NEED FOR SPEED PAYBACK: TUTO - COMMENT ACHETER ET AMELIORER RAPIDEMENT SES VOITURES PREFEREES! - Duration: 10:03.

Hey everyone it's Kijooki, very happy to see you for this new video

today i have the pleasure

to reveal my first tutorial on Need for Speed Payback

I focused on the most important things when you start the game

and how you will need to use your credits

how to level up your REP quickly and how to get credits as much as possible

to buy all your dream cars

So at the beginning you use a very nice car and in fact.. no you won't get it in your garage

So you will start from scratch with zero credit, same as for REP

I will give you several tips

it's entirely subjective of course

you can do whatever you want

i hope they will be useful

So when you are the dealership - mini freeze on this Golf GTI

You will discover the price for the different cars

and you will want all of them of course

my credits are very limited on this session so i ll need to be careful

since you will use your credits when you buy the car

but also for customization items

and for performance items to level up your car

so you can attend events

all of this will cost you credits

everything is linked which is very interesting

in the end you'll need to do a lot of things, like i had told you you won't get bored

so when you scroll around the map, pay attention to event rewards

we had a similar system on NFS 2015

but on NFS Payback they added more challenge, especially on this big map

So all focus will be given on all campaign missions

and i strongly recommend you to focus on Street Leagues

which represent a discipline (race, off-road etc)

I started with off-road

but you can start with race if you want

i wont talk about it because i don't want to spoil you

I started with off-road "73" street league"

Boss is Udo Roth, i added full gameplay of the event

so you can enjoy it as well

i wanted to show you details with this video and give you as many tips as possible

since i had the chance to play it i wanted to share this with you

i know you've been waiting

for a very long time

I had several tutos in mind

especially this one when you start the game

Cause at the beginning you can be a bit lost

Even myself when i'm given all the information in game

on the map

with all landmarks

like collectibles

garage, dealerships, tuning shops

we don't know where to go first

On screen you can see Side Bets, i'll talk about it later

when you start an event you can bet on the completion of a challenge

but it's double or nothing

i'll come back later on the topic

So i'm racing with this Subaru WRX

i had chosed to do this off-road race in Liberty Desert

gameplay is very interesting

is still permissive since it's arcade

but you'll need to tune up your car

i'll do another vid on the car tuning

with this new feature "live tuning"

which consists in tuning the car directly in free-roam

and the garage stancing

i had told you in the Subaru vid,

stand has an impact on car physics

here on off-road

you'll need to improve suspension

thanks again EA

and Need for Speed for being able to show this gameplay

in this video you are discovering new things about the game

but i didn't want to include story segments

you have other channels that might propose story segments

i just didn't want to spoil you guys

later in livestream when the game is out i will

so we can discuss about it together

the goal of this vid is to help you when you start from the very beginning

and when you have much information and you don't know what to focus on

so the event is done

and you will have to choose the speedcard

i really like this loot system because it adds some spice

Try to finish 1rst so you earn more REP

i spend a lot of time picking my speed card

which will improve one of your performance item

this time it was for exhaust

you can see you will be able to sell it which is very important,

especially when you need credit

so don't hesitate to sell speedcards if they have bad stats

when you're with one event, i strongly recommend you to continue so you validate quest milestones

Be careful with your expenses

on this gameplay

in the tuning shop, i spend13k

and another 14k

my credit balance is very low

meaning i won't be able to spend on visual customization

Other very important tip

Shipments! It's brand new in NFS Payback

you will be able to loot credits in addition to vanity items and tokens

i'll do another tuto since it's new

loot = hazard

i got underglow

and credits

with those i ll be able to buy either new cars

visual customization or performance parts

Last part: side bets!

it's a new feature in NFS Payback, you'll be able to bet before starting an event

within a time limit

If your car level doesn't match the event level

i strongly advise you NOT to accept the bet

because you risk to loose money

it's the betting system

you either lose or win

i had accepted the side bet because i felt comfy

sometimes i failed on certain types of event

not race, because i'm comfy with it

but runner missions are another deal

with Jesse, sometimes they can be very challenging

no spoil though like i had promised

so let's be careful with side bets

it's double or nothing

you need to be sure to have the right performance level equipped on your car

and of course no fail allowed

you can retry the event still

but you'll still need to earn your credits

your challenge progression is indicated on the right part of the screen

it's like a challenge in a challenge

at the top you have the boost indicator, when you drift, etc

so it's a boost REP for the main mission

but on the right it's the side bet indicator

if you don't accept it it won't appear on HUD

this race is with Grave Yard Shift Street League

with La Catrina boss

on all events

you will be given this side bet possibility

to accept it or not

it's very interesting because it adds more challenge as well

and it's very useful

- and that's why it's in this video -

to get more credits

because we'll want to get maximum of visual customization, performance parts etc

i succeeded in doing the side bet

therefore more credits for me

which is always useful at the beginning

and then the speedcard

that you can sell

so more credits as well

here is my recap on this guide:

how to level up quickly with REP and earn credits

I hope it will useful for you guys, again it's totally subjective

Focus Campaign missions

Save money in tune-up shops,

fast travels because you need to pay to teleport!

Save money on customization especially when you start with cars you won't keep

Side bets like explained before

Don't forget your shipments!

And sell your speedcards

Thanks a lot again for your support on my social media and YouTube

means a lot to me,

i hope this video will be useful for you

Feel free to subscribe and like this video

See you soon!

Employer Chat: What are the requirements for a teaching position in China - Duration: 1:19.

For teachers that are wanting to look a working with English what would the

requirements be for example for a teaching position in China so really fun fact

about China is that each city has a different set of requirements for what

it takes to become a teacher in that city there are a lot of cities that have

similar requirements so cities such as Beijing Shanghai Shenzhen at the moment

they are requiring 120 hour TEFL and preferably some work experience although

they're not necessarily restrictive and what that work experience looks like so

especially for those who maybe they were in a different career have decided

to go after a TEFL certification and now they want to teach those are definitely

cities you could go into and because you can show that you've had

some work experience prior there are a couple cities that do require more

specific experience so there are some cities such as hangzhou that does

require two years specifically of ESL teaching experience in addition to 120

hour TEFL but the nice thing right now is that those are the minority I would say

the majority of cities are comfortable with 120 or TEFL

a bachelor's degree and at least some work experience at least six months or

so okay

'It will be important for me': Nadal hopeful of securing No 1 spot at Paris Masters - Duration: 4:31.

'It will be important for me': Nadal hopeful of securing No 1 spot at Paris Masters

Rafael Nadal said on Monday that he is ready to consolidate his year-end number one ATP ranking by winning his opening match at the Paris Masters.

But the 31-year-old Spaniard - who is also trying to balance the delicate political situation in his native country with his status as an international sportsman - refused to hype up his potential coronation.

"I need to win a match. I'm here to try my best - as in every tournament," he said before starting as top seed in the event which is missing Roger Federer due to fatigue.

"Hopefully if this (number one) happens, it will be something important for me. But the season is not over and it's not the moment to think much about that. I'll just try to think about trying to have the right preparation for the tournament and then try to be ready for the first match."

Nadal, who reclaimed the top ranking in August for the first time in three years, is due to start at Bercy against South Korea's Hyeon Chung, who opened on Monday with a 6-0, 6-2 first-round defeat of German Mischa Zverev.

Federer is skipping Paris after winning back-to-back titles in Shanghai and Basel and is resting to be prepared for the ATP Finals starting in less than a fortnight in London.

Nadal, who withdrew from Basel with a knee problem, does not fault his main rival for looking after personal interests.

"Everyone makes the calendar which he thinks will be the best for him," Nadal said. "For him, everything was working well that way. He had a little bit better chance, of course, if he came here.

But you never know. You would think that he would have more points if he had played on clay. But you never know (that) if he played on clay if he would win Wimbledon or he would be able to play as well as he did.

He took his decisions and he did it well. Probably after winning Shanghai and winning Basel he believes that will be better for his body and for his preparation for London to not be here, to rest."

Catalonia crisis 'sensitive'

Ten-time Roland Garros champion Nadal said that he is hoping to do well in "the most important city for my career".

Questioned about the political situation in his native Spain between Madrid and Catalonia, Mallorcan islander Nadal, also a Catalan speaker, was notably circumspect.

"In my situation it's very difficult to answer these kind of things because things are, let's say, sensitive in my country. Anything that I can say will not go the right way.

The real thing for me (is that) it's a sad situation and at the same time a difficult situation; it's difficult (for me) to talk 100 percent freely. I want the things to get better. I don't want the fracture between people in Catalonia.

I feel close to Catalonia. I love the people in Catalonia, and most of the Spanish people feel the same. Love from the rest of the Spanish country, it feels love for Catalonia and that's it. And that's the reason that's why we are sad about that situation."

How to use Whiteboard Animation for Online Courses | Black Friday Tips | The Indian Freelancer - Duration: 10:50.

Hello friends, my name is Tan and I am a published instructor on Udemy.

Most of you who are regular in this group would know me already as I spend a lot of

time here every day, since I joined Udemy.

I have learned a lot from here, myself.

A few of you have also taken my ONLY course yes, I have just one course on Udemy so

far and I am working on my second one right now!

My course is completely created using Whiteboard animation and this is what I am going to talk

about today, in this short video.

If anyone of you are thinking of using whiteboard animation for your courses, I am sure these

tips that I am going to discuss in this video will help you immensely.

What is whiteboard animation?

Whiteboard animation is used to make explainer videos, where you talk about one topic and

explain it using animation mostly, you will see a hand holding a pen or a pencil

and writing text and drawing images on a whiteboard.

Well, you might have understood by now, what it is, looking at this very explainer video.

This is the basic, in laymans words.

I have used Sparkols VideoScribe to build my course.

There are other options available too and one of those is Powtoon and I liked it very

much as well.

Check out all the various options that are available in the market right now.

You can take their free trials and get acquainted with the software and choose the one which

suits you the best.

Now, if you ask me, I can make an entire course on whiteboard animation.

But this is probably not the right time or stage.

In this video, I will quickly tell you about the process that I followed while making my

course.

Then, I will share some best practices.

And I will end it with some positives and negatives of using Whiteboard Animation.

Sounds good?

Lets start with the process.

The first step that I take after I have chosen the topic or lecture to work on, is to write

the script.

I use Microsoft Word to write my script.

It helps in highlighting grammatical errors and fixing the odd spelling mistakes as well.

I love it, you can use whatever you like.

Once I am done, I rehearse the script a few times and record my audio.

I have a Blue Snowball ICE microphone which works just great.

It is a cardioid microphone and it records whatever is said just in front of it.

I recorded all my lectures using Audacity.

Audacity helps me in editing the audio and enhancing it quickly.

I export the audio to mp3 format before moving to the next step.

The third step is when I actually open VideoScribe and start designing the animation.

Now, when I say I design animation, I actually put the various texts and images in sequence

on the whiteboard.

My script comes in handy here as I know what it is that I am speaking and I can use appropriate

text and images to explain that concept.

So, I put the content one by one until I reach the end of the script.

Once done, I import the audio and go on with syncing it with the texts, images and animations

that I have already designed.

I just have to match the timing.

Now, I cannot just tell you how exactly you can sync the animation and the audio in this

short video but one thing that I can tell you is that you need to play around with the

length of the animation, the wait time once the animation is done and the time when it

transitions to the next content.

Needless to say, that you can only better it with practice.

And it is no rocket science.

Its very easy.

If you practice, you can do it very well!

Once the audio is synced, I do a magic step!

I remove the audio and export the silent animation video in mp4 format.

Yes, I do not export the two together because it takes a little more than a thousand years

to export a 5 minutes clip on my computer.

If you have a better computer, Im sure it will be faster.

You may try doing that.

The last step in my process is stitching everything together and add those special graphics and

background music in a video editor.

Well, I have used Camtasia for most of my videos, but I am also liking Filmora off late.

To create this video, I have used

Haha OK, so we are done with the process.

Lets talk about some best practices.

1.

I would recommend you to use a script if you are using whiteboard animation.

It can go wrong in case of impromptu recordings, if you are not 100% sure and confident using

the tool.

2.

Save scribes in a folder dedicated to your course.

Like, within VideoScribe, while saving the scribe, you can choose to create a new folder.

You may want to do that and name your scribes like: SEC01LEC02 etc.

The process would be similar in Powtoon or other software apps as well.

3.

Do a short video first end to end to get yourself accustomed with the entire process.

You will find your own ways to improvise and those will actually help when you produce

your lectures.

4.

Do one lecture at a time.

Do not record the entire course and then sit to make animation for all the lectures together.

Doing one by one will give you a sense of satisfaction from completion and also help

you learning a few things from your mistakes and improving those in the next videos.

I am sure you know what I mean.

5.

The more practice you do, the better.

I would suggest you to create a few videos for your YouTube channel before starting off

with the production for your course.

This will help you get better with the craft and also have some content ready even before

you start promoting your course on YouTube.

6.

If your lecture is getting very lengthy like more that 8 or 10 minutes, think of dividing

it into two parts while designing the animations and exporting them.

Later, you can stitch the two together using a video editing software, like Camtasia, Filmora,

Adobe Premiere, Final Cut in Mac etc.

Keep these tips in mind.

These will help.

Lets look at the pros and cons of using whiteboard animation for your course lectures.

Pros: The most important positive point for this

type of course content is that the explainer videos are more exciting and interactive than

mere slideshows.

Even though I am fond of PowerPoint, I do not like to watch slideshows for hours.

If you are teaching concepts in your course, whiteboard animation is the best method of

explaining those to the students, I feel.

I myself find this a very exciting and attractive way of delivery.

Cons: Biggest negative is the costly and hardware

hungry software.

But if this is what we want to do, we need to invest in both the sectors.

Videos might get monotonous and boring sometimes I got to know from students feedback,

and I agree that it can sound a little monotonous if you have long courses built only using

whiteboard animations.

So, feel free to add a few talking heads or PowerPoint slides or even image slideshows

in between, so that the student does not feel bored.

Another way of production may be making the whiteboard animation first and then do a voice

over but I have not tried it.

So, I am not too sure of that.

If you try, let me know how it went and I would love to see the output.

So, thats all in this video.

I hope it helped the instructors both new and old who are thinking of making

courses using whiteboard animation.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and I am sure you will get those answered

in time.

All the best for your course creation.

And before I end, some words of advice, which I have learned from this group itself.

Whatever mode of delivery you choose, do not procrastinate and do not wait to get perfect

before actually making the lectures.

As I said before in this group, perfection is a myth.

And DONE is better than perfect!

So, push yourself towards completing the course.

Go step by step even baby steps are fine, but take those steps.

Share your test videos with everyone here and get timely feedback.

Wish you all the best again.

Have fun and happy teaching!

Cheers!

Deer are Moving Kansas - Duration: 1:01.

With the greatest number of car-deer crashes happening in November, the Kansas Highway

Patrol has a few tips to help if you are in a car/deer crash.

First, always make sure you're wearing a seatbelt and have kids buckled into approved

child safety seats.

An ounce of prevention can save a lifetime of regret.

If a deer runs in front of you, don't swerve to avoid it.

That often causes a more serious crash.

It's hard, but just hit the deer and don't make a bad situation worse.

If you do hit a deer, pull off the road and activate your emergency flashers.

When talking to a dispatcher, let them know if the deer is still in the road and if you

need medical help.

It's also best to stay in your vehicle, but if you do need to get out, then stand

as far off the road as possible and watch for oncoming traffic.

And don't worry about the animal.

The officer will arrange to have the deer safely removed from the road.

If you want to learn more on avoiding deer, go to our website for tips and information.

The signs of fall are here, and we want you to get where you're going safely.

Korean atheletes gear up for 2018 winter Olympics - Duration: 4:11.

While most of us, spectators to be... can hardly wait until the global games begin in

February... for athletes training to make sure they are in tip-top shape to compete

in Pyeongchang... the hours feel like minutes.

To find out how these Olympians push themselves for last minute fine tuning, Lee Unshin takes

us closer to the gruelling sessions.

(Korean) "We start the day at 6 with a one-hour warm-up.

After lunch, the 3-hour training begins at 2:30.

After that, dinner, and then some alone practice time before bed."

It's about as chilly as it gets for an autumn day, but for these athletes who kick start

the day by running around the tracks,... the cold is nothing but a breath of fresh air.

Kim Nam-jin, Kim Kyung-eun, and Yoon Gi-chan are training to compete at the Pyeongchang

Winter Olympics,...for Freestyle Skiing - Aerials.

Yup, that one.

These daredevils ski off some four-meter jumps that propel them up in the air.

Given the slope, they can be up to 20 meters from the ground when they perform multiple

body flips before landing.

You might think these people are out of their minds,... but Team Korea's hopeful three seem

to live for that thrill.

(Korean) "I had surgery for my arm fracture once.

When I woke up from it, apparently the first thing I said was 'Can I still Ski?'"

(Korean) "Yes, you could fall on face or your back

and it would take a while to recover, but I'm still here aren't I?

It's not for everyone, but I love mastering certain unique techniques, or making just

the right landing."

These athletes have backgrounds in gymnastics and another freestyle category - Mogul.

Although they started aerials relatively late,... they have trained with discipline to make

up for those lost years.

(Korean) "People notice those who improve vastly in

a short period of time.

I want to pave the way for the future Korean aerialists."

And their determination is vivid - as they endure all-day long practices, session after

session.

(Standup) The coach says ski aerialists have a similar

training routine as gymnasts.

So after some warm-ups and strength exercises they head straight for the trampoline.

And we're about to see how they prep themselves for those crazy flips and twists in the air.

Over and over,... they go through the routines to perfect them, while learning to work with

gravity.

(Korean) "I wasn't able to get close to the Olympics

when I was a gymnast, but as aerialist, I secured my ticket to the big games.

I'm elated.

To compete at the Olympics, to represent Korea,...

It's a dream for any athlete."

Freestyle skiing isn't the only sport at the games creating a buzz.

Korea's men's Ice Hockey team was promoted to the World Championship by claiming second

place at the International Ice Hockey Federation Division 1 back in April.

It was a first for the nation to have earned promotion to the top tier.

And helping Team Korea to victory are brothers Kim Ki-seong and Kim Sang-wook.

(Korean) "I love the chemistry I have with my brother.

Without exchanging signs, I just know he's there and I can make a pass."

With warm-up matches to prepare for Pyeongchang awaiting them later this month,

there's no time to waste.

(Korean) "After breakfast we come straight here to

do some weights and movement training.

And then some time on the ice for two hours starting at noon."

For that, they cover themselves with pads, guards and protectors and strategize with

teammates like a warrior gearing up for battle.

(Standup) "You can't take your eyes off the game for

a second.

It's fast, packed with action, it's also one of the most violent team sports around, which

means even the practice sessions could involve a lot of bruises."

But that's why it's one of the crowd's favorite sports,

and these players are just getting started.

(Korean) "We're giving it all at the practice every

day.

I hope through the Pyeongchang games, more Koreans will also get to see the beauty of

this sport."

"It won't be easy competing at the Olympics, but if we do well in our first game, I think

we will be able to get what we've worked for."
