How to Increase Height Naturally (Men & Women) - Duration: 4:56.

Hello Friends!

Welcome to Fit Tuber.

So, in this video I will share with you 6 ways by which you can stimulate your human

growth hormone and push your height.

Now, one among these ways is irrespective of your age.

So if you are 20, 25 or even 30, this would apply to you.

At the end of this video, I am going to share with you a very easy and effective Ayurvedic

home remedy.

Now before you jump to the end of this video, let me tell you that that home remedy is linked

to the factors which we are going to discuss right now.

First is nutrition.

Nutrition is the most important factor after genetics.

Giving proper fuel to the body improves the growth process.

So make sure you have a balanced diet.

The primary macronutrient which is responsible for the growth of the body and which unfortunately

is missing in our Indian lifestyle is protein.

Now, where do you get protein from?

Egg whites, chicken breast, paneer, fish, pulses, tofu, soya beans, soya chunks.

So these are all great sources of protein which should be in your diet on a daily basis.

Now, calcium is one mineral is very important to increase bone density and strength.

All the dairy products and green leafy vegetables are a great source of calcium.

Now, for the body to effectively absorb calcium it is very important to have the daily dose

of vitamin D. The best source of vitamin D available to us is sunlight.

So make sure you go out in the sun.

Then zinc, iron are also responsible for the growth of the body.

You can get them from green leafy vegetables.

So, all in all, you have to have a protein rich diet which is well balanced with carbohydrates,

healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Not only it will stimulate the production of growth hormone but also it will keep your

immune system strong.

The lesser you will fall ill, the faster you will grow.

Next is sleep.

Our body actually grows when we are sleeping.

Research shows that growing teenagers and pre teens need about 8-11 hours of sleep at

night.

But do you know that the way you sleep can define your growth?

Yes.

The best way to sleep is on your back without a pillow.

It would be even better if you can keep the pillow under your knees.

This is considered to be the most natural posture for spine.

Next is avoid growth inhibitors.

Now if you are looking to gain some height you should avoid alcohol, smoking, steroids,

drugs and even junk food.

Alcohol is found to inhibit growth and affect the natural functioning of the body.

Smoking increases the level of carbon monoxide in the blood which limits the flow of nutrients.

Thus, stunting the growth.

Junk food is high in saturated fats and low in nutrients.

It interferes with the production of the growth hormone.

Next is exercise.

It is said that exercise stimulates the nerve ends which are directly associated with the

pituitary gland.

The gland then secretes more HGH which can lead to the increase even after the typical

growth ages.

So the best exercises that you can do to push your height is sprinting, cycling, skipping

or any other aerobic exercises which involve jumping and sprinting will result in the longer

and stronger bones.

Next is stretching.

Stretching is the best way to release stress on your lower back and let your spine elongate

to it's full length.

Regular stretches can lead to increase in height.

Now, there are various stretching exercises that you can do.

Some of these are surya namaskar, chakrasana, toe touches, cobra stretch, pull ups or even

just hanging.

Now, I had made a video on post workout stretches.

In that video I had shown some great exercises which can help you straighten the spine and

also relieve you from any kind of back pain problems.

So I suggest you to check it out.

Now I can understand that stretching could be a little boring.

So what you can do is you can play some sports which will automatically stretch your body.

Swimming and basketball are great sports in this regard.

Next is posture.

Now this one is irrespective of your age.

A slouched posture not only makes you look shorter but also less impressive.

So always sit or stand in an upright position.

Trust me, this one is a game changer.

Regular massage helps in improving body posture.

Now let's talk about the home remedy.

Well, it is very easy.

All you need to do is take one tablespoon spoon of Ashwagandha powder also known as Indian Gensing and mix

it in 1 glass of warm cow milk.

As a source of sugar, add jaggery.

Have this milk before going to sleep at night.

Now, Ashwagandha is a very powerful herb which is known to stimulate the HGH indirectly.

It also contains some minerals which help broaden the bone structure.

Follow this home remedy for at least 45 days to see some visible results.

So friends, that's all for this video.

Well having said all this, let me tell you that height is not as important as person's

character or attitude.

Appearance in general is a little overrated.

But anyway, try your level best and leave the rest.

So friends, I hope you found this video helpful.

Well, if you did, please do give it a thumbs up.

And also, please do remember to subscribe to my channel.

My name is Vivek, I thank you so much for watching.

Algorithms & Data Structures For... Web Developers? - Duration: 7:00.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

Hey, I just wanted to give a quick thanks to one of our sponsors at Simple Programmer

which is DevMountain Bootcamp.

You should go check them out.

The link is in the description.

They are a coding bootcamp and they can teach you web development, iOS development, UX design,

a lot of good stuff.

I get a lot of feedback from a lot of you out there that email me have told me about

DevMountain, so I decided to check them out myself.

I like what I found.

I like their programs.

They offer some 12-week intensive programs.

They also offer some after-hours programs which I know that some of you will like.

Go check them out.

You can see the link in the description below, DevMountain Bootcamp.

A big thank you to them for sponsoring Simple Programmer.

I got a question about algorithms and data structures in web development.

This is as popular topic.

You can check out all the videos I've done on algorithms and data structures and learning

algorithms here.

I should have a playlist for that.

This question is from Vinny and he says, "Hi John, I would like to start off by saying

your content is incredible.

Your work is much appreciated.

Now, my question (and I'm sure is a question many developers ask) is: How important is

it for a web developer to know data structures and algorithms?

If they are important, how are they used mostly?

Thanks, Vinny."

I'll be totally honest here.

As a web developer needing to know algorithms and data structures, the need for it is not

as high as if you're a backend developer.

If you're not sure what a backend developer is or what a frontend developer is you can

check out the video here I have on what is a backend developer.

It doesn't mean that you don't need to know it and it doesn't mean that it's not going

to help you at all.

Let's think about this for a little bit here.

If you're working mostly as a web developer and mostly on the frontend, what you're going

to be doing is a lot of stuff with the user interface.

You're going to be creating a lot of controls and the visual aspect of it and not maybe

crunching data as much, but that doesn't mean that you're never going to do something that

requires an algorithm or data structure.

The thing is like if you think about it, algorithms and data structures it's like having a really

good toolbox with a lot of tools in it.

Now, you might be able to get by with just a hammer and a screwdriver and a few things.

You might be able to figure out how you can use nails and hammer and screwdriver and screws

for just about anything that you need, but it's not going to be the best and it's not

going to be the most efficient thing.

As a web developer, yeah, you might not need a complicated toolbox, but if you have those

things, if you have that, you're going to have more possibilities.

You're going to have more things—and here's the other thing is that, like I said, as a

web developer, you might not need this stuff and you might see ways that you can use your

existing tools and what you know, but until you understand this stuff, until you actually

take a study and you really understand data structures and algorithms you're not even

going to see the opportunities where you could use them.

You're going to be a little bit naïve.

As a web developer not knowing this stuff you might be getting by on your job and you

might be doing just fine, but you don't know what you're missing.

This is one of those unknown unknowns because you don't—once you see things differently

because you have that ability then everything—they always say that when you have a hammer everything

looks like a nail.

That's sort of the mentality that you can get into when you don't have this larger repertoire

of skills in software development.

I would basically say this, if you're starting out, if you want to get into web development,

maybe don't worry too much about the algorithms and data structures.

You don't have to have necessarily a really, really solid computer science background.

This is where the web—the bootcamps come into play.

A lto of developers go through bootcamps and then a lot of senior developers or experienced

developers say, "Oh the bullcamps—" the bullcamps, they call them bullcamps, right?

"The bootcamps are bullshit because you're not actually learning the real software development

computer science stuff.

You're not actually learning how to create algorithms and data structures and all the

fundamental stuff.

You're just learning how to do the web development part of it which is not—you're not a real

programmer."

Not true, okay?

But you can't stop there.

It's a great boost.

It's a great starting point if you can go through a bootcamp, if you can get enough

knowledge and experience to actually start working in the field, but then you're not

done.

Now you go back and now you learn the data structures.

Now you learn the algorithms.

Now you learn this kind of stuff that is going to make you better and give you a deeper more

thorough understanding and knowledge of your field.

Now this toolbox you're going to know how to use it.

I think a lot of developers that go through college, one of the problems that I see is

that they learn data structures and algorithms or they sort of learn them.

They get through the test and then by the time they get into the real world they've

forgotten most of that stuff because they haven't seen how to actually use it.

If I show you how to use a bunch of tools, if I pull out this—someone who's a real

good woodworker and I pull out their toolbox and I show you the lathe and all the stuff

and I show you how to use all that stuff just in a demonstration, but you're not actually

building anything of real use with it it's not going to stick and it's not going to be

useful to you, right, when you start doing some simple stuff.

If you're already working, if you're already working as woodworker or something like that

and now I introduce some tools to you and I show you how you can use these tools to

make your job easier, wow, that's going to stick with you.

It's going to make a lot of sense.

You're going to understand that stuff and it's going to be more valuable to you.

It's really about expanding your abilities and being able to see problems better through

the lens of someone who has the capability, who has the toolbox that's going to allow

them to be more effective.

That's what you've got to think about.

I'll just basically say this, I'll end with this and I'll say, "Look, if you're a web

developer currently, you should probably invest some time in learning data structures and

algorithms.

If you're not a web developer currently and you want to become one, don't worry about

that stuff for now unless you need it for an interview, but get your web development

skills.

Start working, start actually building stuff and then start learning some of these data

structures and algorithms and you're going to see how you can use them and that's going

to benefit you.

All right, I hope that helps you.

If it did, go ahead and click that subscribe button below.

I do about 2 to 3 videos a day.

If you have a question you'd like me to answer you can email me at john@simpleprogrammer.com

and I'll talk to you next time.

Take care.

JEFF, GOOD MORNING. >> Reporter: GOOD MORNING TO

YOU. IMPORTANT WARNING HERE.

IF YOU USE UBER, CHANCES ARE YOU'VE DONE IT.

SOME CAR PULLS UP AND YOU JUST GET IN.

IT LOOKS LIKE AN UBER. THE DRIVER SAYS HE'S FROM UBER

AND IS THERE TO PICK YOU UP. NOW, POLICE SAY DANGEROUS

PREDATORS ARE POSING AS UBER DRIVERS.

AND ONCE YOU GET IN, THEY DRIVE OFF AND ATTACK YOU.

NEW CASES POPPING UP ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

THIS MORNING, IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN.

AND THE VICTIM IS SHARING HER STORY WITH US, TO HELP PROTECT

YOU. IT WAS PAST MIDNIGHT IN LOS

ANGELES. CARLA SAYS SHE WAS AT THIS

NIGHTCLUB AND WANTED TO LEAVE. SO, SHE ORDERED AN UBER.

>> WAITING FOR AN UBER OUTSIDE OF A CLUB, WHERE THERE'S TONS OF

CARS, TONS OF PEOPLE. I'M OUT, LOOKING FOR A CAR.

YOU WANT TO GO HOME. IT'S THE END OF THE NIGHT.

YOU'RE TIRED. I JUST SAW A CAR OUT ON THE

STREET THAT LOOKED LIKE AN UBER. THE WAY HE WAS OUT THERE, JUST

WAITING. AND THEN, I GOT IN THE BACKSEAT.

HE ASKED ME FOR THE ADDRESS. AND THEN, I FELL ASLEEP.

>> Reporter: SEEMED LEGIT. >> YEAH.

>> Reporter: BUT IT WASN'T REALLY YOUR UBER.

>> NO. IT WAS NOT MY UBER.

>> Reporter: THE DRIVER, AN ALLEGED UBER IMPOSTER.

PARKED OUTSIDE THE CLUB, WAITING FOR A WOMAN TO GET IN.

>> I LITERALLY WOKE UP TO HIM IN THE BACKSEAT WITH ME.

AND HE'S JUST BANGING MY HEAD AGAINST THE SEAT.

AND JUST A VERY CONFUSING THING. YOU'RE INSTINCT IS TO SAY STOP.

GET OFF ME. LIKE, YOU'RE FIGHTING.

AND YOU'RE -- YOU KNOW. AND YOU REALIZE, WOW, THIS IS

NOT CHANGING ANYTHING. HE'S STILL OVERPOWERING ME.

WELL, WHAT'S NEXT? >> Reporter: AND HE SEXUALLY

GUISE THAT HE WAS THE ASSIGNED DRIVER.

>> Reporter: IN GEORGIA, POLICE RELEASING THIS SKETCH OF A MAN,

ACCUSED OF DOING THE SAME THING. AND IN TEXAS, THIS SUSPECT

ACCUSED OF POSING AS A LYFT DRIVER AND KILLING A PASSENGER.

SO, HOW DO YOU AVOID BECOMING A VICTIM?

BOTH UBER AND LYFT HAVE GREAT TIPS TO HELP YOU OUT.

WHEN YOU ORDER A CAR FROM EITHER OF THE COMPANIES, RIGHT HERE ON

THE APP, IT TELLS YOU INFORMATION ABOUT THE DRIVER AND

THE CAR. TELLS YOU THE MAKE AND MODEL OF

THE CAR, GIVES YOU A PICTURE OF THE DRIVER AND GIVES YOU THE

LICENSE PLATE. YOU WANT TO CONFIRM ALL THAT

BEFORE GETTING IN. SAFETY EXPERTS SAY YOU SHOULD GO

AN ADDITIONAL STEP. AND JUST TAKE A PHOTO OF THE

LICENSE PLATE. THAT WAY, IF IT IS A BAD GUY,

YOU HAVE A RECORD OF WHAT CAR YOU ACTUALLY GOT INTO IF

SOMETHING HAPPENS. HERE'S ANOTHER GREAT TIP.

AND IT'S A MISTAKE SO MANY OF US MAKE, INCLUDING ME.

WHEN MY UBERS COME, I JUST JUMP RIGHT IN.

AND I SAY, HERE FOR JEFF? HERE FOR JEFF?

AND THEY SAY, YEAH. IF IT IS A BAD GUY, YOU JUST

GAVE HIM THE ANSWER TO THE SECRET QUESTION.

SO, LESO, LET'S REWIND. AND HERE'S WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.

DON'T GET INTO THE CAR. WALK UP TO THE CAR, OPEN THE

DOOR UP, LEAN IN AND SAY, WHO ARE YOU HERE FOR?

THAT WAY, THEY HAVE TO SAY YOUR NAME.

IF THEY GIVE YOU YOUR NAME BACK, YOU KNOW YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT

PLACE. UBER AND LYFT, TELLING NBC NEWS,

THEY ARE COMMITTED TO GETTING FAKE DRIVERS OFF THE STREETS.

NOW, CARLA IS ISSUING HER OWN WARNING.

THAT WHAT HAPPENED TO HER CAN EASILY HAPPEN TO YOU.

WHY SPEAK OUT ABOUT THIS? >> BECAUSE WE NEED TO FIND HIM.

THIS GUY COULD BE OUT THERE. HE COULD BE DOING THIS TO

SOMEBODY ELSE. HE NEEDS TO BE CAUGHT.

AND THERE'S SO MANY WOMEN THAT HAS SO MUCH SHAME, THEY NEED TO

REALIZE THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT AND BE STRONG AND SPEAK OUT

ABOUT IT. OTHERWISE, I FEEL LIKE WE'RE

SUPPRESSING OURSELVES AND ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE.

>> SHE IS BRAVE TO SPEAK OUT ABOUT HER STORY.

HERE'S ANOTHER TIP. WHEN YOU ORDER AN UBER ON A

LYFT, WHEN YOU START YOUR TRIP, THERE'S A BUTTON ON THE APP TO

SHARE YOUR RIDE WITH FRIENDS. THEY'RE ABLE TO TRACK YOU IN

REAL TV TIME, YOUR EXACT LOCATION, WHAT TIME YOU'RE

SUPPOSED TO GET THERE. IF YOU DON'T ARRIVE ON TIME,

THEY KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM AND CAN TRY TO CALL YOU.

What On Earth Am I Here For - What Is Holding Me Back? - Duration: 1:28.

You remember the promise that you made.

When you Exchanged the rings.

For better or for worse.

Rich or for poor, but the enemy has camped on your promise.

You know I've seen squatters break into house that weren't well kept.

They will break in through a window, they'll set up they'll bring their stuff in there.

They will even start fires in the middle, They'll bring in dirty furniture, they'll

put their bags there.

they'll act like the house is theirs.

But listen a squatter has no right in a house that is not theirs, and as soon as the authority

comes the squatter leaves.

come on you know where I am going with this.

As soon as the authority of the word of God comes

As soon as the promises of the word of God.

Where you say no I'm not going to let my promise escape

I'm going to push the enemy off the land.

God this is my land this is my promise.

This is what you have determined for me.

Then God begins to build it up.

Come on some of you, some of you need to serve an eviction notice.

You need to say

Get off my land!

Get off my promise!

President Trump: I'd Been Planning To Fire James Comey For A While | TODAY - Duration: 7:47.

INVESTIGATION WILL BE CONDUCTED FAIRLY.

LET'S BRING IN LESTER HOLT. >> Reporter: IN THE MIDST OF THE

GROWING FALLOUT, PRESIDENT TRUMP MADE SEVERAL HEADLINES IN OUR

ONE-ON-ONE, DISCUSSING THE THE FIRST TIME, HIS REASONS FOR

FIRING FBI DIRECTOR COMEY, WHO WAS LEADING AN INVESTIGATION

INTO THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN'S POSSIBLE TIES TO RUSSIA.

THE PRESIDENT MADE EYEBROW-RAISING STATEMENTS THAT

COMEY TOLD HIM ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS HE WASN'T UNDER

INVESTIGATION. THE PRESIDENT CAME OUT SWINGING

WITH HARSH WORDS FOR THE COUNTRY'S FORMER TOP COP.

>> LOOK, HE'S A SHOWBOAT. HE'S A GRANDSTANDER.

THE FBI HAS BEEN IN TURMOIL. YOU KNOW THAT.

I KNOW THAT. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT.

YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THE FBI A YEAR AGO, IT WAS IN VIRTUAL

TURMOIL. LESS THAN A YEAR AGO.

IT HADN'T RECOVERED FROM THAT. >> MONDAY, YOU MET WITH THE

DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL, ROB

ROSENSTEIN. DID YOU ASK FOR A

RECOMMENDATION? >> WHAT I DID WAS I WAS GOING TO

FIRE COMEY. MY DECISION.

>> Reporter: YOU HAD MADE THE DECISION BEFORE THEY CAME IN THE

ROOM. >> I WAS GOING TO FIRE COMEY.

THERE'S NO GOOD TIME TO DO IT, BY THE WAY --

>> Reporter: IN YOUR LETTER, YOU SAID I ACCEPTED THEIR

RECOMMENDATION. YOU HAD MADE THE DECISION.

>> I WAS GOING TO FIRE REGARDLESS OF RECOMMENDATION.

HE MADE A RECOMMENDATION. HIGHLY RESPECTED.

VERY GOOD GUY. VERY SMART GUY.

THE DEMOCRATS LIKE HIM. THE REPUBLICANS LIKE HIM.

HE MADE A RECOMMENDATION. BUT REGARDLESS OF

RECOMMENDATION, I WAS GOING TO FIRE COMEY, KNOWING THERE WAS NO

GOOD TIME TO DO IT. AND IN FACT, WHEN I DECIDED TO

JUST DO IT, I SAID TO MYSELF, I SAID, YOU KNOW, THIS RUSSIA

THING, WITH TRUMP AND RUSSIA, IS A MADE-UP STORY.

IT'S AN EXCUSE BY THE DEMOCRATS BECAUSE THEY LOST THE ELECTION.

AND THE REASON THEY SHOULD HAVE WOB IT WAS THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE

IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A REPUBLICAN TO WIN.

EVERYBODY WAS THINKING THEY

SHOULD HAVE WON THE ELECTION. THIS WAS AN EXCUSE FOR HAVING

LOST THE ELECTION. >> Reporter: ARE YOU ANGRY WITH

MR. COMEY BECAUSE OF THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION?

>> I WANT SOMEBODY THAT'S COMPETENT.

I AM A BIG FAN OF THE FBI. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERN, I WANT

THAT THING TO BE DONE PROPERLY. >> Reporter: LET ME ASK YOU

ABOUT YOUR TERMINATION LETTER TO MR. COMEY.

YOU WRITE, I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU INFORMING ME ON THREE

SEPARATE OCCASIONS THATHAT I'M UNDER INVESTIGATION.

WHY DID YOU PUT THAT IN THERE? >> HE TOLD ME THAT.

>> Reporter: WAS IT IN A PHONE CALL?

WAS IT FACE-TO-FACE? >> I HAD DINNER WITH HIM.

WE HAD A DINNER. >> Reporter: HE ASKED FOR THE

DINNER? >> THE DINNER WAS ARRANGED.

I THINK HE ASKED FOR THE DINNER. AND HE WANTED TO STAY ON AS THE

FBI HEAD. AND I SAID, I'LL CONSIDER IT.

WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. BUT WE HAD A VERY NICE DINNER.

AND AT THAT TIME, HE TOLD ME, YOU ARE NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION,

WHICH I KNEW ANYWAY. >> Reporter: THAT WAS ONE

MEETING. WHAT WAS THE OTHER TWO?

>> WHEN YOU'RE UNDER INVESTIGATION, YOU'RE GIVING

DOCUMENTS AND EVERYTHING. I KNEW I WASN'T UNDER.

AND I HEARD IT WAS STATED AT THE COMMITTEE -- SOME COMMITTEE

LEVEL THAT I WASN'T. >> Reporter: THAT DIDN'T COME

DIRECTLY FROM HIM? >> DURING THE PHONE CALL HE SAID

IT. AND DURING ANOTHER PHONE CALL HE

SAID IT. HE SAID IT ONCE AT DINNER AND

TWICE DURING PHONE CALLS. >> Reporter: DID YOU CALL HIM?

>> ONE CASE I CALLED HIM AND ONE CASE HE CALLED ME.

>> Reporter: DID YOU ASK HIM UNDER INVESTIGATION?

>> I ASKED HIM, YES. IF IT'S POSSIBLE, WILL YOU LET

ME KNOW, AM I UNDER INVESTIGATION?

HE SAID, YOU ARE NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION.

>> Reporter: BUT HE HAS GIVEN SWORN TESTIMONY THERE'S AN

ONGOING INVESTIGATION IN A POSSIBLE COLLUSION OF RUSSIAN

GOVERNMENT. YOU WERE THE CENTERPIECE OF THE

TRUMP CAMPAIGN. >> I KNOW I'M NOT ERNL

INVESTIGATION. I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT CAMPAIGNS

OR ANYTHING ELSE. I'M NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION.

>> Reporter: DID YOU ASK HIM TO DROP THE INVESTIGATION?

>> NO, NEVER. >> Reporter: DID ANYONE AT THE

WHITE HOUSE -- >> I WANT THE INVESTIGATION

SPEET SPEEDED UP.

>> Reporter: DID ANYBODY ASK HIM TO DROP THE INVESTIGATION?

ANY SURROGATES? >> NOT THAT I KNOW OF.

>> Reporter: A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE

THAT IT'S A TOTAL HOAX, A TAXPAYER CHARADE.

>> THIS WAS SET UP BY THE DEMOCRATS, LESTER.

A WAY, AN EXCUSE FOR THEM LOSING.

THERE'S NO COLLUSION. EVERYBODY HAS SAID, AND I THINK

YOU WILL ADMIT THAT, THERE'S NO COLLUSION BETWEEN ME AND MY

CAMPAIGN AND THE RUSSIANS. THE OTHER THING IS, THE RUSSIANS

DID NOT AFFECT THE VOTE. AND EVERYBODYBODY SEEMS TO THIN

THAT. IF RUSSIA OR ANYBODY ELSE IS

TRYING TO INTERFERE WITH OUR ELECTIONS, I THINK IT'S A

HORRIBLE THING AND I WANT TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.

AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

>> Reporter: A SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE WANTS

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR FINANCES, YOUR BUSINESS' FINANCE.

CAN YOU TELL US IF YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY, ANYBODY HAS

ACCEPTED INVESTMENTS FROM RUSSIA INDIVIDUALS OR INSTITUTIONS?

>> I JUST SENT A LETTER TO LINDSEY GRAHAM, TO ONE OF THE

HIGHEST RATED LAW FIRM. I HAVE NO INVESTMENTS IN RUSSIA,

NONE WHATSOEVER. I DON'T HAVE PROPERTY IN RUSSIA.

A LOT OF PEOPLE THOUGHT I OWNED OFFICE BUILDINGS IN MOSCOW THE I

DON'T HAVE PROPERTY IN RUSSIA. AND I'M IN VERY -- I'M IN TOTAL

COMPLIANCE IN EVERY WAY. I HAVE TO TELL YOU, I FILE

DOCUMENTS, HUNDREDS OF PAGES OF WORTH OF DOCUMENTS WITH THE

FEDERAL ELECTIONS ENTREPRENEUR. EVERYBODY'S SEEN THEM.

I BUILT A GREAT COMPANY. BUT I'M NOT IN INVOLVED WITH

RUSSIA. I'VE HAD DEALINGS OVER THE YEARS

WHERE I SOLD A HOUSE TO A VERY WEALTHY RUSSIAN MANY YEARS AGO.

I HAD THE MISS UNIVERSE PAGEANT, WHICH I OWNED FOR QUITE A WHILE.

I HAD IT IN MOSCOW A LONG TIME AGO.

BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH RUSSIA.

>> I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. I THINK ONE OF THE HEADLINES, IF

YOU'RE SOMEONE INVOLVED IN THE FBI INVESTIGATION OF POSSIBLE

COLLUSION BETWEEN TRUMP AND RUSSIA, YOU FEEL THE PRESIDENT

FULLY SUPPORTS WHAT WE'RE DOING. HE NO LONGER THINKS IT'S A FRAUD

AND CHARADE. >> THAT WAS IMPORTANT HE SAID

THAT. MAYBE IF THAT WAS SAID IN A MORE

EXPLICIT WAY, WE WOULDN'T BE WHERE WE ARE RIGHT NOW.

>> THERE'S A SHOT OF YOU WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN.

AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE PRESIDENT HANDED YOU A PIECE OF PAPER.

WHAT WAS THAT PAPER? >> THIS WAS THE PAPER.

IT'S FIVE PAGES OF QUOTES OF DEMOCRATS WHO HAVE BEEN CRITICAL

OF COMEY. A FEW CALLING FOR HIS

RESIGNATION, A FEW CALLING FOR HIS FIRING.

BEING CRITICAL. THERE WERE ABOUT 20 QUOTES ON

HERE. AND IT MAKES A FAIR POINT THAT A

LOT OF DEMOCRATS WERE NOT HAPPY WITH COMEY, EITHER.

>> UNHAPPY WITH HIM AT FIRST. AND UNHAPPY WITH HIS FIRING

LATER. >> BUT PART OF THE REASON WHY

THE WHITE HOUSE THOUGHT, THIS MIGHT NOT BE SO CONTROVERSIAL.

>> I GOT THE SENSE, A LOT OF PEOPLE GOT THE SENSE, THEY

DIDN'T SEE THIS BLOWBACK COMING. THIS WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT

WOULD BE MORE UNIVERSALLY APPLAUDED.

>> LESTER, THANK YOU. YOU'RE GOING TO BE BACK IN OUR

NEXT HALF HOUR, WITH MORE FROM THE PRESIDENT,T,

UWC Mostar - Lighthouse for Change - Duration: 3:41.

In a very polarized country where tensions are still present,

we are trying to set an example, which is

that actually people from different ethnicities can study together and can live together.

And by doing this and by stressing this example, I feel like

it will spread to, I hope, the whole country.

We try to encourage dialogue to enable students to understand

what the situation looks like from the perspective of the other person.

So, essentially, empathy.

My expectations for students, I always tell them, is

whatever you do in your life,

never to use your knowledge against humanity,

but for humanity.

For the improvement of humanity.

Ok, good morning everyone!

Before they start, I would like to thank them for the presentation.

Thank you so much for being here, my name is Alina and I am from Argentina.

We all have a story that we would like to share.

My story is that one day I was going back home

with a friend, a female friend…

Everyone can learn from a book, but not everyone can put what's in this book

into real life and actually inspire change.

We should give people the opportunity to explore their potential,

until they find out what they want to do with this.

Young people have the power to change things.

And we're not only the generations of the future, we're also a generation of today.

There are some students who are very much here for the academics,

and there are students who are here for the international community,

who are here for the fun, for the people...

There are people who are here to change the world.

We're going to bring new generations of people,

who can lead society as a whole towards something new.

It doesn't need many people.

It just needs a small, powerful, encouraging group

to make a big change.

Steve Harvey Doesn't Apologize For Letter Telling Staff Not To 'Ambush' Him | TODAY - Duration: 2:15.

HOT SEAT. HERE'S NBC'S MORGAN RADFORD.

ON TV, STEVE HARVEY IS FUNNY. AND CHARMING.

HE REALLY SEEMS APPROACHABLE. BUT OFF-CAMERA, STEVE'S WORLD

MIGHT BE A DIFFERENT PLACE. IN A TERSE LETTER TO HIS STAFF

WRITTEN IN AUGUST AND JUST LEAKED TO MEDIA BLOGGER ROBERT

FEEDER, HARVEY LAYS DOWN THE LAW.

HIS DRESSING ROOM, OFF-LIMITS. DO NOT COME TO MY DRESSING ROOM

UNLESS INVITED. IF YOU OPEN MY DOOR, EXPECT TO

BE REMOVED. THE MAKEUP ROOM, KEEP OUT.

DO NOT APPROACH ME WHILE I'M IN THE MAKEUP CHAIR UNLESS I ASK TO

SPEAK WITH YOU DIRECTLY. EVEN IN THE HALLWAY, STAY BACK.

DO NOT WAIT IN ANY HALLWAY TO SPEAK TO ME.

I HATE BEING AMBUSHED. REACHED BY PHONE, HARVEY TOLD

"ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT," I COULD NOT FIND A WAY TO WALK FROM THE

STAGE TO MY DRESSING ROOM, TO SIT IN MY MAKEUP CHAIR, TO WALK

FROM THE DRESSING ROOM TO THE STAGE, ON TO JUST SIT AND HAVE

LAUNCH WITHOUT SOMEBODY WALKING IN.

>> Reporter: IN THE LETTER, HARVEY EXPLAINS.

I'M SPEAKING MORE FREE TIME FOR ME THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

>> I'M GETTING AMBUSHED BY PEOPLE, WITH FRIENDS THAT COME

TO THE SHOW AND HAVING ME SIGN THIS AND DO THIS.

I SAID, WAIT A MINUTE. >> Reporter: ON HIS FACEBOOK

PAGE, THERE'S BEEN NO SHORTAGE OF CRITICS.

IF YOU WANTED PRIVATE TIME DURING THE DAY, YOU SHOULDN'T

HAVE YOUR OWN TALK SHOW. AND STEVE SEEMS TO THINK HE'S

BIGGER THAN LIFE. NOT WATCHING THE SHOW ANYMORE.

>> I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO BE IN THIS PRISON ANYMORE, WHERE I HAD

TO STAY IN ONE LITTLE ROOM, SCARED TO GO OUT AND TAKE A

BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I WROTE THE LETTER.

>> Reporter: HARVEY DOESN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE LETTER.

BUT NOW ADMITS HE COULD HAVE TAKEN A DIFFERENT APPROACH.

FOR "TODAY", MORGAN RADFORD, NBC NEWS, NEW YORK.

>> UH-HUH. >> WE'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE

RULES FOR YOU, HODA, THE WHOLE TIME.

DON'T LOOK ME IN THE EYE. >> DON'T
