blessing it's a pleasure it's a great honor to be out here in nature being well

grounded and well connected knowing that we are magnetic and electrical beings and

right now I'm on the right frequency and vibration and I'm sending the right

that you're gonna come into your higher self and discover your true identity and

when you discover your true identity and come to know who you are

you will be able to create your reality consciously

because as I would have said in a video before that there's a universal question

that everyone have to ask themselves and the universal question is this Who am I

and when you ask the question Who am I when the answer come it have to be I am

that I am I am whatever I believe myself to be as a man thinketh in his heart so

of man it is all mental it is all psychological

the Bible that wasn't first psychological that wasn't first a thought that wasn't

first an idea and everyone who speaking about the Bible it has to first

be a thought so right there end of story okay so

you're not born in the world sorry you are not in the world I mean you're not

in the world the world is in you and so because many do not understand that the

world is an outer projection of what has been downloaded is within themselves

many get caught up but the messages of fear that is preached by the clergy

concerning death, hell, the grave, the devil Satan and so on not knowing that the

within you so everything that you see in the world it is actually in you because

everything in this world that you seeing it was first a thought, it was first an idea

it was first imagined money was first imagined it was first thought it was for

an idea education was first imagined it was fourth authority will force an idea

politics and politician before they can have politics

it had to first be an idea everything was first an idea as long as you get

that in your head that everything was first a thought and first an idea everything was first of thought and

everything was first mental you would understand st. John chapter one verses

three where it says all things were made by him and without him there isn't

anything made that was made and you will come to understand that that him is not

a person 2000 years ago it is just a personification of your own human

imagination okay and then you can go further into understanding what I'm

trying to say to you Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verses 11 tells you that God

has put eternity or put the world in the mind of man so

that many would not understand what God have done because if you do not tuned into

the right frequency and the right vibrational energy to look into your own self to

find the kingdom of the Almighty you will never able be able to discover

your true identity thus the reason why all these people belong to different

religions that whole into false identity being Adventist is a false identity being a

Catholic a Methodist Pentecostal a message believer in the message of William

Branham calling several all these different village on the Hindu Muslim

you name it once you hold on to the religion and philosophy of the religion

you cannot become a limited and you gonna become you got even a hold to false

identity and therefore you come into stagnation and never go any further and

you will just be performing forms and rituals so my brother my sisters when

you come to realize everything else for the thought and that even when you read

the Bible and also believe that the Bible's literal tells Allah God said let

there be any awards you have to understand that the world is a thought

expressed but when you understand more deeply you will understand so you or you

can create your reality consciously how you actually be creator and you must

sending things that you want to manifest in your life you see and be manifested

and prove that Christ is in you and you can come into a place of rest peace joy

and happiness because you understand how to manipulate

because every living thing in this world that you depend upon it came out of the

mind of a man it was force an idea it was force a thought so we all have been

creating our reality either consciously or unconsciously so I

am teaching you to create your reality consciously by understanding that the

world that you see a new side of you is on your projection of his work of what

is within you so as it is above so below as it is with also within when you look

Word Of Mouth Marketing - Is It Enough To Grow & Scale Your Trades Business? - Duration: 2:31.

Word-Of-Mouth Marketing.

I often hear people say, 'Oh get all our business through word-of-mouth'.

and I usually think, 'oh you lazy bugger'.

Or you must be very small because

'we get all our business through word-of-mouth' it says to me that we don't do anything else.

We don't do any other marketing or I'm very small and enough comes in to sustain me

and I like it that way, frankly fair enough. If that's your choice, that's up to you.

Now I come from a specific perspective. I'm a business coach for trades business owners you want to grow

and scale and get to that next level. And word-of-mouth weren't getting there.

Word-of-mouth is a beautiful delightful thing. It's a reward it's almost Karmic reward

(I live in Byron Bay remember). It's almost a Karmic reward for doing a good job. You do a good job,

people refer you to their friends, people come knocking on the door and saying things like,

"I've heard you're pretty good.

Can you take my money and do some work for me?" Beautiful but you can't control it

and you can't drive it and if you want to grow faster than that kind of organic lovely slower way,

you're going to have to do marketing I'm afraid. Word-of-mouth will not get you to the next level.

Word-of-mouth will not drive your business larger and give you the money and the resources to grow and scale

on its own. So I'm really sorry, I'm not a fan of word-of-mouth marketing. It's insufficient.

If you like me to help you with how to do the marketing and how not to waste the money

that you need inevitably to spend on marketing, of course, you now have very clear ideas

on how you should spend your money or your time or your people's time depending on which

segments of the market you serve. It's very different whether you serve consumers or whether you work with

builders and trades as a subcontractor who are yourself to the corporate and commercial market.

You need to do very different types of marketing.

I'm sure I've referred to that the way you do those types of marketing and the marketing building blocks

in other videos. For now word of mouth is good for you. If you're ambitious, you need a bit more.

alarming six million deaths annually, doctor, six million deaths annually and

there are 16 million Americans living with the disease caused by smoking, so my

next question doctor I guess could be with all the all the messages today and

all the awareness that has been created and we see it everywhere, why do people

still smoke and why can't they quit? It's a big question I know. >It's a super good

question and it's very puzzling I think that if a new product came out that did

what tobacco does nobody would touch it you know it's not something

that would be approved it could be sold it's an extraordinary legacy issue in

public health and you know it's hard to understand why people smoke and really I

think that it's a combination of two things. One is the culture there's a

culture around smoking we we've come ahead of most of the

developing world in that culture but they're still the culture in this

country about smoking there's still a fascination and interest a presence and

the other issue is what we'll talk about a lot and that it's an addictive

substance, nicotine is an addictive substance and you know it's an addiction

and once people try the drug if it hits them from an addictive standpoint it's

very difficult to quit and you could make the case that people are crazy people

are stupid but really the culture leads people down that funnel and then once

they're in the train of the addictive part

it's a big problem.
