TotalMix FX DAW Mode for RME Audio Interfaces - Duration: 1:57.
Since the release of Version 1.30 TotalMix FX comes equipped with an alternative operational
mode called the „DAW Mode".
It is essentially a more streamlined and simplified i nterface for
users who don't need the full feature set of TotalMix FX.
In contrast to the full mode, the DAW mode leaves the mixing and routing to your
Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), by only providing the input and output channels of your RME
Audio Interface.
To engage the DAW mode open up TotalMix FX, click on the tab „Options" and then select
„Operational Mode".
You are now asked to select between the Full Mode and the DAW Mode.
After switching the mode, TotalMix FX needs to be restarted.
As you can see it is instantly apparent when you are in the DAW mode.
We now have just two rows consisting of the respective input and
output channels of our used RME audio interface.
There are no mixing faders for the inputs and no software playback channels.
And because there is only a point to point connection all routing
options are disabled as well.
Of Course, you can still change the gain of each channel and turn on or off phantom
power, if available.

refused to answer questions along the same lines the Republicans said well we

GOP were willing to stand up and assert the institutional responsibilities the
committee not so with Corey Lewandowski not so with hope Hicks not so with any
number of witnesses who have similarly refused to answer questions they need to
be subpoenaed they need to be compelled well by us as well as Muller but by us
and if there is a legitimate claim as to a small subset of questions that deal
with executive which then we should negotiate in
respect that you can't say we're simply not going to answer questions about
anything that happened during the transition and it can happen during
administration whether it involve the president or it didn't and we have
obviously very important questions to ask hope Hicks about the preparation of

be back indeed the Russians have never left in terms of what's being done about
it I have to say not nearly enough the states are certainly taking action
they're hardening their elections infrastructure to make sure the Russians
can't penetrate it again can't monkey around with the vote counts
but what we need because you know how formidable the Russians are as an
adversary is a whole-of-government response where every cabinet secretary
is working within their portfolio to establish a deterrent for the Russians
there are still bipartisan sanctions sitting on the President's desk that he
refuses to implement we need to send a clear message to Russia that any further
meddling won't be tolerated they'll pay a heavy price for it
what kind of heavy price well the the price of the Russians care most about is
a price to their economy that's why the top priority for the Russians are doing
away with sanctions over their invasion of Ukraine doing way with sanctions over
their meddling in our election because what Putin really fears more than
anything else is not losing an election if you're a viable opponent the crown
you end up in jail or dead what he does fear though is the power of people to
gather in massive numbers and throw out their autocratic government and to the
degree the Russian economy suffers and people take to the streets that's the
threat that he fears I think we fully know what happened though are you
confident that we really understand how the Russians did what they did
we don't awful lot about how they did what they did in terms of their hacking
operation the dumping of documents in terms of their use of social media and
the use of paid media like RT & Sputnik we don't know as much as we should about
whether they also used financial entanglement which they have used in
Europe and elsewhere to exert influence and that's the money laundering issue we
obviously don't know the full role of the Trump campaign although we know a
lot more than that one than when we started we know enough though to take
firm steps to respond to them and to hardened our defenses we know enough to
know they'll be back so so let me ask you this because I find it insane that
you co-chair the Intel committee Devin unions is your co-chair and that you're
supposed to be working together and you have two different sides it's it's
become more about the politics rather than the job which is to do the Intel
that answers these questions and I want to know because if if this is so
partisan how are we supposed to understand it's just a regular person
going down the street how are we supposed to know who to believe yeah
competing memos I mean this this is a really central problem than challenge
yeah when we had our first open hearing in March of last year I said at that
time that the best service we could offer the public is if we could do a
thorough investigation arrive at a common conclusion and not force the
public to choose between a GOP version and Democratic version that was the goal
now I have been told since that hearing because of that hearing James Comey
revealed for the first time that he had opened an
investigation the previous July into the Trump campaigns connections with the
Russians that my colleagues in the GOP felt that her and was an unmitigated
disaster for them it was the very next day that the Chairman went on that
midnight run to get documents that he said showed malfeasance of the Obama
administration and the following day he went back and presented those and we
would learn that the documents he obtained actually had gotten from the
White House and it was concocted with the White House that's the point at
which the committee investigation really diverged and this memo business we asked
the Chairman was this similarly done in conjunction with the White House and he
wouldn't answer the question and it's very hard obviously to do it an
objective investigation if the chair views his mission differently as
protecting the president and I view our mission as protecting the public and and
letting the chips fall wherever they may and I would frankly be thrilled have
been thrilled if we could have seen this investigation through on a bipartisan
basis and reached whatever conclusion we reached whether it was exoneration or
incrimination well if we had done it together we just save it I've spent a
lot of time in Washington and I know you've got a really hard job and I
appreciate what you're doing for the country but I really hope you can wrap
it up the country needs to get back this gets done and by the way I just want to

Head must roll for negligence and abduction of Dapchi school girls - JNI tells Buhari - Duration: 4:46.
The Jama'atu Nasril Islam (JNI) on Thursday, March 1, asked the federal government to identify and punish those on whose watch the Dapchi school girls were abducted by Boko Haram terrorists.
Leadership reports that the JNI also urged the federal government to do everything possible to immediately rescue all the abducted school girls and others in the captivity of Boko Haram.
we gathered that 110 students of Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi, Yobe state, were recently kidnapped from their dormitory, with their location and condition as yet unknown by Nigerian authorities.
A statement by the group's secretary general, Dr Khalid Aliyu, said the circumstances of the abduction raised serious concern about the genuineness of some security agents in the fight against insurgency.
The Islamic organisation condemned the buck passing between the police and the military over the abduction, saying it was an indication that something was seriously wrong.
The JNI, therefore, demanded that those whose dereliction of duty resulted in the abduction of the student must be punished.
According to the JNI, "An example must be set; heads must roll for this negligence. Inquiry is not the only way to go.
"In fact, a serious government would have by now put in jail and suspended all negligent security and political chiefs who could, and should, have protected these innocent children, rather than the rigmarole of setting up of an investigative panel.
The umbrella Muslim body expressed concern that the recent attack on Dapchi was a serious setback to the gains made in the campaign for parents in the region to education their daughters.
"If there is a worse outcome than the abduction itself, it is the fact that this is the most potent action to frustrate girl-child education in northern Nigeria, despite the many enrolment campaign efforts for female education.
"No parent now is comfortable, especially in the northeast, to allow his daughter to go to such callously unprotected schools, and the north is the loser! Therefore, this is a wake-up call to the quiescent northern governors.
The JNI also expressed concern over the growing distrust between security agencies and citizens in the northeast, claiming that "any time people provided information on suspected insurgents, the informants were hunted down and many killed within the next 24 hours.
It, therefore, called on government at all levels to collaborate with security agencies to tackle the security threat through proactive approaches.
The JNI also directed Imams to conduct the designated special prayers to seek Allah's intervention in calamitous situations for the safe return of the girls.
"Likewise, fervent observance of Adhkar (remembrance of Allah) should also be ventured into by all Muslims, as it is a vital tool for easing fears, tension and uncertainties such as the myriad security challenges bedevilling Nigeria," it said.
The JNI, however, said in spite of the unfortunate incident, "the remaining final year Dapchi students should be encouraged to write their respective WAEC and NECO exams, even if it be through an arrangement, in another environment.
The JNI further sought adequate security cover for all female secondary schools in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states.
Meanwhile, we had previously reported that the minister of information and culture, Lai Mohammed said unlike the slow response of the Jonathan administration to the kidnap of Chibok girls in April 2014, the current regime responded quickly to the abduction of over 100 girls from the Government Girls' Science and Technical College, Dapchi, Yobe state.
