category.
So I request you to Watch this video till the end.
If you are interested to know NEET score for 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical
Colleges across India, then click here to watch All India quota NEET score range Video.
Do you know that Tamilnadu is one of the easiest state to get government college medical seat?.
Let me explain why?
The first good thing about Tamilnadu is that it has more number of medical colleges and
medical seats.
The next good thing is that 85% of the Tamilnadu state quota is reserved for students who got
educated under the state board.
For other boards such as CBSE, 15% of the seats are available.
If you are from CBSE, don't think that the competition is tough for CBSE students.
Last year less than 5% of the total students who appeared for NEET examination came from
CBSE board.
So 5% of the students who appeared for NEET compete for 15% of the total tamilnadu govt
college medical seat.If we compare school wise there are close to 7000 state board higher
secondary schools which teaches biology and 270 CBSE schools that teaches biology.
Apart from these, Tamilnadu is the only state which reserves lot of seats for backward categories
like BC, MBC and SC
Not lets discuss Who is eligible to get state quota medical seat in government medical colleges?
All students who belong to tamilnadu or studied from 8th to 12th in schools located in tamilnadu.
If you studied in some other state but your permanent residence is tamilnadu, then you
have to produce the nativity certificate to become eligible.
Tamilnadu has 25 government colleges run by the state government with close to 3250 government
medical seats where the fees is just Rs 13600 per year because, it is highly subsidized
by the state government.
Apart from govt colleges, Tamilnadu has 24 private medical colleges that provides close
to 3150 MBBS seats at a higher annual tuition fees.
Out of these 2350 seats, close to 500 are filled by All India Medical Counselling and
the rest 85% of the state quota seats are filled by Tamilnadu state medical counselling.
15% of the total government medical seats are alloted by the All India Medical Counselling.
This comes to around 4600 seats.
Rest of the government college seats are filled by the respective state government where the
college is located.
Let us now split medical seats into sub categories and see the fees structure for each of these
categories.
There are 2760 seats in government medical colleges.
Apart from these, 50% of most of the self-financing college seats are available under the state
government quota but comes at a higher tuition fees.
The rest 50% seats of private of self-financing colleges which comes to around 1600 seats
comes at much higher tuition fees.
Here we are seeing the tuition fees for each of these categories.
Medical seat in government college should be the target for every student who prepare
for NEET as the tuition fees is just Rs 13600 per year.
For govt seat in private college, the fees is 4 lakhs /year.
For management quota seats the fees would start from 12.5 lakhs/annum.
Every self-financing college has few seats for NRI quota which comes at 23.5 lakhs/annum.
During the Last year neet exam, nearly 88000 students from tamilnadu appeared but only
27000 students got qualified.
This is one of the lowest passing percentage accross india.
This is due to the fact that state board syllabus and teaching methodology is completely different
from the CBSE board.
Do you know that the competition is very low in tamilnadu compared to other state?.
88000 students fought for 4250 seats last year.
This means 1 out of 20 students have the change to get the medical seat.
If we compare this with All India quota competition, 1 out of 250 get a medical seat there.
Not lets see the category wise reservations for tamilnadu medical counselling.
OC gets 31% and BC gets 30%.
Muslims have separate 3.5% reservation which comes under the BC reservation.
Apart from caste based reservations, there is also reservation for physically handicapped
students.
This gives an overview of the neet score range for respective categories.
You will see big difference between every category and if we compare this with All India
neet scores, each category score reduces by more than 100.
This is the reason why I said it is much easier to get medical seat under state medical quota.
To get an understanding of this neet score range let us see the NEET scores of the students
for each category in the best college in tamilnadu and the least preferred college in tamilnadu.
The No1 choice for top rank students seems to be Madras Medical College.
This college has a total of 250 MBBS seats, out of which 32 are filled by all india medical
counselling and 218 seats are filled by tamilnadu medical counselling.
Let us compare the neet scores of Madras medical college for all india quota and TN state quota.
For all india quota, 610+ is required for OC. 600+ for OBC.
For state quota, this reduces to 525 for OC and 480 for BC and 420 for MBC.
The least preferred college among students in Tamilnadu is Pudukottai Govt medical College.
the neet score of the last student in each reservation category is given.
Can you believe that BC student with 310 NEET score is studying medicine at pudukottai medical
college.
From the top and least preferred college, we can come to a conclusion that if we target
NEET Score above 350, we can be 100% sure of government medical college seat under the
state quota.

CHERNY for Congress 2018 Short Announcement - Duration: 1:01.
Hello my name is Dimitri Cherny and today I filed to run in the open
primaries on Tuesday June 12th, and I filed to run in the Republican open
primary. While I'm running in the Republican open primary
I'm not running AS a Republican not even as a FAKE Republican. I'm running as an
American, and a kind of radical American. Until the gerrymandering is fixed, open
primaries are the way we can overcome unfair congressional districts. Competing
in any race other than the Republican open primary this year would be a waste
of my time and I don't have the time to waste, and
neither do you. We are facing some threats to our
civilization that no one in Washington is talking about. This year I'm all in it
for We-the-People of the first congressional district - the low country,
all of America, and the entire planet.

NEVER Give Up On Yourself! - How To Be Motivated For School - Duration: 10:03.
Jasmine Perez from Roma Texas Desmond didn't speak English when she first
started school neither of her parents had gone to college but she worked hard
earned good grades and got a scholarship to Brown University as now in graduate
school studying public health on her way to becoming doctor
Jasmine Perez I'm thinking about Andoni Schultz from Los Altos California who's
fought brain cancer since he was three he's had to endure all sorts of
treatments and surgeries one of which affected his memory so took him much
longer hundreds of extra hours to do his score
but he never fell behind he's headed to college this fall and then there's
Chantel Steve from my home town of Chicago Illinois
even when bouncing from foster home to foster home in the toughest
neighborhoods in the city she managed to get a job at a local health kiss care
center start a program to keep young people out of gangs and she's on track
to graduate high school with honors and go on to college and Jasmine and Dhoni
and Chantel aren't any different from any of you
they face challenges in their lives just like you do in some cases they've got it
a lot worse off than many of you but they refuse to give up they chose to
take responsibility for their lives for their education and set goals for
themselves and even when you're struggling even when you're discouraged
and you feel like other people have given up on you don't ever give up on
yourself I'd like to know when you're in that moment failing and you have to keep
going what do you say to yourself what if
a lot of times I'll be the tours at Mile Run or something like that and I'm all
jacked up body's broken mines broken spirits broken I started to say what if
I could pull this off when I first walked into the Navy SEAL recruiters
office he looked at me and said only been 35 african-americans and 70 years
make it through you know I said to myself what if I can be the 36 it's the
what if I can pull off miracle what if I can become someone that no one thinks I
can be and just that just me talking about that I have hair growing up on my
arms because it makes me just like what if I can be that guy that people who
called nigger and this and that and now I'm speaking at tom ferry an event what
this idea that I was going to you know buy and sell crash cars right so I'll
buy it at 5,000 put 2,500 into it and then sell it at 10,000 it's simple and
if you put the math together I was gonna do that every month and then they would
start compounding in two three years I was gonna be a gazillioniore yeah pretty
much simple I had it all planned out and I love I love joking and
saying Mike Tyson's you know theory is uh you know everybody has a plan until
they get punched in the face and life will punch you in the face I pretty much
got punched in the face price six months into it and then I found myself working
a Red Lobster with none of that money because I was trying to do it for money
yeah you know um I hate I really hate working on cars because I can't work on
my hands are some really buttery soil my hands feel like veal I'm not supposed to
work on a car man and I'm thinking you know you know that about yourself though
I love that well myself the first transmission you know crush my foot and
then I really like you know what I think I think hats are better you know so but
again you know a lot of people out there chasing their dream but their dream is
to just be rich and that's not a dream you know if you if you if you if you try
to go out and make just make money for the purpose of making money first of all
you could end up in the wrong place do to it you could be
miserable and then when you get it if you don't have no goal on why you were
trying to achieve this goal you feel unfulfilled champions mindset I think a
lot of people hear the word champion they think of a famous sports star you
might think of in the US you might think of Michael Jordan or LeBron James going
and dunking on somebody but we think of it differently and we think of it as
well when you get on the field put everything you have into it put every
ounce of energy you have on the field leave nothing on the field and to when
you get knocked down because if you're an entrepreneur you inevitably you will
be when you see hard times and you get knocked down get back up and if you keep
putting everything you got into it and you keep getting back up when you get
knocked down it's almost impossible to fake I watched the color purple and saw
Oprah and Whoopi Goldberg a seed was planted in my heart to be an actor but I
dared not water it in public you see being an actor wasn't an honorable thing
to do especially not for a politician's daughter it was think that's something
that a child did and grown-up children did but not anyone else I pursued acting
opportunities on the side and as long as it was extracurricular and not my focus
it felt safe and acceptable mind you my parents never put any pressure on me to
be one thing or another but it was the expectations from the larger society
that kept me ashamed of the real desire of my heart and so I got down to the
most important work figuring out what steps would get me to being an actor the
actor I wanted so badly to be I had an action plan something to work towards
getting into the Yale School of Drama for acting training to go after my goal
to attend the Yale School of Drama meant that I would have to confront my fear of
failure of not being good enough as I boarded
the plane to the US there were naysayers in my head telling me I was crazy that I
shouldn't even bother over 900 people audition for 15 spots each year and yet
there was a part of me that knew I could do it even when the part of me that said
it was impossible was louder our dreams arise from our imaginations they belong
to us we owe it to ourselves to try and realize them to encourage myself I wrote
in my diary on the 23rd 3rd of August 2008 I have this dream too and desire to
be an actor and it dwarfs me but it is my dream goddammit I made it up
how can what I dream defeat me I came to the the mindset when I was in film
school marked that I did not want to be a one-and-done I not want to be a flash
in the pan I wanted to be here for the long haul
it wouldn't encourage south the great Akira Kurosawa I'm doing is doing press
it was one of the last times Ron his journals asked him you wanted a greatest
master filmmakers of all time what else you still have to learn and caress I was
I still have a universe to learn so I was in film school you know and that
blew my mind the baddest ever right he's 85 83 84 he
said he saucy saucy University learn as far as storytelling yeah that really hit
me like you know you really got a like the Jazz term you got you gotta stay in
the wood you guys you know and constantly be on it perfecting your crap
and never get to the point that you you trick yourself of thinking that you know
it all yeah it's a life long journey you know what the distorts the to tell
stories how you craft them just be a good storyteller and you do that by
having a body of work so it's always been on the body of work something you
said that you you're reaching your peak do you think though you can still take
it to another level or do you think this is as good
it's got to get for you well I'd like to use one quote that the limitations exist
only in our minds and if you start using imaginations then your your
possibilities become limitless so that's that's kind of a mindset that I have I
use my imagination I I do see myself achieving more I'm hoping I'm working
hard on it not only myself but the entire team around me one day I was
having a terrible day at school nothing could go right and whether it was about
me or my friends or doesn't at home it just I just wasn't happy that day and
someone came up to me or not even came up to me just walked by me and said
something like I like her hair or you look rested today or whatever it was
seemingly insignificant but it had the most significance because it completely
turned my day around and that's the kind of thing that that I felt and recognized
and told myself I made a mental note I was like you know I'm gonna do that from
now on whenever I'm gonna make it a point at least once a day if not more is
hopefully tens 20 times a day to walk up to someone or walk by someone and point
out something about them that I like or say something nice and positive because
it could change their day it could make them feel good about themselves and it
will actually because I know that it felt made me feel that way

How Long Does It Take For SEO to Work? - Duration: 4:24.
in this video I'm gonna show you how long it takes for a CEO to work. My name
is Eric Siu I'm going to show you how to grow your freakin business. So here we go
I'm not even just gonna talk about SEO I'm gonna talk about my podcast first
what I thought we talked about SEO we are talk about SEO so let's look at my
screen really quick this is a podcast I have with my co-host Neil Patel and well
we have eight point six million downloads so far we've been doing it for
a little under two years or so and oh yeah you're seeing a lot of downloads
here right word last month January 2018 five hundred eighty-nine thousand we're
probably on track for about six hundred forty thousand in a thirty one day
window which is not bad 640 you look at 589 that difference it's pretty good
growth rate right so you're looking at six oh it's easy well Neil has a brand
he's got a big email list of like well Eric that's easy for you to say you get
good traffic you have a you have an email us whatever when I look at the
this podcast and I look at the other podcasts that I have growth everywhere
which gets about eighty thousand downloads a month the issue is it took
me well after entire year of effort I was
getting nine downloads day and then in the second year I was getting thirty
downloads a day I was spending six hours a week on it for the first two years six
hours per week while I was trying to you know run the business so that's one
thing and it's the same thing with SEO too if I look at SEO if I look at R if I
look at single grain comm which is one of the websites I have I can see in the
last 16 months period but and by the way this is Google search console right here
the new one has 16 months of data plus okay so I'm looking at 16 16 months of
data here you can see that the graph is going up into the right we're looking at
impressions we're looking at clicks you can see it's slowly going up into the
right not only that if you use a tool like H rest you can look at my website
you can see that the keywords are increasing the top three keywords are
increasing everything is just going up into the right it just takes a lot of
effort it takes a long time to keep the flywheel going if I didn't do the first
podcast if I didn't slog it out for the first two years there's no way I would
have the second podcast that's it and that's doing really well and I love both
podcasts now it's the same thing with this YouTube channel too you're watching
this YouTube channel right now and as of this video we're at about 6,200 6,300
subscribers but I started with about 1500 or 2000 or so in the summer time
and we built out our video team Noah's sitting over here helping out it just
takes time there's no shortcuts with SEO people need to be patient and most of
the time we're near report other stakeholders let's say you've
raised venture funding your board is gonna want you to move really quickly
they're going to spend on on paid advertising the more you can be in
control of what you're running you're not reporting to a board to you know a
bunch of co-founders that are not patient the more patient you can be the
better that's easier said than done but I think if you can be have a really
sense of a big sense of urgency in the short term so you're just trying to get
a lot of things done but you're okay with things taking time at the end of
the day it's gonna pan out what you have to do as well is if I'm gonna give you
some practical advice is you also got a look at your on-page SEO you got to
think about things such as a skyscraper technique which is from backlinko so
skyscraper technique is the idea that you're creating a 10 20 30 X piece of
content that's better than the top 10 results for whatever specific keyword
you're trying to rank for so the more epic you can have it the better
that doesn't just mean more text it means well-designed and also that any
any other element that's going to give you a leg up so you got to think about
that first and the other thing with proper on-page SEO too is whatever kind
of content you're creating make sure you have good internal linking structure
going on - on the website a lot of people forget about site architecture
also keeping in mind - that there's two things that matter most when it comes to
Google its content and its links don't forget about links if you've really
created a good piece of content the idea is if you make a skyscraper piece of
content you it's really easy for you to request to other people and say hey what
do you think about this so obviously you're not just gonna go requested them
all the time hey come link to my stuff come link to my stuff ideally if you can
build a relationship even better I was at a conference a couple weeks ago I sat
down and then someone from intercom sat down her name's her name her name is
Sarah and she's on the content team I'm just like that we started to build up a
collaboration she actually follows some of the stuff that we do and now we're
building in collaboration and then you know easily that's a link from intercom
for example and we're gonna be doing other stuff with them to the flywheel
starts to build we all start from somewhere and I'm telling you like even
if you're starting from the very beginning right now I've only had some
of these these sites for less than a couple of years it just takes time you
have to be patient the thing is most people aren't willing to wait and most
people aren't willing to ask for help you gotta be willing to do that - so if
you enjoyed this video just go ahead and hit subscribe and we'll see you the next
one to help you grow
