Nicki Minaj Is Starring In H&M's New Holiday Campaign

Nicki Minaj, who already has two lipstick collections with M.A.C. Cosmetics under her belt, can now add an H&M campaign to her resume. Today, the Swedish fast-fashion retailer announced that the rapper and model will star in the brands upcoming holiday campaign.

Minaj posted the photo from the campaign on Instagram, captioning it, All new @hm Holiday Campaign shot in Scotland.

 Back in May, H&M dressed Minaj in a custom gown with a cascading black-and-red train for the Met Gala. On the red carpet, Minaj revealed that she was working on a special collaboration and a capsule collection with H&M.

I have a special collaboration coming out with H&M this fall and so they are dressing me for the night and the nailed it," Minaj said.

Is really knowing that no matter what I'm choosing is not wrong

and that it's just creating a different future for me in my business

and contributing to my life and so the Joy of Business is constantly being in

the choice of what's gonna create greater for my life and living and just knowing

that if I keep choosing what's fun I'm gonna keep experiencing more joy of business

Is asking a million questions and constantly including my business

but also my life and my relationships as well. All the tools that I get to use

in Joy of Business actually apply it to my own personal life too and

just constantly asking more and more questions and getting out of my head and

trying to find the answers, but truly get information awareness and then what else is possible?

The Joy Of Business for me is like the joy of creation so much about

the just becoming the facilitator as to see what I create, how I create,

acknowledging what I create and a speed that I create and it's the joy of awareness

of your business, the joy of awareness of how you create and a joy of contribution

of everything around you to contribute to your business. It's so different

It's a joy of being different in this reality

Is continuously creating, it's never stopping and it's never just making a

decision and that's it and that that's the end goal. It's continuously evolving

and changing and creating and that's the most fun for me .

is always choosing at each moment on which business or project I will decide

or choose to work on and at each moment of the day and to get the freedom

to work and to have joy to do many tasks at the same time

Is this space of ease and possibility and future,

it's totally priceless and the value that it brings to peoples lives.

What is Steelix?- Pokemon Explained - Duration: 4:05.

Today we'll be studying Steelix.

Trust me bruh, this Pokemon gave me a headache in my Pokemon Crystal days.

Alright let's look at this.

Steelix lives even further underground than Onix.

Its body has been compressed deep under the ground.

As a result, it is even harder than a diamond.

Hmm...The only thing capable of damaging a diamond is a diamond.

I wonder how a diamond Pokemon would battle, it would be invincible right.

For the purposes of this video let's just say Onix's core is diamond or a diamond-like

substance.

If we look into this further the Pokedex does kinda give me a way out.

As it grows older, Onix tunnels under the ground at over 50 miles per hour, which causes

tremors and a terrifying roar that echoes a long way.

Onix loves to eat the large boulders it encounters while burrowing underground.

I'm guessing that because of all this digging and ingesting rocks Onix's exposed core gets

covered in dirt making like an exoskeleton.

So...basically Onix is a really dirty diamond.

That would explain his Rock/Ground typing.

I wonder how much money Onix is worth if he's really a huge diamond.

All a trainer would have to do is catch an Onix and then they would be stinking rich.

Wait...but what about Steelix?!

Why is it a Steel-type?

Again we consult with the Pokedex.

Steelix lives even further underground than Onix.

This Pokémon is known to dig toward the earth's core.

There are records of this Pokémon reaching a depth of over six-tenths of a mile underground.

It is thought its body transformed as a result of iron accumulating internally from swallowing

soil.

Seriously close your mouth.

I'm guessing that the further Steelix dug into the Earth rampaging towards the core

the more iron it found in the soil.

Consuming this metal caused a metamorphosis in Onix's body coating it in metal.

Now the question is what type of metal did it ingest?

I believe Steelix's body is covered in Tungsten.

One of the toughest things found in nature.

It is super dense and almost impossible to melt.

Notably pure tungsten has a silver-white metal and what color is Steelix?

Of all metals in pure form, tungsten has the highest melting point, lowest vapor pressure,

and the highest tensile strength.

Yo...Steelix does have crazy strong defense.

Some uses of tungsten include metal evaporation work, the manufacturing of paints, making

glass-to-metal seals and television tubes.

Once it is sourced, tungsten is often mixed into alloys.

The hardest alloys are shaped using diamonds.

Diamonds are the only things harder than some tungsten alloys.

So...maybe that's why Steelix is considered harder than a diamond nothing can scratch

it, but itself.

Is Steelix really covered in Tungsten?

I don't know, but I think its fun to speculate.

The Metal Coat is a special metallic film that can boost the power of Steel-type moves.

I sat back in my room thinking what are Onix and Steelix.

And what are they covered in?

When I was little I always assumed that Onix was an earthworm covered in dirt, but now

I know its covered in Tungsten.

Raynaud's syndrome: What is condition as common as hayfever, that turns fingers BLUE?

is caused by blood flow becoming blocked when in cold temperatures, or when anxious or stressed. The affected body parts can change colour from red, to white, and the to blue, because not enough blood is reaching the areas.

Symptoms can last from a few minutes, up to several hours, according to the NHS. But, the condition could be treated with a number of natural foods, including bananas, ginger and seafood.

"The onset of autumn and winter can be a challenging time for those suffering with Raynaud's phenomenon," said allcures.com's Superintendent Pharmacist, Jagdeesh Cheema.

He told Express.co.uk: "It can be very uncomfortable, painful, and make everyday tasks like writing or buttoning up a coat difficult." The condition occurs due to over-sensitive blood vessels, and there are two forms of the condition.

In Primary , patients' blood supply is interrupted to the extremities - mainly the fingers and toes, but it can also affect the nose, ears and nipples. It leaves them feeling numb and tingly, and causes them to change colour.

When they warm up again, it can cause a stinging or throbbing pain. Cheema said: "Secondary Raynaud's is usually caused by another underlying condition such as an autoimmune disease, like scleroderma or lupus, that causes the blood vessels to overreact.

This usually needs a little more monitoring. Secondary Raynaud's carries a higher risk of complications. Although rare, it could lead to ulcers, scarring, and even tissue death.

About 10 million people are living with Raynaud's in the UK, it's been estimated. Roughly 10 per cent of the global population have the condition, and even eating or touching cold food and drinks could trigger symptoms.

"The first step is being able to identify the condition, so if you notice any over sensitivity to the drop in temperature over the autumn and winter months, then book an appointment with your GP to get a proper diagnosis," Cheema added.

In most cases, the condition can be treated by avoiding the cold, wearing gloves and using relaxation techniques when feeling stressed. Adding extra potassium to your diet could improve symptoms, it's been claimed.

The mineral controls fluid balance in the body, and helps to dilate blood vessels and arteries. So, eating potassium-rich foods, including bananas, could help the condition.

Ginger could also help to treat Raynaud's by improving blood circulation in the body. Foods rich in vitamin E helps to reinforce blood vessel walls, so oxygen and blood can move throughout the body easily.

Avocado, leafy green vegetables and seafood are all packed full of vitamin E. Meanwhile, for a more herbal approach to treating the condition, Padma Circosan supplements are made up of 21 plant and mineral ingredients to combat the symptoms of Raynaud's.

It includes polyphenols, bioflavonoids and essential oils, and has anti-inflammatory and circulation-stimulating effects, the manufacturer claimed.

Communication Mix. By definition, the Communication Mix it's a strategy that mixes

different disciplines. All in benefit of a brand or product.

Yeah, yeah, right... ! But.. which disciplines?

A few... Advertising is one of them and it's used

in everything. Magazines, tv, radio, movies,...

Another of those is the Sales Promotion, and it agglutinates

promotions, contests, samples... and in 3rd place we have the

Telemarketing, where email marketing,

call centers, datamining... procedures are used. We continue with the other

discipline, the Public Relations in which we use events,

donations and sponsorships... And least but not last,

we continue with the Personal Sales

where sales persons, visitors and dealers take action.

Right! But if you don't show me an example...

A good example of the Communication Mix strategy is

the one they used in The Blair Witch Project

campaign developed through word of mouth, blogs and websites

even they made believe that it was a real documentary

where it's main characters died and dissapeared

in misterious circumstances. All of this of course, months before the

movie release. They did a great job. They even fake made press notes

where they denounced their dissapearance alongside a picture of

their car. All of this made this movie a success.

From a production cost o 22 thousand dolars, made a profit of 248 milions.
