In the liberal entertainment industry, celebrities who are brave enough to stand up for their

conservative beliefs are few and far between.

That's why stars like Clinton Eastwood make such an impact when they speak out in defense

of America.

This week, the renowned director announced that his next film will be about not submitting

the radical Islamic terrorism.

He is already facing immense backlash for his decision to focus his controversial film

on the terror attack that occurred on a French Train in August 2015.

Eastwood plans to use the film as a tribute to the three brave men who stopped the attack

and ultimately took the terrorist down.

Americans Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, and Briton Chris Norman were on a train from

Brussels to Paris when a terrorist entered a bathroom and came out with an AK47.

The three brave men risked their lives to take the terrorist down before he could take

any lives.

Eastwood is not afraid of criticism.

He believes this is a story that needs to be told.

Perfect Misumi Cover Plate Holes - Duration: 2:02.

Misumi of Japan sells clad steel over foam panels for use as machine cover plates.

They are strong, light weight, and easily cleaned.

Misumi offers options for drilling mounting holes along the perimeter.

However, larger holes may be needed, perhaps as a thru hole for cabling.

Hole saws are good for only one size, tend to have a lot of play, and are likely to leave a poor cut.

Unfortunately, these panels are expensive and must be cut with care.

While probably overkill, my solution is to model the desired hole in Fusion360 and create

a slow and steady toolpath for a CNC mill.

The panel is clamped to the mill bed, taking care not to leave compression marks.

If the panel is larger than what the mill can accommodate, simply move the panel as needed.

The FogBuster provides only air to clear the chips and the coolant stream is turned off.

A sharp 1/4" four-flute carbide aluminum titanium nitride coated end mill is used at 2500RPM.

1/4" is a reasonable size, small enough to minimize damage if the process doesn't go

well, but large enough that the cut is reasonably quick.

If making lots of the same shape hole, one could optimize the toolpath by slowly removing

the upper and lower clad surface but plunging through the foam.

The cut steel cladding tends to curl up around the end mill, and it should be removed between holes.

Perhaps cutting in the opposite direction would lessen this.

The result is a perfect hole requiring minimal deburring and the grommets fit perfectly.

If you need nice cover panels, consider the Misumi steel cladded foam panels.

And if you need to add large holes, especially irregular shaped holes, consider cutting the

holes on your CNC machine.

Fat Melting Amla Tonic - Boosts Immunity, Hair Growth, Weight Loss & Glowing Skin - Duration: 4:18.

hey guys, i am nisa homey and welcome back to my channel.

Today, I am sharing kerala's ayurvedic amla tonic which is known as nellikka arishtam

in malayalam.

This amla tonic is great for kids and adults, it helps to boost your immunity and gives

an overall health.

Arishtam can be roughly translated to herbal wine.

According to ayurveda, all parts of indian gooseberry has medicinal values and amla balances

the tridoshas namely; vata, pita, and kapha.

It has rejunuvating properties and promotes longevity.

Amla or nellikkai is an abundant source of vitamins, minerals, proteins, including iron,

calcium, and B complex.

The antioxidants in amla helps to combat free radicals, reduce ageing process, enhances

metabolism, helps in reducing body weight, helps to flush out bad toxins and purify the

blood.

It also gives a healthy glowing skin and prevents hair fall.

This homemade ayurvedic tonic is a best remedy for anemia, iron deficiency, it helps to boost

your immunity and thus prevents many diseases.

It is very good for your eye sight, it strengthens the heart muslces, gives you a glowing skin

and this tonic is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C. So, first let me show you

how to make this miracle ayurvedic tonic at home and then later in the video I will mention

how you should consume this on a daily basis.

Now, to make this amla tonic I am using 2 kg amlas.

So, first you need to wash the amla throughly and spread it out on a cloth then dry it completely.

There should not be any moisture left on the amla so make sure each amla is dry.

And the next step is to dry roast some spices and for that I am heating a cast iron tawa

and adding in 3 tsp jeera, 3 cinnamon sticks, 3-4 cardamon, and 1 tsp cloves.

now, dry roast the spices and then transfer to a plate and allow it to cool down and then

grind it to a coarse powder.

Now, keep this aside.

I am using 1 1/2 kg jaggery which is known as sharkara in Malayalam.

If you are making for kids you can increase jaggery up to 2 kgs as it will be more sweeter.

For adults you can keep the jaggery inbetween 1 to 1 1/2 kgs.

So, what I have done is I have crumbled the jaggery into smaller pieces as they are to

be layered you need to break them into small pieces.

Now, this is a bharani which is traditionally used to make arishtam which I had cleaned

and sun dried.

Remember there should not be any moisture while preparing this.

Even your hands should be dry and clean.

Now put a small layer of jaggery on the bottom of the jar and then top it with some amla,

the sprinkle some ground spices.

Repeat the process until the amla is over but make sure that the top is covered with

jaggery.

Pls note that it is important that the top layer should be covered with jaggery.

Now, place the lid on the jar, note that the lid is lose and not airtight.

Place a clean and dry kitchen napkin over it and then tie it with a string tightly.

Since the lid is not very tight there will be slight aeration through the cloth.

Now, keep this in a dark place for 40 days and on the 41st day open the lid and you can

see nellikka arishtam or ayurvedic herbal tonic is ready.

Now, pour this through a sieve or a cloth and then pour it into a bottle.

I like to keep it in a dark place for a week, so that if there are any sediments it will

be settled in the bottle.

Now, transfer this tonic to another bottle and your amla tonic or nellikka arishtam is

ready to consume.

How to consume this on a daily basis, you can give 15 ml to kids and 30 ml for adults

everyday.

If your kids are in hostel or away from home make a batch and send it with them and ask

them to consume 1-2 tbsp daily, it will boost their immunity and give an overall health.

do try this amla tonic and ensure good health of your family.
