O'Reilly Reveals His Knowledge On Why Comey Was Fired, Is He Right - Duration: 2:15.

O'Reilly Reveals His Knowledge On Why Comey Was Fired, Is He Right?

President Trump made headlines after he fired James Comey.

It was a long time coming.

Most conservatives AND liberals wanted him to be fired.

However, when President Trump actually went through with it liberals changed their minds

and accused the President of all kinds of things.

They have even called for his impeachment over this.

In Bill O'Reilly's first interview since Fox News let him go he revealed why he thinks

the President fired Comey.

In an interview with Glenn Beck, O'Reilly listed three reasons that he feels motivated

Trump.

"Number one, [Trump] doesn't like he fact that Comey is unpredictable.

Don't know what he's going to do.

Now, that might be a compliment to Comey.

He's unpredictable," started O'Reilly.

"Number two, that Comey would not aggressively investigate the leaks that have plagued the

Trump administration since he was inaugurated … he was not investigating those leaks,"

said O'Reilly.

"Number three, Russia.

President Trump is crazed about it, emotionally involved with it.

He believes that from the beginning, his enemies in the press and in the Democratic party have

used the Russia thing to delegitimate his victory, so he's very emotionally and tightly

wound about Russia.

He did not trust Comey to do an honest investigation," said O'Reilly.

What do you think about O'Reilly's reasons?

CJ: Nope! Nope, nope, nope, nope.

[Screw rattling against plastic housing]

[CJ chuckles] I don't want you eating screws.

Please. Can you just...okay.

You can play with the RF shield if you want.

[Screwdriver clattering; cat's collar jingling]

Okay. If you could--if you could just [CJ laughs]

If I could...

[Scraping sound]

[CJ laughs] Can I just...

Please just...

[Collar jingling]

CJ: Oh, fuck.

[CJ laughs]

Alright. Why don't you go and, uh...

Okay. [Sets screwdriver down]

See? It's not very exciting.

No?

Okay.

Okay, don't--!

No. That's still connected to the TV.

Don't bite that.

[Exasperated sigh] Oh, fuck.

ALPHABET DES ANKOMMENS: Comics Journalism in Hamburg - Duration: 4:06.

In Germany comics journalism is not really established.

This combination in which comics are a serious medium,

giving you news and that you learn from,

that's relatively new in Germany.

So it's a really good idea to ask:

What do we need?

We need journalists and we need comic artists.

Put them together.

As a journalist the most interesting part is

that you need to find a new form.

A new mode of telling stories in images

combined with text.

Try to make everything more precise,

think visually and find a new mode of telling

that could be interesting for a larger public.

Most of the artists usually work with their own material,

like their own thoughts and ideas.

Here they have to deal with material

that comes from somebody else.

They have to adapt and find ways to change their style

in order to make a journalistic work.

The topic of the reportages that they're doing

is "migration" in a very large sense.

All types of migration,

all types of influences this can have on your life.

We wanted to have a very big mix of different backgrounds

to make sure that the topics would be new

and the artistic approaches would not be the ones

that you normally see.

I think it's very innovative and creative

to come up with ideas like this

and to transform human stories into funny comics.

Working together so closely,

not in a way (where I would say):

"Here's the finished story, put some pictures to it. I'm gone!"

This is now the opposite.

Text and images need to complete each other,

but not repeat each other.

We took a long time to come up with a good concept for the story.

I would recommend this workshop.

What was interesting for me in this workshop

was to realise that there are so many different examples

of how comics can really add something to a journalistic piece.

For example, the piece I made would be impossible on TV

because we can't film this kind of situation.

In written form it might be a bit boring.

On the radio you would not have recorded that.

Actually it happened that comics were the best option

for this particular story.

It opened a lot of potential

that has to be explored and explored

because it's quite a new relationship between comics and journalism.
