SHE WAITED SO LONG! - Duration: 3:12.
Hey, everybody welcome to the Hisko Family Fun Channel.
We are finally going to the park for the first time this year.
The winter's been a little crazy but it's really nice outside
Sun's shining, and Ever's excited to be outside.
So I thought I would take her to the park. So here we go.
First time at the playground this year.
You're very excited.
Do you want to go on the swings?
(Laughing)
Want to try to go down the slide by yourself?
Daddy will catch you.
Good girl! That was so good all by yourself.
Is that mommy over there?
We waited all winter to swing.
I was saying it's been a long winter.
All Ever wanted to do was go outside to the playground.
Now we're here.
For anyone who doesn't know, our daughter has Angelman Syndrome.
Want daddy to come down?
Sweetie we're going to go home now and have some supper.
Did you have fun at the playground?
Your very first time of the year.
Ever watching the video of herself at the playground.
She did this for almost 30 minutes.
Thanks for watching!
Be sure to give our youtube video a thumbs up.
Bye everyone!

My stalker caught on camera | Kickboxing for stress relief | Eng Gr Sub - Duration: 6:25.
I'm very sleepy, because I didn't sleep enough, but I had to get up
to go to the hairdresser to trim my fringe, otherwise, soon I won't be able to see you.
Actually, you won't be able to see me, because the fringe will be down to my chin.
On my return
This is the fourth time he does this.
We walk in parallel and I don't look or talk to him. I've never said a single word.
I don't understand what he's saying, neither me or somebody else I asked.
From his behaviour I understand he's special needs, but I don't know what exactly he has.
We don't understand what he's saying here either.
Here he says "You don't like me".
He waves to grab my attention, because I've been ignoring him. I haven't looked at him all this time.
I'm fully awake after that! I reported the incident to the police, and I'll update you in the next video.
I'm so angry right now...Every time I'm angry or stressed, I kickbox.
It's much better than venting my anger on a poor innocent person.
Ahahaha Advice: never mess up with the boxing bag!
No sweety! Don't get mad at me...
Come here. I'll give you a hug!
My arm is red.
I'll do some weight lifting now.
I did around 20 minutes kickboxing, boxing...
I don't know what it is (a boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai mix)
An alternative exercise, if the previous one is too difficult.
Another similar exercise that, of course, can be done, without the weights.
I've no idea how many hours I'm in here.
I'll go to the supermarket now, and then will go home to eat.
Food!
I can see you! I need new gloves.

Business Growth Thresholds To Look Out For | Business Coaching - Duration: 3:47.
- Hi, Kri Edholm with Leadership Excursion Company.
Welcome to Fresh Start Mondays.
Every week, we bring a new leadership tip to you
to help you improve the way you work, live and lead.
This week, we're going to talk about
some business thresholds that you should be looking out for
when it pertains to the growth and health of your business,
coming up next.
When it comes to the growth of your business
and being able to react and plan ahead,
there are many indicators that you can look for
as a leader, as a business owner,
an executive, or a manager.
And some of those items are black and white,
and other items fall in a gray area.
So the black and white items really have to do with data.
Now, if you have sales in place, marketing in place,
if you have projects in place, in-house,
you should be tracking as much data as possible.
This data is going to tell you a story.
And you can look back in time,
you can see what this data is telling you,
and you can use it to predict and plan ahead.
But internally, how do you take care of things
like culture or growth?
And how are you going to attract and hire new talent
and keep that talent in-house?
When it comes to the gray area of making decisions,
we have found three thresholds that you, as a leader,
should be paying attention to
when it comes to business growth.
The first, you should be reaching out to a business coach
or a business consultant,
before you hire your first employee.
And the reason for that is because
if you're launching a new business,
you are not paying attention to what's happening
five years, ten years down the line.
You just can't think ahead,
you are in the details,
you're probably working on the product
and working on sales,
and you are just too far in the weeds.
So before you hire your first employee,
reach out to somebody who can help you with the big picture.
The second big growth threshold that we found
with our clients and also working with various businesses,
is that 20-employee mark.
This is when culture starts to shift.
So rather than just looking at reports,
make sure you're paying attention.
Listen to your people,
start to observe, see how much they're working,
and measure their happiness levels.
This is something that a business coach or a consultant
can also help you out with.
That third threshold is that 80-employee mark.
This is when you are really shifting
to a small or medium-size business
into something much larger.
So consult a business coach or a consulting firm,
and get help with that
long-term vision and long-term growth strategy.
Pay attention to your people,
care about culture,
put career development programs in place,
or whatever it is
that is going to help your business succeed.
When it comes to business growth,
don't get caught only looking at black and white.
Pay attention to those gray areas.
Listen to your team,
ensure that they're happy,
keep your culture intact,
and this will help paint the entire picture
to the growth of your business.

Video Game Monsters That Will Haunt Us For The Rest Of Our Lives - Duration: 6:32.
People usually play games for one reason: to have fun.
Of course, everyone has a different idea of just what "fun" means.
And that goes double for the folks who dig horror video games.
To paraphrase the late, great Roger Ebert, if you don't like being really scared, then
you probably shouldn't play really scary games — and if you remember these gaming
horrors, then you like being really scared.
See, wasn't that fun?
Okay, on with the list:
Red Pyramid Thing - Silent Hill series
Silent Hill is basically every Freudian nightmare rolled together, but somehow, the Red Pyramid
Thing manages to stand out for sheer pants-wetting terror.
The murderous monster is the terror of our every waking moment, because — look at it.
Why wouldn't it be?
When your imagery includes faceless mannequins being violated by a creature who looks like
Goya's depiction of Hell, then you've got us pretty well terrified.
After all, he does follow your character, forever... without stopping.
Psycho Mantis - Metal Gear Solid
Metal Gear Solid was one of the defining games of the early 3D video game age.
There's crazy stealth, plot twists galore, and a good many mind-screws, but one of the
most deliciously creepy parts would have to be Psycho Mantis — the telepathic boss who
not only can read Snake's mind, but your mind as well.
At one point, he asks you to put your controller down and he uses his "powers" to shake it.
And then … Psycho Mantis tells you what games you've been playing.
He tells you things that no one could know unless, of course they had read your mind
— or your memory card, and in either event, he's a total smartass about it.
"Hmm. you have not saved often.
You are somewhat reckless."
Later, he stops Snake from moving unless the player plugs the controller into another port.
You have to physically do things in the real world to beat him.
Even knowing the trick, a villain who can force you to act — coming at you through
the Fourth Wall — is one of the most terrifying baddies ever.
Freddy & the Gang - Five Nights at Freddy's series
When Five Nights at Freddy's was quietly released, sticking players in an even creepier version
of Chuck E. Cheese, most people didn't think much of it… until they played it.
The animatronic animals in the game are … haunted?
Possessed by dead children?
Just flat out evil?
You be the judge, but whatever else they may be, they're also a fat bag of NOPE.
All you can do is sit in the room, checking different cameras, listening to the horror
that befell all the other people in your line of work.
You hope that maybe tonight the robo-beasts won't move, that maybe tonight they won't
come for you.
Because if somehow, they sneak up on you and catch you unaware, then it's lights out.
Of course, this all leads up to one of the most shocking jump scares you'll ever experience
in your life, because this is a game that might actually want you dead.
Mother Brain - Metroid Series
Mother Brain is an evil AI that's literally just a big-ass brain — but with telepathy
and a single eye that shoots energy beams.
The original was scary enough, but Super Metroid majorly upped the terrifying ante.
First, we get the eeriest boss music ever.
Then, we learn Mother Brain has a body — a grotesque, insectile body that she can use
to stomp the hell out of you before deploying the laser eyes of death.
This distinctly David Lynch-ian boss went from creepy to downright unsettling between
incarnations.
And that makes Mother Brain completely unforgettable and haunting.
Even her wacky cartoon adaptation from the '80s is undeniably creepy:
"I am very real!"
"Mother Brain!"
"Welcome home, Captain N!"
Nemesis - Resident Evil 3
Nemesis is just what he sounds like: the Big Bad of Resident Evil 3.
He's huge, monstrous, and seemingly unstoppable.
He has a black trench coat, a face like old meat, and teeth like a tiger.
In a game filled with terrifying zombies, he's the worst of them.
If you're really determined, you can defeat him — but even if you do, he comes back.
There's no way to actually finish him off.
As the game progresses, he becomes even more mutated, even more terrifying, and even more
monstrous — as if any of that were necessary.
He even gets a rocket launcher at one point, which really just seems like overkill, but
you can finally get the upper hand by...dropping a nuke.
Then, after you nuke the monster, quit the game, and go to sleep, he comes back again
in your nightmares.
Earthbound - Giygas
Earthbound is one of the most beloved Nintendo games ever — which also happens to have
one of the most bizarre endings.
There's a giant creature called Giygas coming to destroy everything, and you, as the hero,
have to take it on.
Pretty standard so far, right?.
But the last level is a bit … odd.
It kind of, sort of, looks like you're travelling through a human body.
In fact, it sure seems like you're going into the monster's mother's womb, in order to kill
it as a fetus — which is actually exactly what you're doing.
Which is just... so screwed up.
Even in this fetal state, Giygas is one of the toughest bosses you'll ever face.
The body horror elements combined with the sheer ferocity of this boss battle make it
nerve-jangling as hell, and not for the faint of innards.
Dhaka - Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
In games, unlike life, there's always a way to win.
Even if you fail, just start again.
If you keep at it long enough, you can always beat the villain — unless we're talking
about the Dhaka.
He's a force unleashed by the hero's actions in the previous game, Prince of Persia: The
Sands of Time, and he's always hunting you.
But wait, you can turn back time!
You can either outrun or destroy anything — except the Dhaka.
There's no beating him — all you can do is run and run and run, but he'll catch
up.
Even if you could fight him, he'd still be terrifying.
He looks like Satan got into heavy metal and then somehow got even gnarlier.
Plus, he's literally the repercussions of your character meddling with time.
So, y'know, he doesn't like you.
Tabuu - Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Tabuu is the last enemy in the solo run of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
He's tougher than almost anyone, and looks like somebody put a black hole and a thunderstorm
in a blender.
All the bad things in the game happen because of this guy.
You fight him in a void, and it's almost impossible to beat him.
But the creepiest thing about him is that he isn't from any Nintendo game.
Unlike the infamous Master Hand, there's no explanation for his appearance.
He's just something other, from another time and another space, he seems to be able to
control the game itself.
He's the literal personification of a glitch, wreaking unpredictable havoc and tearing up
the game world.
And what's scarier than the end of the world?
Not a damn thing, that's what.

ANSWER for Q&A #1 / leean (eng sub) - Duration: 9:12.
Hey, everyone. It's Leean.
It's the first time that I talk in video.
Today I took a Q&A video.
I uploaded q&a notice video when I got 10k subscribers,
but now I got over 50K subs!
**thanks**
sorry for being late ㅜㅜ
Maybe I should split the video into two and answer you.
There are about 600 comments, and I tried to answer the questions as much as possible,
so I hope you have fun.
Even if I didn't answer about some questions,
there would be plenty of time for getting to know me
so plz watch me always.
Then, shall we start?
Leean is not my real name.
My real name is Sojung.
Leean doesn't mean anything.
It's just easy to pronounce in english and also it sounds like Korean name,
so I've been using it as my english name.
I'm 23,
I was born in 1994.
I'm attending Seoul National University, and majoring in Clothing.
I guess many of you already knew it through my instagram.
My graduation photo made you misunderstand that I graduated,
but I'm still in college.
and I'm fourth grade.
I got many questions about the camera and the editing program.
I've used the SONY NEX-5,
and Premiere cc for editing
But,
n fact, I don't highly recommend the camera
because it's not easy to carry and heavy compared to the products that are released today.
If the color of the videos looks nice,
it might be because of editing, not by the camera.
and,, I've not studied video.
I started making videos since I started my YouTube channel.
So I'm studying video with video classes on YouTube.
Actually I don't often buy clothes.
I usually change my style,
Nowadays I usually use internet shopping malls.
After monday, Femme muse, bonzishop, cheesedal, mominique,,
These are my favorite internet shopping malls.
and now it's summer,
in summertime, I like to wear basic crop t-shirt and short pants of Forever21.
And I often buy bags at Zara.
Another brand that I like is ,,
COS menswear.
COS womenswear seems to be not may style,
but there are some t-shirts, sweaters, shirts in menswear that I'd like to wear.
You would also find good stuff there.
I often buy clothes at COS.
You guys always ask about skin and body care,
but to be honest, I don't seriously care about my skin and body.
Recently I got acnes so I've been in trouble with taking video.
I got scars so I'm managing them.
and I don't like to put many products on my skin
so I just apply toner,
and moisture cream after cleansing.
Formerly I put just one product.
My skin seems to be good but it's not that healthy actually.
I'll let you know when I found the best skin care routine in the future.
Body management..
Actually I have constitution I rarely put on weight,
but I wanna work out forward for well-built(?) body.
I'm 164cm tall
and my weight is about 45kg.
btw nowadays I lose weight.
There were also many questions about hair color.
I dyed my hair to tone-down between the lookbook video and makeup video recently.
I often dye myself.
I always dye with loreal excellence #5.
It's not black but kinda blackish brown..?
A few months ago, I had self-discoloration,
so my hair keep getting yellowish.
So I usually dye myself about once a month.
I'm not good at english.
when I need to use English in videos,,
I can make basic sentences but my friend(perfect english!) helps me a lot
also, I don't speak other languages.
But recently I've been studying French and Japanese.
(But still I don't speak them well)
something like this,, haha
my favorite fashion brand..
I like many fashion brands but especially
I like these brands,
They're unique and have their own astonishing colors. and they're so cool.
Acne studio and Loewe, their works on photograph are amazing.
Jacquemus and Lemaire, Runway outfits goal.
and mm6 and cos, their products are nice.
Do you think that I use the dialect?
I don't think so..
My hometown is Chungnam,
and I also lived in Daejeon for a long time.
These days I'm focusing on taking videos, editing at home.
or I do assignments/projects for school,
or I watch tv programs
like dramas and entertainments.
I also like to watch movies
but I don't have much time for it recently so I rarely do.
In my free time..
I meet friends, eat delicious food,
go to nice places(?) or go to cafe.
I like various movies
but I always say "ROOM" as my FAVORITE movie.
Amazing acting by actors and atmosphere of the video
make me concentrate during watching it.
I always recommend movies that make me immerse in them.
So it was really good in that part.
I like french movies too.
They are unique, humanistic, and pleasant.
I think I like movies that have characteristic themes.
These are really deeply touching movies, and have special and specific themes.
I wanna talk about each movie in detail,
so it would be interesting if I make a video about it.
In fact I don't listen to music a lot.
But it's important to find good&right music for videos,
so I'm looking for it through SoundCloud.
About music, I'm still ignorant,
but I hope I would recommend you more later.
These days I like to listen to HONNE.
<Someone that loves you>, <Good together>
"Good Together" fits very well with good weather.
So, this was the first part of q&a.
In the next part I'll talk about other stories.
Thank you for watching, see you soon!

William Gilchrist's Wardrobe Essentials For Men - Duration: 1:43.
This is William Gilchrist, stylist.
I'm here at Joyce gentlemen, in the new space that they've created
So I've done an edit for Joyce gentlemen, and these are what I think are the four essentials
for a man's wardrobe, after which you can step outside of the Joyce gentleman department
and add anything you want.
Starting with the foundation which for many men is the suit. My point being that the suit
can break up. Starting on a more formal basis, this one from Attolini has the softer shoulder,
the lighter fabrics, great make, great soft lines.
To go with that, obviously it's good to have a classic white shirt. These are great
because they're the jersey pique. They fit well, they're comfortable
and they wear well.
But once you've broken up the suit, once you've left your place of suit wearing,
you can soften it. Soften it with pieces like this one from Picollo, a Neopolitan shirtmaker,
so the suit is already breaking down. Then once you take the jacket and add a softer
trouser, a more casual trouser, you've completely gone from a suit of armour to a fun outfit.
It's four garments, but you'll get at least four outfits from it.
So these are the four items that I've selected from the Joyce gentleman menswear department
that I think would form the foundation of any man's wardrobe.
Thank you very much.
