you are considering, and make sure they are OK with being named in your Will.

Do You Have Silver Aura This Is What It Means - Duration: 4:13.

Do You Have Silver Aura This Is What It Means!

By consciousreminder

Some might believe otherwise, but silver is the colour of spiritual and physical growth.

Also, having Silver color aura.

Silver is rare to see and it doesnt come in so many shades.

Silver manifests in two different tones in the aura: dark and bright.

Dark Gray: having a darker shade of a color in your aura isnt usually something positive.

If the aura contains dark greyelish or dark silver tones, it means that fear is present

in your life.

It might also be a sign of illness and health problems.

If you see dark silver/gray in an isolated part of the body, it means that there is a

problem connected to that region.

Bright Silver: If your aura contains a lot of silver, it might mean that you dont

lack abundance and money.

It is also a sign that you are highly intuitive.

Silver also represents new concepts and ideas.

People With Silver Aura Posses These Traits:

The mind of the people having silver aura is clear and sharp.

They are disciplined people and can find the solution to the problem readily.

They dont get addicted to anything and live efficient and graceful lives.

In all the aspects of their lives, you will see simplicity.

What Is So Special About The Silver Color:

Silver is the colour of spirit.

Psychics usually have a silver tone in their aura as the spirits often communicate with

them.

Some people having a silver aura could even travel into different realms.

It is also an expression of magic and power.

But too much silver is the indicator of over excessive connection with the spiritual space.

It not only affects the person spiritually but physically as well.

It leads to weakening of the body with the lowering of natural immunity.

What Having A Silver Aura Means:

Aura colours dont remain the same every day and changes with time.

If the silver colour appears in your aura, it could mean that you are getting help from

the spirits.

If you are feeling blocked due to any reason, it will go away soon.

Your life will speed up, and you will progress towards betterment.

Having silver also indicates the dispersion of darkness from your life.

You will not remain stagnant anymore.

This colour could be used as the protective shield around the aura.

It keeps the negative energy away and purifies the psychic realms.

Actually, you can benefit a lot from adding silver color to your life.

For example, the Silver has the potential to:

Make you stronger Give your life a new momentum

Help you deal with apathy Help to cut the cords between you and toxic

people Strengthen and promote healthy connections

What is a Will? - Duration: 1:45.

A Will is the written document that is the cornerstone of your estate plan.

It allows you to decide who will be in charge of making sure the terms of your Will are

carried out after your death.

It guides the person or Corporate Entity that is in charge as the Personal Representative

on the Who, What, When & How, regarding your estate

This includes: WHO will get your assets;

WHAT they will get, like investments and cash, real estate, and other personal property;

and WHEN & HOW they will be able to use their inherited assets.

The Will also allows you to name a guardian for any minor children.

It is a common misconception that the terms of your Will override beneficiary designations

or account ownership on an account.

For example, if you have a beneficiary listed on your savings account or 401(k),

that money will go to the beneficiary, regardless of what you stipulated in your Will.

The same goes for naming a joint owner/signer on your account.

Often times, parents will add an adult child on their bank accounts for convenience purposes,

without realizing they are now a joint owner and may have legal rights to those funds.

Make sure you review your account titling carefully, and reach out to a professional

if you are unsure of the impact that titling may have to your final estate plan.

For more infomation >> What is a Will? - Duration: 1:45.

-------------------------------------------

What is a Revocable Living Trust? - Duration: 1:35.

A Revocable Living Trust is commonly used as a substitute for a Will as a tool to avoid probate.

Like a Will, this Trust directs how assets will be distributed.

However, since Probate proceedings are public record and this trust avoids probate, it provides

more privacy when a death occurs.

Also, if someone owns property in multiple states, this Trust may be used to avoid the need to

file a separate probate in every state property is owned in.

Additionally, this Trust can provide more seamless management of assets when someone

is incapacitated or no longer able to handle their own affairs.

A common misconception is that since you are avoiding probate, you are also avoiding estate tax.

I am sorry to tell you that the Revocable Living Trust will not provide protection against

taxes that are due, but good try!

It's EXTREMELY important to know that the Revocable Living Trust ONLY controls assets

that are named in the trust.

A common misstep is failing to transfer ownership and titling of real estate, financial accounts,

and other assets to the trust.

If you do not transfer title, the trust has no authority over those assets,

potentially making them subject to Probate.

For more infomation >> What is a Revocable Living Trust? - Duration: 1:35.

-------------------------------------------

What is a Trust? - Duration: 1:03.

A Trust can take many different forms, but it always consists of three basic components:

the TRUSTOR, the TRUSTEE, and the BENEFICIARY.

The Trustor transfers ownership of property to the TRUSTEE,

to safeguard and manage for the BENEFICIARY.

These three roles - the Trustor, Trustee and Beneficiary - can all be the same person,

or they can be different people or professionals.

You may hear a lot of different names for trusts, but they almost all fall under

1 of 2 categories: Revocable, and Irrevocable.

A Revocable Trust can be changed or terminated, while an Irrevocable Trust typically does

not allow any changes to its terms once it has been finalized.
