President Moon Jae-in has been busy filling positions at the top office.

Within the past couple of hours,...

President Moon has appointed several senior presidential secretaries.

The announcement comes less than 24 hours after the president revealed his nominees

for top government posts,.. like prime minister and head of the intelligence agency.

On day two at Cheong Wa Dae, President Moon Jae-in has appointed key aides to assist him

in running state affairs.

For chief civil secretary,... he nominated Cho Kuk, a Seoul National University law professor

and an opinion leader both online and in academia.

Since he does not come from a prosecution background, unlike those of the previous administration,...

Cho is expected to assist Moon's drive to reform the prosecution, in line with the president's

vision for a fair and just society.

He's of Busan origin, also the hometown of President Moon.

For personnel recruiting,... Ewha Womans University professor Cho Hyun-ok is the top presidential

secretary.

The professor, who is also a gender equality and feminism activist, carried out a similar

role during the Roh Moo-hyun administration and is practically the first female aide to

take care of personnel appointment.

She's from Seoul and has also worked at the Mayor's office for women and family policies.

The former vice president of web portal Naver, Yoon Young-chan, will be President Moon's

Apple's iPhone 7 was the best-selling smartphone in the world in the first quarter of this

year.

Market researcher Strategy Analytics reports that some 21-and-a-half million iPhone 7s

have been shipped around the world, that's six-point-one percent of total global shipments.

Adding other iPhone 7 handsets to the figure, Apple's lineup accounted for eleven percent

of the first quarter sales.

China's rising brand, Oppo R9s was in third place with nearly nine-million sold, followed

by Samsung's Galaxy J3 with a bit over six-million.
