We knew that undoing the damage of the radical left would be a fight.

Since taking office, President Trump has faced resistance from a variety of rogue judges.

These left-wing con artists have abused their authority by trying to undermine the powers

of the executive branch of the government.

They've tried to block Trump's temporary travel bans (but the Supreme Court upheld

them).

Now they are trying to protect criminal aliens by claiming Trump cannot punish sanctuary

cities.

The battle is on!

A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked President Donald Trump's executive order

to cut funding from cities that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick rejected the administration's argument that the executive

order applies only to a relatively small pot of money and said Trump cannot set new conditions

on spending approved by Congress…

"The District Court exceeded its authority today when it barred the President from instructing

his cabinet members to enforce existing law," Department of Justice spokesman Devin O'Malley

said in a statement late Monday.

"The Justice Department will vindicate the President's lawful authority to direct the

executive branch…"

But the judge disagreed, saying in his rulings that the order was written broadly to "reach

all federal grants" and potentially jeopardized hundreds of millions of dollars in funding

to San Francisco and Santa Clara.

Isn't this incredible?

The federal government is punishing states that are blatantly breaking the law.

But these judges claim the President cannot deny sanctuary cities their funding.

Isn't that like a democrat?

They are forcing the government to give them money!

We have already done our research on Judge Orrick.

He was appointed by Obama and is a big Democrat fundraiser.

After knocking down Trump's initial sanctuary city funding restrictions, he seemed to play

both sides by helping Trump.

But now it's clear where his allegiances lie – squarely with the Democrats.

California is so pathetic, they have to use rogue judges to snatch federal cash.

They can't be bothered to follow the law and cooperate with federal law enforcement.

They'd rather protect criminal aliens, endanger American citizens, and demand cash from the

federal government while doing so.

The DOJ has already appealed the decision.

It will most likely go to the Supreme Court.

Hey Californians, things are only going to get worse under your uber-liberal government.

It's time to take action now.

Vote these clowns out of office at the soonest opportunity.

Otherwise you might not have much of a state left.
