Sara.
Where's our boy?
Uncle Lincoln, Uncle Lincoln.
No, no, no, it's me.
What's going on?
They're shooting.
I'm scared.
OK, they've come for you.
Who?
I am not going to let them hurt you.
Do you understand?
Get in the car.
We gotta go now, Michael.
We gotta go.
What about my mom?
Go, go, go.

The secret to real power is to never betray your intentions,
to wear nothing on your sleeve, and to never
let anyone see your face.
I'll always be a step ahead of you.
I can see everything in your eyes.

What?
I decrypted the code from the eyes.
It's a quote from Napoleon.
What quote?
"Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake."
It's what's behind the eyes that counts.

Queen Elizabeth II's Reaction to Watching The Crown Is Probably Not What You'd Think - Duration: 2:27.
If you have been keeping tabs on Queen Elizabeth II, then you are likely well aware that she's
not your average 91 year old she drives her own car, uses Twitter, and oh, yeah, binges
Netflix like the rest of us.
Although there's no word on what she thought about 13 Reasons Why, there's one show she
surprisingly is a big fan of: The Crown.
Netflix's original series is a lavish look into the early days of Queen Elizabeth II's
rise to power and her first years of marriage to Prince Philip, and despite a few factual
errors throughout season one, the real life queen has reportedly given it her blessing.
According to The Daily Express, Her Majesty began watching the show after her son and
daughter in law, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, recommended it to her.
"Edward and Sophie love The Crown," a senior royal source revealed.
"It has been a longstanding arrangement that they drive to Windsor at the weekend to join
the queen for an informal supper while watching TV or a film.
They have a Netflix account and urged her to watch it with them.
Happily, she really liked it, although obviously there were some depictions of events that
she found too heavily dramatized."
The series, which stars Claire Foy and Matt Smith as Elizabeth and Philip, doesn't shy
away from deeply personal issues the couple had to overcome, as well as the scandalous
affair Princess Margaret (played by Vanessa Kirby) had with a divorced man.
Fortunately the high production values and dedication to telling the story honestly has
earned the show rave reviews from both critics and members of the royal family alike.
Princess Eugenie recently called the music in the show "wonderful," and remarked that
"the story is beautiful, and you feel very proud to watch it."
Lucky for them, season two is on the way.

How effective is social media marketing? - Duration: 6:18.
So, it's really not even a secret anymore about how powerful it is
to use these sorts of tools. Social media has just become such an
awesome place where you can brand and promote your business
The main reason why I think it is is we now have the ability
to create advertisements that don't necessarily have to look like advertisements
so we can just basically create content and have it
blend in with its surroundings on the platform that it's on
so if we have something on Facebook we create content
that looks like you know, something you would find on Facebook
we can actually entertain, educate, empower people
and actually have them want to engage
And it's not even just that theory alone, as to why we should be utilizing these tools
there's actually legitimate data that back that thesis up
Lets go to Facebook for a second. I talk about Facebook a lot I really like the platform
It's said there are 1.8 billion users on that platform right now
that numbers probably wrong when you're watching this
just because the site grows so quickly it's probably over 2 billion now
but a lot of people do think that of that 1.8 billion it's more of a younger generation
but it's actually incorrect so from ages 18 to 50
it's said that 80% of those people, that are Internet users
are in fact on that site and are an active user
And then in addition to that it's said 56% of people of the age 65 and older
are actually using the platform as well too.
So there is just a high, high quantity of people on there but also
a good spread of demographics are on these sites as well too.
Another platform that I really like is Instagram
now you all probably have heard of Instagram
but one thing you may not know about, is just how it's growing, and how quickly it's growing
in the past six months that platform has grown from 300 million active users to 600 million active users
so as an advertiser I really like those trends, and I like where that platform is going.
Definitely your two powerhouses right now are going to be your Facebook and Instagram
there was once a time when Twitter was the leading platform
but we've seen that decline over the years
and it doesn't quite have the same amount of traffic that it did at one time
but Twitter still can be a useful tool to use
you can advertise on there, and you can definitely grab a following
if that's your style, it all depends. You've got to make sure that your organization fits the platform that it's on
if you're an organization that really excels with the Twitter format
then that might be your go-to
Now the most recent platform to emerge is the app called Snapchat
some of you may have heard of this, especially the millennial generation
I think it's the 32 and under that really is the majority of their audience on there
Snapchat can definitely be a really good app for you to advertise on
especially if your target audience is in that 32 and under demographic
but we have seen the user count with snapchat kind of plateau over the past few months
The main reason as to why, is Instagram actually copied quite a few features from snapchat
and that could be part of the reason why Instagram is growing so much
and why the plateau for snapchat
but this is the tech industry we're talking about, things can really just change overnight like that
all it takes for snapchat to come up with a new feature and everyone starts
to hop on board with it. Even the older demographics might
and all of a sudden we have now a new number one advertising tool
Now I do like the LinkedIn platform as well too. It's a little bit of a different style
it's more of a text-based sort of platform in comparison to our Facebook and instagram's
which are very video dominant
but if that relates well to your business
if you find you get your message out the best by using text
that could be an awesome platform for you to utilize
Okay so we talked about some of these platforms, we've seen some the data
but why would you utilize this? What's the motive to switch or start using more of a social media strategy
Well again tying back to that point I made at the beginning of the video
we just have the ability to create content where people actually want to engage with
Right? advertising has always been so
much about forcing you to consume it
Like with the TV commercials, you're forced to consume that 3 minute slot of ads
that's been transferred into the web and on the computer now
if you want to watch a how-to video, there's an advertisement that pops up
and you're forced to watch it for that whatever, five seconds then you can skip the ad
it's always been about forcing. so now we have the ability to create content
where people not only can, but wish to engage with
Targeting is also another feature that makes it such an effective tool to use
So these platforms have all these users, all this data on there and we actually as advertisers
have the ability to pinpoint exactly who we want our content to be front of
if we have a product and the buyer persona is a 30 year old female
we don't have to do the whole shotgun effect
and fire off the the message to everyone hoping to find that certain demographic
we can allocate our budget exactly to the people that we're looking for
and not only is that going to probably be more effective but it's definitely going to be more cost effective
For sure the number one primary goal of every single campaign should be
how is this increasing revenue
but it is those little indicators
those things like impressions and engagement that you're getting on your advertisements
you can relate back to that top-line revenue
so if we have 2 different advertisements and both them are out at the exact same time
we can look and monitor them and see
you know, which one's outperforming the other
okay, this one seems to really be outperforming. That's really good insights
we've got to make more content that looks like that then
Lastly there is the cost of all this
With all the features, and all the abilities that the platform's have
One would probably assume that it's quite expensive to advertise on there
but really in comparison to other marketing strategies
it is quite cost effective, but at least it is now anyways
some people may look at social media marketing as kind of a new era that's emerging
but it definitely is going to be increasing in popularity and with that
there is the potential that the cost could increase
which is actually why it's such a great opportunity to try and capitalize on that
and utilize the low cost to your advantage
Okay, so to kind of wrap this all up on what we discussed here
we discussed some of the platforms that are really dominant right now
some of the ones that may have potential down the road
and then what are the main reasons as to why these sort of strategies are so effective
we talked about the ability to create engaging content
there's the ability to target exactly who that message gets in front of
As well to track the efforts that you're putting in
and then the fact that it's low cost as well too
