what's up guys it's matt from macro lean and in this video I'm gonna be talking
about the best exercise for fat loss. because I'm on the way to the gym, I'm
about to get a workout in, and I wanna talk about exercise yo'! The best
exercise for fat loss is... the exercise that you enjoy!! why?? because you can
continue that forever, for a long time! If you start doing something you don't
enjoy... you're not going to do it! Now to get optimal results for fat loss you
need to be in a calorie deficit and doing strength training. But here's the
kicker! If you don't like doing strength training, you're not going to fucking
carry on! So you need to pick things that you enjoy. So, a calorie deficit & strength
training really get the best results, but if you enjoy running, hiking, Pilates, dancing
you need to do that! You need to do what you enjoy therefore you can have that
consistency in your life. But before we even talk about exercise we need to
focus on nutrition and that is always going to be consuming less calories than
your body currently needs to maintain its current composition and in English that's a
calorie deficit. So to recap... I'd always advise strength training, resistance
training for toning and shaping your muscles, but on the flip side I'd say do what you
enjoy!!! why??? because you'll carry it on, you'll enjoy it, you'll feel good,
you'll pump your emotional state and therefore you'll have longevity. That's
my take on the best exercise for fat loss.... peace out

PREDICTION FOR COMPREHENSION | अंदाज बांधत आकलन करणे - Duration: 5:15.
Hello, myself Sneha Deepak Sawant.
I teach in the primary section of Matoshri Vidyamandir.
Today's chapter is about listening to a story and develop the skill of using prediction
In this, I use the method of prediction with the students
Here, students listen to a story and answer questions using prediction in a meaningful context
Can you see something new in the classroom today?
- Yes.
What do you see? - Nests
Four of you come ahead.
Touch and see it, what is it?
What is it made of?
Now whose nest is this? - Sparrow's
How is the Sparrow's nest? Raise your hand. Yes Anvi.
- Round What is there in it?
- Eggs and sparrow's young ones.
Why do birds build their nests? Are you aware?
- To keep the young ones of the sparrow.
Do birds live in those nests?
- No, only the young ones of sparrows live there.
Listen! birds, they do not live in their nest. They live on the trees.
The nest is used just to lay eggs and hatch them And for the young ones to grow old.
See, this nest is neither of a crow nor of a sparrow.
This nest belongs to a weaver bird.
What is the colour of this weaver bird? - Yellow
So it seems like yellow but this is not dark yellow. This is yellowish in colour.
Which colour is this? - Yellowish.
Now listen to the story of the weaver bird.
Once, there was a weaver bird. He was jumping from one branch of the tree to another
He wasn't able to figure out a place to build his nest.
Now he made half the nest and realized that he has not shown his nest to his female partner yet
It should be shown, right? - Yes
How is your father? When he brings a new thing, whom does he show it to?
- To mother, to brother and to sister.
And what does he do if they don't like that thing?
- He exchanges it for another piece.
Based on the information given in the story, I develop prediction based questions for students.
These questions help the students to predict and come up with possible reasons for the same situation.
He ran fast towards the edge of the river.
He brought some wet mud from there and applied it inside the nest in its middle part.
Why did he apply it there?
- As our homes have a floor, he too is making a floor for his nest
Yes, you are right. He has searched for a place on the edge of the branch to tie his nest.
So Yash, tell me why has he searched for a place on the edge?
- He was unable to find a place to build his nest.
He was unable to find a place to build his nest. But the tree is very big.
- There were 150 branches but still he found that place.
He searched this edge of the branch because
there are many crawling creatures on the tree.
Priyanka, who are these crawling creatures? - Snake.
Creatures like snake cannot reach till here and so he built the nest on the edge of the branch.
When we teach students to predict using questions, we help them to comprehend the content.
And assess their comprehension of the content.
We guide them if they don't understand some part.
This way the content that the students listen to and read is better remembered and they remain interested.
Now who will give me information about this nest?
- The weaver bird used sticks to build his nest. The female weaver bird put her hand inside the nest.
No, she went inside
- She went inside. The female weaver bird said, "I do not like this nest".

For Bankitalia risks if the recovery slows down, but Italy is more resilient - Duration: 4:58.
For Bankitalia risks if the recovery slows down, but Italy is more resilient
Italy is generally more resilient, but risks to financial stability may result from a slowdown in recovery.
Bankitalia says in his latest report.
Positive factors are the reduction in the risks to financial stability stemming from the international economy, the lower financial vulnerability of households and businesses - including the ability to cope with rising rates in the event of rising rates - and the improvement of credit quality.
Significant reductions in the systemic risks of the banking sector and the reduction of new bad debts are also reduced.
According to Bankitalia, however, a sharp slowdown in growth would have a negative impact on profitability, still very low, making it more difficult to find risk capital on the markets.
The main risk for financial stability in Italy is a strong slowdown in the economy that would weaken the budgets of households, businesses and the financial sector, the Report states.
Less risks for banks, declined declined loans.
Decrease risks in the Italian banking sector, with deteriorated loans (NPL) declining steadily.
With the continuation of the economic recovery - explains Via Nazionale - the new bad debts have been reduced and the consistences are also declining, some transactions have been completed, and other transactions for high amounts are being defined.
of total capitalization has started to increase.
In the third quarter of 2017, in particular, the flow of new loans deteriorated relative to total loans fell to 1.7 percent, below the mid-2006-07 average (1.2 for households and 2.6 for businesses).
In the first six months of the year net impaired loans declined by 22 billion to 151 billion, while the liquidation of Banca Popolare di Vicenza and Veneto Banca contributed around 9 billion.
Gross of value adjustments, the decline was 25 billion, to 324 billion.
Even the speed with which banks eradicate bad debts is gradually increasing.
Between 2013 and 2016, the ratio between the amount of extinguished losses in the year and the consistency at the beginning of the period, after touching a minimum of 6 per cent in 2013, rose to 9 per cent in 2016.
The Italian economy may hold a rise in rates.
An increase in market yields, if in line with the improvement in the economy, is largely sustainable by the Italian economy, says Bankitalias Financial Stability Report, which emphasizes the ability of households and companies to repay the debts would remain high even in the event of sustained increases in their cost.
At the same time, a reduction in public debt, which remains vulnerability factor, appears to be achievable with a rise in rates.
The commitment to reduce the debt must be credible.
A high level of public debt is a vulnerability factor, and the credibility of the commitment to reduce it is crucial, Nazionale adds, adding that a reduction in the ratio between public debt and product is also apparent in the upside trend yields, which would be reflected slowly on the average cost of debt.
