automate how your compatible Echo devices

and smart home devices work together.

For example,

when you say, "Good morning,"

Alexa can be triggered to turn on your lights.

Routines are currently compatible

with the following devices

Amazon Echo

And Echo Plus

To create a new Routine

Select Routines from the Menu

Select the + icon in the top right hand corner.

Select When this happens,

and then choose how to trigger the routine.

For example,

enter the phrase "Good Morning"

Select Add action,

and then choose what action Alexa

completes and which device to control.

For example, have Alexa provide a

traffic report for your location.

The Giants suspended ANOTHER player for violating team rules

Earlier this season, I wrote a story titled "The New York Giants are a complete dumpster fire" after they suspended Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie for walking out on the team.

DRC eventually returned and the Giants even won a football game (!) since then but don't worry, they're still a huge mess.

The latest example is that starting cornerback Janoris Jenkins has now become the second Giants player to be suspended indefinitely by the franchise in just the past several weeks.

Jenkins is set to miss the Giants' game against the 5-2 Los Angeles Rams this week. There's a very good chance New York drops to 1-7 after this week's game.

While it would ultimately be ideal if the Giants could pick up some meaningless wins in order to hurt their draft position, that just seems like a fruitless exercise at this point. They're a total mess.

I can't stress enough how great it is the Giants kept McAdoo before the Eagles could hire him. The guy clearly has no control over his team's locker room.

Doug Pederson, meanwhile, is looking like a Coach of the Year candidate after leading Philly to a 7-1 start.

Trump Jr Tries To Use Daughter For Political Gain, Gets Roasted On Twitter Instead - Duration: 3:07.

Donald Trump, Jr., on Halloween evening decided to try to make a political point by posting

a picture of his daughter and her Halloween haul, and saying that he was going to take

her candy away and give it to other kids who stayed home for the evening in order to teach

his daughter about socialism and how socialism works.

Now, you see in the picture the little girl's got kind of a sad face.

She's showing her candy bucket, and Trump decides that this is going to make the perfect

photo opportunity to attack a basically political economic system that he does not quite understand,

yet he has clearly benefited from his entire life.

Now, Twitter immediately fired back, and Trump, Jr., got roasted by everyone from casual Twitter

users to J.K.

Rowling, who got in there and got a really good zinger in on Trump saying that he should

just take her candy and give her candy leftover from the great-grandfather, and then act like

she earned it.

Now, the thing about Halloween candy that I'm sure everybody knows is kids go around

to somebody's house, they say "Trick or treat," and they get free hand-outs.

So it's not even like he went and paid for this candy for her.

It was given to her for free as a hand-out, which makes the whole socialism argument kind

of weird at that point.

But, more importantly, Trump, Jr., seems to forget that he is the kind of guy who hasn't

earned a single thing in his entire life.

He was born as a millionaire, possibly as a billionaire, from the day he popped out

of the womb.

So what does he know about hard work?

What does he know about sacrifice?

More importantly, what does he know about helping others?

See, socialism isn't about taking stuff from somebody who has more and giving it to somebody

who has nothing.

It's about making sure that everyone has enough, that everyone not has an equal share, but

has what they need to survive.

And trying to use your sweet, little, innocent daughter as some kind of political puppet

to prove a point about a political system you don't understand is absolutely abhorrent

and disgusting, but then again, so is Donald Trump, Jr., and the entire Trump family.

At least the grown-ups at this point.

I'm not going to say that the kids are disgusting.

But, again, Trump, Jr., has benefited from this kind of wealthy socialism for his entire

life, as has his father, and his siblings, and everyone else in that family.

They're the last people on this planet who should give anyone a lecture about earning

what you get.

The store is in the subway.

Through the elevator.

Yeah that's pretty cool.

Right there in the 23rd Street Subway Station.

No kidding!

Self Massage Your Masseter (Jaw) Muscle! Crucial for relieving headaches, TMJ, clenching, bruxism - Duration: 2:13.

In this video, I'm gonna be sharing with you how to

release and self massage your jaw muscle

(aka your masseter)

So that's an easy muscle to find whenever you just squeeze your teeth together this part

will inflate or pump up

and so you could repeatedly try that and find it basically the muscle belly is here.

What I do is I lay down on my stomach

Make a fist with one hand and then put my other hand over it

And then I just basically lay that muscle over my knuckle.

Any/either of the knuckles and like this the weight of my head

presses on to this masseter muscle and it feels

Feels really good. It's painful at first, but if you do this for a few minutes a week, it's really really therapeutic.

Basically, I just either hold on one spot or gradually move it around you know and of course do both sides.

Also

It's really important to do this if you get headaches

Because if that muscle is tight it pulls on the musculature on other parts of your skull

So this is a very important thing I feel to incorporate because people don't realize how

Often this muscle is used is one of the strongest and most important muscles in your body because you're eating

Every day, all the time

...or chewing tennis balls. Right Medax?
