10 Key Tools For Successful Cosmic Zen Surfing

by Morag,

When we ride waves of higher frequencies, enabling recalibration of our mind body soul

system, we take control of our own evolution.

Using the tools we have been taught, understanding when and how to use them, gives us a sense

of balance, of belonging to a multi dimensional world.

We can ride tidal waves of DNA upgrades safely, releasing karma, embracing love and realigning

our energetic systems.

10 key tools for successful cosmic zen surfing.

1.

Self care recognizing matrix poisons and clearing them from our diet, our mind and

our spirit.

Aspiring to moderation, to cleaner, simpler living.

2.

Understanding we exist in the matrix, being kind to ourselves when we get pulled into

dramas, toxins or lower vibrations.

Forgiving ourselves.

3.

Stepping into the energetic emotion of gratitude.

Consciously releasing competitive, negative matrix ego programming by embracing gratitude.

4.

Practicing focused intentions and mantras daily to keep balanced and calm.

5.

Learning the power of mindfulness and mantras to create our reality.

Learning to manifest.

6.

Meditation becoming part of the daily fabric of our lives.

Using it for protection, healing, karmic growth, manifestation and guidance.

Accessing Love frequency.

7.

Learning about and using healing practices to consciously rebalance and realign our chakra

system.

Reiki, sound baths, meditative yoga, chi gong to encourage fluid energetic flow through

our system.

8.

Being more aware of our intuition, trusting our instincts to inform our actions.

Rejecting cultural, religious or economic convention, programming in favor of gut feelings,

hunches and heart led choices.

9.

Increasingly seeing and enjoying number sequences, synchronicity, interaction with nature and

dream state visions.

Third eye activation.

10.

Recognizing the magik trinity of our mind body soul system, linking and connecting everything

as energy.

Beginning to understand this on a deep level, often triggered by time and dimensional slippage,

strange experiences and quantum glitches in the matrix.

We are learning to surf cosmic seas of higher vibrations.

These are more than lifestyle changes.

As we align with universal love frequency we find the flow, the groove of this wavelength,

we relax into quantum existence.

We trust our instincts more, we learn to speak Energy, to read energy fields around us and

be aware of our own responses.

To adjust our speech, behaviour and thought processes to kinder, positive wavelengths.

We step out of fear and into love.

We leave envy and competition in favor of gratitude and humility.

We see the whole, the collective, the planet as one, interwoven in the great fabric of

time and space.

We are being shown the tools for safe surfing, for quantum recalibration, activated in this

great ocean of cosmic upgrades on Gaia.

Stay centered, true to yourself and energetically balanced as we surf these stormy seas friends.

The upside is when we learn to surf we ride the highs, we get the zen vibe, we feel the

love, we connect to the love, we become one with the love vibration.

This is where we find peace, abundance, equality and beauty.

This is the future, the new earth.

The more people who awaken and come online the more we spread the love frequency round

the planet.

Little dots of light joining together protecting, healing and raising the vibrations on Gaia.

We are the light warriors, the creators of the new earth.

Safe surfing beautiful people.

Mantra: I connect to universal flow of love energy.

I bathe in cosmic light.

I am grateful, with grace

and

in humility.

Namaste.

Paul Kennedy the Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Mole Valley - Duration: 1:58.

My name is Paul Kennedy I'm the Liberal

Democrate candidate for the general

election in Mole Valley on the 8th of

June. I'm standing because I want to be

able to represent you and the people of

Mole Valley in Parliament to make sure

that your concerns and your needs are

represented there and they are heard. As a

scientist I'm very concerned about the

impact of a hard Brexit on our

education and research reputation and

the impact that will have on our

abilities to attract the best minds to

our Universities. I've worked in both the

private and public sectors for over 30

years and I want to bring that

professional experience to bear on your

behalf so I can serve the people of Mole

Valley in Parliament. I joined the

Liberal Party and then the Liberal

Democrats because I was outraged at

the unfairness of the current voting

system which produces artificial

majorities for parties that don't have

the support of the majority of the

people and also creates safe seats. As a

local resident and councillor I

understand the concerns that you have

about protecting the NHS and our schools

and jobs and protecting our environment

from overdevelopment and if elected I

will represent you full time.

This election is our chance to change

the direction of our country and it's

particularly important that young people

are registered to vote so that their

views will be represented. Particularly

given the impact that a hard

Brexit will have on them so please

make sure you're registered and if

you're going to be a way to make sure

that you have a postal vote or proxy.

I passionately believe that

Britain is and should remain an open

tolerant and united country so if you

agree with me please vote for me

Breast Augmentation Surgery-Dr.Hourglass-YouTube - Duration: 5:48.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss: How long do I need to wear a post-op bra?

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

Welcome back!

After breast augmentation, it is extremely important to follow the recommendation of the surgeon.

For the most part, postoperative bras are used after breast augmentation.

The bra is a great way of providing support to the breast after surgery.

Essentially, my protocol is to first use a support bra.

The support bra essentially is a sports bra commonly used for exercise.

The good thing about support bras is that it will not have wires that can cause irritation and discomfort,

because the wire can rub against the incision itself.

Typically, patients are recommended to use a sports bra for about a month before switching to a wired bra.

Some patients come to the clinic thinking that the breast augmentation surgery is an anti-bra procedure,

even though their breasts will become bigger and heavier.

This can cause sagging in the long run, even though there are no prospective studies

that suggest using a bra is better versus not wearing one.

Now some anecdotal studies have shown that if a patient uses a bra,

their breasts hold better in the long run.

So, my recommendation is for you to use a sports bra the first month,

and subsequently you can go back to your wired bra.

However, I do recommend using a bra forever after surgery,

because otherwise is going to have negative impact on your breast shape in the long run.

In this video, we discussed How long do I need to wear a post-op bra?

Next week we will discuss breast imperfections that determine plastic surgery.

Remember to comment below, share this video, like this video, and subscribe to our channel

for more information, here at the Wonder Breasts channel, only on YouTube.

Also, you can log on to our website,

for more information about your procedure and to see amazing surgical results.

Remember to log on to our Hourglass TV for more information about your surgical procedures.

On Monday we have Bootyman for everything related to buttock enhancement procedures.

Tuesdays: Wonder Breasts where we discuss topics related to cosmetic breast surgery.

Wednesdays we have Star Bodies. If you want to have a star body log on to our Hourglass TV.

Thursdays: Hourglass OR you're going to see me doing live surgeries with before and after pictures.

Also Shoddy where we discuss cases that require cosmetic surgical revision.

And Friday SuperHourGlass for topics related to have that Hourglass figure that you want.

And finally live broadcast surgeries every day of the week on Facebook live, Periscope and SnapChat.

All these and more in the Hourglass TV!

I am 50 years old. /aɪ/ /æm/ 50 /jɪrz/ /oʊld/.

And Chuck is 22 years old.

If you're 22 years old you are entering, first of all, some of the greatest years of your

life.

If you're 25 or 30 years old, that is a really good idea.

If you all were 36-years-old like me, I would hit you with a little biggie.

And when I was 12 years old, I ran a 10K race in 46 minutes, which is, I think, pretty good.

I was about 10 years old on a camping trip with my dad.

It wasn't until 31 years old that he was a billionaire.

It was a 130 years old.

I was about five years old when he started taking me diving.

I mean, it's real, it's 50 years old, the research that shows that brainstorming is

bad.

I met this little girl who was four years old and she and her sister had both been burned

terribly.

He's 11 years old, Walter, and it's such a different landscape than to now.

He is even more amazing because he's been blind since he was 3 years old.

He left when he was just eight years old in 1938.

My son is eight years old.

Rebecca was five years old and she was sitting right there in the front row.

She's 80 years old now but had just returned from a tour of Europe with her niece, and

she and Jane do a lot of traveling together.

So while I'm seven years old, he said: "Look, so it's either got to be sports, or it's got

to be music."

There was a gentleman, about 26 years old.

This boy was seven years old and he wanted some lemonade.

This Video Exposes The Lie We Live - Duration: 12:12.

This Video Exposes The Lie We Live

I often ask people, What would you be doing if there was no such thing as money? Some

people will answer along the lines of, That would be impossible to fathom or look at

me as if Im crazy without realizing how trapped within the system that they have become.

Would the fry cook at McDonalds still be making french fries if there was no such thing

as money? Probably not, but he or she might be doing something in the culinary arts field

or in agriculture to help feed others.

If you take money out of the equation, it will give you a good idea of why youre

here and what you should be doing with your life. Many people will say, If there was

no such thing as money, then Id travel a lot or they might say, Id party

all day but after traveling and partying, most people would eventually want to do something

the contributes to society.

If there was no such thing as money, Id grow a large fruit orchard with a sign next

to it that said something along the lines of, Help yourself and if you know someone

who is hungry, grab some for them too. Id also like to work with children in helping

them to find their true, divine reason(s) for being here.

We dont need money because that makes us economic slaves to a broken system of fiat

currency. What we need are ideas such as the The Venus Project, Ubuntu, or The Global Unity

Project to come to fruition, where EVERYONE can live in abundance and prosperity without

the need for economic subservience and slavery.

Who else is tired of being a slave to a broken system? Who else feels the pain of those who

are starving and homeless? Certainly not those who control this planet.

The following video and commentary was created by Spencer Cathcart and tells of the truth

we see everyday but rarely think about.

Its time to write a new script!

The Lie We Live

At this moment you could be anywhere, doing anything. Instead you sit alone before a screen.

So whats stopping us from doing what we want? Being where we want to be?

Each day we wake up in the same room and follow the same path, to live the same day as yesterday.

Yet at one time each day was a new adventure. Along the way something changed. Before our

days were timeless, now our days are scheduled.

Is this what it means to be grown up? To be free? But are we really free?

Food, water, land.

The very elements we need to survive are owned by corporations. Theres no food for us

on trees, no freshwater in streams, no land to build a home. If you try and take what

the Earth provides youll be locked away. So we obey their rules.

We discover the world through a textbook. For years we sit and regurgitate what were

told. Tested and graded like subjects in a lab. Raised not to make a difference in this

world, raised to be no different. Smart enough to do our job but not to question why we do

it. So we work and work, left with no time to live the life we work for. Until a day

comes when we are too old to do our job. It is here we are left to die. Our children take

our place in the game.

To us, our path is unique, but together we are nothing more than fuel. The fuel that

powers the elite. The elite who hide behind the logos of corporations. This is their world.

And their most valuable resource is not in the ground. It is us.

We build their cities, we run their machines, we fight their wars. After all, money isnt

what drives them. Its power. Money is simply the tool they use to control us. Worthless

pieces of paper we depend on to feed us, move us, entertain us.

They gave us money and in return we gave them the world. Where there were trees that cleaned

our air are now factories that poison it. Where there was water to drink, is toxic waste

that stinks. Where animals ran free, are factory farms where they are born and slaughtered

endlessly, for our satisfaction. Over a billion people are starving, despite us having enough

food for everybody. Where does it all go? 70% of the grain we grow is fed to fatten

the animals you eat for dinner. Why help the starving? You cant profit off them.

We are like a plague sweeping the earth, tearing apart the very environment that allows us

to live. We see everything as something to be sold, as an object to be owned. But what

happens when we have polluted the last river? Poisoned the last breath of air? Have no oil

for the trucks that bring us our food? When will we realize money cant be eaten, that

it has no value?

We arent destroying the planet. We are destroying all life on it. Every year thousands

of species go extinct. And time is running out before were next. If you live in America

theres a 41% chance youll get cancer. Heart disease will kill one out of three Americans.

We take prescription drugs to deal with these problems, but medical care is the third leading

cause of death behind cancer and heart disease. Were told everything can be solved by throwing

money at scientists so they can discover a pill to make our problems go away. But the

drug companies and cancer societies rely on our suffering to make a profit. We think were

running for a cure, but really were running away from the cause. Our body is a product

of what we consume and the food we eat is designed purely for profit. We fill ourselves

with toxic chemicals. The bodies of animals infested with drugs and diseases. But we dont

see this. The small group of corporations that own the media dont want us to. Surrounding

us with a fantasy were told is reality.

Its funny to think humans once thought the earth was the center of the universe.

But then again, now we see ourselves as the center of the planet. We point to our technology

and say were the smartest. But do computers, cars, and factories really illustrate how

intelligent we are? Or do they show how lazy weve become. We put this civilized

mask on. But when you strip that away what are we?

How quickly we forget only within past hundred years did we allow women to vote; allow blacks

to live as equals. We act as if we are all-knowing beings, yet there is much we fail to see.

We walk down the street ignoring all the little things. The eyes who stare. The stories they

share. Seeing everything as a background to me.

Perhaps we fear were not alone. That we are a part of a much bigger picture. But we

fail to make the connection. Were okay killing pigs, cows, chickens, strangers from

foreign lands. But not our neighbors, not our dogs, our cats, those we have come to

love and understand. We call other creatures stupid yet we point to them to justify our

actions. But does killing simply because we can, because we always have, make it right?

Or does it show how little weve learned. That we continue to act out of primal aggression

rather than thought and compassion.

One day, this sensation we call life will leave us. Our bodies will rot, our valuables

recollected. Yesterdays actions all that remain. Death constantly surrounds us, still

it seems so distant from our everyday reality. We live in a world on the verge of collapse.

The wars of tomorrow will have no winners. For violence will never be the answer; it

will destroy every possible solution.

If we all look at our innermost desire, we will see our dreams are not so different.

We share a common goal. Happiness. We tear the world apart looking for joy, without ever

looking within ourselves. Many of the happiest people are those who own the least. But are

we really so happy with our iPhones, our big houses, our fancy cars?

Weve become disconnected. Idolizing people weve never met. We witness the extraordinary

on screens but ordinary everywhere else. We wait for someone to bring change without ever

thinking of changing ourselves.

Presidential elections might as well be a coin toss. Its two sides of the same coin.

We choose which face we want and the illusion of choice, of change is created. But the world

remains the same. We fail to realize the politicians dont serve us; they serve those who fund

them into power.

We need leaders, not politicians. But in this world of followers, we have forgotten to lead

ourselves. Stop waiting for change and be the change you want to see. We didnt get

to this point by sitting on our asses. The human race survived not because we are fastest

or the strongest, but because we worked together.

We have mastered the act of killing. Now lets master the joy of living.

This isnt about saving the planet. The planet will be here whether we are or not.

Earth has been around for billions of years, each of us will be lucky to last eighty. We

are a flash in time, but our impact is forever.

I often wished I lived in an age before computers, when we didnt have screens to distract

us.

But I realize theres one reason why this is the only time I want to be alive. Because

here today, we have an opportunity we never had before. The internet gives us the power

to share a message and unite millions around the world. While we still can we must use

our screens to bring us together, rather than farther apart.

For better or worse, our generation will determine the future of life on this planet. We can

either continue to serve this system of destruction until no memory of our existence remains or

we can wake up. Realize we arent evolving upwards, but rather falling downwe just

have screens in our faces so we dont see where were heading.

This present moment is what every step, every breath and every death has led to. We are

the faces of all who came before us. And now it is our turn. You can choose to carve your

own path or follow the road countless others have already taken.

Life is not a movie. The script isnt already written. We are the writers.

This is Your Story, Their Story, Our Story.

TICKETING PANHANDLERS INSTEAD

OF GIVING THEM MONEY.

FOR ME TO FIND A JOB. IT IS

ACTUALLY WORKING BECAUSE BEFORE

BECAUSE I WOULD STEAL TO GET MY

MONEY.

SO THIS PROGRAM CAME AROUND AND

I STOPPED GETTING ARRESTED.

THIS IS MORE THAN CONNECTING

PANHANDLERS WITH AN HONEST DAYS

WORK.

MORE IMPORTANTLY IS WHAT

HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE DAY.

PUTTING THEM IN SUCH A SOCIAL

SERVICES THAT HELPS THEM DO

WITH THE ISSUES THAT PUT THEM

INTO THIS SITUATION.

IT CAN BE A VERY LONG ROAD BUT

THAT IS THE ULTIMATE GOAL, TO

HELP THEM LEAD PRODUCTIVE

LIVES.

THE SOONER THAT WE CAN BE DOING

THAT HELPING FOLKS TO GET BACK

TO PRODUCTIVE LIVES INSTEAD OF

BEING ON THE STREET BEGGING FOR

MONEY THE BETTER IT IS FOR THEM

AND US AS A CITY.

WE HAD 200 PEOPLE GET

CONNECTED WITH PERMANENT

YES TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING AT THE

END OF THEIR SHIFT.

THE CITY CONSIDERS THIS A WIN-

WIN NOW ADDING A SECOND BAND TO

REACH TWICE AS MANY PANHANDLER

THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE

PARTNERS WITH A NONPROFIT,

SAYING MARTIN'S HOSPITALITY

#DoMore - Failure is Invetible! - Manu Goswami - Duration: 2:00.

- chill music -

so my name is Manu Swish Goswami

I am a 19 year old youth entrepreneur as well as

a student at the University of Toronto

I'm studying peace conflict justice studies

and ethic society and law which sounds like

a lot but it basically comes down to

modern philosophy and conflict resolution

so in addition to that

outside of I am a speaker

I am contributors for the huffington post

I do a lot of work for LinkedIn as a campus editor as well

as just starting a number of businesses

ranging from nonprofits to tech start-ups

to incubators that I've built all online

real-time where I was like I want to go

into entrepreneurship was two years ago

when I realized that every part of life

is a part of expression you know

people express themselves in different ways

people who are good at music express

themselves to their music art all of

these mediums for me that medium is

business and I knew that early on and

that's why I entrepreneurship is so

appealing to me and that was kind of the

moment where I was like I can actually

make a career out of this that's truly

fulfilling for me thing on the most

proud of is my ability to speak I was a

person when in grade 7 was told that I

had a speech impediment or so for a huge

part of my life I was told that my voice

did not matter but through debate

through entrepreneurship and through the

speaking engagements I've done

I've proven that even a person like me whose own

voice sometimes can betray me I still

can put out a message that's inspiring

or motivational to people

I do more for two main reasons one is because I am

honestly still hungry I don't think

that I reached a level that I'm

satisfied with I don't think I've

reached a level where I feel that my

voice is reached everyone doing more

Is it Still Inspired Action If it's Scary? | 30 Day Video Challenge 9/30 - Duration: 7:50.

Hey, my happy shiny puppies!

This is Melody Fletcher, Author of Deliberate Receiving: Finally the Universe makes some

freakin' sense!

And this is day 9 of my 30 day video challenge.

Ok, so today I'm going to start us off with a quote.

Abraham Lincoln said that if you gave me 6 hours to chop down a tree, I would spend the

first 4 hours sharpening the axe.

I thought this was a particular poignant quote that I found recently, because it ties into

something that… a conversation that I had about why I sometimes seem really slow in

doing things.

I make a plan, I set an intention and then my follow through can seem to take a fairly

long time.

And this is a conversation about business that we were having where a lot of people

will teach that you've just got to take action; you've got to pull the trigger.

It's actually better to just fire, fire, fire, aim than to aim, aim, aim fire.

I'm the kind of person, I'm more like aim... aim... aim... aim... have a picnic...aim...fire.

But when I do pull the trigger, I tend to kill it.

I really just... [explosion sound], you know, fantastic.

So, I sort of skip over all the failures [laughs); that's how I like to look at it.

Skip over all the failures!

I heard someone say recently, if somebody asks you why you're not married yet, then

tell them, "I'm skipping my first divorce!"

[Laughs].

So, it's along those lines.

So, what does that have to do the Law of Attraction and inspired action?

Well, it's all about inspired action really.

What I'm doing in that moment, is I am preparing; I'm preparing energetically.

I'm waiting for the energy to be right, but I'm not passively waiting.

I am doing stuff, it's just not doing stuff that other people can necessarily see.

It's the inner work.

So in that time I am daydreaming about what it is I want the outcome to be.

I'm getting into that feeling of what I want.

I'm getting excited about it; I'm noticing any fears I might have about it - any resistance

that might come up and I allow myself the time to release that.

And I allow things to also unfold perfectly and then when they do, they're generally better

than anything I could have even imagined.

That's my work; that's my prep.

My action is really sort of... it comes at the very end and is the smallest part of it.

It really is the whole, you know, prep work, prep work, prep work, and in the end the execution

is quite [Clicks fingers] quick…

And generally fun.

But when it comes to big things, I won't lie to you; sometimes the action is still a little

bit scary.

I wanted to talk about that, because a lot of people have a really big misunderstanding

about what inspired action feels like.

And they're like, "Is inspired action anything that pops into my head or any opportunity

to do something?"

Well...yes, technically yes.

But, but… listen to the second part of this: all action is inspired, technically speaking,

but what is it inspired by?

When we're talking about "We want to take inspired action", we're really talking

about, if we're going to be really accurate about it... we're talking about taking action

that's inspired by a really, really, really wanted vibration.

So it's a manifestation of something that we really want, instead of a manifestation

of something we don't want.

I'm not going to teach you how to take action inspired by your fear, because first of all,

I don't need to, and second of all, why would I want to?

That's not fun!

And so generally that's what we're talking about, but really technically speaking, all

action is inspired.

When you are waiting for that action to be inspired by something that you want, you want

to wait for that progression of manifestation to build.

You want to wait for enough excitement to come up for the action to feel really joyous.

But because we're impatient, often times we're going to want to take action as quickly as

possible, me included, because action is delicious and we love it!

So, sometimes that action might still feel a little bit scary, but there's a big difference

between standing at the edge of a cliff with a bungee cord on, or on a bridge, you know.

I know people don't bungee off cliffs.

But on a bridge with a bungee cord wrapped around your feet and being terrified and trying

to force yourself to jump and… that, and being really excited but nervous.

So it's ok to push through that little bit of nervousness and take the leap...

"I really, really want to do this, but ooh, I'm kind of scared!

I really want to do it but ooh!"

Instead of, "I really don't want to do this, but it scares the crap out of me, but I think

I should because it's probably going to lead to something good!"

These are two completely different things.

And so, when people say, "Well, I'm still a little bit nervous about it..." yeah ok;

that just means you're out of your comfort zone, you're stretching for something bigger

than where you have been before, and that's totally natural to feel a little bit uncomfortable

there.

If you're really uncomfortable, give it a little bit more time.

Daydream about it, sit with it, release that.

But it's ok to go ahead and take that leap when you're a little bit nervous about something,

as long as your excitement is far greater than the nervousness.

Then you don't have to let the nervousness stop you.

And this is a lot of the time when people are talking about, when they're like "You

have to have the courage to take action".

For me this just means when it's time to take action, if you are still a bit nervous, go

for it!

You can muster up that amount of courage, but not when you're terrified, because again,

most people misconstrue that as they should be trying to force themselves to take action.

It's not a forcing; you don't have to force yourself to bungee jump.

You go, you choose to do it, and then you might need a little push to do that last little

bit, even though you're super excited about it.

Because in the moment of truth, "It's really real!

This is really happening!

Oh my God!", yeah?

It's more like that.

It's the difference between jumping into a pit full of gators and razor blades, and

jumping off a bridge with a bungee cord.

And if that's something that totally terrifies you then choose a different metaphor.

Getting on a rollercoaster, or going on a date with a real hottie, or whatever it is

that you really want but that maybe makes you a little bit nervous.

Not an example of something that you have a phobia about or that scares the crap out

of you.

Now, sometimes what you want scares the crap out of you, but then it's time to do a little

bit more of that inner work that I just talked about.

Well, I hope that clarifies some things about inspired action for you!

I will see you tomorrow and until then, thank you for bringing your light to the world!

Bye!
