Many millions of years ago in the future
there existed a very developed and intelligent civilization
who reached a level of advancement
which cannot be decribed by means of simple words.
They possessed a very high level of technology
and a very high level of consciousness.
And yet, there was a war of galactic consciousness broken out
during which more galaxies were endangered.
As a result a new species appeared who had even a higher level of technology and intelligence
who saw clearly the dangers and sources of destruction of the future
and proposed the following support:
the only way you can save your world
is that you step back to your own past
in time.
and you start correcting those failures that you have not been able to deal with so far.
Therefore the space and time continuum was warped.

Both Universes have always been in some kind of a contact

is that these paralel Universes at a certain point or at a certain constellation either join or become destroyed.

The current space and time texture exists due to a future failure
and the reason is that we created this spiritual war field. What is the cause and affect?
I translate your question into a fact that it is actually agression that was the trigger behind the galactic war.
These paralel Universes were created
so that there could be a study carried out and during this failure would be corrected.
Once it is complete and agression ceases to exist,
the time texture could be restored and the Universe could regain the original state.
But how is Nibiru connected to this phenomenon?
Nibiru is such a stellar complex
that is constantly orbits around the three Universes.
One of these Univereses is ours, where we are currently.
the other Universe is similar to ours
and there is a third Universe, out of the space and time continuum

and that Universe is not part of the opening,

They convey distorted information.
What you can and should do is to restore your own inner self and the purify the communication with your true self.
Your spiritual approach should be of a fractal nature.

and the universal LAWs.
Those have been infringed by these pseudo-spiritual manipulations.
And this is the basis of the possible destruction.
There are specific physical signes as well
but the damages are primarily detected on a mental and spiritual or conscious level.

Supreme reality
The existence of Nibiru is vital!

This is related to a particular point in time: the appearance of the photon belt.
This was the point when the two Universes became close to each other.
Even though these universes are paralel but they are bent.

This photon belt is originated due to the closeness of the two Universes

No, the opening of the vortex had not happened before.
The paralell Universe is capable both from a conscienciousness quality and technology perspective to open such a vortex,
and they have even completed the necessary preparations to do so.
All positionings are complete,
but I will not go into more details about it right now.
Only because this is not what you should be focusing on.
You should focus on this side!
In order to be able to open the vortex from this side as well,
there are some changes needed to take place
that can demonstrate the necessary quality of soul-essences.
And emphasis is on essence!
Soul essence is not a collection of pieces of broken souls ,
but these are rather quality seeds constituting a certain quality.
It is the oneness of quality seeds.
If this appears in this space with the right quantity and quality,
it is able to ingate this opening process via harmonising with the other Universe and the force field.
We cannot not talk yet about the technology needed for it, since you are not developed for it yet.
As soon as the soul essence seeds are starting to constitute the needed pattern,

So it is useless to have a technology which no one can use.
We should not build space crafts, until we do not know what space is.

There are some entities that exist out of time.
These no-name spirits in this out of time space

If one is able to tune into this frequency,
they will be capable to understand the learnings and messages.
They will then be able to publish it to others, can write a book on the subject,
or they can make it available through channeling as well.
There are some who are capable of this.
But it is imprortant to keep in mind that all information through this transmission get distorted.
So the original information is not what Ra transmitted back in time,
since the information was distorted through the medium who channeled the information.
There is lot of interference from the other Universe.
So the inspirations travel back and forth,
