The U.S. Defense Department, meanwhile, insists it has been honest and clear-cut in its process
of deploying the THAAD missile defense battery in South Korea.
A Pentagon spokesman says Washington was working closely with the South Korean government regarding
the deployment, and that all of their actions have been "very transparent".
The statement comes after President Moon Jae-in said he had not been informed about the arrival
of four additional launchers.
Korean public remains divided on the THAAD installation, approved by the previous Park
Geun-hye administration.
