Warriors vs Spurs 2017 NBA Playoff Debate - Duration: 4:14.

San Antonio Spurs.

Golden State Warriors.

next.

the skill.

welcome back to anther exciting episode of the skill.

i'm your host King Coopa J.

and today we're going the talk about

the golden state warriors

vs the san antonio spurs

oh my god.

did you see that game?

Look, I'm going to lay it out flat.

My man.

Kawhi Leonard

ok.

He had 28 points.

eight boards

with seven minutes left

in the third.

If he wouldn't have left the game.

I'm saying.

They would've blown the Warriors out.

Now, I there are Warrior fans out there.

And I know,

there are the ones who jumped on their bandwagon.

Now, the ones

who are the true Warriors fans.

you know,

hey

Your team was supposed to do that.

Who cares if Kawhi Leonard went out.

A win is a win.

Spurs fans took a L.

Now, I'm not a San Antonio Spurs fan.

I'm just saying

from my own opinion.

If my man, Kawhi.

Would've stayed in this game.

They would've blown Golden State Warriors out.

Straight up.

Straight up, bruh.

Straight up.

And that's how I really feel.

Man, Kawhi is really like that.

And...

I didn't...

I didn't know...

how important he was to the Spurs.

until...

this game.

This is what I am saying.

Spurs just blow out the Houston Rockets.

without Kawhi Leonard.

Spurs can't win a game without Kawi Leonard.

I don't care if the have LaMarcus Aldridge and Pau Gasol

or not.

They can't win one without him.

and then Spurs go blow out Houston.

I'm up here like, hold on.

hold on.

They just blew out Houston.

without Kawhi.

I'm mean like

they don't really need him to win.

like that.

and I'm like, whoa.

so

They rest him. Pop get him some rest in.

Going into this game.

Against Golden State.

I'm like Ok, they just beat Houston.

They 're like number three in the West.

You know.

and they smacked them without Kawhi.

I'm like, alright.

It's all good.

these guys

you know, they stand a chance

against a team like Golden State.

I mean

if they are doing it like that.

but getting back to this game.

Spurs just fell a part.

They fell a part.

And...

And I don't even have the words for it.

But, I am going to say this.

you know

Curry

dude is

I don't

he is

sick

40 points

He even snatched seven rebounds

dude

lil homie don'e even get rebounds.

he snatched seven of them guys.

Seven.

Seven of them.

like

really

Kevin Durant had 34 points.

and...

We knew he was going to score.

He's Durant.

He's Kevin Durant.

You know he's trying to win.

He's trying to get it in.

He doesn't want to look like a fool.

by going to Golden State

and not bring home a title.

so

you know, he did his thing.

but

nobody else came close

to those two

not Klay Thompson

not Draymond.

Draymond had a decent game.

He put up

nine, six and seven.

He was close to a triple-double.

Klay didn't do nothing.

Trash.

Besides that.

I mean

All of their points came from

Kevin Durant and Steph Curry.

They were cooking.

Cooking.

Now, Aldridge.

Salute to him. He did have 28 points

He brought down

like eight boards.

but that is not enough.

Simmons came in

after Kawhi Leonard left.

And he dropped

like 12 points

which is cool.

but,

at the end of the day.

You're talking about the Warriors.

I'm thinking.

If Kawhi Leonard can come back.

Golden State Warriors will fall in five games.

They're going to fall.

And I will even stretch it to six

because I'm not sure of the extent of his injury.

Is it really like that?

I don't know if they were trying to be safe

by pulling him out and letting him rest.

or he's just really couldn't come back.

Maybe he is questionable

for the next game.

I don't know

we'll find out shortly.

Obviously, when they do the reports.

This is

like

drastic to their team.

If he can not

you know continue.

in the playoffs.

so

It's been wild.

wild game one.

wild game one.

NBA playoffs 2017.

I got the Spurs winning

if Kawhi Leonard comes back.

Who you got?

Let me know.

Peace.

Alice Waters remembers her early friendship with James Beard - Duration: 1:19.

Really brings back so many memories

because it was at Marion Cunningham's

house, and she said that it was really

important that I brought my daughter

Fanny over to her house to have

breakfast and to meet James. And I just, you know,

I didn't, I was sort of

uncomfortable about sort of bringing

this little tiny child over and

interrupting their breakfast,

and when I showed her to James, he just melted.

He just looked at her and they

looked at each other. And this is a

beautiful picture of them looking at each other, deeply.

And I think some

knowledge must have been passed on

because she's a wonderful cook,

and certainly very curious and

that picture expresses it all.

I remember he lifted up his sunglasses

and put them on his forehead.

In the past 10 years,

girls were allowed to marry at 15 years. But we thought,

"No, that is very early."

And I'm happy to report that, with other stakeholders, we managed to advocate for increase of marriage age and now it has moved from 15 to 18 years of age.

We have managed to advocate for family planning

budget increase, and it has increased from 26 million per year and now it is at 70 million.

>> REMOTELY OPERATED VEHICLE OR

ROVS HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY

TEACHING NOT JUST ABOUT THE

MYSTERIES OF THE OCEAN BUT HOW

TO BUILD THESE MACHINES.

IT SOUNDS COMPLICATED, DOESN'T

IT?

WELL, NO.

FOR A GROUP OF STUDENTS FROM

SOMERSET INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL,

IT'S NOT.

>> AS A MATTER OF FACT, THEY

HOPE THEY HAVE COME UP WITH A

SOLUTION TO BUILD AN

AWARD-WINNING ROVS BEFORE THEY

HEAD TO ATLANTA FOR A NATIONAL

COMPETITION.

YOUR TO SHOW US MORE AND SHOWS

HER SKILLS ARE 13-YEAR-OLD ROSE

AND FACULTY ADVISOR PATRICIA

BENNETT.

THANK YOU.

>>.

[APPLAUSE]

>> INTRODUCES TO YOU YOU HAVE.

>> THIS IS ROSE IN CHELSEA AND

JUSTIN AND CHASE, THEY ARE THE

TEAM THE ONE A SPOT FOR ATLANTA

FOR THE NATIONAL COMPETITION IN

SEAFORD.

>> CONGRATULATIONS.

>> OKAY.

SO, FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW,

WHAT IS AN ROV?

>> IT IS AN UNDERWATER VEHICLE

THAT NASA AND THE NAVY, OTHER

THINGS CAN'T USE WITH PEOPLE.

WHEN IT IS TOO COLD OR HOT, TO

DANGEROUS, WE SEND ROVS.

>> WHAT GOT YOU GUYS INTERESTED

IN THIS?

>> WELL, MY SISTER DONE IT THE

FIRST YEAR WHEN I GOT STARTED,

AND SHE HAS BEEN IT EVER SINCE.

THIS IS MY THIRD CONSECUTIVE

YEAR.

>> YEAH.

>> I THINK WHERE SHE WAS IN IT,

AND JUST HOW COOL IT WAS TO SEE

WHAT WE CAN DO AND CREATE AND

TAKE IT AND PUT IT IN THE

WATER, BUILD EVERYTHING THAT

YOU SEE.

>> AND YOU GUYS, YOU PRACTICE A

LOT WITH THESE, DON'T YOU?

>> YEAH.

>> YEAH?

>> ALL RIGHT.

>> WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU

PRACTICE?

>> WE TAKE THE ROVS FOR THE SEE

URCHIN, HE PUT IT IN THE WATER

TO MAKE SURE THE RAMOS WORK,

BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY CAN BE

BACKWARDS.

>> OH, THAT'S PACK.

>> YEAH.

>> NOW YOU WILL LEAD US TO

BUILD SOMETHING HERE.

>> DO YOU WANT TO THINK THAT

OVER BEFORE YOU LET US PLAY

WITH THEIR TOYS?

>> THIS IS THE MOTOR WHERE IT

GOES ON.

>> OF THE CONTROL CABLE?

>> YES.

>> YOU KNOW HOW TO STRIP A

WIRE?

>> WELL, I DO BUT I DON'T KNOW

IF I CAN DO IT LIKE YOU.

>> NO, DON'T DO THAT!

>> SO I WOULD PROBABLY CUT IT

OFF.

>> 'SADJUSTER BUT TO ABOUT

RIGHT HERE.

>> SO A LITTLE OVER AN EDGE?

>> YES.

>> JUST THE BLUE AND WHITE

WHEN?

>> ALL OF IT.

>> STRIP THOSE WIRES.

>> WHAT WILL YOU HAVE LISA DO

WHILE I WORK SO HARD?

>> THESE ARE THE MOTORS THAT WE

ARE GOING TO USE.

AND I SEE THAT THAT ONE IS

MISSING.

>> WE ARE MISSING A MOTOR

ALREADY?

[LAUGHTER]

>> YOU SEE, I WAS ACTUALLY

TRYING TO DO WHAT I DO IN MY

TRUCK.

>> WE WILL JUST USE THESE

AGAIN.

>> OKAY.

>> SO YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD

WITH THESE.

>> OKAY.

>> ONCE YOU ARE DONE STRIPPING

THEM, YOU CAN TIDY.

WANT THEM DONE IS YOU WANT TO

MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT THEM ON

THIS WAY.

YOU HAVE TO TIE A KNOT

UNDERNEATH HIM.

AND IF YOU DO IT BACKWARDS,

WELL, THEY WON'T GO FORWARD.

>> SO, DO I HOOK THESE WIRES,

TOO?

>> YES.

>> BUT THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH

THIS LITTLE HOLE, RIGHT?

THE WIRES HAVE TO GO THROUGH

THE WHOLE FIRST OR YOU WILL BE

ALL BACKWARDS.

>> WE DON'T WANT THAT.

>> THIS IS A BOOK WE HAVE WITH

DIRECTIONS.

>> SO HE IS IN THIS PART RIGHT

HERE IN THE WATER.

>> OKAY.

>> SO FOR ABOUT TWO INCHES, YOU

NEED TO TIE A KNOT AND WE WILL

ATTACH IT.

>> SO, WHAT IS THIS BOOK?

>> IT IS ONLY SEE URCHIN

INSTRUCTION MANUAL WITH

EVERYTHING FROM DOWN FROM WHERE

YOU MAKE PROPELLERS, BUILD THE

ACTUAL SEA PERCH.

IT HAS HOW TO BUILD THE REMOTE.

>> HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO

DO ALL OF THIS?

>> WELL FOR US, WE DO IT EVERY

THURSDAY.

IT TAKES A FEW MONTHS TO DO IT.

>> YEAH.

>> BUT WE GET NEW PEOPLE EVERY

YEAR, SO IT IS NOT AS EASY FOR

THEM.

>> OKAY.

SO WHICH WIRES GO WHERE?

>> IT DOES NOT MATTER.

JUST PUT IT ON.

>> OKAY.

>> DO HAVE THEM PAIRED THE WAY

THAT YOU WANT?

>> I DON'T KNOW.

WHAT AM I DOING HERE?

>> OKAY, SO I WILL DO THE FIRST

ONE.

>> OKAY.

>> SHOULD WE HAVE DONE THAT

BEFORE A TAKE THE INSULATION

OFF?

>> NO, THAT IS FINE.

SO THESE SORRY.

>> I WONDERED HOW YOU WOULD GET

THE WIRES THROUGH THAT LITTLE

HOLE.

[LAUGHTER] SO THIS IS THE

HARDER PART, ACTUALLY.

>> AND THIS IS YOUR THIRD YEAR

TO DO THIS, RIGHT?

>> YES.

>> IF YOU REALLY LIKE IT?

>> .SO WE ARE JUST TRYING TO

PUT THESE THROUGH RIGHT HERE

REAL QUICK.

>> OTHER THAN THE OBVIOUS

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY STEM

SKILLS OF THE KIDS LEARN, THEY

ARE ALSO PRACTICING A LOT OF

SKILLS ARE EVEN MORE IMPORTANT,

THE PROCESS OF THE PRODUCT.

>> SOFT SKILLS?

>> THEY LEARN HOW TO COOPERATE

WITH ONE ANOTHER, PROBLEM

SOLVING, THINKING ON THEIR

FEET, CRITICAL THINKING UNDER

PRESSURE.

ROSE DID NOT MENTION THAT THIS

IS HER THIRD YEAR TO GO TO

NATIONALS.

CONGRATULATIONS.

>> THIS IS A REALLY BIG

ACCOMPLISHMENT.

ME A LONG TIME TO DO THIS.

WHY DON'T YOU GUYS PUT IT IN

THE WATER AND

>> GO AHEAD AND DO THAT, WE

WILL WORK ON THIS OVER HERE.

>> ARE WE PUTTING THIS ONE IN?

OKAY.

SO, POINT OUT LET ME LOOK AT

THIS BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN THE

WATER.

SO YOU HAVE A MOTOR HERE,

RIGHT?

AND I DON'T KNOW, CAN WE GET A

SHOT OF THAT OR NOT?

TURN IT AROUND, WE HAVE TWO

MOTORS IN THE BACK, AND

EVERYTHING ELSE JUST MAKES A

FLOAT, RIGHT?

SORT OF?

KIND OF?

[LAUGHTER]

>> WHAT WE DO KNOW?

>> SO, THE SOLID COLOR GOES ON

THE COLORED MOTOR, WHICH IS

THIS ONE.

SO YOU ARE DOING IT YES, YOU

ARE DOING IT RIGHT.

SO JUST DIED THIS REAL?

>> AND YOU JUST PLUGGED INTO

WHAT I GUESS IS THE CONTROLLER

FOR THE MOTORS?

OKAY.

SO THEN ALL RIGHT.

>> SO, TAKE YOUR SOLID OR THE

STRIPED ONE.

>> NOW, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

>> BLUE AND GREEN?

>> YOU WILL PUT IT ON THE

NON-COLORED ONE.

>> I AM SORRY.

>> THIS IS BACKWARDS.

>> OKAY.

>> I WILL JUST BEND IT RIGHT

AROUND.

>> SO WHAT SHE IS SHOWING ME

LET ME SHOW YOU THIS REAL

QUICK.

I DON'T KNOW WHICH CAMERA TO

GET THIS FOR.

WE HAVE TWO SWITCHES, BLUE AND

>> I'M SORRY, I POST MYSELF.

>> THIS CONTROLS THE MOTORS

THAT YOU SAW ON THEIR.

AND COME HERE, LET ME

EXPLAINED TO ME AGAIN WHAT IS

GOING ON HERE.

>> WELL, THE STUDENTS WORK ALL

YEAR LONG EVERY OTHER THURSDAY.

THEY ACTUALLY SOLDER AND BUILD

THE BOARDS FOR THESE

CONTROLLERS.

IT IS JUST LIKE A REMOTE

CONTROL CAR.

RIGHT.

THEN THAT CONTROLS THE ROVS FOR

THE WATER.

BUT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS A

NEUTRAL BUOYANCY SO THEY CAN

NAVIGATE TO THE SEAFLOOR, AND

THE MIDDLE, AND AT THE SURFACE.

WHEN THEY COMPETE, THEY ARE

DIFFERENT TRIALS IN EACH

COMPETITION WHERE THEY DO

DIFFERENT THINGS, DIFFERENT

TEST ON DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE

WATER.

THINGS THAT THEY HAVE TO DO AT

THE BOTTOM OF A WATER COLUMN,

AND AT THE TOP.

>> YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY

AMAZING.

VLOG // The Making of "What You Came For" - Duration: 4:44.

- What's good people, how's it going?

Mike, Rock Bottom Brothers.

Tonight we are here at the nest

and we are gonna be working on a new song

called This Is What You Came For

or for short, What You Came For.

You might have heard it.

I kinda like fly music in for interludes

and stuff on some of our videos

so there may have been a time where you heard

a scratch take of this song somewhere.

But this is one song that we kinda had to put

on the burner for a little while

'cause we got busy with playing shows

and getting ready for other things.

But we finally got time to rock this song

and we're really pumped about it because it's really...

I dig it, it's one of my favorite songs that Paul's written.

It's gonna be Paul on the talk box again,

it's just the two of us.

It's got funk.

It's got a little bit of tracks.

So what I did is, the original version,

Paul sent over his bass and his idea of it,

and I went ahead and created a keyboard part,

a kind of organ part for it,

and a couple extra spicy things,

just kinda spice it in there to add a little bit extra.

Since we're only a two-person band

it's great to add stuff to our tracks

because we get to be creative.

We get to be creative with organs and horns

and orchestra stuff, I love doing that stuff.

And this track specifically has Paul's

original idea on bass, talk box,

and then some tracks that I added to it.

That's what's going down tonight,

What You Came For.

I'm gonna get Paul to give you some

background information on this

'cause we always try to give some background information

on our songs, and have him give you guys

a rundown of what this song's about

or what inspired it.

That's what's going down tonight people.

Stick around.

- As typically with most of the tunes

there's no ideas behind them per say.

I happen to be working on another song,

oddly enough before our first gig.

You know, this jam came out.

I was just trying to think of some jams

and this riff had come out and then

it just started going from there, you know.

And usually with the talk box riffs

I'm trying to get words that fit the talk box riff.

But that's about it.

Yeah, this one's been around for a while,

so there are some semi-autobiographical lyrics.

You always try to make it like you're way cooler

than you really are in this type of stuff,

so this is like one of those, man.

And shout-out to Flint,

there's some Flint things in here.

That's it.

- We're gonna go ahead and rehearse the song,

as usual we do the rehearsals.

Work out the kinks.

Work on the ins and outs of it

and then hopefully film it.

How many takes was that?

- That was the first take actually,

that we just did.

- That was the first take, right, that was the first take.

- That was it, man.

- We nailed it on the first try.

- One time, Sinatra'd it.

I'm feeling good about it, it's a nice jam.

Something I'm excited about,

I've excited myself, hopefully I've excited Mike,

and hopefully I've excited all of you out there.

- And we're gonna be recording this one hopefully

and playing it on shows live so look for it when we do it.

- Yeah, yeah, this one will make the record for sure.

- All right friends and neighbors.

I'm saying that now by the way.

What You Came For, knocked it out the park.

- Mike, I'll tell you what I came for.

What I came for is to tell you,

really appreciate your support

and please, please, please, if you're into what we're doing

subscribe to our Youtube channel.

We're not asking you for money,

we're not asking you to support us like that,

just subscribe.

Subscribe, tell your friends to subscribe.

Even if you don't like us just do it, man,

'cause you know, kids gotta have oatmeal

in the morning, you feel me?

- Yup, subscribe, like Paul said.

We're all over the place,

we're on Instagram, we're on Twitter,

we're on Youtube, we're on Soundcloud.

Our website, www.rockbottombros.com.

We post everywhere.

We wanna put enough content out there for you guys

so you can find us, tell your friends,

we really appreciate you guys supporting us.

Tonight was awesome, What You Came For,

and we're gonna get this one out to you folks.

- ASAP.

- ASAP. Hope you guys enjoyed it,

thanks for sticking around for the behind the scenes.

SCIENTISTS WARN THAT PAINKILLERS LIKE IBUPROFEN, DICLOFENAC - Health - Duration: 3:50.

SCIENTISTS WARN THAT PAINKILLERS LIKE IBUPROFEN, DICLOFENAC & MORE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE YOUR

RISK FOR HEART ATTACK

With so much emphasis put on prescription painkillers despite the grim reality that

they serve more as a silent killer than a promising tool for aiding someone through

pain and eventually back to health common painkillers go largely overlooked.

Aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs, are much-respected

by the public for their ability to fight fevers and relieve pain from arthritis, injuries,

and other causes.

But its not often discussed how overused they are, and the risks this behaviour poses.

According to a 2005 study, one in four people who used over-the-counter pain relievers every

day consistently took more than the recommended dose.

Doing so can cause major side effects, like kidney problems, stomach ulcers, and internal

bleeding.

Now, a fresh study is putting even more emphasis on the issue, linking high doses of common

anti-inflammatory painkillers to heart attacks.

Published in the BMJ, the study worked off of pre-existing research linking such painkillers

to heart problems.

According to the new research, the risk could be greatest within the initial 30 days of

taking the drugs.

For their work, the international team analyzed data from 446,763 people to better understand

when heart problems might arise, focusing on people prescribed non-steroidal anti-inflammatory

drugs by doctors, as opposed to people who bought the painkillers over-the-counter.

Scientists say other factors may also be playing a part aside from the painkillers, however.

Kevin McConway, an emeritus professor of statistics at The Open University, acknowledges there

may be a possible relationship between NSAID painkillers and heart attacks, but that, despite

the large number of patients involved, some aspects do still remain pretty unclear.

It remains possible that the painkillers arent actually the cause of the extra heart attacks.

He noted the difficulty of linking painkillers to a heart attack to, for instance, someone

prescribed a high dose of a painkiller because of severe pain then having a heart attack

the following week.

Influences like smoking and obesity could have played a major part, or perhaps be fully

to blame.

Dr. Mike Knapton of the British Heart Foundation recommends patients and doctors work together

to weigh the risks of high doses of common painkillers, taking into consideration previous

heart attacks.

And GP leader Prof Helen Stokes-Lampard suggests the same, urging that any prescription be

carefully considered alongside individual circumstances and medical history.

The use of Nsaids in general practice to treat patients with chronic pain is reducing,

and some of the drugs in this study are no longer routinely prescribed in the UK, such

as coxibs, as we know that long-term use can lead to serious side-effects for some patients,

she said.

Lampard said the study should also bring awareness to patients who self-medicate with such drugs

as well, however.

People who find they need to take them very often and at high doses should be seeking

medical advice.
