At first I thought that if I ate like this, my stomach wouldn't be hungry, but it's not!
so I was too hungry that day and too stressed, there were days like this,
Or I haven't been full, so I kept on eating. and suddenly my stomach got full and got stressed.
What is the best point? You need to find the right amount. A moderate amount of certain level of fullness.
It is most important to find a suitable amount to maintain a certain level of fullness.
Is it real to get fat bc of the chicken, pizza, brownies?
Not so,
bc of eat a lot of chicken, lot of pizza, lot of brownies and get fat.
Of course, their nutritional content isn't so good.
Point is eating moderately.
don't overeat, don't binge, eat your favorite food.
You can eat it between breakfast and lunch, or lunch.
The regular meal is really open freely.
However, it is difficult to control the amount. So, You really need for practice to eat moderately.
Of course, it isn't easy at first. I had a lot of failures,

A DAD had to have his arm amputated after his puppy nipped him on his hand. Michael Cole developed sepsis within hours of golden retriever Harley leaving a 10p-size bite.
Stephen Daniels/DANPICS Michael Cole was forced to have his arm amputated after his puppy nipped him on his hand. He had six operations to remove a flesh-eating strain and surgeons had to remove his right arm below the shoulder.
The bank worker, 40, said: "It all came from a little accidental bite by our puppy who tried to grab food from my plate and my hand got there first. Now I'm disabled for life.".
Wife Ffyona, 43, called their GP after Michael's hand swelled and he became sick and delusional the morning after the bite last November.

She said a doctor would not make a home visit. Instead a nurse who called back refused antibiotics and prescribed anti-sickness pills. Michael's condition deteriorated and five hours later Ffyona called NHS 111. It sent paramedics who diagnosed sepsis.
Michael, who has a six-year-old girl Ella, was not given any chance of survival and spent two weeks on life support at Poole Hospital in Dorset.

Lawyer Rebecca Brown, of Irwin Mitchell who represents Michael, said: "We have numerous cases where patients have not been started on treatment soon enough.
SIGNS OF KILLER SEVERE sepsis can cause shock in sufferers and trigger a dramatic drop in blood pressure. Other symptoms can be dizziness, extreme sickness, slurred speech and breathlessness.
Some people are confused, delusional and disorientated. Mottled skin and not needing to wee are signs. Failure to treat it with antibiotics at the earliest stage can lead to organ failure and death.
