Waching daily Dec 1 2018

- Hi I'm Brian Fletcher of Alair Homes South Etobicoke.

I'd like to talk to you today about how clients

hire sub trades and they take shortcuts.

One of the biggest reasons for that

is the sub trade loves to save money.

So they're going to come in,

they're gonna tell you one thing,

and then they're gonna give you something different.

What we do here at Alair Homes

is we actually take the time to create a scope of work

and detail exactly what each trade is going to do,

and they price on our scope of work,

not something that's just off the drawings.

We detail it out 100%.

Then they actually sign a contract with us as well.

Every sub trade signs a contract,

helping to establish exactly that's what they're going to do

for this amount of money.

It's the only way to go, it's the best way to go.

Better living starts here.

Paul Pogba is 'certainly not a £90m player' - Andy Gray SLAMS Man Utd flop - Duration: 2:45.

United fought back from 2-0 down to earn a point at St Mary's. Jose Mourinho had to change things around after injuries to Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof

Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic made up a makeshift back three alongside Phil Jones

But it was not the defence that faced criticism from BeIN Sports pundit Andy Gray

The former Sky Sports man hit out at their midfield, particularly Paul Pogba. "They have Fellaini in the midfield, there's no quick feet in Marouane Fellaini," he said

"Pogba is playing like, I don't know. I don't know what he's playing like, but he's certainly not a £90m footballer the way he's playing at right now at Manchester United

"He doesn't dominate the games, and United never changed. They kept three at the back the whole game - why? "I bet Mark Hughes said at half time that United will come flying at us in the beginning of this second half

For 15-20 minutes, let's just be aware. And it never happened. It never happened

" The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford ever since his relationship broke down with Mourinho at the start of the season

Pogba was caught up in a dressing room spat which the boss which saw him stripped of the vice-captaincy

Despite the fall-out, he has still remained a regular starter in this underperforming United side

Stuart Armstrong and Cerdric Soares had given the Saints a two-goal lead before Romelu Lukaku and Ander Herrera levelled the scores

Neither side could find a winner in the second half. United remain in seventh and are now 16 points behind leaders Manchester City

If Chelsea win tomorrow they will be nine points clear of the Red Devils meaning they could face an uphill task to earn a place in the top four

Why Sugar is Literally the Worst - Duration: 2:57.

Hi! I'm here to talk to you about a STEM subject that I'm very passionate about and that would

be food. I l o v e food and I love nutrition which is why I'm studying it. I'm actually

having a matcha latte right now ~mhmmmmm~ but what's important about this latte is that

it has absolutely no sugar in it which is exactly what the topic today will be about

which is "why sugar is literally the devil". My laptop just started overheating... this

is why I need this scholarship. Our body has opioids and dopamine and they're released

when we eat sugar, so dopamine is a neurotransmitter and it's part of the reward circuit and it's

associated with addictive behavior. The more you repeat the behavior, the less dopamine

your brain releases and the more you will have to repeat the behavior which then leads

to substance abuse and the exact same thing can happen when you have a lot of sugar. So

some health risks that are associated with eating large quantities of sugar include weight

gain, diseases such as type 2 diabetes, and also it provides empty calories which are

calories that have little to no benefits to your health (so when you're eating something

you're not getting anything out of it). What ends up happening is that you'll end up eating

excess calories when you have a lot of sugars in your food. There is a huge difference between

added sugars and natural sugars. So natural sugars are sugars found naturally in foods

like fruits and some vegetables. The thing with those sugars is that they come with fiber

and minerals and water and micronutrients that your body needs so you're not just getting

the bad effect of the sugar, you're also getting it with a bunch of other benefits that you

can't live without. Added sugars are sugars that are added to foods like sucrose (or table

sugar) and high fructose corn syrup and you're not getting any benefits out of it whatsoever.

a study was conducted in 2008 to find out exactly how much sugar we're eating and as

it turns out we're eating over 60 pounds of added sugar every year. So the average intake

of sugar is 76.7 grams per day, which is about 19 teaspoons and if you compare that to the

maximum amount for men, which is about 37.5 grams (wich is 9 teaspoons) and the maximum

amount for women which is 25 grams (which is 6 teaspoons. There is a difference between

foods that you would expect to have sugar in them, things like cookies, cola, candy...

you know you're eating sugar when you're eating those things. You wouldn't really think about

the amount of sugar that's in pasta sauce or in bread. When you eat these things, you

don't think you're eating sugar. So, what are we supposed to do about this? Just be

aware of what you're eating, make sure you read the ingredients list, and you should

be fine :) I hope doing my eyebrows for this was worth it.
