Corey Feldman's attorney blames road rage for 'stabbing attack' – as police find no injuries
The tangled web of 'who stabbed Corey Feldman' gets even more tangled as his attorney has now spoken out about the alleged attack.
Perry Wander has now claimed the 'stabbing attack' was all due to some road rage, after 46-year-old Corey claimed he was 'stabbed' by a man while travelling with his security guard on Wednesday.
Yesterday Corey explained to TMZ he believed the alleged weapon was either the 'tip of a knife or a syringe' and he said it 'left a small puncutation' but still drew blood, so he went to hospital.
According to Page Six, Corey underwent tests to determine, if it was a syringe if, it had any sinister contents.
'The situation was scary and upon further examination, the conclusion was it's most likely a syringe,' his rep said.
'Doctors did tests to see if it was a poison or virus.' Corey previously believed the alleged attack could have been related to his decision to speak out against child sex abuse in Hollywood, but his lawyer Perry Wander has now blamed road rage.
He told People magazine: 'It was on Ventura Blvd., it's kind of a place where people cruise.
I think it was an ego thing.
They got into a staring contest with the security guard.
'It was road rage.
At the light, one of the guys got out of the car and the security guard, instead of just taking off, stupidly got out of the car and engaged with them.
While he was distracted, one of the [alleged attackers] circled around and opened the door and caught Corey by surprise and attacked him with a sharp object.' He added: 'There's a lot of people trolling him on social media that have made threats to him.
He has a genuine concern that I believe is well founded that certain people are upset with him about him outing child molesters.' The LAPD – whom Corey earlier claimed was investigating the case – said the actor 'had no injuries', however his rep had said the 'attack' was 'not a hoax'.
The LA Times spoke with LAPD who told them a man had approached Corey and 'made a stabbing motion with an unknown object,' however, according to the police report, the actor did not appear to be visibly stabbed.
Officer Drake Madison told the publication: 'He claims he was stabbed.
There is no laceration or stabbing to his stomach.' However, overnight Corey attempted to set the naysayers straight as he posted an image of what appeared to be a very small wound.
He said: 'The world's smallest knife wound….or?!?! Yes I was attacked 2 days ago, yes they used some sort of sharp weapon, and yes it went into my body! This is what the scar looks like now, obviously if it was a knife I got very lucky & I'm blessed! If it was a syringe, I will pray 4 the best results.

Today we will talk about room chrysanthemum.
Here is a pot of mine gave exactly one year ago,
in April 2017.
Three blossoming flowers and several buds.
In this pot there are three plants.
Young chrysanthemums bloomed for almost two months,
while it was not very hot.
When the temperature rose above 30 degrees, the old
flowers wilted.
New buds appeared, but dried almost immediately,
even in infancy.
The shop pot became too small, and the ground dried out
instantly.
From the hot sun, the plastic pot was heated
and dried up even more quickly.
But the worst thing is that the root system has
overheated greatly!
Chrysanthemum does not like it very much!
I cut off all the dry buds.
It was time to change the substrate.
I passed the plant to a larger pot
with a new nutrient substrate, and put my beauty
on the northeasten loggia.
There she sighed in the cool and grew many long
shoots.
I plucked them all summer.
And so, in the beginning of autumn new buds appeared.
