Ann Coulter Blasts ABC's Jonathan Karl For Suggesting She Shouldn't Be Allowed To Speak - Duration: 2:32.Ann Coulter Blasts ABC's Jonathan Karl For Suggesting She Shouldn't Be Allowed To Speak
Ann Coulter has been the center of a huge controversy.
All she wanted to do was give a speech at a college she was invited to, and now liberals
are debating whether or not Ann Coulter has a right to free speech.
ABC's Jonathan Karl tried challenging Coulter by pointing out controversial things she's
said in the past.
But she crushed him.
"But, Ann — the reaction of students at a place like Berkeley can't surprise you
given some of the things you have said," said Karl.
He went on to read the list he came up with.
"You have said that getting rid of women's right to vote is a personal fantasy.
You said of one group of 9/11 widows and I quote, 'I've never seen people enjoying
their husbands' deaths so much,'" said Karl.
"And then there was the tweet that you put out just the day before the election, saying,
'If only people with at least four grandparents born in America were voting, Trump would win
in a 50-state landslide," said Karl.
COULTER: "OK.
Let's just take that one.
We can go through all the greatest hits of much of my commentary.
I watch roughly 24 hours a day, 'the Hispanic vote', 'the Hispanic vote', 'the Hispanic
vote" she said.
She went on to describe how liberals constantly predict how certain groups of people will
vote.
"I describe one demographic and say how it would come out.
And that's hate speech?
Why isn't it hate speech to keep telling me how Hispanics are going to vote?
What you're talking about are rhetorical flourishes.
And I don't know, maybe you guys think you are smarter than the Founding Fathers.
But they did not put an asterisk on the First Amendment," said Coulter.

Brian Williams Gets In Huge Trouble For Crossing Rachel Maddow, Is This Fair - Duration: 2:14.Brian Williams Gets In Huge Trouble For Crossing Rachel Maddow, Is This Fair
After President Trump's missile strike in Syrian, MSNBC's Brian Williams took over
for Rachel Maddow to cover it.
He's the one who normally covers those types of events, but of course many MSNBC fans thought
that the network was 'sexist' for allowing Williams a man, to replace Maddow, a 'woman'.
Brian Williams has gotten in trouble before over reporting incorrect details.
He blamed his faulty memory for his false reporting.
Rachel Maddow is on the other hand is an angry liberal extremist.
She recently humiliated herself after for releasing an illegally obtained copy of President
Trump's taxes.
Many people at MSNBC are furious at how Brian Williams covered the missile strike.
He called the war weapons 'beautiful'.
He also got in trouble for saying, "Thanks for visiting tonight.
Glad you were a part of our coverage," to Rachel Maddow on her own show.
"Phil gave Brian a very stern rebuke, telling him, 'Don't you ever do that again.'
But Rachel didn't seem bothered by it and just laughed it off," a source told "Page
Six."
"Not only did Brian go way over the top with his coverage of the missile strike, he
then totally patronized Rachel by thanking her for 'visiting' her own show and being
'a part' of his 'beautiful' coverage!
Has he not learned anything from 'Misremember-gate'?" said another source to Page Six

Course Reflection for INF 303D - Duration: 3:26.Hello, my name is Damini Kumar and I will be giving a Course Refection on INF 303D
I am currently a junior at the University of Texas at Austin.
and at the beginning of this course my goal was to get an understanding of the digital society we live in today.
Network Basics
As stated in Dr. Blaha's module,
a computer network is a group of computer systems and other computing hardware devices
that are linked together through communication channels
to facilitate communication and resource sharing among a wide range of users.
Another thing that I learned about this topic are the different types of domain name systems
.com, .edu, .org, .gov, and .mil
these are important, because it helps identify the different types of hosts' names
I don't quiet understand why Dr. Blaha had mentioned this, but
Internet Protocols consist of 32 bits
or 4 bytes
and Media Access Control (MAC) consists of 48 bits
or 6 bytes.
What exactly does this mean
and what does it pertain to?
One thing that I would have loved to learn more about in this section
are the different types of Internet Protocol Traffic.
We learned about Transmission Control Protocol, but what about User Datagram Protocol?
Basic HTML
HTML is an acronym for Hyper Text Markup Language.
One thing I learned in this section
were the basic HTML file structure tags
This allows us to insert information on a web page that might not be an available
as a visual editor function.
This would help me in my personal and academic life
whenever I am trying to make a personal web page.
Aside from basic HTML file structure
I also learned about more complex structure tags.
One thing I don't quiet understand
is the history of HTML.
The article given was quiet lengthy
I think a short summary would have sufficed.
I would have loved to learn more about CSS and JavaScript.
It is mentioned that these systems and HTML are used to design a website,
how do they differentiate from one another?
One specific topic I would have wished to have learned more about is fake news.
It is a important to grasp this concept for students write many papers in college.
Not all articles used in papers are usually scholarly papers,
so they should be able to know what is false information and what isn't.
The most valuable skill I have acquired during this course
is creating a web page
(via the Create Your Personal Profile Website assignment)
and mastering the UT Library's website
(via the Practice Finding Courses and Evaluating Information on a Topic assignment)
for scholarly articles.
Being able to apply my knowledge only helped me master the concept and use it in the future.
I could create a personal web page or a blog
and use the UT Library website to help write a strong, resourceful, and accurate paper.

Stiffness sifter: A compliant mechanism for sorting cells based on their stiffness - Duration: 0:27.Stiffness sifter: Sorts cells based on their stiffness.
The transparency of the wall has been changed for a better view of the inside.
The cells enter the filtration unit from here and follows this path.
It encounters the gate and pushes it. This actuates a rightward movement of the turnstile-equivalent beam present upstream.
The cell if stiff enough push the gate open and passes through to the next filtration unit.
But if the cell is not stiff enough it remains stuck at the gate and is flushed out later via a channel connected at the opening in the left walls
ABAQUS simulation of coupling of motion of gate and turnstile-equivalent beam. The beam blocks entry of any other cell if a cell is already present near the gate.

Film Making Introduction to the "180 Degree Rule" and the "Axis of Action" - Duration: 1:51.Hey guys, Norman here with Visual Regime and we're doing a video on the 180 rule for those starting
out in filmmaking.
So for those who are looking to start out in film-making and shooting, this is one of
the foundational rules in understanding how to shoot interactions between actors.
To start, in a conversation or interaction between two people there's a need to establish
what is called an "axis of action" that connects the two of them together.
This visually lets the audience know that the two actors are engaging or communicating
to each other at that moment.
With the 180 degree rule, it establishes continuity and sight lines between the two actors.
Let's say you're filming this with a two camera set-up.
If the positioning of one of the cameras is on the right, then the second one should be
on the right-hand side of the axis of action as well.
The opposite is true if you were to place one camera on the left.
Both cameras will then need to have to move to the other side of the axis of action.
Here's an example of what would happen if you were to place one camera on either side
of the axis of action.
You can see that visually it doesn't seem as if they are looking at each other during
this conversation.
If we were now to try this again with both cameras on the same side of the axis, you
now get a better sense of the actors communicating with each other, and visually the sight lines
match up so that they don't appear to be looking off into the distance at no one.
Now we know that most rules can be broken, and here we are about to see a change in the
positioning that actually breaks the 180 rule.
This is a technique that's been used in various other films in the past.
An example of this would be the interrogation scene between Batman and Joker in 'The Dark
Knight Rises'.
By first understanding the rule and how it works, you can then explore ways to creatively
break it, but to still be within the constraints.
So next time you go and watch a short film or movie, pay attention and see if you can
spot the 180 rule being used.
If there are any questions, feel free to leave a comment and we'll get back to you.
Also, remember to subscribe below for more videos from us in the future.

Turkmenistan's taekwondo team gearing up for Ashgabat 2017 - Duration: 2:25.Turkmenistan, a former Soviet Republic that gained independence in 1991, is set to hold
its first international sports event this September.
Korea's martial art, Taekwondo, is among the 21 indoor games and martial arts set to feature.
Our Kim Hyesung reports.
"Ashgabat 2017, the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games is less than five months away,
and here at the Ashgabat Olympic Complex, Turkmenistan's national Taekwondo team is
training hard."
Front kick, spinning, left and right, with a shout.
Young, fit, Turkmen Taekwondo masters in their crisp white "Dobok" uniforms practice various
moves, a sport that requires balance, speed and technique.
"2017 Indoor and Martial Arts games is very important game for me.
Especially, from Korea, our coach Jaesoong Lee, we have training with him everyday, in
morning and every evening, in morning, we do running we do physical training and with
him evening, we do basic training, technique training, spinning.
I hope that on the competition, I will take a gold medal."
Turkmenistan formed its Taekwondo national team in 2000, but the Central Asian country
has yet to win a medal in an international event.
Yet coach Lee Jae-soong, who joined the team in February, is very optimistic.
"The Turkmen athletes have great potential as they are very young.
Some even have experience in international events like the 2014 Incheon Asian Games.
I'm trying to train them techniques that suit their body type.
For tall athletes, higher kicks to the head, for shorter athletes, back kicks, which now
also get you two points."
The main objective of Taekwondo is to kick the opponent on the scoring areas like the
head and the body during three two-minute rounds.
The rules changed earlier this year; kicks to the head are still three points and punches
one point, but kicks to the body are now worth two points instead of one, making the sport
more dynamic and active.
The fifth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, showcasing 21 different sports, will take
place from September 17th to the 27th in Ashgabat.
Kim Hyesung, Arirang News, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
