So...

This "new" gadget came up

and let me tell you that

IT'S F*CKING AMAZING! :D

I mean, look how awesome this sh*t looks!

Welcome to the hype train.

So...

for those of you who don't know what a spinner is,

it's basically a plastic thingy with some ball bearings

So, you put the thingy between your fingers,

and just spin it... and VOILA! (yep, it's french)

Actually, it's pretty limited since

the only thing it can do is... spin.

It's also supposed to be a tool for stress relief

but PFFFFFFF who cares???

Just look how cool and badass these things are!

And they come in pretty cool shapes and sizes!

Look at this one, it's a BATARANG!!

The only thing similar to these spinners I can think of is

BEYBLADE

Do you remember Beyblade?

The spinning tops?

Me and my friends used to play with them during school breaks.

Mine was pretty basic since I didn't have the money to buy a better one,

but, this guy who was 1 year older than me,

had one with a thing attached to it

I don't know what the f*ck it was, but

it made the f*cking beyblade sparkle when hitting something

and that was like:

"WOOO DUDE!!

YOUR BAYBLADE IS ON FIRE!!

YOUR DICK MUST BE HUUUUUUUUGE!!"

Okay... I might be exaggerating.

Not on fire, just... sparkling.

I think the spinner is a fun and innovative way to control your stress level.

Nowadays, the world is going thru a fast-paced phase which is obviously affecting peoples' lives

Everyone is in a hurry,

Everyone needs things done NOW,

and... families are being torn apart,

human rights are being overlooked...

There's so much stress in our lives...

and for sure we need something more than...

THOSE STUPID F*CKING STRESS-RELIEF BALLS!

F*CKING BALLS...

YOU ARE USELESS...

The only bad thing about spinners is... addiction.

You own one, you go out and you leave it at home,

you end up looking like this:

At this point I feel that is appropriate to say that

no spinner brand has payed me to promote their product

and, actually, I don't own one.

During a sales call there are situations

where we want to take the prospect to

the next level we want them to take some

action this is not the theory to

actually make the purchase per se but it

may be that you want some information

from them to actually do something for

you to show their level of commitment or

to ask you available information that

you need to be able to help them to get

to their decision so the next step is

are very important words that you can

use with your suspect or prospect so

mister prospects mrs. prospect the next

step is for you to and you then state

what you want them to do for you to get

your the financial information sorted or

for you to approach the bank or for you

to get some extra information for me or

for you to make a decision on the color

or the delivery date the installation

date whatever it may be that helps move

forward to the next level of the

relationship that you have with them

once you actually state that you remain

silent so the next step is for you to

approach the bank and get the funding

approved by next Tuesday you then sit

there with intent and watch for their

reaction are they prepared to jump

through that next hurdle are they

prepared to take that action if they are

there on the journey with you if you see

some hesitation or some change and some

body language meaning away from you

folding your arms looking at each other

quizzically you may know something is up

you can then find out if there's an

objection ask what that is and see if

you can overcome it if this if you have

a sense that they're not quite with you

or they're some resistance there chances

are there is so you need to actually

address it so the beauty of those words

the next step is and then stating what

you would like them to do and then being

quiet and waiting allows you to know

where you are with this particular

special suspects in the sales process if

they are so yes that's absolutely fine

we'll get that done often it's good just

to reiterate great so once you have the

very important in the sales process is

that you actually recognize where it is

Umm what is ethical fashion to me?

I know, OK.

So to me it is, how is a product going to affect the next generation?

If you use that as a gauge, you can think about it in environmental impact.

Is it going to have an effect environmentally on my 3 year old?

But then you can also use it as a term of wages and living wages because you're also

thinking about the maker's children.

So if this mom is working in a factory, is it giving her the ability to give her children

a choice in what they do?

Or do they also have to follow in their mom's footsteps and work in the factory still?

But if she's getting enough money then she's earning that much to not only make her life

better, but then her kids would then get that choice and that opportunity.

Maybe they want to go do that but also maybe they want to go to university, become an architect.

Every parent wants a better life for their children.

I want my son to be...

I always say a scientist.

Forgot that microphone was there.

And we always think that our children want this and we want this for our children but

then give that to other people as well across the world.

A social business is creating a good life for not only their employees but the next

generation.

If a woman has six children and say three of them go off to school but the other two

decide they want to, you know, take over what their mom is doing and run the family business

or whatever, then cool.

But that should be up to the kids it shouldn't be up to us and it shouldn't be up...
