WATCH: Ivanka Exits SUV In Japan, Stunned To See What's Waiting For Her Outside - Duration: 3:24.

In the midst of the growing scandal surrounding the sexual harassment of women in Hollywood,

Ivanka Trump traveled to Japan this week to discuss harassment in the workplace.

When she exited the SUV which took her to one of her public appearances, she was stunned

to see what was waiting for her outside.

Ivanka traveled to Japan to take part in the World Assembly for Women.

The meeting of minds took place at a particularly opportune time, as the entertainment industry

has been rocked by sexual harassment allegations which seemingly continue to surface on a daily

basis.

"All too often, our workplace culture fails to treat women with appropriate respect,"

Ivanka said this week in Japan.

"This takes many forms including harassment which can never be tolerated."

The president's daughter also called for an increase of women and minority participation

in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM).

"Female and minority participation in STEM fields is moving in the wrong direction,"

said Ivanka.

"We must create equal participation in these traditionally male-dominated sectors of our

economy," she continued.

"That is why, after my father's election, I decided to leave my businesses and work

in government to advance policies and initiatives that empower women to fully participate in

the economy, if they so choose," she added.

Ivanka Trump met up with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for a dinner in Tokyo on Friday, on the

second and last day of her trip to Japan.

The first daughter, 36, posed for photos with Abe, 63, after giving a speech about female

entrepreneurs and women's role in the economy at the World Assembly for Women 2017 earlier

in the day.

[Source: Daily Mail] By all accounts, Ivanka's diplomatic trip

to Japan has been a success.

However, she is receiving the most attention today for a video which has surfaced showing

the way the Japanese people treated her when she arrived in their country.

According to The Gateway Pundit, Ivanka was treated like a rockstar when she stepped out

of an SUV ahead of her appearances with Abe.

The video footage of the hero's welcome Ivanka received in Japan flies in the face

of the media's narrative that the Trump family is despised around the world for their

conservative views.

It would appear that nothing is further from the truth.

Ivanka's tireless work advocating for the advancement of women also stands in stark

contrast to the left's claims that her father is a "sexist bigot" who regards women

as little more than sexual objects.

Of course, anyone who knows anything about the president's history of placing women

in top positions within his various businesses knows that these claims are categorically

false.

However, those who needed more proof need look no further than Ivanka's work.

Don't expect to see these videos of Ivanka's hero's welcome on CNN or MSNBC.

They're too busy filling air time with the bogus claims that President Trump's campaign

colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election from Hillary Clinton.

Not to mention the fact that the media loathes showing anything which paints Trump or his

children in a positive light.

So, don't forget to share this awesome news of Ivanka Trump's successful trip to Japan

this week — because we cannot count on the media to let the public know!

Woman Has Job Offer Taken Away for No Longer Being a Lesbian - Duration: 2:47.

A former women's college basketball star who went on to play professionally in the

WNBA and internationally claims that a job offer to coach women's college hoops was

rescinded because she is a heterosexual.

Camille LeNoir, 31, was excited when her former college coach at the University of Southern

California, Mark Trakh, offered her an assistant coaching position at New Mexico State University

in April of 2016.

LeNoir accepted the position.

However, two days before she was to board a plane and begin her new life in New Mexico,

Trakh rescinded the offer, The Washington Post reported.

Trakh had apparently watched a video LeNoir posted online in 2011 in which she discussed

her career, her faith and her sexuality.

In that video, LeNoir told Christopher Hudson of the Forerunner Chronicles that homosexuality

was "not worth losing your soul."

LeNoir said the coach asked her if she still believed what she said in the video.

She said she did, the Post reported.

LeNoir said Trakh retracted the job offer and suggested she remove the video if she

ever wanted to work in college basketball.

LeNoir, who identified as gay for most of her career, said she felt like she would have

gotten the job if she was still a lesbian.

"I felt the job was taken away because of my heterosexuality," LeNoir said in an interview,

according to the Post.

LeNoir is now suing New Mexico State in U.S. District Court claiming she was discriminated

against because of her religious beliefs and sexual identity.

New Mexico State acknowledged that Trakh rescinded the offer but denied any discrimination took

place.

A federal judge in California has allowed the lawsuit to move forward.

According to the Post, court filings showed that New Mexico State indicated that LeNoir's

attitude toward homosexuality "would have had an adverse impact" on her "ability

to effectively coach and recruit players who identify as LGBT."

A spokesman for New Mexico State declined to comment on LeNoir's allegations.

Trakh is no longer with New Mexico State.

He reportedly left the university in April to return to USC, where he coached from 2004-09.

A USC spokesman said he was unable to comment on the story, citing the lawsuit.

LeNoir said her religious beliefs would not interfere with her ability to coach.

"I have not left the basketball world.

I know what the culture is like, and that has never affected how I am as a teacher,

as a person," she told the Post.

"I love everybody."

It's a shame that our culture has become so politically correct that a heterosexual

coach is considered something of a threat.

So much for tolerance.
