So, today is the first video of the AWD BTS.
Oh, this is and we dance is behind the scene channel.
It's my way of keeping my sanity and basically documenting the behind the scenes of what
it takes to grow YouTube channel.
I have been doing this for two years we start her channel about two years ago, a little
over two years ago.

It is a lot of work guys, it's a lot of work.
We kind of went took a couple hiatuses.
I need this, this is a, I don't know what this is going to grow into I just know that
I have been documenting pieces throughout the years, of every week or so I would document
like a behind the scenes something.
Maybe to turn into a documentary.
Umm, just to show a lot of what it takes, it seriously takes so much work guys, like
oh my God.
I probably spend right now, three hours per video that I upload.
Between editing and creating thumbnails, uploading, tagging, descriptions, sharing on social networks.
Everything it's a good three hours.
So six hours a day, and not including keeping up with just the newest trends in trying to
get ahead of the curve.

Really this is a way for me to just keep, like I said, like I said earlier.
I just want to keep my sanity, I want to document this way of going.

a documentary.
I do feel that we have the skills to grow the and we dance brand.
The family of brands that it's going to be.
We have a gigantic idea for it, umm..
It's just going to take time and the reasoning if you haven't followed us or anything this
is what you watch you don't really watch her other channel.

I have lost my train of thought again.
Ha ha.
So the reason that we left, the reasons that we sort of stopped uploading is because life
got too hectic.
Life got crazy, we had her second child and even before then though things were kind of
finicky.
So we started off and I think we get 100 videos in a row and after that we started missing
a couple in the thing is we didn't miss them we still recorded every Single day.
We recorded recorded recorded.
I have at this point, hundreds of days, that we recorded and I just haven't edited.
I haven't had the time to have it, like I said it takes three hours.
And we just got to keep keep keep keep keep keep going.
Well once we get Averie, we had to take care of her and the scheduling of the channel and
things that we're going to launch on the channel just kept getting bogged down and I started
getting depressed about it.
And it really messed with my head.
And we finally started posting but it was never posting that hundred days again we didn't
get the hundred days in a row.
And that really messed with me.
And I can't tell you how that mess of me, because…
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
I really have a passion for what I do.
In video, and entertainment and this.
Whatever this is that we live in now.
That's my passion.
Like when I was a kid, all I wanted to do, was create things that entertain people.

When things got down man I really like kicked myself in the ass.
Like I, I was my worst critic, I'm still my worst critic.
I edit these videos and I have to teach myself to just, Done, that's enough, Here's your
cut off.
So that same situation ended up happening to us again.
It is May 9 and, we started recording March 10, my goal, I turn 29 on March 10.
My goal was to upload a video, record a video and not just a video a good Vlogs guys.
I, we do good vlogs, and I'm saying that because I know what we produce.
Between the entertainment in the back-and-forth banter of my wife Kaitlyn.
Ha ha, I'm saying my wife, I'm treating you as if you're completely new to us.
And some of you probably found us because you're looking for more content.
We do have, it's like 12 you that are constantly they're always sitting at times up.
And trust me we really really appreciate you.
Those, it's crazy, it's crazy man.
Right now or channel is at 1510,1500, 1510 subscribers.
We were almost to 1520 The other day, probably about three, a week ago.
We just started uploading and we started losing subscribers.
And I'm telling you man, holy crap that hurts.
It sucks when you lose a subscriber, especially being such a small channel like that.
Man oh man oh man…
But, we got to push through it.
Just like I had a cut myself off from editing, I got a cut myself off from worrying about
the small numbers because that's not what it's about.
Even though it really is every subscriber counts at this point.
But I guess I can say that the subscribers that we've Had that sub to us in on sub to
us.
Like, they weren't the people that were going to help share us.
And that's an issue I'm finding a lot.
I don't, I don't really share things I haven't really been a share.
Once I found something I would like keep it to myself, because I want to be the one that
knows about it.
Like, I don't know, that was weird.
I don't do that anymore I share the crap out of everything.
I go tell people what random channels I find, any inspirational things that I find, people
that are going to help better myself.
I find them and I want to help better everyone around me.
I guess what you can do is you have the keys to change peoples lives and you just have
to give them away so they can open up their doors.
That was really cool, I like that.
Ha ha ha.
I don't know, yeah this is, so like right now what I've been doing is I'm going back
into all the thumbnails.
Talk about thumbnails guys, holy crap.
They are such a big thing that is overlooked and channels.
And I can't stress enough how many channels need to fix their thumbnails.
First thing I would say is go check out the biggest channels, go look at the biggest channels.
Go click on their famous, most popular video…
Top 10 of every famous channel that you can think of just the ones that are trending.
Look at the top 10 videos that they produced, the ones that I've had millions of years.
Base your thumbnails off of those.
Because, I'm telling you you just scroll and you just.
Thumbnail catches your attention is you click on it.
Like, I don't even I don't even know like putting some nails with titles on it.
It's just insane I don't.
So anyways I have figured out a thumbnail scheme that I like for a channel.
So I am now going back into all the old videos and I'm going to start re-changing all the
thumbnails.
I'll probably, I would like to spend about one hour every night right before I go to
bed.
Knocking out as many as we can.
We have over 300 videos right now.
Close to 400.
So I mean we got to do that.
Make sure all the titles descriptions are good.
So I'm thinking I'll probably be able to do about five or six tonight.
That'll take me what, that's 50 30 100.
So what 100 every two weeks.
dude, I'm so tired right now.
I've been getting no sleep.
That's pretty much what it's been taking to you now.
There's people out there that so you can still succeeding get your 7 8 hours of sleep.
Let me check of the camera still going.
Yeah it is.
You can still succeed, if you are, get those hours of sleep.
But, not if you need to get ahead.
And I agree you can but, just staying up those extra three hours I had of someone else you
really, really makes a difference.
Because you're three hours further.
So let's base it off of the thumbnails, I would be 18 ahead.
18 thumbnails I would get done.
So I could crank that out it would probably take me three weeks and I can get the entire
channel done.
By taking an extra three hours a day to do it.
As opposed to whatever that number would be 50, 100…
So three months.
It would take four months almost, for thumbnails I could crank that out in three weeks.
That's insane, to me when That happens when I see things and I can understand that, why
not.
Why notgo do it?
Why not because then I don't have to think about her anymore, then it's off the plate.
But then there's other things to do, there is, what if I just took those three hours
in the next video night.
Right?
Ha ha.
This is like an old-school vlog, you know just sit down in front of your computer and
just shoot the shit with you.
I'm probably going to edit this too.
I got a cut myself off I got to give myself maybe 10 minutes for it.
I got 10 minutes, upload it, sync the audio, sync the video.
Edit quickly, export.
And I got 10 minutes, I should set myself up with a 10 minute timer like that.
That's The only way that I can maintain this.
I don't know, like that's what I'm saying I don't know what the channels going to be
guys.
I do know that it's just going to be this raw uncut sort of talk.
Maybe, I don't know, if you have questions…
