  Or should I say  my parents raised a fat kid and working on
  this still beat me everyday.
  But i'm getting there inch by inch and so  can you!
  A perfect chiseled body?
  No, forget about that.
  A not so fat body?
  Sure, that's good!
  And if you want to do better  why not!
  Today's video is going to give you 6 tips  on how to accomplish a not so fat body.
  Something am obsessed about because I'm still learning to grab that fact everyday!
  Telling yourself the truth is the first step
  Learning is a good place to start!
  Than there is will and execution...  yes place your head right there, in that hole!

  Gentlemen, it's as losing your head, your  ideas and opinion about food as it
  is willpower!
  How you think about something is detrimental, to your health & how you act upon determination is important.
  You must form your opinion, minion, so you can form your body and that sometimes means
  you tempararily have to call yourself a weak  little maggot.
  But ofcourse we  both know you just happened to run into the
  wrong wizard for a couple of years.
  No worries, I'v teached harry back in the  days I can teach you too!

  Anyway enough of the pleasanteries.
  Like I said I was a fat kid too, I had mad  and
  still have some manboobs going on.
  Less that I use to but they are still friends  of mine that overstayed their welcome.
  But lets score big with these tips, right?
  Tip 1: Adjust your diet and how you look towards  food!
  Of course you should enjoy it  but you shouldn't eat purely for the joy of it
  Eating is a basic need and evolutionary  was made to keep us alive.
  Get back to the basics and (whip sound) things  you like extremely much
  be content with the small portions you allow yourself. Cut your own allowance gentlemen your big men now
  Tip 2: RIP that chest apart with decent form  chest exercises.
  And I really mean RIP. (ripping sound)
  Put pressure on the chest, feel the strain  the stretch on that muscle tissue.
  This  together with a good diet will get you muscle
  mass and your chest will get inform.
  Tip 3: Talking about form alot ain't I?
  Ok so tip 3 is about how you wear yourself.
  Push back and down those shoulders, squeeze that butt and back slightly together when you sit.
  Push forward your chest and tighten your abdominal.
  Keep doing this and your posture  will improve over the next years.
  You will feed on compliments and you will feel more secure and your body will  feel
  more comfortable since your actually handling  it this time.
  It won't just be  something gravity pushes into laziness.
  Tip 4: If your a man eat more protein and  fat products and reduce the carbs you eat
  to nearly zero.
  We live in a low-testosterone society because  A, they depress us as fuck
  B, some foods have more estrogen in it and  C, we live unhealthy life in toxic environments
  I will do a video about testosterone later  and this topic will be talked about much more!
  By the way if you have to cry a lot as a man  or feel blue... that means your testosterone
  is down the drain.
  Go see a doctor.
  If that bastard tells you there's nothing  wrong with your test
  than go get a 2nd opinion cuz he isn't giving  a fck about you not feeling good.
  He only  solves problems when your 'really sick'.
  Tip 5: Hang around people who are cheerful,  who are positive and who will help you through
  the things your going through.
  If you told them a dozen times your on a  diet and they
  take you to a pizzeria or a bar all of the  time they clearly don't give
  a fck about you.
  Tip 6: Get a hobby, a girlfriend or an extra  job.
  When I was at the university I learned one  thing
  a busy mind is a mind that's not distracted  or attracted to things it didn't chose for.
  One  of the most valuable lessons that I learned
  is that you should always be hyper focused  on what you really want.
  If you want to live in lalaland and keep your  man-boobs that's fine!
  But if you don't you came to the right place  and we switch that mask your wearing up with
  who you actually are and want to become again!
