Hi everybody welcome back and thanks for tuning in once again I read a really

interesting article that resonated with me today it was in regards to the

founder of Waffle House and he had said in the past that most complaints were

about his food whether the egg was well cooked or raw but that today most of the

complaints he gets are around service which led him to think that he's not in

the food industry but in the customer service industry and another lesson

along the way is that well the Waffle House currently has over

1,600 restaurants so you can imagine in his early days when he was concerned

about another restaurant that was nearby that was better financed and bigger but

that he was succeeding and he thought it was because a satisfied customer would

always be a repeat customer would come back again so those two lessons were

golden nuggets for me they really resonated with me another thing is that

customers will forgive you for a defective product either it breaks down

or it arrives with an issue but they won't forgive you as much for not

respecting their concerns for not replying promptly for not showing a

genuine interest in the issues that they may have so I wanted to share that with

you that customer service as you all already know but it's just it's it's

that thing is sometimes it be obvious it's not so obvious okay so I just want

to share this with you and let you know that you have our unconditional
