Jack Wilshere 's injury agony has made him a stronger person, according to the coach

who helped make him a star.

In any case, if the president needs to flame Rosenstein, it's not clear how this notice

would enable him to do it, legitimate specialists say.

Is an infographic resume worth it? - Duration: 2:28.

Hey there. It's Kerri Twigg with video 13 of 30 days of resume.

Today's question was from an IT person.

They had a resume, they had gone to another resume writer

and that person had said that they should really get...use a infographics

resume. And the question was...they were quoted the resume being $2,500.

for an infographic resume and was it worth it?

Or was this person trying to ... rip them off?

I guess the...when I looked at this individual's

resume. My first feeling was that I saw... the paragraphs were

quite dense. The words were quite dense and it was overwhelming and it made you feel

like...I don't want to read this.

It made me feel like maybe there was too much information being

packed into some of those statements.

And not all the information needed to be there.

for every bullet point.

And so, if you are using a...if you're going for infographics

because you can't get to the crux of your story.

That's a bigger issue because you're going to really need to be

able to tell a straight-forward short, quick story

in an interview and when you are networking.

So if it's about

you know, you need to spill all..

and if so, infographic may not help you because you're still going to need to

have that artform when you go to the later stages.

I'm not...I'm going to say I have a bias, I really prefer

traditional, even maybe, a couple of graphics

Because I don't know if

I haven't seen the proof that they get people to land jobs.

I think I see people go "oooo, that looks nice."

But if it doesn't give the information that the recruiter needs

or puts it in a more complicated way, then that's a problem.

So maybe that is why things like that cost $2,500.

Because of the art of taking all the information and putting it into a meaningful

graphic, could be where the value is.

I think if you focus on the story and the little pieces, you won't need to go infographic.

I would be interested in, is there anyone out there, that uses an infographic resume that worked

really well for them?

Anyone who makes them, that can show some stats?

Or recruiters who say..I definitely prefer that?

Because that is not what I have heard, it has not been my experience

Is Earth's Missing Xenon Hidden in the Core?

Earths xenon is missing.

But a new experiment suggests it might have been right under our feet all along.

Earths atmosphere contains less xenon than it should, at least based on studies of some of the oldest space rocks in the solar system.

Carbonaceous chondrites contain the most primitive materials known in this planetary system.

Theyre made of the same stuff that eventually coagulated to make the planet Earth.

Thats where the mystery comes in: Carbonaceous chondrites contain way more xenon than Earth and its atmosphere.

Xenon is a noble gas.

And noble gases dont react very well with other elements, so Earths missing xenon shouldnt have been used up in chemical reactions over the eons, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) physicist Elissaios Stavrou said in a statement.

The case of the missing xenon.

Trying to figure out where it went, Stavrou and his colleagues tested the hypothesis that the missing gas could be camped out in Earths core.

When xenon is squashed by extreme pressures, its chemical properties are altered, allowing it to form compounds with other elements, study researcher Sergey Lobanov, of Stony Brook University, said in a statement.

In that way, it could remain hidden in these other compounds.

But could xenon react with the metals in Earths core, even under pressure? Lobanov, Stavrou and their team tried to get the noble gas to react with nickel and iron, two metals that make up much of the core, at pressures 2 million times that of Earths surface and at temperatures exceeding 2,000 kelvins (3,140 degrees Fahrenheit or 1,727 degrees Celsius).

They used X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy — two techniques that use X-rays and laser light to determine the chemical makeup of a compound — to tell if the nobel gas and metals were reacting.

They were.

In spite of our intentions, Elis [Stavrou] and I were floored when, at the X-ray beamline, a clear signature of a reaction between iron and nickel with xenon was signaled by the diffraction pattern, study co-author Joe Zaug, a physical chemist at LLNL, said in a statement.

Extreme reactions.

The study is the first-ever demonstration of a noble gas reacting with a metal, Stavrou said.

Under extreme pressure and heat, the team found, iron and nickel become very electronegative, meaning they had a strong affinity for snatching any electrons that should stray into their orbit.

Their electronegativity was so strong, it even grabbed electrons from a gas as stable as xenon. .

As intriguing as it was to discover new extremes of chemical reactions, the researchers cant be entirely sure that theyve solved the xenon mystery.

Earths core was not under such high pressures when the planet first formed from scattered space material, study co-author Alexander Goncharov, of the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, D.C., said in a statement.

Its possible, however, that the lost xenon somehow became trapped in the core and then reacted later, as pressures rose.

There are many more systems and paradoxes to solve, Stavrou said.
