Four Friends : Learn Hindi with subtitles - Story for Children "BookBox.Com" - Duration: 6:41.
The Four Friends
Retold by BookBox
Far from any town,
there was a forest,
in which all the animals and birds
lived together peacefully.
The forest was home
to four inseparable friends:
a deer,
a tortoise,
a crow and a mouse.
Every evening they met
to discuss the events of the day.
to discuss the events of the day.
But one day,
the deer became very frightened.
Hunters are laying traps everywhere.
Is there anything we can do to escape?
Yes there is, the crow cried out.
As our friend the mouse knows!
The crow began telling everyone
what he had seen.
Just the other day,
I saw the most amazing thing.
A flock of doves
got trapped in a hunter's net,
their wings
flapping wildly.
Then suddenly,
all together,
the doves picked up the net in their beaks
and flew into the sky.
And where did they go?
Straight to our friend the mouse!
With his sharp teeth,
he tore the net to pieces.
Free at last, the doves flew away.
They were very grateful to our friend.
After the story ended,
the deer went in search of water
the deer went in search of water
while
the three friends started nibbling on the fruits,
shrubs
and leaves of the forest.
They chatted late into the night,
still waiting for the deer to return.
still waiting for the deer to return.
But the deer was nowhere to be seen,
and the friends began to worry.
At dawn,
while the others called out to the deer,
the crow flew in every direction
looking for her.
In a clearing,
he spotted the deer
with her foot caught in a net.
Don't worry,
he told her calmly.
We'll think of something.
The crow rushed back to his friends.
The tortoise had an idea:
The tortoise had an idea:
Mouse,
hop quickly on the crow's back.
And they flew off to rescue the deer.
Without wasting time,
the mouse bit through the net.
Just then, the anxious tortoise
reached the spot.
Why did you come here?
Why did you come here?
If the hunter returns,
you'll never escape!" the deer exclaimed.
And the hunter did return!
Hearing his footsteps,
all of them ran away,
but the tortoise was too slow.
The hunter picked him up
and tied him to a stick.
and tied him to a stick.
Oh no! Because of me,
poor tortoise is in trouble,
said the deer.
Suddenly, the deer leaped up
and ran to the pond near the path.
and ran to the pond near the path.
She lay down absolutely still,
while the crow
pecked at her.
When the hunter
dropped the tortoise and picked up the deer,
dropped the tortoise and picked up the deer,
the mouse
quickly cut the cords
and released the tortoise.
While the tortoise slipped into the water,
the deer darted off
the deer darted off
and the crow simply flew away.
The hunter trembled with fear.
He had never seen an animal
come back to life.
come back to life.
Thinking that the forest was haunted,
he ran for his life.
The four friends went home
and were happy to be together again.
and were happy to be together again.

Britain plans for opt-out organ donation scheme to save lives
Britain plans for opt-out organ donation scheme to save lives.
Britain plans to increase the number of organ donors by changing the rules of consent and presuming that people have agreed to transplants unless they have specifically opted out.
Legislation to introduce the new framework for organ and tissue donation will be debated in parliament later this year, with the system expected to come into effect in spring 2020, the health department said on Sunday.
"We believe that by making these changes, we can save as many as 700 more lives every year," Jackie Doyle-Price, parliamentary under secretary of state for mental health and inequalities, said in a statement.
There will be exceptions to the presumed consent system, including those aged under 18, individuals who lack the mental capacity to understand the changes and people who have not lived in England for at least 12 months before their death.
In Wales, a system of presumed consent is in operation and Scotland has also published a plan for an opt-out donation system.
Around 6,000 people in Britain are on the transplant waiting list and more than 400 patients died while waiting for a transplant last year, the public health service said. .

Jose Mourinho says Manchester United in for difficult season if unable to add to squad
Jose Mourinho fears Manchester United are in for a "difficult season" if he is unable to add to his squad before Thursday's deadline.
United have only made one significant summer signing so far - midfielder Fred - with young defender Diogo Dalot and back-up goalkeeper Lee Grant also making moves to Old Trafford.
The Transfer Talk panel discuss whether Anthony Martial's increasingly-strained relationship with Jose Mourinho can be repaired.
Mourinho has been linked with a multitude of players, most recently Leicester defender Harry Maguire, who United are preparing to make an offer for, according to Sky sources.
But, speaking before Sunday's friendly clash with Bayern Munich, Mourinho admitted to MUTV that he fears falling behind the rest of the top six if he is ultimately unable to add to his squad.
"My CEO knows what I want for quite a long time," Mourinho said.
"He knows what I want, I know that he tries to do the best for me and I still have a few days to wait what is going to happen.
"The other clubs who compete with us are really strong and have fantastic squads, like Chelsea, Tottenham or Manchester City, or they are investing massively like Liverpool, that are buying everything and everybody.
"And if we don't make our team better it will be a difficult season for us.

Tucket the Bucket: Learn Polish with subtitles - Story for Children "BookBox.com" - Duration: 5:46.
Tucket the Bucket
By Kuzhali Manickavel
Tucket was the saddest
bucket in the world.
He had once been a garden favourite
and the gardener used to swing him
by his strong handle
as he went to fetch water.
"What a good bucket," he said.
"What a good bucket," he said.
But as time passed,
Tucket the bucket got
a hole.
Suddenly he was useless.
What good is a bucket
with a hole?
Tucket was tossed into the corner
of the garden.
He was left out in the rain
and the sun, and began to rust.
Sometimes he even got kicked around.
"I should throw that bucket away,"
the gardener muttered.
Tucket didn't want to be
thrown away.
He felt very sad,
though his good friends in the garden
tried to cheer him up.
The squirrels set him back up
when he was kicked down
and the birds cheerfully flapped
about him.
"Don't worry Tucket,"
"Don't worry Tucket," they chirped soothingly.
Tucket really tried to be happy
but it was very,
very hard.
One day,
a little girl ran through the garden
and stopped in front of Tucket.
He sighed
and waited for the usual kicks
when suddenly he heard
"Perfect!"
Soon he found himself
blinking and spluttering
under the garden hose.
The girl was cleaning him!
He felt
heavy chunks of rust
fall off
and his spirits brightened
"Oh!
You already have a big hole in the bottom!"
said the girl,
as she peered inside.
"Even better!"
Tucket could not believe
what he had just heard.
She wanted a bucket with a hole?
The girl took him to the verandah,
filled him with rich soil
and planted a tiny rose inside.
"This is a baby rose,"
she said to Tucket.
"You must help me
take care of her, okay?"
Tucket was so happy.
The girl
really wanted him!
She even asked him
to take care of this small rose.
Tucket nearly burst with joy.
He straightened himself up proudly
as the girl finished
planting.
She carefully placed Tucket
in the best spot of
the verandah.
It was a cosy corner,
protected from the wind and the rain.
Tucket winked
and smiled at his friends
in the garden.
"Look,
I'm taking care of this little rose!"
"We're very happy
for you Tucket,"
chattered the squirrels,
and the birds chirped happily.
Tucket took great
care of the rose
and was visited by the girl
and his friends every day.
He was now
the happiest bucket
in the world.

Helpful Tips for Dealing with Bipolar Depression | HealthyPlace - Duration: 3:14.
Hey guys. It's Hannah.
Helpful tips when you're dealing with bipolar depression.
And I want to share these with you
because I just got out of a depression recently.
And I found a couple of these tips really helped me.
Of course, I want you to share yours as well.
So please, please do that below in the comment section.
One thing I did for the first time was delete social media.
I know! Like talk about extreme measures.
I did.
For a couple of days, I deleted my Instagram.
I deleted facebook off of my phone
so that I wouldn't be going to it as much.
To be honest,
I'm a big fan of social media.
It's part of my job.
But it really was a nice break
from just being invested in everybody else's thing.
It gave me a lot of time to reflect on myself
and not be so distracted with all of the noise around me.
Keeping clean.
Keeping a clean environment.
Keeping yourself clean is huge.
I know a lot of us who deal with bipolar depression understand this.
It's really easy to kind of let your environment go
and let yourself go.
Something like just sitting in the shower is huge.
And keeping my environment clean is always, always beneficial.
Keeping healthy foods around- healthy snacks.
Let me tell you what kind of person I am
when I get depressed.
I am that chick that goes in
and eats junk food, junk food, junk food.
And I have realized, recently, that this is just not good.
It does not help my depression at all.
Eating healthy dinners, a couple of healthy snacks while I'm depressed,
really, really benefits my mental health.
And this is something that I've been trying to do, more recently,
when I get into one of these depressive episodes.
Planning ahead.
Preparing for another depressive episode when you are feeling good.
I've talked about this before in another video.
So subscribe to my Youtube channel.
But keeping self-help books around
and little activities or projects
that you can do when you're in a depressive episode
has really helped me.
Part of preparation,
I'm still working on this,
is letting those around you know
that you're not feeling so well.
It doesn't have to be a big dramatic thing.
But there is nothing worse than when
you're feeling really depressed
and you're getting text messages and phone calls
and you don't know how to respond.
And you don't respond.
So people keep on hitting you up.
It's just like a cycle that never ends.
Again, please subscribe to my Youtube channel.
I really want to hear what helpful tips you have
when you're going through a depressive episode.
So please, again, leave those below.
And I will see you next week.
Bye.
