Welcome to health care at home

We are talking about A Healthy Routine

A routine by following this you'll never become ill

So let me tell you what you have to do futher

What type of routine should be followed also when you wake up in the morning

As I said earlier that you have to drink water without brushing your teeth

Once the brushing is done, fill your mouth with water completely

Make sure that your mouth is thoroughly filled and then splash water in your eyes

Sprinkle fresh water in your eyes for at least 15 times

Fill your mouth and sprinkle water in your eyes, if you do this remedy 3 times in a day

This helps in decreasing the possibility of Eye Disease

So you can do this remedy 3 times in a day

Remember one thing, normally water turns luke warm in sometime when we keep it in our mouth

As soon it turns luke warm, spit it off and then back again fill your mouth with normal water

And sprinkle water in your eyes

So don't forget to fill your mouth with water and sprinkle water in eyes

After then when you go to toilet, one thing to be careful

Press your denture while getting fresh n up in toilet

Let me tell you, this way your have to press your teeth and give force

So if you'll press your denture while getting fresh n up, what will happen

First of all your stomach will be absolutely clear and there will be no dental problem to you

In other ways its a kind of dental exercise, so you must do it

After this normally around 11-12 you take lunch

Make sure that you lunch is balanced and it must contains protein in it

Because protein is the second most important ingredient for the body

The first important requirement of the body is Oxygen which you get Pranayama- Anuloma Viloma

Second most important requirement is Water

Its very difficult to survive without water and you have drink ample of water in the morning remedy

Now the third most important requirement of the body is Protein

You'l get protein in Pulses and your diet/lunch should be balanced

It must contains protein, carbohydrate & vitamins ,

How do we get vitamins? We get vitamins from Green Vegetables.

If you unable to take green leafy vegetable then you can take any vegetable like bottle gourd, ladies finger etc

Take them in good quantity. also take chapati and dal along with it

Also take Salad , it could contain Tomato, Onion and Cucumber etc

Now what to do after lunch

You'll ask for water, but no don't drink water after lunch

If its possible for you then don't drink water for at least 1 hour

Post lunch walk for at least 500 steps

Don't run rather do slow walking

Make sure that you must walk 500 steps after lunch

Still there are so many small tips by following then you can be healthy

Copyright for Musicians: Resolving Copyright Issues | Part 5/5 | Q&A | Music Business - Duration: 3:20.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

My advice usually is to be very careful about thinking

that someone has copied your music.

It's quite a heavy, serious accusation.

And conversely, if someone is to accuse you of it, it's serious.

It's something that you have to pay attention to.

It's federal law.

There are three levels of court, all of them are federal.

First is what is called district court.

There are 94 districts in the United States.

I'm sitting in Nashville right now.

In Tennessee, there are three districts.

This is the middle district of Tennessee.

Obviously, a lot of copyright issues come here.

The three places where you see most copyright issues are

New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville.

But so you could have a lawsuit here, in district court.

The person who loses that case can then appeal it to what's

called the circuit court.

There are 11 circuits.

And Nashville is in the sixth circuit.

Boston is in the first.

New York is in the second circuit.

California is the ninth circuit.

So you would appeal it to the circuit court.

And then, the next step after that is, really, the Supreme Court.

So when you're in a copyright case, you're only two steps away

from the Supreme Court.

It begins at that fairly high level.

Also, it's very expensive.

Lawyers get paid anywhere from $200 an hour, on the low end, $300 to $400 now

might be more common.

I'm dealing with lawyers now who are getting paid over $800 an hour.

They usually hire expert witnesses, someone like me

who is a musicologist, who can give the lawyer the advice the lawyer needs

about the originality of the musical expression.

Because that's what this comes down to.

Did you copy original expression?

You can copying small phrases and things that aren't original.

But if you copy original expression, it becomes more serious.

And it's a sliding scale.

What does it mean to be original?

You can't look it up in a book and say, oh, these seven words, this is--

and these four words are not.

It's a case by case basis.

So the person in my role gets paid a lot of money as well.

And these cases can go for a long time.

A short case might be two years.

I've been in some that went for 10 years.

In fact, it worked this way.

It was a Friday.

I was in Nashville, about to fly to New York.

The trial began Monday in New York.

I was getting on the plane and I get a call.

Get off the plane, we settled.

So things can work that way.

But if you have 10 years to devote to this

and there are motions back and forth, it's something you want to avoid.

There's always ways to work things out.

You don't want to go to a trial.

Paris Hilton might not make the headlines she used to, but she considers herself one

The fashion mogul tells Ocean Drive magazine, "I was definitely before my time, and the

Firefighters: Brothers Bonded For Life - Duration: 2:01.

Hello.

I'm Hartford HealthCare's Rebecca Stewart, connecting you to healthier.

And an incredibly thankful patient who this holiday season is hoping his story inspires

others.

Kevin Theriault has been a firefighter in Willimantic for 22 years.

I do a little bit of everything.

But nothing like the emergency he faced on September 10th, 2016.

They didn't know if I was gonna make it.

I was so toxic at that point.

Kevin's kidney's were shutting down.

Doctors at Windham Hospital rushed him to surgery, where they inserted a chest catheter

for emergent dialysis.

The next two days were critical.

Am I gonna get through this?

And what's it gonna mean for the rest of my life?

I'm a young guy.

At the age of 49, Kevin was diagnosed with Wegener's granulomatosis, a rare and life-threatening

disorder that restricts blood flow to the upper respiratory tract, lungs and kidneys.

I'm gonna dispute the cook.

With his kidneys damaged, Kevin needed a transplant.

When you found out Kevin needed a transplant, you stepped up.

Yup.

Pretty big commitment.

Any hesitations at all?

Not really.

I mean, we had a brother in need.

Things weren't going very well for him and, you know, we take care of each other.

Captain Peter Bruscato has worked alongside Kevin for 18 years.

He's used to saving many lives.

But saving the life of a fellow brother was all together different.

I saw that he was getting so sick, and that he wasn't able to get to do the things that

he had been doing.

It was really getting tough for a lot of us to see that.

Since the two captains underwent transplant surgery at Hartford Hospital, the brotherhood

between them is even stronger.

After all, they are bonded for life.

How do you thank somebody that basically saved your life and let you go back to living a

normal life again?

There is a special celebration and education session for living donors at Westfarms Mall

on December 5th.

Nicole Irvin Marries Her Passion For People With Her Technical Know-How - Duration: 2:51.

- I've always had an interest in science and technology,

even from a very young age.

My name is Nicole Irvin and I'm

a vice president at Goldman Sachs.

At home, we had a computer and I would play

these early rudimentary games that you would

do at a DOS prompt, or I would tool around,

I would get a book from the library

about coding and I would write little tiny programs

and that was fun for me in my free time,

so this is an area where I've always had interest.

When I got out of college, I deliberately chose

a job at Accenture because it gave me

the opportunity to understand technology

from within a business, so how do we use technology,

how do we use software to better businesses,

to streamline processes, to make them faster,

to make them more profitable?

That was great groundwork for me

as I pivoted and moved into more

of a business function of finance.

So I kept the technology, I advise

on finance for technology companies.

So I understand their business and how it works

and I understand software, but I'm marrying

with that the finance functional knowledge.

At the end of seven years in consulting,

I found myself in a place where I didn't see

a clear path to senior leadership

in an organization or even within my own organization.

And I had never really had the classic business education

that many people may have had in undergrad

had they not majored in say, molecular biology.

And so, I wanted to take time out,

invest in myself, and give myself

that classical business education.

What I didn't realize before my MBA,

that just as important as that classical education

would be the relationships that I would form

that would serve as a springboard

to help me get the kinds of jobs

that would put me on a path

to long-term success and leadership.

The industry is changing.

More and more women are coming into finance,

and so I think what you would find

is that there are a number of women

who can be your mentors.

Over the years, I have worked with a lot

of women who have mentored me through

the birth of my children because they

too had children while they were investment bankers.

And there's also a lot of support

and comradery among the women in the industry.

If you're interested in having continual challenges

and also being in a functional area

that's always needed, companies always need

people who understand finance.

They always need people who are willing

to dig into the numbers and get their hands dirty.

It's really an area where you can grow and leverage skills.

What I love about finance is that there's always

a new challenge, there's always something

to learn, there's always something

that will enable me to grow my career.

Huckabee Calls for Drastic Lois Lerner Action - Duration: 6:02.

Huckabee Calls for Drastic Lois Lerner Action

The IRS agreed in October to settle legal challenges filed against them that stemmed from the groups years-long targeting and bullying of conservative and tea party groups that sought tax-exempt status.

According to The Washington Times, former IRS official Lois Lerner — who headed up the division that oversaw tax-exempt status applications — as well as her deputy, Holly Paz, delivered sworn testimonies on their roles in the matter via taped depositions.

But even as both former government employees testified in a federal court case that resulted in taxpayer money being paid out to aggrieved groups of taxpayers they had mistreated,.

they both want their testimony sealed and kept hidden from the same tax-paying public they wronged, as they claimed their lives would be threatened if what they said was made known to the public.

"The voluminous record of harassment and physical threats to Mss. Lerner and Paz and their families during the pendency of this litigation provides a compelling reason to seal the materials," stated attorneys for the women.

However, former Arkansas governor and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee doesnt quite buy their reasoning for keeping their testimony sealed, and stated as much in an op-ed for The Hill.

He recounted how Lerner and others in her division of the IRS used their public positions to bully, harass, intimidate, criminalize and bankrupt innocent citizens who held political views that the government decided should be censored.

Lois Lerner and Associates joked about the stonewalling of IRS applications from groups they hated, then clammed up and claimed the Fifth Amendment before Congress, he wrote,

which had every right to demand an explanation of why government goons figuratively broke the legs of groups who were conservative, Christian, pro-life, pro-marriage or pro-Israel.

He, and many others like him, are seething over the fact that taxpayer funds were used to settle the lawsuits filed by taxpayers against the IRS and officials like Lerner.

Lois Lerner and her deputy, Holly Paz, have asked that their sworn depositions be sealed in perpetuity because they are afraid what the taxpayers would do to them if their testimony were made public, Huckabee wrote.

I'm pretty sure that every criminal in America would love to have the details of their crimes sealed from public view for eternity, but only God can forgive sin and wipe it clean — and that only happens when we confess, repent and accept the consequences, he added.

Huckabee stated that even as he understood Lerner and people like her to be incredibly arrogant, he nevertheless couldnt fathom the gall of such people in demanding that the actions they took as part of a government agency to target and harass tax-paying citizens be kept hidden forever from the public, especially when tax-payer funds were used to settle what they had done.

If there are legitimate threats to their safety, tell the police, Huckabee stated.

That's what the rest of us do who live in public careers and have people threaten us..

But if that's not good enough for Ms. Lerner and Ms. Paz, I would like to suggest that, since they are accustomed to living off the taxpayers, we should provide a safe place for them in a taxpayer-funded facility, he added. It's called a federal penitentiary..

We couldnt agree with Huckabee more — if Lois Lerner feels that she is threatened by law-abiding, tax-paying citizens who would be angered by what she said in her deposition, then perhaps she should be placed in the one location safe from said citizens — a prison.

The IRS division under the control of Lerner abused the citizenry by its actions, and there ought to be a full public accounting of exactly what happened, and by whom.

If our nation is ever to move on from this dismal example of ideological bureaucrats using purportedly non-partisan government agencies for decidedly partisan purposes, then Lerners testimony must be made public, and any legitimate threats against her dealt with accordingly.

Please share this story on Facebook and Twitter so everyone can see what Mike Huckabee had to say about Lois Lerner requesting her testimony regarding the IRS targeting settlements be sealed from the public.

What do you think of the safe space Huckabee suggested for Lerner? Scroll down to comment below!.

TOP STRATEGY for IELTS Speaking Part 2 - Duration: 8:23.

how can you get a high score on the speaking part of the IELTS exam

this is Susan Brodar from SPEAK Languages & TRAVEL the World here to

help you improve your English with minimum effort maximum benefits now the

IELTS exam as many has to be faced with strategies because if you don't follow

strategies you will not give the examiners all the things they want to

know therefore it's very important to follow strategies to get a high score

now in my opinion the best authority on IELTS is IELTS advantage the website

that Chris Bell founded and he's really made a wonderful website with a lot of

free materials which will teach you step by step how you can get a high score so

I recommend you check out his website and down in the comments box below you

can find the link to his website so I got inspiration from his speaking

strategies and would like to share with you yes the speaking strategies so let

me show you a document which you can also download I'll put a download link

in the description below and therefore you can have all the strategy points in

front of you if you want to practice this part of the exam is the speaking

part - and there's a specific strategy for that it's divided into five parts

and the first part is the introduction so when you get this card which will

have written on what you have to say what you have to talk about and some

suggestions of what you should cover you use this card as a guideline it's not

necessary to answer all the individual parts but it is necessary to address the

subject that is at the top of the cards the introduced topic by saying something

like I'd like to talk about then you should transition into the past

with a linking word for example anyhow and then demonstrate your capability of

using various past forms such as used to plus the infinitive if you want to talk

about past habits or states that are now finished or using would plus infinitive

if you want to describe past habits using the simple past to talk about

things you did in the past that you no longer do now or if you use the past

continuous you can talk about the context of a story or how you felt at a

particular time and then there's the path perfect to say something that

happens before something else in the past so that way you've demonstrated a

series of past tenses before going into a more lengthy description by saying so

let me tell you about whatever the topic is in a little more detail and here you

have to use specific vocabulary on common topics expanding on the

vocabulary with examples and then you need to give your opinion so you could

say something like in my opinion or according to me and you could also say

something such as I strongly believe that if you have strong opinions to

finish the last part is the future you can demonstrate the future by saying

well regarding the future and you carry on with the subject so that you can

demonstrate various future forms such as the present continuous with talking

about fixed arrangements or be going to plus infinitive if you're going to talk

about future plans will or won't infinitive before predictions

then the future perfect I think there's a bit trickier that's used to say

something that will have happened before something else but that's you have to be

good at using so I would be careful on that last one now I'd like to give you

an example of a card with a topic so that we can put this into a more

meaningful meaningful context for you so let's imagine that the card says

describe a teacher that you know and then they suggest you should say what

the teacher looks like what sort of person is teacher is what the teacher

helps you to learn and explain why explain why this teacher is popular I've

taken this card as an example because I decided to use a personal experience of

mine which I recommend doing it makes it easier if you go back on to your

personal experiences but the last part explain why the teacher is popular is

not pertinent because this teacher of mine was not popular so as I said those

are only guidelines you don't have to actually follow them so the introductory

part I would say I'd like to talk about a teacher I had at Middle School who

taught us maths he was middle-aged with short gray hair anyhow this teacher was

extremely strict and used to shout at us if we didn't pay attention he would give

us clear explanations so he was an excellent maths teacher but he was

always scaring us before we had even done something so let me tell you about

my maths teacher in a little more detail one day when I was only 11 years old he

told us to put our pencils down in order to follow his explanation on the board I

was really bad at maths so I copied some parts from the blackboard suddenly he

saw me writing and he marched to the front of my desk put his face one

centimeter from mine and outed really loudly I told you to put

your pencils down I could see his ginger eyebrows trembling in front of my eyes

as he shouted and my knees started shaking under my desk from that day on I

was terrified of him in my opinion despite his exaggeratedly strict

attitude he was one of the best teachers I ever had I'm strongly against teachers

who use their authority to terrify and humiliate students however I must admit

I think his methodical approach to teaching was the most effective for

teaching maths regarding the future I think I'll always remember one of the

most important inspirations he gave us never be afraid to aim too high I'm

going to teach young people to aim high okay so this would be the strategy to

follow it's only a guideline but this is what I intend if you follow the

guideline through from the introduction to the past the description with more

detail your opinion and a future you've given a wide range of expressions

grammatical tenses yes you've generally explained yourself covering a wide range

of structures and therefore you've given the examiner what he wants to know so I

recommend you follow this strategy don't forget to check out IELTS advantage from

the link in the description and I'd be welcoming any feedback from you in the

comments below look forward to hearing from you soon good luck with your exams

and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't done so yet I

What happens after a brain arrives at the MBI for research? - Duration: 2:03.

When a brain arrives at the McKnight Institute Neuromedicine Brain Bank, one

half of the brain is stored in formalin, the other half is frozen for biochemical

and molecular studies. The formalin-fixed brain then is saved for a time where we

will be able to do our brain cutting that is when we actually analyze the

brain. We dissect the brain into smaller slabs and pieces. At least 18 to 19

individual sections of key brain areas that are affected in neurodegenerative

disease and these sections are sent to a histology lab and this involves putting

the tissue through alcohols and then xylenes all to dehydrate the tissue so

that it can be put into paraffin wax and then these paraffin wax sections are cut

into thin sections, put on a glass slide. This box represents one single brain

examination that we do at the UF Neuromedicine Brain Bank. We will look at the

pathology under the microscope with our trainees in neuropathology, and then

arrive at a specific diagnosis using both conventional histology and what we

call immunohistochemical studies that allow us to identify actual abnormal

proteins and their locations within the nervous system.

CHUCK NORRIS SUES 11 DRUG COMPANIES FOR POISONING HIS WIFE - Duration: 4:25.

CHUCK NORRIS SUES 11 DRUG COMPANIES FOR POISONING HIS WIFE

Gena O`Kelley is the wife of Chuck Norris, the iconic film star from the US and she underwent

three MRI scans for evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis.

She then started to have physical symptoms which started with a sensation that her skin

was burning which was described as acid burning through her skin and this slowly covered the

whole of her body.

She went to the ER five nights straight, and doctors ran many tests.

O`Kelley then made the connection between her condition, cognitive issues and contracted

arm with the many MRIs that she had undergone.

CHUCK NORRIS SUING AFTER HIS WIFE IS INJURED BY MRI DYE O`KELLEY THOUGHT SHE WOULD DIE

FROM GADOLINIUM POISONING She said that when they had arrived at the hospital in Houston

on the last visit she felt so bad she told them she thought she had been poisoned with

gadolinium and that she did not think they had a lot of time to work out what was going

on and she thought that she would die.

She was sent to China for five months of treatment and then to a clinic in Nevada and then she

was allowed to go home and be treated in Houston by a physician.

Norris showed his tax return documents, and they had recorded $2 million in three years

in medical expenses that were uninsured that they had paid out.

Norris is now suing 11 medical companies as he said they had not warned the couple, along

with others about the dangers of GBCA for MRI contrast.

O`Kelley was said to suffer confusion, damage to her kidneys, muscle spasms and muscle wasting

from the metal contrast agent that the doctors said would have gone through her body in just

hours following the MRI.

The attorney for Norris said that they had clients misdiagnosed with Lyme disease and

ALS and when they had been ruled out the culprit was gadolinium.

FDA WAS AWARE OF ASSOCIATION OF GADOLINIUM AND KIDNEY DAMAGE The FDA was aware of the

association between kidney damage and gadolinium since 2006 and said that it could deposit

in the brain tissue and organs.

The agency insisted that the contrast dye was safe, but they did state that they would

be continuing to assess the safety.

Norris said that they wanted to bring attention to the issue and hopes that it would help

others who have suffered from the physical effects of the agent.

MRI or magnetic resonance imaging is used by physicians to get a detailed picture of

tissues and organs.

The machine was invented in 1977, and it has been said to be one of the biggest medical

breakthroughs in the 20th century.

The machine relies on the use of a big magnet along with radio waves and computer, and it

takes a detailed cross-section picture of the organs and tissue inside the body.

The images are used to provide doctors with information about specific issues with the

kidneys, liver, heart, and uterus and helps in finding tumors, cysts, and other abnormalities.

It is said that one out of every three MRIs are used with a contrast, and this is gadolinium.

This is a chemical contrast that gets injected so it can enhance the image quality.

It is bonded to a chelating agent to reduce the toxicity of chemicals to the body.

Gadolinium is a heavy metal that is dangerous and which is known to cause neurological damage.

The symptoms of being poisoned by heavy metal vary depending on the organ system that has

been affected.

Scientists revealed that heavy metals could increase oxidative stress secondary to free

radical formation.

It is said that the risks to health associated with toxicity by heavy metal can be a major

health threat, more so if they do not have a biological role due to the fact they can

remain present in animals and plants.

Tests for heavy metal toxicity are said to include urine, blood, hair and nail analysis

to find cumulative exposure.

The symptoms that gadolinium has accumulated is related to the organs affected, but they

include nausea, vomiting, headache, dysfunction of the central nervous system and gastrointestinal

disturbances.

How Important is Sleep for Athletes: Surprising NEW Info - Duration: 3:09.

How important is sleep for athletes?

How important is sleep for athletes I think the answer is going to surprise

you I've never seen anyone else talk about this before so this is really

exciting brand new info this is quick and dirty I think use let's jump right

in I'm David Barr and if you're looking to

get there fast or strong or get lean or go longer hit the subscribe and then

that little bell so you don't miss anything so the key to sleep and

recovery is about something called the CNS now the trick is you may have heard

the CNS may be not totally cool but if you've heard of it

most people don't actually know it it sure you can ask and they'll say ok

central nervous system but what is that once you probe further you realize

people don't know what it is really simple an Tomiko distinction brain in

the spinal cord now this is the key to sleep this is why we sleep and this is

relatively new information because what happens when we sleep our brain actually

shuts down and a new system takes over it's called the lymphatic system and

it's a bit like a janitor coming in to clean up the crap after a day of school

clean up after the kids the kids come back in the next day and everything is

clean they don't know anything off the jander's work well that's what the

glymphatic system is it's like the janitor when we go to sleep ok that's

why we can't learn when we're sleeping unfortunately but it's helping to

consolidate our memories from the previous day including motor memories so

it's not just things we take in with our eyes and ears it's also going to be

motor learning those skills that we learn during the day it's going to help

bake in the results that we got from the training the day before it's going to

help with that motor learning responsible that strength adaptation

that kind of thing so that is the key to sleep or athletes sure we don't want to

hurt our growth hormone response that's not something that's going to have a

huge impact it's really more about the gloaming fax system and the CNS now

there is one more trick we do want about six to eight hours of sleep a night

everybody's different but the key is cortisol is a catabolic steroid normally

we don't want this stuff and during sleep it's great that's levels are low

because it's an anti-inflammatory and when we're sleeping we want that

inflammation process to occur inflammation seems like a dirty words

most people it's not when it's part of our

natural growth adaptation recovery response when it gets out of control

then it's a problem but normally we actually want the inflammation response

and that's what the absence of cortisol is going to help facilitate so you

probably notice that you only get sore after you wake up in the morning well

that's because we have low cortisol I think anyway no Dogma here this is also

the other key this absence of cortisol not directly anabolic but by

facilitating by allowing that inflammation response to occur that's

where we're going to have that growth adaptation recovery response that we're

often so sleep is very important but not for the reasons that people think it is

so hopefully the answers your FAQ quick and dirty is a quick and dirty answer

hopefully you found this helpful probably know someone else who could use

it give it a share with them probably owe you a protein shake hit that

subscribe and the little bell so you don't miss anything and until next time

raise the bar
